Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen today and had an extraction. The doctor was very patient (Lee) with her. She’s no longer in pain.. the front desk receptionists are also very friendly and that you don’t see in the valley. I missed our dentist from Minnesota, but I finally found friendly staff here in the valley.

Fantastic experience: Agua dental San Juan is the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. They have a movie theater, games, and pizza for the kids to pass the wait time. The wait time isn’t long either so the visits are short which is a big help when having errands the same day as the appointment. Their customer service is excellent and I’ve never had a problem within the 4 years I’ve taken my kids and they love going to their visits as well. I highly recommend agua dental San Juan to anyone who’s looking for an amazing dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I am SO glad I found this place !!! It used to be a nightmare taking my son to the dentist but now he looks forward to it. He loves the indoor playground they have, it definitely relaxes him before they see him. Dentist and staff are so patient with him!! You can tell they enjoy their job. Also the toy and toothbrush they give after is definitely a plus!!! We will keep coming back

Positive experience: Honest feedback. Your practice was initially the best in the valley but slowly you’re becoming the next Rodeo Dental. Please do not continue overbooking your schedules to where you have to reschedule patients to finish treatment another day. This was a major flaw with rodeo dental. Overbooking causes delay in treatment and also feels rushed and careless.

Negative experience: Worst Experience EVER!! They took off my kids crown due to it needing to be replaced. After 1 hour of waiting in the lobby they bring us in and Dr. Said it was late and i would have to wait for another available appointment. They left her in pain worse than how she went in.. i cant believe it. My kids have been patients for the last 6 years and i always loved bringing them here. I had never had an experience like today. Who ever that “Doctor” is he really needs to reconsider career because he obviously does NOT care about his patients! If i could leave 0 stars i would!! So upset that my baby will be in pain all weekend thanks to this guy.. definitely last time i ever step foot in this office

Everyone is very nice, patient and explain very clearly. As a parent, I wanna make sure my daughter is comfortable and has trust with the staff and they did great.
