Had a filling come out went as walk in they got me in fast. Dr Rolland is the best Dentist I've ever had. Go to Dental Depot and see Dr Rolland.

Negative experience: My grandson went the first time by himself since he was now 18. The hygienist left for about 20 minutes so I called up there and then they came back in they put fluoride on his teeth. They told him the Dr busy so he wait or leave if he had plans. I have called at 5 times to get the results of his x-rays and have been told Dr hasn’t time to read, been busy, but they have not called me back. So 4 days later I called again asking for Xray results told my grandson needed to come back in. I said no we just want the results. The girl kept repeating herself need to come finally agreed to have a manager call me tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time there and I had a really bad, swollen, infected tooth and I was trying to be seen that day so I can get some antibiotics to get the swelling to go down so then I can come back and get it pulled. They told me to have a seat and if someone canceled in the next 30 minutes, then the doctor could see me and low and behold, about five minutes later, the receptionist with the long black hair called me up and told me that there was a cancel and it’s a doctor doctor would see me right away so about five minutes later, they called me back the people they did the x-ray the receptionist and the doctor were so professional and kind and he looked at my tooth told me that it needed to be pulled, but it was infected so he prescribed me some antibiotics and sent me home and I have an appointment on Thursday to get it taken out. This was just an overall wonderful experience. I got a free T-shirt and a bag with referral cards and Chapstick in it and I’ve never been into a dentist office that treated me so well I used to take my kids to the memorial location, but this location was very over the top the best. Thank you to the receptionist that helped me. She was the long black hair lady on the right and she went above and beyond to help me and I found out that I had insurance and I didn’t have to pay any money that day. She looked all that up for me it’s just overall wonderful Thanks again ——————-Megan Lee.————

Fantastic experience: Dr Roland is without a doubt one of the best dentists, and the best men. I had to have an emergency extraction, he not only fit me in to his schedule, but ran around to multiple rooms helping other people, and when I apologized for making his day harder, he was so genuine when he said it was no big deal. Thank you Dr Roland, and the amazing staff.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience, I have ever had at a dentist. Dr. Verma was rude, in a hurry or rush, was mocking me while in pain. He even drilled my tooth while extremely infected. Out of the 4 teeth I have had pulled, everytime the Dr would send me home with Amoxicillin first, then pull the tooth. Nope not this time. The biggest problem I had, other than crying and severely shaking, was that there was absolutely no Empathy, or compassion. I was just another patient that needed to move along. Not an actual person, or Human. I will never go back to this location. I’ve been to the one on Sheridan, and haven’t had any problems like this.

Fantastic experience: Was worried about being late but got there on time thanks to their 15 min grace period! Staff was very friendly and made it simple to understand. They even have a train that goes around the rooms! Would def recommend especially to families.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would! My daughter’s normal dentist couldn’t fit her in, so I called them about a cavity. They got her in for $90 for X-rays. I paid, and we did the x rays. They come in after that saying they won’t do any work on kids her age after giving them her age when making the appointment!! I spent $90 and it was a waste of time and money!! I had to go somewhere else and pay for another exam and I’m out the $90 because they refused to refund me. Although they knew they would not work on kids her age when making the appointment. ON THE CUSP was AMAZING with her!! Go there before coming here!!

Positive experience: I love all the Dental Assistants and Hygienists but the Dentist I seen last was in a rush and really rough. I hope I don’t have to be seen by him the next time I go.

Fantastic experience: This was an excellent experience. First time I’ve ever gone to a dentist who told me what was best for me not what I thought was best for me. I’ve always hated not knowing what options are available to me other than what I’ve heard on the TV.

Fantastic experience: In and out in one hour. Saw the doctor, teeth polished, plaque scraped, x rays, and goodie bag, back on my car an hour after I got out of my car. Woo hoo! No cavities! Everyone in the practice is friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: We had an AMAZING experience here! My son had some pain and swelling in his mouth and they were able to fit him in the same day we called. My son has a ton of dental anxiety and the dental hygienist and Dr. Rolland were both were very understanding and empathetic. They were patient with him and listened to my concerns. The staff were also wonderful and efficient. We will definitely be coming back!

Positive experience: Fair, first receptionist was good, the girl that took my x-rays was good, the hygienist Kim was good. The Dentist came in for just a few minutes checked my teeth, said something to the assistant.That girl (Assistant) came in to do the fluoride procedure spread on thick Layer of goo, I asked her what she had put on my teeth. She said it was the fluoride treatment. and told me I was done I could go. By the time I got to my car, my mouth and teeth felt like they were glued together. I tried to explain the situation to this New white receptionist and ask to see if I could talk to the hygienist. she left the front desk, went back and spoke to someone came out and told me that they had given me a toothbrush, and all I need to do is go home and brush my teeth. Of course brushing my teeth with the new brush, Ruined the toothbrush Making it to stuff to ever use again I called back. Left word for Kim to return my call. My call was not returned yesterday or today! I guess I need to report this to my insurance carrier. Also I’m getting no response from the Broken Arrow Dental Depot.

Negative experience: Never booking here again! All they do is lie about u missing appts. U HAVE TO confirm ur appt to be seen even if u book a day before! My son’s cement cap keeps coming out! Unreal

Positive experience: I had another great dental work experience with dental depot and every staff member that I encountered on today’s visit! They all treated me with compassion and quality care. I will recommend the broken arrow dental depot to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Dental Depot was absolutely amazing with working with me and my very hectic schedule. They rescheduled as many times as I needed without any fuss. No reschedule fee, no cancellation fee. If you have a very busy life go with dental depot.

Negative experience: I had to wait for 3 hours in the back till I could go home and had to keep asking how much longer just a horrible experience so I definitely won’t be going back

Fantastic experience: i came in yesterday for some emergency services. i called them that moring at 11am and they saw me at 2pm the same day. it was busy being a monday and the day after a holiday but i really didnt have to wait that long. the dental assistants were constantly checking on me while the dentist was helping others. the procedure went perfectly, i felt no pain during or after. its been a little less than 24 hours since and ive had no complications or discomfort. thank you dental depot for helping me! i will be recommending you guys to everyone i know. im really looking forward to my next appointment

Negative experience: Don’t go to dental depot ! They make sure they get your payment before helping you ! But they suck at putting caps on. Mine has fallen off several times, they use crappy products wanna charge me just to see me! I have a different cap from a long time ago that’s NEVER MOVED or fallen off. Don’t waste your time

Negative experience: My recent experience at this dental office was disappointing. I felt that the handling of my situation by the dentist and the assistant lacked professionalism, which made me quite uncomfortable throughout the appointment. Specifically, I was not provided with clear communication regarding the results of the test , and I left the office without any information about when to expect the results of my tests. This lack of information left me feeling uncertain and uninformed about my dental health.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! The dentistry staff were very caring and showed alot of empathy towards me after I explained my horrifying experience with a different dentistry office. I have renewed vigor and happiness now, and its only for Dental Depot.

Negative experience: First off they tried to almost charge me double then what they originally told me I have 3 crowns all together in my mouth the one from here you can clearly tell cause it doesn't even come close to resembling a tooth really just looks like a flat super white piece of plastic where they did 2 fillings feels weird then today they double booked my appointment time so weren't able to see me and all of this was after the fact that when I brought my child here and told them no flouride still leave I to him and talked to me like I was dumb for not wanting my child to get flouride

I was expecting a bit more patient dr time that’s all but at the end he came he saw and gave me a dx we move along. Everyone is great and super helpful. Fantastic experience: Man, I absolutely adore my doctor and his nurses. I consulted four different doctors, but none of them could offer me a solution without incurring thousands of dollars. However, my doctor not only provided me with the necessary treatment but also didn’t charge me for my filling, which all the other doctors had deemed impossible. Moreover, he allowed me to pay off my partial bill in payments, and I can’t express my gratitude enough for their exceptional care. They treat me with the utmost respect and dignity, unlike the other dentists who treat patients like mere financial transactions. Because I’m going through a rough time right now in between careers plus a custody battle I mean it’s hard out here, but I am just blessed. My doctor and his staff are truly remarkable individuals who genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. They go above and beyond to ensure that their patients receive the best possible care, and I am incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: The folks at Dental Depot are very courteous and prompt to serve. Dr. Tyler is great. I started going a year ago to the Broken Arrow office and have been 4 times. They are worth giving it a chance.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrified with the front desk/reception Dentist is amazing. Professional, courteous and prompt. The front desk and assistants however... Are not.. My wife has been blown off 2 days in a row after needing her medication that they messed up and sent to the wrong pharmacy. "I'll call you back" results in nobody being called back. All 3 times. Instead she had to take time out to go there after she worked all night and hadn't slept. All because they can't use a phone and have proper communication with their clients.. I'll be finding out names and other relevant information so I can file a formal complaint with the state of Oklahoma. There's too many people in the job market nowadays to retain people who refuse to do the job they're paid to do.. Unbelievable.. if you need urgent dental work, I heavily advise you to find another dentist office. Again.. this is on the assistants and receptionist, NOT the dentist. Unfortunately, he's a victim of circumstance.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience the staff and everyone was so nice and sweet. I have a brand new knee and after that total knee replacement my Knee Surgeon advised me for any Dental Procedures I am to have an Antibiotics before ANY procedure. I am not sure how this was supposed to work but I called my PCP Dr. Greer and asked them for a prescription and he refused!! Per my PCP Dr Greer nothing should be needed and said that’s old medicine and he was adamant with NO!! However, once I walked in to Dental Depot and told them they said don’t worry we will get the Antibiotics ordered with no problem and they did! My stress immediately went down when they said that to me. AND, I didn’t have to call my PCP (Ughh) back to have to go back and forth about my health and what he won’t do and what I need to do, however somehow the Dentist knew exactly what I needed. Prescription received, filled and ready for my Dentist Appointment!

Positive experience: Sadly my last couple experiences were not positive. The people are friendly, but I feel like a number being rushed through the process. I was in for bi annual teeth cleaning. The person who took X-rays was very quick and not careful with the plates they stick in your mouth. Next they polished my teeth before cleaning my teeth which seems backwards to me. She was also quick, not even sure if she got all my teeth polished. The hygienist who clean was very persona able but was very quick and lastly she put some kind of paste on my teeth, not sure if it was supposed to be on each tooth but didn’t seem to me it was. Then I waited awhile for the dentist who was in maybe 1 minute said I needed a crown and then left. Then I waited for an estimate for the crown which was high to me, and I left. I love the train motif and decorations but even the trains weren’t running this time. Seems like there is a different dentist every time. Not sure if it’s because they are training depot, or can’t keep a regular dentist? Sorry I may be looking for another dentist next time.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 9:30. came in the door at 9:25 went straight back. The dentist was very nice had very good bedside manners this place is amazing. I even brought some partials from another location that wasn’t working for me and he offered for me to bring him in so he could fix them

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a hard time in the past with appointments in which I had different dates from what they said. They mixed my sons and mine. Billing has been an issue also but have to say my last visit they seemed to be more organized with scheduling. Maybe a more orderly fashion. Pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, organized, and knowledgeable staff. They got me in right on time. The doctor explained every option that they could do for my teeth as well as what my insurance covered vs. out of pocket. He got started right away and took care of my needs. I have no complaints and definitely would recommend.

Negative experience: The 45 minute wait after scheduled appointment is ridiculous and we have to be there 15 mins before. They should have said they were running behind and rescheduled. Waste of time

Fantastic experience: This dental depot dentist office staff was flawless! I broke a tooth and went in thinking they would give me the old Wild Wild West dentist treatment. Boy was I wrong lol! The other dentist offices that I visited in the past were so corrupt, they had me afraid to trust any dentist. My daughter told me that Dental Depot wouldn’t do me like the other places. I believed her and went. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist office in my life. The trama is gone now! Thank you Dental Depot!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rolland is amazing. He is so gentle with his injections I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. He filled 4 cavities quickly and did a GREAT job. His work with the laser cauterize was very precise and left almost nothing indicating work had been done. It hurt a bit 36 hrs later but very mild. My new partial denture is perfect they the fitting to adjust it was awesome. They worked very patiently with me to make sure it was just right; and it is. His staff is wonderful and super easy to work with. They feel like they are family there. My back crown on the implant fell off. They reattached it and glued it firmly into place and didn't even charge me. It's still solid today. I can't praise Dental Depot and Dr. Rolland and Dr.(sorry, I forgot your name!, who helped with the implant repair), enough for how great their services are applied. Love you guys!

Negative experience: After they cleaned my teeth I was waiting on the doctor to come in and I got tired of waiting so I left. I got to the front to pay out and they didn’t even miss me. I just thought they cared more than that! Only reason I’m leaving the review is because they asked for it. I wouldn’t have done it on my own. I made an appointment for 6 months out so I can give them another chance. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere very cozy and inviting. I grew up going to a dentist in south Tulsa and the office always smelled funky but this place was very pleasant. Love that everything is done on tablet no paperwork so environmentally friendly and the staff was super nice. Pictures and x-rays were done within 10 mins so quick and easy. Dr Roland was also super nice and very quick at identifying what needed to be done. Thank you very much for a quick and easy visit. I may bring my son to yall!
