Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on my lower right side about a month or so ago and had no issues until Wednesday afternoon, I was in severe pain and called several dentists and to no avail no open slots, luckily on Thurs morning I called Affordable dentures in commerce ga and thankfully there was an opening for 11 am...the receptionist was very kind and when I arrived the wait time was less than 15 min..I got called back and the dental tech Cassie was so kind, and Dr.J was amazing! She explained my X-ray and my treatment with me and was very gentle..she had the tooth pulled in a matter of a minute after she made sure I was numb... By far the BEST dental experience I have ever had...I highly recommend Affordable dentures to anyone and if you can request to be seen by Cassie the dental tech and Dr.J...you won't be disappointed.

We are always asked at places "leave a review " well, as we do we get excited and or Un - happy and we are spontaneous to jump right into it.. However, when WE have a service, there's always some thing at the beginning the middle or the end that we could always find something that just DIDN'T please US or we're thrilled about, but never till the very end am I completely convinced, or satisfied with what was done or NOT! That's when I believe we should take the time , which at that point we don't have the time to write what was really Done and what we really think.. non-emotional... so with that being said, I needed to take this time 3 months AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE , I'm finished ... .. I'm ALL DONE waiting period healing period. On to MY LIFE NOW because this was something serious that took me quite some time and several different companies as well as , same company different locations to determine whether I was going to go forward with this or DEAL WITH IT... at this time it NEEDED ATTENTION an SOMETHING needed to be done . I waited 3 month's in addition to not being pleased or satisfied. I decided after three months that this was the location I wanted, and where I was meant to be, and it was the best decision that the good Lord made for me wasn't an easy one, but they've never left me nor has God!!! They saw me from the beginning to the middle and to the end, I have been nothing but pleased beyond . The women here are extremely busy , however they're CARING they come in first thing in the morning and they don't stop , well that's a good reason, why ? All of them are busy and dealing with EVERY type of individuals and their problem , the minute we walked in the door and if you take the time with them they'll take the time with you and they get it right. I want to thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. Doctor M ... my heart goes out to you. Thank you for dedicating your life and your career to dentistry. Because folks like me are blessed to find you , we just have to take the time to communicate because so many of us need a doctor like you that will work with us and get it right instead of leaving the door closed. Thank you for ALWAYS leaving the door open and ALL the special touches each and every client gets that don't see it but if you take the time you'll appreciate her work . An individual like you that takes pride in their job whether you ever see us again or not, you took the time and you took the pride. Thank you again for my beautiful smile. Fantastic experience: I've been in pain for impacted wisdom tooth and no where in my CIGNA DENTAL insurance can help me at all. I have to search where they can see you and do extraction on the same day But only this place do a fantastic job. From Amanda and Amy who answer my call and put me on the spot schedule up to the Xray tech do her job so quick and respectfull, And to all Dr. J's Angels ...who been working so sweet and quick. Dr. J is so amazing and brave pulling out my metallic wisdom tooth She is very respectful and always say thank you to her angels .and the one who assist her last 6/27 in the afternoon .Shes super sweet gentle well manner beautiful and she instructed me very well before the extraction i forgot her name but shes younger.Kudos to you all..everyone on the clinic have their own duties and nobody is just sitting .Is a fast face ...from the moment you come in...you got 2 mins. to sign the form and everyone is at your service i wonder if they eat lunch. Negative experience: This place is lies. They will set you up and then scam and scam you till all the money is gone. I would not suggest affordable in commerce if you like your money. Total waste of time. And the attitude of theese ppl ate ridiculous. Just cause I don't wanna pay another 2 grand after paying 15 already. Stay away

Negative experience: I spected permanent implants not snap on, I need to talk to the dentist and why snap on if I came for permanent implants like my own teeth, very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Probably 4.8 stars , very experienced specialists in Implants and dentures . Overall cost is reasonable and don’t go to the places that do general dentistry and implants which are less reliable. They also have financial options. Only thing waiting room is usually crowded and I had to wait a while after my appointment time on occasion but well worth it

Fantastic experience: My personal experience was hands down the absolute the best. Me personally this was my most vulnerable and insecure place. It took me 2 times i finally went. I was welcomed with open arms. I have to give a huge thank you to Amanda at the front desk. We conversated for 45 minutes before I made my 2nd appointment. Made me comfortable and Dr Kim, she actually cares about her patients and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate everyone who i crossed paths with there and thank you for your kindness...

Negative experience: Based on the exterior of this office, from 1-10, I'd give them a 3. Just from the outside, If there weren't any cars outside, I'd say this place looks like an abandoned building. It's not appealing. . Their interior is so small; it feels like we're inside a can of sardines that barely fits. When you open the door, you immediately see the bathroom before the front desk. So, if anyone needs to poop, you'll smell it right away. In the dentists' offices I usually go to, it's front desk first, then the waiting area, and then the bathroom. This place seems like has only chair that is good for 20 people from the front desk to the assistant, are kind. They seem to enjoy what they're doing. But when I was in the room, I said I was just there for the consultation because I wanted to know what they would do to me to get new teeth, what the process was how long it will take The woman just said you'd only pay $455, and you can get it today or tomorrow. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN SHE SAID $455 i expected $210 since it says from the website $105 per tooth since i have two. I THINK THEY NEED TO CORRECT THE WEBSITE . I noticed that the assistant stated directly that I would pay $455, with no explanation following. Life Point Dental is very different from them; they detailed the explanation of why my new dentures cost $975. They even gave me a copy. Meanwhile, ADIM will directly tell you the price. I went there for a consultation because I wanted to know how they would make my dentures. But i still paid because that how bad i needed my denture so i can work. And the female doctor WASN'T FRIENDLY. She was the one who looked at my teeth; I think she's the boss. She didn't even say HI or HELLO. She didn't even greet my child, who is 7 years old. She seemed IRRITABLE. She was like open your mouth then leave. Thats it There wasn't even a THANK YOU FOR COMING TO US, THANK YOU FOR TRUSTING US. No conversation at all. She just literally left the room. i came back at 2:10 My teeth don't fit; they fell out as soon as she put them in. I don't know why it's so loose they even measured me. When I speak, it falls out; that's when I got scared because I paid $455. And it's a FAILURE. Even kimberly noticed that too Good thing Kimberly is patient with me. She said it's not obvious that you're wearing dentures. I just trusted Kimberly. But it's not really a good fit; it feels like my denture's palate isn't holding onto anything. I have a hard time to explained my thoughts because i cant speak english really well but kimberly is so patient with me. i told her i need to makesure that i like it before i step out of this office because i paid $455. Im so afraid i might regret everything. i told her maybe because its new i will get used to it. but ik is not fit properly. i liked the teeth itself but is just that ik something is wrong.

I believe we would have been sitting there longer if I hadn’t gotten up and asked why were not seen . Many people taken before us. My husband has dementia and waiting so long past the appointment time is not a good option . First 2 visits were fine

Negative experience: Did not honor the $3,000 denture plan that I paid for at the beginning of the treatment. Never received the permanent set of dentures. They have only supplied temporary dentures. They quit returning my calls when I mentioned a lawyer after they tried to charge me $3,800 dollars more. They are hiding under a rock. Think twice before using the Commerce office.

The nice lady Jess that took me back to the little room, she was nice and asked me the basic questions. Then I was seen by the dentist. DR. Carty. Very nice and explained how my gums were and adjustments needed. Told me more then any dentist I have saw other places. Very affordable! More affordable then any other place I have called. Didn't have to wait to be seen. Will be back this afternoon to get my bottom dentures.

Fantastic experience: Affordable Dentures in commerce Georgia takes very good care of their patients doctor MUSHASHIE and all the staff is very caring and polite. I always recommend them to all my family and friends. I do not recommend Affordable Dentures in satellite Boulevard. I went there once and Dr. Ryan NGUYEN Gave me a nasty look because I accidentally did not call him “doctor”he said to me “my name is not baby it’s Dr. Nugen”in a real mean manner. I wouldn’t not trust anybody that treats people like that in their office to work on me. But like I said Affordable Dentures in Commerce is the best.
