Fantastic experience: July 1: went in for 6-month checkup. Two small adjacent fillings were discovered to be needing replacement. July 2: fillings were replaced, procedure was painless. July 3: dentist’s office called me to ask how filled teeth were feeling. There was minor hypersensitivity, and I was told that the healing was still underway. July 4: hot dogs, burgers, beans and no sensitivity. My mouth felt great! I really appreciate Dr Arooni and his expert staff.

Negative experience: This place is a lie. They all seem wonderful and nice. But you can hear behind the doors. I was here with my grandma again. She loves this place. I don't understand why. They always seem money hungry. As well as you can hear the front lady Farah talk down to the staff. She was rude and mean.

Her chairside manner put me at ease and I felt zero pain during the long procedure. She offered breaks if I needed them and the staff very kindly offered me things to make me more comfortable. Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I had a great experience at Lakeview! Over the course of my visit, I was seen by four different people and all of them were so kind. I previously had a negative experience at a different dentist and it had taken me a few years to make another appointment for a routine cleaning. They didn't judge me for my lapse in dental care and did everything they could to ensure I had a positive experience at their practice. Additionally, this was the first visit (maybe in my entire life?) where my hygienist was gentle and didn't make me feel guilty for any bleeding/not flossing regularly/etc. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about my health and wellbeing and, instead of judgement and guilt trips, provided education and tips on oral hygiene. Highly recommend Lakeview Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Mark Arooni for some 21 years now. Amanda has been my dental hygienist for 21 years also.They are fabulous they've saved a lot of my teeth. I've only had wisdoms teeth pulled. I can say that this is a very nice atmosphere to go into to have my work done on my teeth and I'm forever grateful... Ps I had a chipped tooth for probably 45 years or a little more and I finally let them cap it and they did a wonderful job and I've got a great smile now thank you so much.

My dentist, Dr. Ghods, is wonderful to work with. We have a plan to rescue this wreck of a smile. I am a new patient there, yet I am treated like I've been going there for a decade. Farah, who works the financial side was great to. They will work with me and I am on Social Security/Medicare. I highly recommend them, even though it would mean longer periods between my appointments, this crew deserves the praise.

Negative experience: After 2 years of satisfactorily replacing multiple crowns, I chose to have a 48 year old bridge replaced for cosmetic reasons prior to the senior Dr.Mark Arooni’s retirement. I asked him 2 questions…1) will you correct my bite and 2) will it match the shade of the crowns above it. He replied in the affirmative. Unfortunately, neither was the case. After 3 attempts to correct my bite, my teeth do not meet at all and the shade does not match. It’s yellow like the old bridge. They had numerous excuses for the discoloration from “it’s in your mouth, nothing we can do now”…to the ridiculous “the teeth under the bridges color is seeping through the bridge!” I persisted to have this corrected and went so far as visiting the lab that created the bridge. They agreed it wasn’t the correct shade and prepared a replacement that matched. Upon my returning to the office, I was laughed at, embarrassed and humiliated. Dr. A said “I don’t know what’s going on in your head but you’re crazy. Why do you want to do this? If replaced, you’ll need root canals” and he went on creating elaborate scenarios of chaos. I feet bullied and manipulated leaving feeling defeated and angry at myself for not demanding they correct this issue. I looked at my bridge in the cars mirror at the ugly yellow bridge staring at me. I then called stating I wanted to go ahead anyway and that’s when I was told it was too late and he threw it away in the sharps box! What? So what, open it and take it out. He then became very insulting. I’ll save anyone reading this of the additional berating I took. He is retired and his son was trained by him. I’ve no recourse to correct this problem other than seeing another dentist and paying for yet another bridge. Until I do, I’ll keep chewing on the other side of my mouth and I pray a new provider will finally be able to fix my bite.

I have a gag reflex, and it has lead to a lot of negative experiences with prior dentists. I would have a lot of anxiety going to a dentist. The atmosphere here is much different from what you might expect in a dentist's office. The doctors and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly. Dr. Ghods and his assistant Chris are both extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. The wait time is low, and overall, my experience was as good as it could be. Dr. Arooni’s off ice was able to get me in that day but I opted to go in on Nov. 29. I was called in on time and Dr. Arooni assessed my tooth and had the crown back on in 30 minutes. I really appreciate the care everyone in the office shows to their patients! I saw Dr. Omid Arooni for the first time today and he was great. I expect him to follow in his Dad’s footsteps and be a fantastic dentist.

Fantastic experience: I used to dread going to the dentist until I went to Lakeview. This is the best dental practice I have ever been to! They practice preventative as well as many other dental specialties. I’ve had several deep cleanings, X-rays, cancer screenings and 3 implants done. My implants are perfect! Both Dr. Arooni’s (there are 2) are great, the hygienists are awesome and the staff is so nice and always a pleasure to work with. I have referred friends who have been just as impressed as I am!

Fantastic experience: Dr Arooni and his staff have been my dental office for 15 years. When my husband and I retired we traveled in a RV and spent our winters in the Chandler/Mesa areas. I have to say that Dr Arooni has saved teeth with laser treatments that were pain free and replacing old fillings from my childhood. Always looking out for my well being.
