Fantastic experience: The dentist and his assistant was wonderful! I have super bad ptsd from childhood dentist experiences. (Yes,for real. ) I had my normal nervousness at first but once I got in the room, I was fine. Mr. Heidami was incredibly nice, patient, and willing to explain everything to you step by step. 20/10 broke the scale. Baytown dental was awesome.

Fantastic experience: Took time and did my crown better than any other dentist I’ve ever dealt with. Truly top shelf dentistry. Truly a perfectionist I was satisfied with what they did initially, but neither he nor his assistant was and made sure that it not only was satisfying to me but they were satisfied. I wish I had two more hands I’d give them 4 thumbs up!!!!

My teeth feel so fresh and clean…if you need a dental cleaning, go see Savannah at Baytown Dental. 2024: I went to Baytown Dental for a second opinion and am so happy that I did!! The staff are both professional and friendly, and the dentist, Dr. A. Heidami is awesome! He really took time to listen to me and answered all of my questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear, precise way. I highly recommend Baytown Dental and 100% intend to use them for all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could express in words my gratitude to the great team at Baytown Dental. I'm going to try my best here! A bad experience many years ago at my last dentist visit frankly made me scared to visit another. So, for years (like more than 10 years), I avoided it. I finally realized that even though I wasn't having any problems, it was time to overcome my fears and get back to seeing a dentist regularly. After all, I'm not getting any younger. I selected Baytown Dental largely due to the positive reviews, and after just a few moments at their office, I could see the reviews were well-founded. From the moment I sat in the chair, I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I fully expected to be scolded for neglecting my teeth for so long, but I received none of that. They just wanted to make sure I had a pleasant experience, and to also make sure I got back to regular visits. The good news is that after all of those years, I still managed to have no new cavities. My age, along with my neglect of my teeth, had caused some bone erosion, but the good news is that with regular visits, I shouldn't have any more damage. My treatment involved the initial exam, X-rays, and consultation with the dentist. He recommended a deep cleaning, which was performed over the following two visits. When I went back for the first cleaning (which, thanks to Michelle in the front office, happened WAY faster than originally scheduled, thanks Michelle!) I was lucky enough to get Savannah as my hygienist. From the rip, she was kind, understanding, and promised me she'd do everything she could to make me feel comfortable. And she did! The initial clean kept me in the chair for close to two hours. The follow-up clean for the other side of my mouth about a week later took the same amount of time. Savannah worked patiently and diligently both times, making sure I was doing okay while doing what needed to be done. She was nothing short of amazing, and I can't thank her enough. The entire experience was pain-free, and it left me wondering why I hadn't done it sooner. My mouth feels amazing, and this whole experience really has improved my life in so many ways. If you are like I was, just do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Dental hygiene problems don't just go away, in fact, they only get worse with time. Thanks to the team at Baytown Dental, I feel confident that I'm on the right path, and I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning in 3 months! Thank you Baytown Dental for everything you do. You change people's lives, and I will always be grateful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Heidami is such a great dentist...I have seen him for a very long time interrupted by the hurricane, covid and then my sickness. I am so thankful God has allowed me to get better and get back to my normal Doctor. Dr Heidami is very caring and kind and always does his best for his patients. He and his Staff are friends I cherish. Make an appointment real soon. Savannah did the best job ever on cleaning my teeth. There was no pain and was done in a professional manner, yet very friendly. It was the quickest cleaning I have ever had. Savannah knows how to do her job and I would definitely recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Baytown Dental… Dr Rami and his team are the best. This appt was the last in a series of visits for some pretty extensive work involving an implant and several crowns. As with my other visits, everything went great. An electronic scan was performed to get the exact specifications for the crown. I took a little nap and when I woke up, my permanent crown was ready. And it fit perfectly. From simple to complex, regardless of your needs, I can’t give enough stars to Dr Rami and the entire staff at Baytown Dental. I LOVE this dental practice!! I recently had TWO crowns replaced and everything was done in ONE day. Not only do they make the crowns onsite, they fit perfectly the first time. In my case, when the crown was placed, the team felt the color was slightly off. No problem… in 10 minutes, they made another crown that matched perfectly. Dr Rami and the entire staff at Baytown Dental are just plain awesome. The staff and doctors at Baytown Dental are all awesome. My hygienist, Cindy Bodner is exceptional. Negative experience: I think this office needs to offer payment plans other than care. It's very expensive and 3000 for a root canal is insane when you don't offer any assistance.

Fantastic experience: I went in for x-rays to determine the course of action needed on repairing my teeth. It was a very smooth and quick process at a Fair self pay price. We now have a game plan on paper of what needs to take place at each visit to get my teeth all fixed up. Overall, I feel like they did a good job at explaining the step-by-step process of what’s to come.

She was so gentle and kind you can relax and take a quick nap while she cleans your teeth.. lol Update… on March 13th 2025 I needed to have an old crown replaced… … Well Dr Heidami was beyond amazing.. He was so kind and gentle.. He told me everything he was doing and just as nice as he could be!!! He did a small filling and did my crown in 1 1/2 hours They make your crown right there!!! No temporary or anything!! Crazy… Kristine his assistant even let me see how the crown is made… she is fantastic.. amazing.. trust me if you need an excellent dental office please give them a call.. 10 out of 10..

Fantastic experience: The entire experience was great! From the staff, to the Dentist, and all the amazing high tech equipment they have, I was able to get a total rebuild and crown in the same day!! Fantastic experience: 1st appoint went well. Elizabeth kindly introduced me to the crew including Rami. These are definitely people that make you feel comfortable and confident. 2nd appointment went way better than expected. Dr. Rami and his assistant were very thorough in discussing a game plan for my teeth. My procedure for my tooth extraction went easy as pie. After numbing my mouth, it took maybe 5 minutes. His assistant informed me on how my next few days would go and how I should treat my mouth. I will definitely continue with this dental office. Everything was really comfortable. Great job team!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this clinic and had an amazing experience. I wish all medical professionals could provide the same level of care. Everyone at the clinic was super friendly and helpful with everything! Autumn was so efficient and did a really thorough evaluation before Dr. A saw me. Id gotten invisalign during all the covid chaos in another state and unfortunately my last office and therefore my dental health was affected by that. Nothing against them, short staffing due to quarentine etc. Cindy did my first big cleaning and she was always so down to earth and I felt safe.The doctor is cheerful and listens to the answer when he asks how youre doing. I was lucky enough to get ms. Cindy again this Thursday, the 27th and thanks to her advice I have a beautiful smile and the knowledge to maintain it.
