Negative experience: Great experience! The doctor and nurses are very professional and caring. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Freyberg The above review I wrote 11 month ago, and I gave 5 starts. Since then, my new crown that Dr. Freyberg installed has fallen off four times, and each time I've had to pay up to $250 for gluing it back. I was told that my tooth was ground so much that there is no tooth material to keep a crown in place. When I came to see Dr. Freyberg a year ago for a check-up, his staff convinced me that I needed to save this tooth (which didn't bother me at all) and have it covered with a crown. After some resistance, I agreed. It cost me about $2K, then almost a year of tooth pain and aggravation of losing and reinstalling this crown. Now I have given up on this crown, I have to extract this tooth, and do the implant with another doctor. I tried to be decent; I called the Smile on US clinic and expressed my dissatisfaction with the results, specifically that my crown is not holding. I asked to pass this message to Dr. Freyberg. Nobody ever contacted me to apologize and to offer any compensation. Conclusion: If you have some extra teeth to lose, I recommend that you see Dr. Freyberg and his staff

Fantastic experience: Just left my 6 month cleaning and checkup. The staff, as always, did an amazing job. They handled me with care and a soft touch. Signing into my appointment was a breeze, as I waited no more than 2-3 mins tops to get into a chair. Prior to cleaning, they will consult with you of any concerns or trouble areas; and to that, have a doctor or X-ray tech check in for further analysis if need be. I was a person petrified of the dentist, more so of the potential pain, price, and embarrassment of what could be the status of my teeth. All that has disappeared once I joined Smile On Us dental. They are an affordable judgment free zone and I’m so happy God brought me here. Please give them a try if you’re ever looking for services. Ive been to many doctors and always feel that all they are after is my money when they see all the problems that my teeth have. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years now. When I first came in I hadn't been to the dentist in 12+ years and didn’t realize how bad my teeth and gums were getting. I was so scared from not being to the dentist for such a long time but they reassured me I was in really good hands. It was a multiple week process to get the medical attention I needed however, every step of the way, these doctors were changing my life. Dr Ilya and Dr Z took such good care of me over the years that if I need anything dental done this is where I go to. Its such a good feeling to be able to smile with confidence and good health. If you haven’t been to the dentist for a long time like I have, go in here and meet them. They’ll take good care of you like they do to all their patients.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the very few times I have ever written a review. Seriously, you will not find a better dental office. First of all, the doctor that saw me was unbelievably thorough and had an amazing bedside manner. He even made me laugh! ( not so easy these days). Next, my hygienist, Miguel, also had an amazing manner, was very professional and kind, and gave me an extremely thorough cleaning. Overall feeling of professionalism and excellence all around. Even called the office and asked them to take me off of their mailing list and they keep harassing me. I have never been to this office, I live over 30 minutes away. This week I got two in one day, ridiculous. STOP KILLING TREES!!!!!! STOP SENDING ME MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Ilya treated a cavity of mine about a year ago, and now, a year later, I found out there was an infection under the tooth that required it to be completely removed. This is beyond unacceptable. This office doesn’t care about their patients, only their profits. To make things worse, all their glowing reviews are clearly fake. They push patients to leave 5-star reviews before leaving, which explains the misleading high ratings. Don’t fall for it. This office is a complete fraud. They botch treatments and try to cover it up with fake reviews. Stay far, far away.

Negative experience: I had the misfortune of being suckered in to have my teeth cleaned with x-rays and Dr. Ilya inspect my teeth. They sent a mail shot and advertised all the above usual services for th “ loss leader “ price of $50.00 After the cleaning by Miguel, I told him I felt uncomfortable at the top left where I had a porcelain crown He took a steel dental tool and tapped the crown several times and told me it was okay. The next day the crown fell out. On this same day,I contracted a bad cold and was laid up in bed for a week. Thereafter I called and made another appointment to have the crown fitted back. The job of cleaning the old cement was given to an assistant of Ilya. Ilya then took the crown and placed it and told me to bite. I told him it caused sharp pain. He then used his drill to clean out the old cement more; then placed it again. Told me bite and felt pain again, but less severe. He then cemented the crown and disappeared leaving me to the female assistant who said I would get used to it and should make another appointment if it still caused pain. I returned once again to their office. For no fault of mine, they wanted to charge me $200.00 to cement the crown back. I refused to pay this, so they reduced the fee to $100.00 leaving me no option but to pay it. Finally I made yet another appointment because of the pain. Dr. Ilya took his drill and drilled the bottom of the cemented in crown, all the while using a blue strip to gauge if it needed to be drilled more, to not be high. Eventually I told him the pain was diminished but not gone and went home. It’s been weeks to date and I still have pain when chewing any food on my left side. I would not return to this dental office if they paid me to have any dental work done. Caution : Stay away from this dental office and go to real professionals instead.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here all around, from before I even got there and was on the phone scheduling the appointment. I apologize; I don't recall everyone's names (I will make sure to going forward), but the front desk staff on Saturday, 4/12, the x-ray technician, the dentist, and my hygienist were amazing. It is not a pushy place. They just do an honest job well done, explain things thoroughly, and are all very warm and kind. Also, there is a parking garage right next to the location, which is great because the area can get quite busy. I pre-paid $50 for my cleaning and X-rays and must say it was well worth it. They gave me legitimate recommendations and a follow-up plan and tips for home dental care. I will make sure to come do my cleanings every 3 months, Anna!

Negative experience: What I didn’t like most was that they pressure you into writing a 5 star review while you are waiting before your visit, the receptionist will come and stay with you until you do it. I lied that I didn’t have a gmail account, but no wonder they have so many clueless 5 star reviews. Second, it is like a little russian mafia, unless you are russian too there’s no point of trying this place, you’ll be an outsider and they’ll treat you differently. And third, ceramic implants were bigger than normal, their solution was to file them, which made them change color then and since. Would not recommend. Run away from this place as they are in it for the money.
