Everyone is super friendly and genuine and my last few cleanings have been nice, quick, and painless. Hannah the dental hygienist is awesome and I definitely recommend her! I highly recommend! I cannot brag or rave about this place enough! Dr. Brady also took out my wisdom teeth recently and he was great as well! So kind and I never felt a thing!

Still not a fan of going to the dentist, my last visit was a little over 5 yesrs ago and they took me in and took great care of me! If anyone in the area is looking for a great family friendly, clean, well organized office to go. I can highly recommend Nelson Ridge Family Dental. Not only did they get me in and out fast (as an emergency visit) they took great care of me and all the ladies there where extremely nice and helpful. 5 ☆ place! Some time in 2017 v I absolutely am not a fan of the dentist and it's been years since I've been to a dentist office myself. It was very clean inside the employees and staff we're all very great people to talk to and deal with the doctor was very nice and very helpful. Already scheduled to go back in a few days to get the work done. So far I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This was an appointment to fix a cracked tooth. In the past I would be fearful, nervous and resistant to getting it fixed. However, Nelson Ridge Family Drntal is AWESOME! From the time I entered the building and during the entire appointment, I was calm and relaxed. The techs and Dr. Steve told me step by step what they'd be doing and made sure I was experiencing no pain or discomfort during the whole procedure. The entire staff are wonderful, caring individuals. I love this dental office!

The entire staff is accommodating, nice, and the office is very modern. I was able to be seen within a few days of me calling, and each visit since then, I have spent virtually no time in their waiting room. I have anxiety, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will be coming here for all my dental work going forward!

Fantastic experience: This has been the best dentist office I've visited. The scheduling experience was very easy. I was allowed to book online & they texted me questions. They reminded me to fill out the paperwork prior to my appointment. Then the office itself is fantastic - clean & put together. The staff is all very friendly. I've never had the opportunity to get a 360 XRay, laser treatment on my gums, or been checked for oral cancer until this dentist. I felt like I received the best care and my teeth felt amazing after this visit. I will definitely be back.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. She lets me know of any issues with teeth or gums and we have a great conversation while she works. Fantastic experience: Once again I can’t say enough about Nelson Ridge Dental. I can’t remember how long I’ve been going there but I can say this. The staff are amazing people, warm and friendly but above all they are professionals. If it weren’t for the fact that I had to keep my mouth open, I could EASILY fall asleep. I mean who does that! Falling asleep in a dental chair! That’s how good they are. And as always…hats off to my #1 girl Christa. You are truly an amazing person and one hell of a technician/ dentist. Nelson Ridge keep doing what you’re doing!

Negative experience: I had an appointment here a few years ago for a tooth that wouldn't heal, no matter how many root canals. I was given an x-ray and had to see the locations dental surgeon, who told me that not only did the one tooth in question need to be removed, but also each tooth on both sides of it. The price they were asking was insane, so I visited a different dentist and was told I didn't even need an implant nor the other two teeth removed. Instead, she removed the bad tooth and installed a bridge, which was thousands of dollars less and I've had that dental bridge for a few years now with absolutely no issues. I personally wouldn't trust this place.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t ask for a better experience at a dental office! As a first time patient with a referral from my Mom, this was an amazing experience. I saw how good they treated her during her dental emergency last year, and I was so right to come here for my own dental needs! Starting with my first appointment for a cleaning, Pam was SO gentle and sweet- I have extremely bad anxiety and she was so understanding. It took a while to get the X-rays done (I started feeling a panic attack come on because of the bite wings), but she was so reassuring and kind. She did a fantastic job with my cleaning AND with relaying the news that I needed my wisdom teeth removed (something I had known for a while). Thankfully they were able to get me in about two weeks later for my surgery! I had it done this past Thursday. Dr Brady was once again so kind and understanding, helped me address my fears and concerns before heading in for surgery. He was very comforting and made me feel secure in my decision. Within an hour, all four wisdom teeth were safely removed and I was on the way home! The office even followed up with me the next day to check in (thanks Jacqueline!). My recovery has been as swift as possible, and I owe it all to the phenomenal doctors and staff at Nelson Ridge. From the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors, absolutely phenomenal service all around. I could not be happier!! This is the truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had in my life… my anxiety around going to the dentist has definitely lessened thanks to this office!! Excellent excellent job all around to everyone on staff- you all truly understand how to make patients feel seen and treat them with kindness. I’d give a million stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! All of my appointments are punctual (if my appt is at 3pm, they call me at 2:55pm!) This most recent visit, I had my teeth cleaned by Kaylee, and she is awesome! Gentle, kind, understanding, and thorough! I wrapped up my visit with Dr. Kathy, and she is the best dentist I’ve ever had - NO PAIN! And if you have any questions, she’s quick to explain and address all of your problems - no judgement. 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: Just had first visit to Nelson Family Dental. What an outstanding experience. This was the most comprehensive and professional exam I’ve ever had. This is the Mayo Clinic of dental offices. Dr Patty and Jacklyn the hygienist were superb. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their examination and explanations. Would recommend this clinic without any reservations.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Steve’s kindness and patience is truly what keeps me coming back to Nelson Ridge. Recently, I went in to have a crown assessed that I wasn’t quite happy with. It was color matched to my teeth properly, but due to having a combination of both porcelain veneers and natural teeth, the color was casting a darker tone in photos when I smiled. I felt very anxious about this appointment, but Dr. Steve validated my feelings and when I told him it was affecting my self-confidence he replied, “then I have to replace it.” I was able to be seen the following week for the replacement crown and Dr. Steve and his assistant spent time with me and made sure that I spent time with the new crown to view it in a mirror and snap a few photos before cementing it into place. They did a wonderful job addressing my concerns and removing any anxiety from the experience. I now have a beautiful, confident smile once again!
