Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Scopu and her wonderful team! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Rachel at the front desk greeted us with a big smile and even gave us a little tour of the office, which was such a nice touch and helped ease my nerves. Dr. Scopu was incredibly gentle, patient, and made sure I understood everything about my treatment. She made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel easy and calm. Laura Lee was also amazing—so sweet and supportive the entire time. You can really tell that everyone here cares about their patients and wants them to feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I found Park Dentistry on Jan 8th, 2020 while experiencing a broken tooth requiring immediate repair, to include a new cap, ultimately saving the tooth. My appreciation goes to TAMER ESHRA, DDS and his very competent team. I set a second appointment (taking advantage of a special introductory offer) for a complete review of gums and teeth. This review resulted with seven replacement caps, gum surgery, and cleaning maintenance program, with Linda Sexton,CRD. My most recent cleaning (yesterday) with Linda S earned her and her team a Gold Star! Finally my last appt with TAMER Eshra, DDS & his team resulted in a whitening program, suggested by my wife! I had upper and lower teeth impressions taken for mouth fitments to use in process. Success...to complete one year of excellent dental care. Update 4/5/2023...After cleaning appt with Linda Sexton (Hygienist), found a filling to be missing on 4/4/2023...contacted Dr. Eshra...repaired immediately to my satisfaction. Great team and customer satisfaction guaranteed Update 10/19/23...Dr. Eshra team continues to satisfy and repair issues found by Linda Sexton (Hygienist) during #4 exam. Success and signed for another annual hygienist/dental exam program, saving me major expense as I grow older. Thank you Park Dentistry and Dr. Tamer Eshra. DDS Team. Update 2/8/24...As expected...scheduled cleaning with Linda Sexton worth the expense. Program reset...reviewed daily maintenance with new suggestions based on individual needs. All questions answered. The day of my first visit with Dr Scopu, I got a tour of the facilities! Very nice and pleasant. Dr Scopu took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Regarding my cleaning, the technician assigned to me was Judith. Remember this name because this is the best cleaning I have ever had… by far!

Fantastic experience: Mat Mouritsen, DMD Park Dental Naples, FL A brief story of one of the most outstanding Dentists in Naples, if not all of FL-Mat Mouritsen. My wife has MS and several years ago had “lifetime” implants installed. Over the years, her bones denigrated due to the MS and it was time to redo the “lifetime” event! Mat was initially concerned and had us meet with a specialist, however, his cure was over the top, stress-wise and financially. Mat then took on the challenge fully and over many months, working almost weekly, he designed and installed her new implants. With the bottoms in place and the tops nearly done, she had a bad fall, broke her jaw and when it was finally healed, Mat had a major redesign in his hands! Two months later, he finished the new design for the uppers and lowers, and gave my wife her mouth back, with an outstanding set of teeth. What he accomplished was over the top. He and his amazing Team of David and Abbey not only did the impossible, but they did also do it with outstanding care and great personality! She was kind and understanding and quickly scheduled me for an emergency appointment. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Yoan, who promptly brought me back to the exam room, which, to my pleasant surprise, was the same room I visited during my very first appointment in 2014. The calming view of the water and vibrant flowers outside the window instantly put me at ease. As I got settled into the chair, Yoan offered to turn on the massage feature and seat warmer—and of course, I said yes! Throughout the visit, he consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. After hearing about my symptoms, he explained that I’d need X-rays and walked me through each step with care and clarity. When Dr. Long entered the room, we exchanged warm pleasantries and shared updates about our kids. It felt more like catching up with an old friend than a dental visit. He clearly explained my two treatment options, and once I decided, he got right to work. To my amazement, I didn’t even feel the shots to numb the area—his touch is that gentle. As Dr. Long worked, Yoan remained attentive and supportive. At the end of the procedure, Yoan even polished my teeth, adding a thoughtful finishing touch. He then walked me to the front, where I was assisted by Chabely and Rachel. I had several questions about my insurance billing and needed clarification, and they handled everything with grace and patience. Insurance is not always easy to understand, but they never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed—they answered every question with a smile. Fantastic experience: What a great Dental office. The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted us with a big smile. I was 15 minutes early and I was in the room within 5 minutes. The dental assistant enjoyed talking to me about my issue which was a broken denture. The Doctor enter within a few minutes. The doctor examined the dentures, came up with a plan to fix the denture and they were ready the next day with their lab doing an excellent job. Fantastic experience: They have advanced technology that spotted an underlying issue that was missed by my previous dentists. This is the first dentist that was proactive in pain management with a root canal and I didn't have to travel to a separate facility. I look forward to the routine cleaning in the near future.

The most important part to me, they were honest with the prices, telling me ahead of time the cost of each procedure, which made me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: My first appointment was great and also a big relief. The office staff is both friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. David was kind and listened to my concerns. I felt welcome and in good hands the entire time I was with him. I had my exam by Dr. Mouritsen who came up with a plan to get my smile on track without going broke. After my exam I had a cleaning which was much better than any I had in town. Being a self pay patient on a budget with constant dental issues, I am glad I found a dentist I can trust. I am sure this office will get me back on track and I will have a beautiful smile soon. (I forgot the names of the front desk woman and my hygienist but they were amazing. Positive experience: My introduction was odd. The Chinese new year decorations were pretty. The garden seemed to be forgotten about. Plants , succulents were everywhere. I felt like I was in someone’s house. I was greeted and welcomed with an umbrella. I was offered coffee tea and water. I was shown where the restrooms were and some photos. I had a water/canal view (even saw an iguana). Assistant David was fabulous. He offered me a massage/heated chair. He did his job very well. Doctor was fast,efficient. They worked with price but definitely over priced. Wasn’t worth it for me to go back (which I did schedule ) especially after I checked out and the lady at the desk was just completely out of it. The payment process was another weird interaction. She didn’t listen to a word I said and was all worried about her printer not printing and was laughing about it giggling in a way that was just odd. Mind you an exam and X-rays were just an tad over priced. Which they can charge what ever they want. Which is why I got a few different opinions on my situation. Anyways, when I got home I called and canceled my appointment the girl who answered the phone was laughing and very rude. So I hung up. Not going back there’s a good amount of good teeth docs who don’t come with such a weird introduction or a walk through the facility which is just them taking you to your exam room. It’s large. But very nice and pleasurable. Rooms were kinda open I could hear monitors and all the things going on around me so , not so quite. I will add they had a lot of orchids. I mean a lot! Seemed clean and again DAVID WAS FAB! Doctor was a typical doctor. But most definitely high priced . They don’t need every client and it’s treated as such. I felt like just another money maker to them. All up to personal experience. They did what they could to keep a client and the price wasn’t doing it for me along with the odd employees. Lovely practice but sometimes those small details make a big difference when people want a true genuine relationship to continue with healthy smile. Positive experience: My wife an I have been patients for 10 years. Until this year all has been great. Recently, the prepaid plan has escalated in price along with higher copays and even beyond that, Park is now charging a fee if you want to pay by credit card. Dr. Campbell is great, but the practice has lost site of the reaonable cost of detistry.

Fantastic experience: On Saturday I needed emergency repair to a bridge, and they were available. The service was excellent. that was several months ago. Yesterday I broke a bridge and needed repair work. As it turned out I needed to have an infected tooth removed and an implant alone with a root canal. They saw me immediately and remedied the situation repairing work that was done in NJ. The service is excellent The pain was relieved and today I have no issues. Success!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of state, when I chipped the inside of my front tooth Friday night. I was leaving Monday morning for a two week cruise, and I was concerned that I had a fracture or the nerve was going to give me an issue while away. I called the office on Saturday morning. A wonderful person helped me and explained that I could come in right away and the doctor would check me out and see what’s going on. What an experience.. I received a tour of the office and what services they offer Assistant, Mariaml was outstanding. She was super friendly and very professional. She definitely helped me feel it ease. After taking a few x-rays, the doctor came in, Dr. Macedo explain that I lost a piece of the inside of my front tooth. There was no fracture and the nerve was not in danger at this point. She explained that I would need to get a filling to help support the tooth, otherwise could chip the tooth further. They were prepared to take care of it while I was there. I agreed and the procedure was done. Overall, I was in and out within an hour an hour. I have the peace of mind, knowing that this is not going to give me an issue while being on vacation. If you’re looking for a solid dentist in the Naples area, I could not recommend this group anymore. The professionalism, cleanliness, and overall welcoming and feeling was great. I work in the Dental industry on the supply side, I’ve seen a lot of dentist office that are pretty scary. I would highly recommend this one. Ron G

Fantastic experience: I was unsure at first, but once I checked in, everything went very smoothly the I sat in the chair for the young lady to clean my teeth and I was given local anesthetic and it was it was. I was expecting pain, but I did very little pain. I went to the doctor for the dentistry and they used nitrous oxide and some more local anesthetic and basically reworked my mouth. I was in there for five hours approximately on the 25th I believe or 24th. I go back in the final fitting and all the other stuff that they’re gonna do and so far it’s been just a lot better than I thought I was gonna be I thought I would be a lot more pain, but they were really really good , thank you
