I have anxiety and get scared when I have teeth extracted but there was a super nice assistant there named halia and she made me feel comforting and like I had a friend with me in the room! The Dr was also very nice and he did a phenomenal job at numbing me up so I wouldn't feel a thing and I appreciated that a lot (:

Positive experience: Becoming increasingly frustrated with this office and it’s not even my appointment day yet. Yours hours suck, everyone needs dental care but you’re not open on weekends and barely open into the afternoon. Typical for doctors office, yes, but doesn’t mean it’s not shitty. Getting a hold of you guys is impossible you don’t even answer the phone during your open hours. All my communication with yall so far has been text or voicemail. Secondly I responded to a text I received asking to either confirm my appointment or to reschedule it. I asked to reschedule and whoever read my message took the liberty of cancelling my appointment without my permission instead of just giving me a call to reschedule like I asked. Now I have to leave another voicemail or hopefully reach someone in hopes of getting a new appointment because your front desk is so inefficient. I just want my wisdom tooth out.

Fantastic experience: A very clean, modern and professional clinic. The staff are very knowledgeable, sensitive and kind. Dr. Reddinger is especially great. I have visited this clinic a number of times and he is by far the BEST on the team of doctors for his patient-relations and kindness during a sensitive and often painful time for any patient.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, doctor. Whole experience was positive!

Negative experience: Called about broken wisdom teeth, spent hours looking at reviews and felt confident that this was the place that could help, but they will just embarrass and make you feel like a fool for calling without a referral. It’s like they don’t want to simply help you unless one of their friends sent you there. Helpless feeling, it’s like it’s some private club that you can’t get into without the right pass code.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter received great care. She had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and was scared. The staff put her at ease and she did great. We were given clear instruction for her after care and were provided what we would need, including a cute little prescription tub of ice cream :0) The staff were professional, kind and we felt like we were totally prepared for what to expect.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly and professional staff. I was scsred to get my widsom teeth removed to the point I hid in the bathroom for like five minutes right before surgery. Everyone was so gentle and kind. The anesthesia kicked in, I went under, had a wild dream about a lady gaga Halloween disco prop dance fighting me for my shadow, then the next thing I knew, I was awake, four teeth lighter. It's the day after and I have absolutely no pain or swelling despite being a dingus and sleeping through my alarms to take my late night pills. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you need teeth taken out!

Fantastic experience: I had a sinus lift with implant placement by Dr. Teeples under local anesthesia. It was painless and relaxing. One day post-op, using Ibuprofen. Still painless. I couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed the other day and my experience at CBOM was absolutely perfect. Everybody was welcoming and friendly from the receptionists to the surgical assistants and surgeons themselves. Dr.Black was the one who did my procedure and I never felt in Safer hands. The surgical assistants were very reassuring and made me feel at home.

Fantastic experience: My partner was in a lot of pain, but Leslie, the receptionist, made everything so much easier for us. She quickly took all our information over the phone beforehand, so check-in was fast and easy. When we got there, she was so kind and helped us with the tablet for the paperwork, making sure everything was clear and easy to complete. She made us feel like a priority from the moment we arrived. The doctor was incredible too, he worked quickly and carefully to get my partner out of pain, explaining everything step by step. We felt so well taken care of at this office, which made a stressful situation so much better.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience getting a back molar extraction, I have history of fainting and anxiety during dental work and everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I was anxious about the iv because I had never had one, I was reassured that it was less than getting my blood drawn, I was more than relieved with the great care I received. Also never having been given anesthesia was reassured it would be just fine, I woke up in no sort of pain and was helped out to the car with my mother. If I could give a 10/10 star I would, big thank you for making the experience so ideal and easy. ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr Toponce. He took us through a long restoration journey with an extraction, bone graph and implant. He was always there to address any concerns and provided amazing care during and after surgery. I’m happy to say all is well and I think we owe that to Dr Toponce!

Fantastic experience: Extraction and implant for a crown that broke off: The staff are well trained, concerned, proactive, and efficient. I was given a local anesthetic, so I was aware throughout the procedure. Dr Black kept me advised of the progress and after the implant, thanked me for having strong bones; as if I had anything to do with my genetic makeup, but I detected a sly sense of humor. I had a parting conference with one of the staff about after-care. Since I have had several implants, I was aware of my postop reaction to pain, and I declined a prescription for pain meds. I took a couple 825 grain aspirin about 3 hrs. postop, had a good night's sleep, and was relatively pain-free thereafter. So much for strong bones, but horray for strong, professional care.

Dr. Toponce is very thorough at explaining the entire procedure so you understand exactly what is being done and genuinely cares about the patient. Fantastic experience: Dr Matt Black was so kind. He gets a solid 10 from me. He told me exactly what I'd feel, and hear while my molar was being extracted. All of the crew were very knowledgeable, right down to the financial lady who came and explained the cost to me. Very reasonable. The take home instructions were very understandable. There was no pain except for the small poke of the needle. I took no after pain meds. All in all, the experience wasn't what I was dreading. Fantastic experience: Got me right in when my dentist called to set up 2 extractions. I was in very very bad shape, and they more than likely saved my life. I had been misdiagnosed for 4 months and it was literally killing me. Thank you for the speedy care. The next day I was 90% better, a month late, I am back to my old self, there is just a little less of me lol.

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty good experience getting 3 of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Ryan Toponce was very clear about the procedure and all that I had to do afterwards as well. Fantastic experience: I received xcellent care and was so impressed with Dr Black. He did a fantastic job and even though I had to have a tooth with a cracked root canal removed and the implant placed in one visit, I had very little pain and excellent healing. The follow up care is also super. Dr Black is extremely personable and caring and I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Took care of all my four teeth that were wisdom teeth. I never got to care of. They’ve been hurting me for about a week before they got me scheduled in quick and easy and took care of them all and gave me great instructions to follow any infections or complications.

Fantastic experience: The care my daughter received at this facility was truly next level. From the moment I first called the facility the staff was friendly and informative, and her appointment was scheduled for the following week. Paperwork was emailed to me and handled ahead of time. When we got there there was a consultation with the doctor who was very transparent and genuine. I was told the procedure could take as long as 2 hours, but she was done in 35 minutes. This place really is the model for top quality care. My daughter was relaxed and felt cared for. All staff were friendly, informative, and professional. I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed a tooth extraction and a chain placed on an impacted tooth. The process from scheduling to end of the procedure was perfect. Communication from the doctors and staff was thorough, and the amount of care the doctor had was great. He repeatedly told us we could contact him any time of day/night afterward if we had any issues. I called later that day with some questions and the doctor called later just to check up on her. Wonderful place and will recommend them 100% to anyone needed oral surgery.

Fantastic experience: This was our second experience working with Columbia Basin Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Both experiences were great! The staff were very calming for our kids, they talked to them as the patients making sure they answered any questions or concerns. The financial department was great to work with. The surgeons were very personable and made you feel comfortable right away, and the after care was great for any questions or concerns. If you have the need for oral surgery I highly suggest this office. It was a great experience all around.
