Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist experience I have ever had and I lived in a dentist chair growing up. From cavities to braces. I had a horrible experience as a child and I did not want that for my children. If you are like me this is the place for you. They are knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and great with kids and adults alike. I may be 40 years old but when I get a dentist chair, I’m a child, a big baby and they take amazing care of me. They also offer their own insurance so if you’re not insured, this is the place for you as well. It is affordable and gives amazing discounts and offers so if you’re in the market to get your teeth looked at this is the place to go and I highly recommend dentistry.

Negative experience: Would not accept x-rays less than 3 months old from external office. Asked if the work needed could be done in one visit advised that this is entirely up to the dentist. Okay I'll spend my 5k elsewhere

Negative experience: My daughter's crown fell out after 13 months. Not under warranty because her follow ups were not there...because we are out of network. She should have never been treated there without being told we were out of network. Follow ups were done at a private office. Make sure you are IN network and get your crowns done elsewhere.

Negative experience: I’ve been to this location twice and each time was a disappointment. The first time the dental technician was rude and the second time I had made an emergency appointment online which prompted me to describe my needs. The appointment was made nearly a week in advance. I made time and arrangements between juggling work and a newborn for them to tell me when I arrive at my appointment that they would be unable to do anything I made the appointment for and that the emergency appointment made was my fault. I’ve been to several other Mint Dentistry locations which were great. I have never received such low customer service from an establishment to charge me $1500 out of pocket. First ever negative review on anything online. Well deserved.

Positive experience: I enjoyed my experience with Mint . I receive the information I needed to help be wise on how I can take care of my teeth going forward . They refereed me to one of their partners for oral surgery which was really kind of them and they also emailed my x rays over to them so I wouldn’t have to pay extra . Negative experience: I love mint dentistry, but one staff member was very rude, not friendly at all, I said good morning to her, and she just looked at me. I said it twice, she then said, how call I make you smile.. this young generation can not say good morning at all. She never smiled, and had a mad look on her face. Like she didn't like her job. If you're going to greet the public, or ask how you can make me smile, then you should smile first. Ms. Cyan.

They have toothbrushes in the restrooms to clean your mouth before your appointment if needed as well- the relaxing chairs and options of music or tv show to view while in the treatment room! Fantastic experience: I can genuinely say that today has been the absolute BEST experience I’ve had at a dentist during my adult life. I was amazed how wonderful the staff is, as well as the doctor! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the front receptionist/office manager with her friendliness and kindness as well, also, when she checked me out and went over my treatment plan. When I got called to the back, my assistant, I didn’t get her name, was super friendly, took my X-rays really fast and knew exactly what to do when she took my impression trays for my teeth whitening trays. The office manager informed me that the doctor had time to start my treatment and as comfortable as I was, I did my treatment right then and there. I’ve had a traumatic experience with dentists as a child and even adult but I couldn’t have been more thankful for the doctor and his gentle hand and was fast paced. When I got my cleaning, the hygienist Jackie was so nice and gentle as well; when she told me that I was a candidate for just a regular prophy cleaning (I’ve had a deep cleaning before and it was HORRIBLE), I was so relieved and relaxed. I am so excited to have found my new dental home. Thank you Mint Dentistry Cypress !!!

Justin made me feel comfortable coming in and getting prepared for the doctor. He really set the tone for the treatment I was going to receive. Fantastic experience: The experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. The staff was knowledgeable and really made the visit seamless; from x-rays to treatment. We had been with our family dentist for over 2 decades, until last year when the practice closed its doors. I experienced a not so stellar visit with the last practice I found as a replacement, so I was dreading this visit. I am glad I chose this team; the quality of service could not have differed from the prior experience. While in the chair after services were completed I reached out to my husband and had him book his appointment. I think we found our new spot!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in about 8 years and was a bit nervous. However, Mint Dentistry made me feel comfortable. I got two sessions and deep cleanings, and every time, they made sure I was good along the way. Now I am getting my free whitening and couldn't be happier. They even have TVs, and heated and massaging seats. Would highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my 3rd time here at this location and every time I’ve come the front desk has been very helpful, I’m still a young adult and haven’t been to the dentist for over 5 years and also had a very traumatic experience with dentist in the past. I had to do a filling and I’ve been so nervous to get this done but Dr. A. Nguyen and his dental assistant Jemiel really helped me get through it, I didn’t feel a thing they both talked me through what they were doing and made sure to let them know whenever I was feeling discomfort, now I’m not so nervous for my next appointment for the last fillings I need to get done so I can start my aligners. Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients of Mint Dentistry for years, whether the Humble location to now the Cypress location. Our experience has only improved. My children and I had our cleaning appointments today and an ortho appointment for my son, and the experience was awesome. From when we walk in the door until we walk out, we enjoy the experience. Update: Feb 2023 Still again, didn’t disappoint. 5 star and I do believe I was in an out within an hour or less. Amazing customer service and practice. It should be like this everywhere. Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a dentist for years because honestly I’ve always hated dentists. This office is so welcoming and comforting, I enjoy the visits now. It’s also SO clean and not hectic at all. They offer snacks, water, lip balm, sunglasses (for that overhead light thing) they just cover everything that might be an issue. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, understanding, compassionate, and caring. Being welcomed by a friendly person at the front desk is such a kind way to start the visit. They are always smiling and attentive. The assistants make it a point to ensure you’re comfortable in the chair (which has massage functions and is heated), play your music or Netflix preferences and can hold conversation without it feeling forced. I have very bad anxiety and they’ve been so patient with me ensuring I’m ok to move on to the next step. Today Jessica offered me multiple options for my procedure and if I wanted the anesthesia or not which she left entirely up to me. Imagine the freedom of getting to control how YOUR procedure it going to go and being reassured you can change your mind at any time. It was so relieving. I see Dr. Nguyen who always explains the procedure to me both beforehand and during so I know what’s going on. He’s very friendly and makes it a point to stop and ask if you have questions. I can’t go on enough just how happy I am to have found a dentist that I’m not dreading seeing again. I look forward to my next visit.

Negative experience: This is my second time visiting and I only came back because my insurance won’t cover photos every 6 months. I was unimpressed with my subpar cleaning, they lost my teeth whitening mold the first time and failed to even reach out to let me know they weren’t being made any more. The layout of the open concept is very invasive that I’m sitting in my cleaning chair and someone checking in can look right into the room. This office is a round robin hygienist so there is no personal connection created between client and staff. Overall I wasn’t impressed and won’t be back.

Negative experience: I have been visiting Mint dentistry with no issues until today so I decided to read the reviews to know if other people have had a similar experience like I did today, and I wasn’t surprised seeing Colton’s name on almost all the bad reviews!! This lady is outright rude and has no client care experience, how MINT would hire someone like this to be a face of the company is beyond me. This lady literally called me a liar and came up with made up stories as part of the company’s policy which when I asked for paperwork to support the company’s policy she could not provide it. Mint dentistry please train your ‘managers’ to be human. Colton let me know she is the manager at that location, I was stunned, as she lacks any management skills. Colton needs to treat patients the way she wants to be treated. There are so many other options out there but like I said it’s my first time experiencing this type of treatment. MINT- Pay attention to what your clients are saying about this bad manager. Your clients are the reason you are in business.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly and consistent and they make you feel like family. So glad to be back

Negative experience: Colton just over charged my young son for dental services. He went to get his teeth cleaned and he went alone. She charged him as a “new patient” and made him pay $135 for a cleaning with his PPO insurance. When I called her on it, she said the charge was because he was a new patient, when in fact - he’s an existing patient. THEN she justified the charge by saying he was charged those specific charges because he “hadn’t been in a while”. I hope all of my 7.7 Million viewers see this review. This is disgusting to take advantage of a young man trying to be responsible for his health. They’ve completely lost my business and I will use my platforms to advertise against them. We requested a full refund and will NEVER go back!

Fantastic experience: First off when you walk in the lobby is amazingly nice and well decorated. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office they were very knowledgeable, very honest and they cleaned my teeth very well I am so glad I heard about them on 97.9 the box cause everything was definitely more than I expected and not to mention the staff is perfect and very little wait time.

Negative experience: This NOT a family dentistry. They labeled my child as combative and recommended him for sedation during cleanings because he said he didnt want to go, it being his first time at the dentist in 4 years. We calmly canceled his appointment and he calmly sat in the office while we waited for his brother to finish. Realistically it reminded me that unfortunately if black kids show even a little bit of resistance, instead of working with them like they claim they do, they place out of character labels on them and try to sedate them. As nice as they treated my oldest son, i can never give my money to a business that thinks of my child as "combative". Whatever the opposite of recommend is, I am doing that for this business to all of my family and friends

Fantastic experience: Customer service is TOP tier! I come to mint for myself, so it would be a no brainer to bring my 3 year old for her yearly checkup. The hygienist Cynthia was so sweet, and friendly. My daughter isn’t friendly, but she loved this lady. Such an amazing woman !!!

Fantastic experience: My son broke his front tooth over the weekend and I was beyond stressed. When I called the receptionist answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I’m a new patient but was still able to get a same day appointment! I expected this to be a long process but my sons tooth is already fixed!!! I can’t thank your staff enough for the quick and friendly service!! We will definitely be using Mint from now on!! Thank you so much!!!! ❤️
