24/7 Dental - Emergency Dental Care

Negative experience: The people here were great, very nice and welcoming. However when I got my tooth and wisdom removed the numbing shot they used didn’t really work, and I was in a lot of pain during the process, and it was obvious. however they kept going even as I was literally shaking from pain, the dentist practically held my head against the chair. I have a great fear of dentist and I thought the welcoming environment would mean the care was great, however I felt like a transaction and not a human. Then asking around to friends and family, I found that you’re not supposed to be able to feel the pain of having teeth pulled, even more-so a wisdom tooth removed. It sucked because they were so nice but I left there traumatized because I felt the entire wisdom tooth removal and tooth extraction. Again, the customer service was great but I wish they would’ve cared more about the pain I was in during the process. Literally broke down crying after I left because of how traumatic it was to feel a tooth be removed from, and to feel the wisdom removal process as well.

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional and turned my fiance away TWO TIMES when he had a true emergency and his tooth was totally shattered and needed removed. Tried to make him wait for an appointment a week out when he showed up twice from out of town just to get it removed. For a place that is 24/7 and doesn’t have an excess of patients they sure are unwilling to accept walk ins. Wants half a band to remove one tooth and then once that’s gotten together they don’t want to actually remove it.

Negative experience: I was seen as a walk in on a Saturday, I had an extraction done and little did I know if you’re seen on a Saturday you can only be seen on the weekends. A dr working on a Tuesday will not see you if any issues occur. I have a high fever and chills, I’m sure from the infected tooth they took out but they will not see me for another 5 days. I was told to go to med check or the ER or wait the 5 days to be seen by the dentist that helped me. That’s all they offered. I was just asking for an antibiotic since they knew there was an infection the day I left. Instead no accountability is being taken and instead they are passing the buck. I feel like an infection of this magnitude should be taken more seriously as people can die quickly from sepsis. Oh well, they met their quota. Do better. We are real people that are in need of help.

Negative experience: The day shift "ladies" during the week need to do better with communicating correctly and with proper information. Do better!

Negative experience: Had to wait two hours in an empty waiting room 6/3/25 just to be sent off because of slightly high blood pressure, was told I would have antibiotics ordered for me within the hour just to have to call the next day to actually get them ordered. Last resort dental office imo. They just don't care about your pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jordan is the best! Went in in excruciating pain from an infected pulp and left feeling so much better. Was a bit nervous about having my first root canal, but he was incredibly kind and patient and it wasn’t bad at all. Very greatly appreciate him! :)

Fantastic experience: I really love this place was in so much pain and they were able to pull them and I had so much relief and they have an amazing staff they definitely know what they are doing and they always know how to get your mind off the pain.

Negative experience: Had a tooth extracted and you would of thought that would have seen me considering I had it extracted here and now may have a dry socket, but since not having an appointment I have been sitting here for hours in pain to the point of crying and staff could care less. I understand that appointments come first but don’t take walk ins if you can’t see them. I finally was able to get back there to a room Dr was extremely nice and told me I did not have dry socket which was good, flushed the hole out from my tooth and told me I was getting antibiotics and they never got called in, so not only am I still in pain, but can’t clear the infection without the antibiotic.

Negative experience: Had 6 teeth removed an a Friday evening and the visit went well. the office said they sent a prescription over for my pain meds. The pharmacy never received my prescription. I called the office on Saturday morning and they said they would look into and call me back. they never called. I called back Monday and they again said they would get with the pharmacy and call me back. Still waiting on that call.

Negative experience: Walked in as advertised on the front of the store that no appointment is necessary. Was told that they aren’t taking walk ins any more today despite there being 6 more hours left on the shift. I am actively bleeding from the tooth damage and was told oh just come back tomorrow. I will never use this business and would advise others to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. friendly, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend this business!

Negative experience: I was told on the phone if I scheduled I would be treated same day. I drove 40 minutes. My appointment was at 4:20 and I parked at 4:24 due to traffic. They told me because my appointment was at 4:20, they couldn’t tell me when I’d be seen. After not eating in 2 days, leading to headaches, a feeling nauseous, dehydrated and dizzy, on top of my tooth ache, I was desperate and waited without questioning it. The dental assistant was very pleasant. The Dentist, Dr. Jordan, was by far the worst experience I’ve had in health care. Not only did he not fix it after I was they would and waiting an hour and a half to get back because I was 4 minutes late, he then made it clear he was “he was too busy to help me today ”(his own words) . I was then insulted, belittled, and made to feel embarrassed about my teeth. I nodded my head and agreed to next week. I didn’t ask for anything for pain. I didn’t throw a fit or ask why I was lied to . While discussing my schedule for next week, I was interrupted and basically called a liar ( Why id lie about my availability the following week, beats me!) When kept responding with understanding and kindness, hoping he’d eventually do the same, he continued to throw me insults any chance he got. I didn’t question it, or stand up for myself. He was nothing short of MEAN for no reason the entire time. I have autoimmune disorders and low calcium, leading to me having brittle, cavity prone teeth even though I take care of them. My teeth look completely straight and healthy to the average person. I left still in pain, and feeling even more drained and defeated than I already was. Hopefully your day gets better, Dr. Jordan! Because you definitely have a way of taking your stress out on your patients.

Negative experience: No option for no stars, that would be my suggestion. I was told over the phone as long as I came in during walk-in time I would be seen. After confirming a couple of times since I was driving 1 hour away with toothache, as soon as I walked in I was told no more walk-ins! Up to doctor’s discretion when they stop taking walk-ins. Definitely information that representative did not let me know over the phone. Very unprofessional location, would not recommend to go.

Negative experience: Worst Dental Care facility I’ve ever been in wouldn’t even allow a father to go back there with his daughter that has bad anxiety when they were getting a big procedure done.

Negative experience: ZERO STARS Should def. be an option! The customer service over the phone is horrible, I could only imagine what it is like in the office! I probably should of read the reviews before I called. It seems they are only about $$ vs helping people with a dental emergency.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful and staff was super cool no problems at all in and out procedure went very well and appreciate everyone there

Negative experience: WOULDN'T LET THEM TREAT MY DOG! THEY LEAVE YOU IN PAIN WITH A DRY SOCKET FOR AN ENTIRE WEEKEND WITH NOTHING FOR THE PAIN. TOLD TO GO TO THE ALREADY OVER WHELMED AND OVERCROWDED ER CAUSE SPARE FLY THE DENTIST CAN'T DO HIS JOB!

Negative experience: I called for an emergency appointment on a Saturday and told them what was going on and they said they'd get me in at 1pm same day. When I get there the dentist says there's no time for a root canal and to come back Sunday at 1pm. When I get there I'm not on the schedule and am told can schedule for next Sunday instead. My face is obviously swollen and infected. The dentist didn't even prescribe me antibiotics for an obvious infection probably because he didn't have the time. So here I am on the Thursday afterwards finally getting my root canal after necessary antibiotic treatment. These people don't have your best interest in mind. Their staff is too new to understand the scheduling system and the dentist didn't actually care about my problems.

Fantastic experience: Going in for dental work, whether a routine cleaning or a cavity fill, is always a comfortable experience (as much as filling a cavity can be!). I always recommend this office to anyone seeking a dentist.

Fantastic experience: The front desk ladies were extremely nice and welcoming! The dentist and dental assistant checked on me constantly through the entire process making sure no pain or discomfort. Could not have asked for a smoother tooth extraction. 6/5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth split on Friday night and lost the filling in it Saturday morning. Went on Saturday around 11:45 as a walk in. They were extremely busy and I did have a long wait BUT I am so glad I waited. Dr. Heineman and Sal were awesome. They needed to pull the tooth and I didn't feel a thing. I'll definitely be going back. I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: I went to 24/7 Dental in a Painful Emergency extraction on a Sunday… I called Saturday and Made appointment. I was met with professionalism and Kindness. I felt the Staff listened to me ( it was my birthday) and performed the needed treatment in an incredibly fast time so I wouldn’t miss my party. Dr Allen was Gentle I never felt any of the shots!! Ikr lol Dr knew what he was doing. A+++ Will recommend him!! My nurse was the best Jennica. You as well Sienna! You guys are Legends!!! Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this team up there today, the dentist was great and the nurses were very helpful.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. We were not even seen, we were turned away. I called about 15 minutes before showing up and as soon as I got there by 7:01pm, I was told we need to ask the doctor if we can see you. They came back and said he’s in a procedure and he can’t see you but we can give you an appointment for tomorrow. I told them, why wouldn’t you tell me that on the phone when I called 15 minutes ago?? Nobody had anything to say except we have to go by what the doctor says. This is ridiculous. If someone comes for emergency care and lets you know they are on their way and you turn them away when they get there is beyond me. This is terrible service. I can’t imagine what kind of service they would provide if this is how they treat you when you walk through the door. I don’t recommend this place at all if this is what the doctor says or the staff says. This is a terrible way to treat a patient who’s coming for emergency care.

Negative experience: Awful staff, no help. I took my brother to "24/7" dental and waited outside an hour for them to open. When they took his insurance card they handed it back and said, "he doesn't have dental this is medical insurance". I took the card and pointed to where it said ADULT DENTAL on the front of the card. I was given a really rude look and told, "no it's just medical". I then also showed them the back of the card with the name and number for dental. They said they'd look at it but once again said, "it's not dental". Eventually they gave the card back and said since it was a weekend they couldn't reach anyone at the dental number and also since he was a walk in and didn't have a spot he'd have to wait for everyone to be done..... so turned out they were booked for the DAY but didn't say that until sitting there for an hour and a half. We could've at least been told that from the start so we could've gone elsewhere much sooner. We ended up driving to Greenfield and they got us in as a walk in after 5 mins so the drive was worth it. Staff needs trained on how to read and understand insurance cards, to communicate if a walk in can't be seen until end of day, and how to talk respectfully to people.

Fantastic experience: Nia and Dr. Jordan were beyond amazing. Nia was kind, and empathetic, and caring. She explained every thing that was going on. She asked if I was okay, any and every time my face flinched. The dentist has always been my least favorite place. But the team here at 24/7 Dental are so patient, kind and caring. I made sure to ask for her for my next appointment! I won’t be going anywhere else! 10/5 would recommend.

Negative experience: I have a tooth that is totally broken off with my nerve exposed and they wanted me to wait 20 days before they cut it out. If this isn't an emergency I don't know what is. They are not open until midnight and they have no compassion for my pain. I am just continuing to suffer.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. They have a nice comforting staff and definitely understanding. They don't try to push a treatment plan on you. If you keep it real with them they do their best to accomidate you and do whats most important at the best price. I brought my 13 year old in for an extraction, his tooth was broke and he seen Dr. Jordan. BEST ROOT CANAL GUY HANDS DOWN IN THE 765. I say this because he saved my son tooth! I am a single mom and they didn't push anything else on me, unlike Aspen Dental who wanted me to commit to all this other stuff and charge me over 2 grand for a root canal. Dr. Jordan did a great job on my sons root canal in good timing and he had a good attitude. Really appreciated 24/7 dental at Anderson and their staff. It's seriously a nightmare trying to find a good dentist you can trust. Shout out to Dr. Jordan and his staff.

Negative experience: Came to get a tooth pulled, and no one was here. Called the number, got no answer. Another car was outside waiting and had a previous appointment. No sign explaining when they'd return or why they were closed.

Negative experience: Not impressed at all! You are literally just an insurance claim and money to them. Came in with one issue and was told I had multiple issues. Next thing I’m told all my teeth need to come out and get dentures. Went to get a second opinion, and glad I did. 1 extraction and 1 cavity. Could not believe everything I was told. Called insurance company who said I am not the first person to call them about this. Front staff makes you feel you are a hindrance as they are to busy on their cell phones and talking to others. Dental assistant was nice. Nothing negative to say, but nothing positive to stand out. Dr. Rude, talks over you, will not listen to what you saying and trying to explain.

Negative experience: so disappointed, I drove 30 minutes away, called prior to showing up, mind you, I called on my way there and was told they will be taking walk ins till 2pm I arrived at 11:15. When I arrived there was 3 people in the waiting room and the staff told me we are done excepting walk ins due to weather. I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m in extreme discomfort and pain, to be told I can come back tomorrow- mind you they are closing early because of snow storm, so discussed with there staffing.

Negative experience: Can't numb nerves in teeth properly. Don't even give you pain medicine. Act like they don't know what they are doing. Horrible experience. Place needs shut down. Lawsuit coming.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for the last two months to have dental work done and wow! Such a wonderful and clean place! Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! They are very helpful and friendly! I am someone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but here I haven’t had any issues, they know how to make you feel comfortable and safe! And I had to have a root canal which at the time I was so scared but the day of my procedure they put me right at ease and I came out of it thinking “that wasn’t bad at all”. I would highly recommend to anyone to come here!

Negative experience: This place is joke!!! Canceling an appointment because they didn’t get a confirmation…well my phone didn’t have service! I took my son out of school for this appointment on 12/3/24 and you guys cancel because of NO confirmation call! Bullshit! Place is supposed to be an emergency dentist for a reason! Fantastic experience: I have been in just a handful of times and with every visit I am more impressed with your staff. Very pleasant and professional. They work to make nervous patients feel comfortable and take care of every patient as if they are the only ones there.

Positive experience: The dentist is amazing and most of the staff. There are a few with attitudes and our personalities defenitly clash. Please advocate for yourself and tell them what is needed for yourself. They sometimes don't put you down for the right appointment type and it can cause insurance to deny your treatment/ out of pocket and extra costs.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could period. Never even seen the dentist. I called on a day that I was leaving for vacation because I had a filling fallout or an entire piece of my tooth broken off. I set an appointment for when I return from vacation and explain to them. I was heading Out on my trip when the incident happened. Show up at my appointment today at 4 PM and they tell me I don’t have an appointment which is odd because I definitely set one. They told me they called and left a voicemail to confirm my appointment and because I didn’t ,they cancel it apparently. So I rushed home from my vacation to make sure I made my appointment and planned my entire day around this dentist appointment just to walk in and tell me I don’t have an appointment and they can’t guarantee my wait time.

Fantastic experience: Once again, my visit to 24/7 Dental in Anderson was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be. These folks go above and beyond in making sure you're comfortable and they are excellent at what they do. Polite, friendly, and professional.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough how much this office saved me. I broke my tooth Saturday night and they fit me in on Sunday morning even though they didn't have the space on their calendar. Negative experience: Id give this place less than 1 star for their lies and scams they tried to pull this place is highway robbery , they only lure people in to collect $100 then make up more lies as to why they cannot do certain things such as extractions when they could have stated that on the phone BEFORE charging customers the $100 ...Avoid these rip off scamming 24/7 dental disease outlets

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth pulled I hate going to dentist because I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to sit still very long and i cant bend my neck back very long eother..they were awesome at working with me and made a game plan to fix the rest of my teeth when other dentist wouldn't because of my condition and all the staff were all very sweet and helpful would definitely recommend them

Negative experience: Would give no stars if I could!! I had 3 teeth extracted with stitches, I was sent home with ibuprofen, that night I was in so much pain after exceeding the amount I was allowed to take for over the counter medicine so I called them to see if they could send me something else over, mind you every time I ever got a tooth pulled I got some kind of pain medicine. For 2 days I kept calling them to help me and they kept saying they sent medicine over.. they didn’t, I ended up having dry socket in all 3 tooth holes and I came back and they packed it.. I’ve been in tears for 3 days now and they still would help me with any pain management.. I’ve ate 20 ibuprofen in 3 days and 10 Tylenol.. 10/10 don’t recommend!!!! I will never go back there again!!!

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant, Marina, is extremely kind, forthcoming and gentle. By the time I left, I never wanted another dental assistant. The entire staff is always helpful and with a smile every time I visit. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing. Dr. Patel and his assistant crystal were amazingly kind and patient with my son who suffers from anxiety. They made him feel calm and explained everything that was going on while they were doing an extraction. Thank you immensely from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: So the story goes, my teeth started deteriorating once I started a new medication almost 8 months ago. Been dealing with severe tooth pain for 2 almost 3 weeks. Went in yesterday not expecting much, MAYBE a tooth pulled, but they found 5 problem teeth that needed to go, and asked if I wanted em out. Now, just a little context... I'M TERRIFIED OF THE DENTIST!!! But I told them yes and they got to work. They made me feel at ease about getting the extractions and I was able to relax more than I thought I'd be able too. They did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a dentist on short notice or even for the long run. And every person I encountered there was polite and friendly! Thank you 24/7 dental!!!

Fantastic experience: I had all my teeth pulled almost 3 weeks ago. I was very apprehensive about the procedure. To my surprise, it went very smoothly and recovery was much better than I had imagined it would be. The staff is very warm and friendly. They have taken care of my needs in a timely and professional manner.

Fantastic experience: A little bit of a wait but was worth it. I live about an hour away in my area no one takes my insurance so finding this place was a life saver. Two problem teeth extracted and scheduled to get a couple more extractions and fillings in a few weeks. I will also be getting partials so I’m pretty excited!

Fantastic experience: My experience is always stellar at the office on Scatterfield in Anderson, IN. From the front office to the back; they are all compassionate and go above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Johnson and all of the assistants are skilled professionals who provide excellent dental service and treat every patient with dignity and respect.

Negative experience: They ripped a tooth halfway out the mouth and quit and refused to continue. They then got cyber hacked & refused medications to prevent infection or pain. Offered ibprofen that cannot be taken due to half a kidney. Don’t go here. They also seems to think it’s ok to tell you that you’re not allowed to be in pain and kick you out and ban you over getting frustrated they don’t have their cows in a row. Only go here in case of emergency bc you WILL be treated like scum.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, friendly staff and I am finally looking forward to getting the work finished that needs to be done! It's been a long process... the place I went to previously did a horrific job and what I was excited about getting done for years turned into a nightmare! However I feel like I am in the hands now of professionals who are fully capable of finishing what a dentist who was inept at best, negligent at worse wasn't capable of doing!! I am still very scared but I do feel more confident I found that i found the right place!

Everyone was really nice and caring and I didn’t feel like I was just a paycheck. 10 / 10 would most definitely come again :D they extracted 2 teeth so far and we plan on removing the 2 others that are messed up at a layer point :D

My daughter drove over an hour in excruciating pain because they're supposed to be open till midnight and accept walk-ins only for them to be closed when she got there at 10:30pm. They should think about renaming their practice.

Fantastic experience: I’m the first to admit, I avoid the dentists office! Due to my avoidance, I found myself needing a root canal. Dr. Tom was kind, helpful, reassuring, and even funny! The office staff was also kind. Prayerfully, I won’t need a return visit, but if so, I know 100% who I’d go to!

Fantastic experience: My name is Adria and I had seen Marina yesterday afternoon and Dr Jordan. She was so helpful to me because she helped me with X-rays and checked in on me. It was one best experiences. While Dr Jordan pressed the button for the X-rays Marina helped by the positioning the mouth piece.

Fantastic experience: I recently had four fillings done all at once, and I was genuinely surprised at how pleasant and painless the experience was. The staff at 24/7 dental were incredibly friendly and attentive to all of my needs. I absolutely recommend 24/7 dental services.

Negative experience: Previously I gave a 5 star review because I really do like my experience there WHEN I CAN GET IN. The issue that i have is that this is supposed to be URGENT CARE dentistry and WALK IN dentistry, that's how it is advertised. It just doesn't sit right with me when I have an urgent issue that is causing me great amounts of pain, and i have to wait DAYS to be able to come in because "my provider" is out for the weekend. If you go there for anything, the provider that sees you that time is assigned to you and so in the future if you need anything else, you can only go on their schedule. There are multiple other providers there that may have openings that could easily fix your cavity or whatever it is, but you have to suffer in pain until your provider is done taking their days off and then they will try to fit you in. I started going here because it was supposed to be convenient for my work schedule and i could just get in when i needed to but it seems as if its no different than any other dental office when it comes to scheduling. They even have posted that they are open until midnight and i have not ever seen that building open past 8. Im not very happy that I have to sit here and suffer in pain that goes up the left side of my jaw, to my ear. And tooth pain is no joke!! I would also like to add that this is not the first time this has happened. I feel like if I'm going to be assigned to a provider, i should be given a choice. Like "here's our providers and here's what their schedules are typically like, which one works best for you?" -Ashley Tyler (Stoops)

Fantastic experience: I wish I would've gotten all my dental work done here. I will continue to use this place. My husband and I were walk-ins and although we had to wait some time, they were able to work us in on the same day after telling us we would have to come back for an appointment the next day. Before we could even walkout for the next day appointment they said No we'll see you today. Talk about SHEW we were both hurting and having a really hard time eating. So yes I'll use this place from now on.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mar and his assistant Savanna are the best dental professionals I've been to in my 32 years of life. I've had so many bad experiences with dental due to underlying diseases, so i had some worries going into a new office. I have to say, I'm so happy i chose them! They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and overall , genuinely a delight to get treatment from. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns and eased my anxiety about having to get full extractions and dentures. I actually look forward to my appointments now because they make everything so fun and easy. Highly highly recommend seeing them!

Negative experience: Had to have all my teeth extracted and then got the dentures the same day. This was in October of 2023. Had to go back several weeks later to get some of the bone filed back down. So gums are healing, and after months, the dentures were to lose and fall out. This time, they did a soft reline, which helped greatly. At this point, I am still in discomfort. Bottom teeth still don't stay in place. They are painful and still hard to eat at times. I get sore spots from the bottom ones even after 7 months. Times I wish I had never done this process. After insurance, I still ended up paying 4200.00, and you would think I should be happy. As for the dentist and all the other staff, they were wonderful. No complaints with them9. Just don't like how the teeth feel. Sorry, they're out of my mouth more than they should be. Disappointed

Negative experience: Had a scheduled appointment Saturday morning, so after driving over an hour, we get there, and they tell me they don't have my crowns in yet. I get that things like that happen, but why couldn't they call me and tell me on Friday? They are open until midnight. I think they had my crowns, but they were just short-staffed and didn't have enough people for my appointment because, 30 minutes before we got there, a mass text message was sent out saying that they were short-staffed and were going to need patients to reschedule their appointments. The receptionist didn't apologize or anything, and they didn't even tell us they would call and let us know when they were in. If we hadn't already paid, we would definitely not be going back! Very unorganized and unprofessional place!

Fantastic experience: I am someone who has a fear of the dentist. I don’t go! Long story short- I had so much teeth pain I HAD to! The dentist had to pull 5 teeth (2 wisdom) . He did the best job. I don’t even believe him when he said 2 down. The staff is soooo kind & welcoming. The dentist is phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jordan is a gental dentist. Very professional. Doesn't talk at you, rather to you. As he's doing your procedure, he speaks with his assistant about daily life. He's not a fake, phony Doctor. He is passionate of his trade. I personally wish other dentist's over my 54 years of life would've been like this true gentleman.

Fantastic experience: My visit was amazing! I always have such high anxiety going to the dentist, but every single person there put me at ease. The assistant that did my SIX fillings was so nice and considerate. They made sure I was comfortable and stayed that way through my whole procedure. I will absolutely be returning to this office!

Fantastic experience: I had to have my first ever tooth extraction, so suffice it to say, I was very nervous. Dr. Jordan and his assistant Kylie did a wonderful job. He was very gentle, I didn’t even feel the local anesthetic injections, which was very different from my other experiences. I would definitely recommend 24/7 Dental to anyone who needs emergency, dental care, and or is very anxious about going to the dentist. also their secretary Alyssa, was very kind and made an effort to check up on me and make sure everything was OK post op.

Fantastic experience: Let me begin with everyone was extremely nice and judgement free. They got me in the same day I had a couple teeth that needed to come out and Dr. Jordan got them out without hardly any pain. The team put together a plan for me to get my needed dental work completed and it's very affordable. I'm so glad I found them. Very clean and sterile environment. Having pleasant staff will put your mind at ease. Update just finished with delivery of lower plate and the staff is helping me to be comfortable during the break in time. My smile hasn't looked this good in years.

Negative experience: I gotta take some stars away. Had a tooth extraction that went terribly. Was an emergency so it was not my usual doctor who did it. The procedure was egregiously painful due to inadequate numbing and the extraction itself was rushed. A couple days later I scheduled an appointment with my usual doctor (Brown) about shards of tooth leftover in my gums. Dr. Brown really destroyed my trust in him as he almost belligerently insisted that the shards were actually my jaw bone piercing through the skin. He barely even looked at my gum, but wanted to give me attitude. Said he would prescribe a special mouthwash but never even did that. Fast forward to today when I finally managed to remove the last piece from my gums all by myself. Sure enough, just as I said they were, all were tooth shards. Sorry, but I’m not returning to 24/7 Dental.

Fantastic experience: Called this place and made an appointment for a few days later and they fixed a chipped tooth and did awesome! Codi was very nice and helpful and made sure everything was perfect before I left! I will definitely be returning here for my regular cleanings.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my extractions I've gotten so far, nice friendly staff and dr ringenberg has been the best dentist I've ever had. Even though it was a struggle last time, everything went smooth and as usual they called the very next day to make sure everything went alright the night before. I always recommend when I hear somebody looking for a dentist.
