Negative experience: I'm writing this because I'm deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Spring Creek Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff was completely disorganized. Conflicting information, and a general sense of chaos that made me incredibly uneasy. Honestly, it felt like no one was on the same page, after having Dr. Ronald E. Miller Jr. assist me I was just honestly in utter disappointment. I left feeling unheard and uncared for. I had hoped for a professional and comforting experience, but instead, I encountered a level of disarray that's simply unacceptable. I urge you to address these issues, so others don't have the same frustrating experience.
While we are unable to comment on individual experiences due to privacy regulations, we do appreciate the opportunity to reiterate the values that guide everything we do at Spring Creek Dentistry. Fantastic experience: My hygentist was Gizelle and she was so thorough and informative and gentle. She answered all of my questions regarding teeth care and whitening and much more. She was great. My biggest quibble is the noise level of the music. As soon as you walk in you’re almost straining to hear the receptionist. It can feel very overwhelming and anxious going to the dentist anyway and having the music so loud adds to that feeling. Other than that, it’s a wonderful office with truly dedicated and kind staff and doctors.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth emergency on a Saturday when a crown came off. I went to the Spring Creek Dentistry office when they opened Monday morning. They graciously squeezed me into their schedule and immediately fixed my crown. Wonderful treatment by them.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment with Spring Creek Dentistry for a 2nd option on dental work because I had a gut feeling my dentist of nearly 7 years was being dishonest. When I walked into the office it feels warm and welcoming & I instantly felt I was in good hands. The staff along with Amy & Dr. Stags were amazing. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Oakley’s for about 15 years. As always, everything about my visit was great! I checked in via text, walked in and was greeted. I sat down for maybe 2 minutes before Kathleen, my hygienist, called me back. She is very friendly and very gentle. Dr. Oakley came in and checked my teeth. He is also very friendly and gentle. He asked me several questions about my teeth and gave me the opportunity to ask him questions as well. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I was comfortable during the entire visit. Kathleen scheduled an appointment for my next visit and brought me back to the front. They are filing insurance for me and I had nothing else to do except continue to smile!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this office! I hadn’t been a patient in over 10 years due to insurance changes but they didn’t hesitate to get me in quickly when I called at 7am on a Monday morning with a severe toothache. I was able to be seen, diagnosed, prescribed antibiotics, and referred to a specialist by 9am that same day! That’s what I call service. And of course everyone there is fantastic. I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest. After reading all the glowing reviews for Spring Creek Dentistry, I was skeptical. It almost felt too positive, like it might be gimmicky. But after going in myself, I was completely blown away. Every single review is absolutely true. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and calming. Not at all what I expected from a typical dental office. Dr. Oakley was phenomenal. He took his time, explained everything in detail, and genuinely listened to my concerns. His energy, expertise, and the entire team’s support helped ease my anxiety and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. I had previously seen another dentist in Spring who kept pushing me toward a root canal for an issue that never felt right to me. They had me coming back multiple times without real results. Dr. Oakley not only listened, but he used advanced techniques and technology to correctly identify and address the issue and confirmed that I do not need a root canal. That level of thoughtful, customized care really built my trust in both him and his staff. I finally feel like I’m on the right path with my dental health, and I truly couldn’t be more pleased. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Trust me, this is the dental team you’ve been hoping for.

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who had a lot of previous trauma from the dentist, this was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. From the first appointment to having a root canal today I have nothing but great things to say. Dr. Henley was very helpful in calming me down and talking through everything in depth. Fantastic experience: I had a terrible experience NOT HERE but with full dental implants. I had no top dentures because our dogs ate them. I was mortified. Nieces wedding coming up. So many years of dealing with issues. Anyway I read reviews and broke down and went to Spring Creek and met some of the most incredible women and Dr Miller was like visiting with an old friend! I literally loved this office. Caring, professional and authentic! I don’t go a day without talking about them all!

Fantastic experience: I went here for a second opinion/consultation because my dentist told me I had a cavity and needed a filling. Not only did they relieve my dental fears, but they were very kind and patient with me. They took x-rays of my mouth and went over my results with me, explaining what was going on with my teeth and how I actually didn't have a cavity yet and could just try to take care of that area and watch it for the time being. I'm so happy I don't have to get a filling yet! (I've never had a cavity in my life and I plan to keep it that way) I will be making this office my primary dental provider!

Negative experience: So bad service. Referred me to a root canal specialist. The specialist said the root canal is not the solution for your case. It seemed to me that the doctor didn't have enough experience to know what he should do with my case. Also for the payment, they mixed up the paperwork and asked me to do the payment twice. Not satisfied at all from both staff and doctors.

Negative experience: I was a patient at Spring Creek Dentistry for 7ish years and absolutely loved practice. I am a single mother of 3 teens, and I work full time. I recently moved my children over from their pediatric dentist and they were pleasantly surprised that they didn’t hate going in for a cleaning. Unfortunately I was asked to find other dental care for my family this morning! And here is why…. Due to weather, the practice closed on the day I was scheduled to have some dental work done. I re-scheduled the visit, but was running late - so I called on the way and was informed that the grace period for an appointment is 10 minutes, and I would be charged a fee to reschedule. I apologized, and was willing to pay - as it technically was my fault. I was told that I needed to speak to the office manager……. Over the summer the kids were scheduled for their 2nd cleaning at Spring Creek. They were with their father that week, and he did not get them to their appointment. I rescheduled taking cancellation appointments that came available - which allowed no wiggle room for scheduling conflicts. My son is autistic and requires some preparation for going to the dentist, and one of my daughters had an important exam during the window I scheduled for her. I called to switch them to accommodate the situation, which was going to work out if I could expedite the mental state of my son…. Needless to say, kid swapping for appointment times, even when made on a cancellation of another patient is $100. I paid $200 and got the kids taken care of But me…. I’m now not the patient they are looking to have. I guess I understand in a business way, but I it stings more because I thought they cared about me as a person. I never would have imagined that I’d have to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Who likes to go to the dentist? Most people don't but I actually enjoy the professionalism at Spring Creek Dentistry. I had to have an extraction. The entire process was explained before beginning. Yolanda, who assisted Dr. Oakley, was fabulous. And I've loved Dr. Oakley for almost 20 years now! My hygienist today was Stephanie. She was fabulous!
