Fantastic experience: I was out in a jiffy with Dr. Jaffe! Sorry for the corny joke! I’ve had multiple visits with Dr. Jaffe at Park Smiles, and every time he’s been incredibly kind, thorough, and clear in explaining what’s best for my dental health. Today he removed a broken tooth that had deteriorated down to the gum—definitely not an easy case. Despite the challenge, he handled it quickly and completely pain-free. I really trust him and highly recommend Park Smiles to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.

I was told they only allow a 15-minute grace period, and because I was just 2 minutes over, they canceled my appointment. I had taken time off work and driven 38 minutes to get there, only to be turned away without any consideration. What disappointed me the most is that they showed zero flexibility or empathy. I was simply told to reschedule, with no effort to accommodate me despite the circumstances. It’s especially frustrating because when you arrive early, they may keep you waiting—but if you’re even slightly late, there’s no leniency. I’m truly disappointed and will not be returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how happy I am. I called, and they fit me in for an appt right away. I had some concerns with regards to after extraction options. Dr. Kever listened to those concerns and gave me options to consider but not just that, she talked it out with me and we agreed. I felt heard and informed. Fran, Sara, Laurie and Candace were all super sweet and caring. I was concerned finance wise and there was a financing option that helped me with my needs. I recommend others to come and experience it for yourselves. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Park Smiles for a couple years and love it. They are always on time and staff is always friendly and informative. My four small kids are also patients here and they do such a good job making them feel comfortable with going to the dentist. I had a lot of fear of the dentist when I was little but my kids are happy to go and are always excited to visit the treasure chest at the end. My oldest daughter has autism and has a lot of sensory issues and anxiety around brushing her teeth. The hygienists have been willing to go slow and do whatever possible to keep her comfortable. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Park Smiles Dentistry, and this is coming from someone who was TERRIFIED of the dentist that I avoided it all costs. After finding PSD after I had an emergency issue, I can actually say I enjoy my visits now and I do come regularly now. My hygienist, Crys is the best she’s very personable and does her job really well! There’s never any judgement and is always so helpful. I see Dr. Marchese as well and again she is so personable and truly cares about my care. Everyone at this practice has been so caring and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Park Smiles is a phenomenally run and patient-centric dentistry practice. The front staff have always been pleasant and cheerful, and Dr Holz is extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain clearly and answer all questions thoroughly. The true star is their hygienist, Chelsea, whom clearly has a passion for her work with the care that she provides. She has a gentle touch, and a warm, bubbly personality. I have both nearly fallen asleep on her chair (a great compliment she insists) as well as lost all track of time attempting to have an intelligible conversation with her while having tools in my mouth. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience with every single staff member I came into contact with! Dr. Holz and Brittny were fantastic. My teeth feel great, the entire practice was really kind and patient and communicated every step of the way. The rooms are set up in a manner that is truly family-focused and great for those who are neurodivergent- there was an option to watch tv, have noise canceling headphones, different toothpaste flavors, and even some sparkling water. I truly appreciated that Dr. Holz saw an issue I had with an old tooth filling and took the time to fix it for me! Setting up future appointments was easy and I already set up my partners appointment along with recommending some friends who were looking for a new dentist. This was probably the first time I wasn’t anxious at my dental appointment and I look forward to returning!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient since 2023. From my very first appointment I was greeted with a warm greeting and a concerned demeanor. I have not been back for a little over a year and I walked in and everyone remembered me and welcomed me like family. The dental assistant Casey , who I love to pieces and was with me thru my 6 month long dental escapade a year ago and put up with me and my antics along with my whining saw my name on the schedule as an emergency appointment and came out to see me and gave me a HUGE hug!! Sarah (with an H...that's an inside thing) remembered me from the second I said my name on the phone, I absolutely adore her she is sweet, caring and cute as can be !!! Dr Jaffe was booked solid and had to leave early, HOWEVER, this beautiful man took the time to come in after his last appointment and take care of my emergency (I was booked with another Dentist)...even though had to leave early. He has done this before, him and Casey both stayed late to take care of me my first visit over a year ago!!! I don't want to leave out Catherine...she was assisting Dr Jaffee and she was hysterical warm and very kind. I truly cannot say enough about this dental practice they are the BOMB!!!! You will feel welcomed, treated with respect & support and always always always feel important!!!! Thank you for being the amazing people you are!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have slight fear around going to the dentist office but my experience was great all around. Scheduling an appointment was easy and staff member was friendly and provided all the important information. Location is easy to find and park at. Lobby is very clean and no wait time. Dental hygienist Taylor and Dr Marchese were both so kind, patient, gentle but thorough! nobody trirf to upsell me / sell me anything which was great, I have had bad experiences with that at other dentist offices in the past but this office was professional and I felt cared for. Billing staff was knowledgeable and provided me with estimates and quotes before any service was performed. I will definitely be back and have recommended to others already. Fantastic experience: I have now learned how Park Smiles Dental is able to earn and maintain a 5 star review. From the first call to the office I felt heard. Over the weekend I was skipping about very happy and planted into the asphalt face first. I lost tooth 7 and 8 (one front tooth and the direct neighbor.) Gladly this office does work with clients with/without dental insurance. The day of my appointment I was greeted with smiles, and friendly faces in a clean, technologically advanced office with knowledgeable individuals. Laura the Dental Assistant was so friendly, sweet, and was truly a calming and comforting throughout the whole appointment. She was able to answer all of my questions big and small. Dr. Marchese spent her afternoon treating me with the upmost tender, love, and care. No if ands or buts she did not want me leaving that office with the lack of confidence I came in with. Given the treatment plan I will eventually need crowns but temporarily today she did boding over my teeth and she took her diligent time chizeling, and smoothing her marble masterpiece as if I were the statue David by Michelangelo. She did an absolutely gorgeous job on my teeth, and met my perfectionist standards. Thank you Doc and to all who made it possible. I not only left with a new smile but my confidence!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been coming here for over five years and have never had a bad experience. I deal with severe dental anxiety and everyone on the team is very understanding and goes out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible (the tvs on the ceiling are such a great distraction while in the chair!). They aren’t even in network on our insurance and we still choose to come here and will continue to do so because this is the best dental practice we’ve received care from. Period!
