Fantastic experience: My mom made a review 2 days ago but my personal review is it was amazing had serious nerves but i was numbed sooo good I barley felt anything it went from my teeth to my lips even my nose he had a signal Incase it hurt nurses were amazing had teeth removal witch was excepted took 3 hours as told and got a free movie ticket afterwards lol i totally recommend and in 14 thanks dr enaldi!

This dentist is the worst dentist ever and I didn’t even go here for me, MY individual had a apportionment for 3:00pm, we got here around 3:08pm but we have a 15 minute grace period and traffic was bad so we were originally just going to go home until we found out we had a grace period, and we still are not out of here and it’s 7:55 mind you they closed 55 minutes ago, This dentist is money hungry and they are doing illegal work. Please don’t go here if you value your money and TEETH. I haven’t even went here for my self and I’m upset I’m waiting to post this until we leave because I don’t want them playing in my individuals mouth because they will get sued. The reason we came here was because they “accidentally” gave my individual a gap and said they would fill it in all of a sudden she needs to get 5 caps like what make it make sense I really hope this dentist gets shut down and you don’t need to come here no problem more. Negative experience: You should be able to post without giving any stars. This place is horrible! I made myself and my dad an appointment. My 75 year old dad was there to have teeth extracted for dentures and was brutally overcharged. Not to mention they were not gentle at all with the extractions. I felt so sorry for him. When it came time for my appointment for a cleaning (I faithfully go every 6 months - but my dentist just retired) I was told I had 8 cavities and needed a root canal and a mouth-guard and had an infection. I left there with no cleaning, no medication for my so called infection but was briskly taken to the "finance" room with the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She talked down to myself and my dad and tried making me sign a paper charging me over $4000. After getting a second opinion...I have no cavities, no root canal is needed and no infection. How can they get away with treating people like this? Avoid this place!! Interesting.... Now Dentistry This business is NOT BBB Accredited.

Fantastic experience: I waited to give this review and I am glad I did. The doctor is so professional and nice as well, each visit i haven’t been in pain at all. The staff is very friendly and answers any questions you may have . I was able to get 3 root canals & all my fill ins. Ebony is so sweet and explained everything to me where I was able to understand what I was getting done. I was referred here by franklin square and im so glad I did. Thank you to everyone at the office❤️

Fantastic experience: Great visit very professional.. that was 2 years ago. today 6-18-2025 I had an appointment and confirmed on text. but since I missed the call at work they took me off schedule after making me wait 30 minutes. all with attitude saying I have to pay when I gave a copy of my insurance weeks prior. then saying they don't know if they can even see because they have to wait to see about my insurance the second time I gave it them. missed a days work for nothing. ask a question and met with attitude. all I wanted was a cleaning. new people and has attitudes. look for problems not even there to bill your insurance. drill and drill and it comes out if you chew gum. place became a joke

Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came to Now Dentistry with my mother, who wears a hijab, and we were treated with clear bias and disrespect. After waiting over two hours for the second day in a row, I simply asked if I could be seen today. I was met with attitude and told there was “no guarantee” and that I wouldn’t be helped because “the dentist has to leave early.” Then, shockingly, I was asked to leave—and they called the police on me for calmly asking a question about being seen. This was not only humiliating but felt racially and religiously motivated. My mother and I are Muslim, and I truly believe our treatment would have been different if we didn’t look the way we do. If you value dignity, fair treatment, and basic human respect, I would not recommend this place. Patients deserve better. I have a video of what happened and will post that’s as well soon

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Now Dentistry , and they were extremely wonderful until you got into the back where the dentist are… All the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was one doctor that was wonderful and I appreciate everything he did for me, I really wish I could remember his name!! But he was the oldest of the two doctors that were there. The younger doctor I’m kinda skeptical of him, I truly believe that he try’s to get you super high on Novacaine so that he can rub his private part on your shoulder!!!!! Ladies beware and mindful!!

Negative experience: Deplorable front office staff!!! Incredibly rude and condescending, manipulative, and down right disrespectful. I've never been treated in such a poor manner in all my life. The African American lady with the fade needs to be fired!!!! She was absolutely horrid and kept talking to my husband and I like we were her children being reprimanded just because they said one thing then they said something else As a patient we have the right to ask questions. Someone needs to put her in her place. The Caucasian receptionist was her twin in rudeness. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people!!! They're getting reported.

I first started coming here 2019, It was wonderful, besides the fact that I had to wait forty five minutes to an hour, I had a walk in which is understandable. After coming here for 2-3 years on my last visit I got a 2 fillings... after 1 yr they popped out in1 one entire peice (2 separate fillings.) I was coming to my appointment today I live about 10 minutes away. There was an accident which made me a couple minutes late. I came in and they asked me to reschedule. The last scheduled appointment I had, I called to find out what my co-pay was and THEY cancelled the appointment!!! I asked to reschedule I was told they had nothing for 6months. This place was fantastic 2019-2021 NOW ITS DEPLORABLE. I HAVE MARYLAND HEALTHY SMILES. I GUESS THAT IF YOU AREN'T PAYING OUT OF POCKET YOU'RE NOT TREATED WITH GRACE AND DIGNITY... I had a treatment plan in place when I went and got my last two fillings. I was to return an get 2more on the other aide of my mouth. I call to get my co.Pay I was told my appointment is canceled i'm out the treatment plan that was set in place by the dentist an run threw insurance.. An what do I get by putting a plan in place with these people? I already signed a paper verifing that this was what I was going to do an get done, they canceled appointment. I also contacted them between my last canceled appointment and the appointment I tried to attend today, I wanted to inform them of the filling(s) that fell out when I flossed. I was told that I got the feelings over a year ago.Which to be exact was eleven months ago. I was supposed to receive two separate feelings on the right side of my mouth, tell me why the filling(s) came out all in 1 one single peice. I DO NOT floss with chicken wire by the way just normal dental floss. I was 16 min late due to a traffic incident, not my fault. This place isn't for decent people that aren't rich. Do yourself a favor an go elsewhere to avoid the hostility you will feel after one visit. Having to wait with scheduled appointment in the chair.. Just having to wait in the waiting room even when you have an appointment is ridiculous... They call you back an ya still have to wait up 2 hours. No thanx and the crazy thing is is that I actually had money to pay for whatever procedure needed to be done today an wasnt covere, I would rather give my money to a sympathetic an a reasonable practice... I signed the treatment plan previously and they billed my insurance, which is why they needed my signature and they didn't do all of what they said they were going to do an billed the insurance Isn't that insurance fraud?

In addition, the office was busy and he even added in some extra work that I needed done so that I wouldn't have to come back multiple times. This also included a deep cleaning. I was impressed at how swiftly and smoothly it went. I really appreciate that because my work schedule can be hectic. I felt that he was very gentle and I would definitely recommend Now Dentistry. Negative experience: Avoid these scammers at all cost. They will bring you into their office have you wait (they seem to only have one dentist and will overbook on their appointments)and said dentist will find everything wrong with your teeth to bill the insurance companies. They pretend to be nice until you find out the scam they are pulling and the lack of respect they have for people’s time. The owner is extremely rude. Went in for my son to get a cleaning after waiting 3 months for appointment only to be told I should’ve booked a two hour window appointment and they can’t do the cleaning (waited over an hour, and they were fully aware months prior my reason for coming in, 4 other people had the same appt time, 1 dentist). Dentist simply came in looked at his mouth and another woman came out with a long list of stuff they claim needs to be done (cost approx.$1700). A complete waste of my time. For a child, most professional dentist will do x-ray (which they did) and then do your cleaning (reason for visit), then dentist will examine and make recommendations .Not send you home to come back for another visit to do a simple cleaning and top it off with a bill. This is the height of insurance fraud and they for sure will eventually be caught. I will absolutely report them to the BBB and CFPB.

Negative experience: I was told I have 10 cavities. Never having cavities before, I was shocked and got a second opinion where I learned that I actually do not have any cavities….. then it started to make sense. My wife was seen by Now Dentistry prior to my appointment but didn’t question the doctor because she was known to have cavities before so she let them give her fill-ins… She was there for a routine check-up, not because of any issues she was having but after they gave her the fill-ins, she’s been experiencing nerve problems ever since. Not only did they give her problems that she didn’t have before, but they also re-scheduled AND cancelled her upcoming appointment without her consent, she just received a text about an upcoming date she knew nothing about and contacted the office where she learned everything was changed. After I told them about my second opinion on my cavities and cancelled my own upcoming appointment, I received a letter in the mail saying they will no longer see me at their practice? Fine by me because this place is SCAM CENTRAL.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE!!!!!!! There’s only one dentist. Their “walk in” is false advertisement. Theo communication sucks. All they care about is this getting their money and not the person/experience. They didn’t even finish my whole treatment and took so long the numbness was wearing off. My appointment was at nine. I’m just leaving at 1218 and all they did was a root canal.

Negative experience: i had a good experience til i received a bill for wisdom teeth removal for over 1,000 dollars after i signed a consent that said it was free of out of pocket charges. when i explained that i signed a consent and who i had this conversation with they all acted oblivious. i then asked for a copy of my consent forms they then removed the charges. i lost all trust in this place then the front desk experience is terrible they are very rude.

Negative experience: Appt was at 10:30 numbed me at 10:45 didn’t start doing my root canal until 11:30 finished the root canal in 20 min but had me open and sitting with metal in my mouth until I finally had enough at 1 pm and told them I was leaving . First excuse was “oh the medicine he put in the root canal has to set” second lie was “oh it has to harden”. The truth was he was doing 6 patients extractions and root canals simultaneously going back n forth to us all . Left with the one thing I didn’t need that day done was the only thing done . Left because of the lies , disrespect, and gaslighting to hide the dentists clearly illegal work . Do not go here . Trust me , save your money it’s not worth feeling less than human and leaving still with work needing to be done
