Negative experience: My experience here at Prime Pediatric Dental (4410 West 16th Avenue Suite 52, Hialeah, FL 33012) was FATAL. I made my child’s appointment almost a month in advance for him to be seen by Dr. Rivera. I called at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the appointment to correct the address and they didn’t tell me that the doctor would not be there even though I reported that I had only made the appointment for that doctor and that was why we had waited so long. The assistant greeted us, asked for the child’s information, and gave me several consent forms to sign, including one that said I agree to have the child seen by other doctors. I automatically told her, I agree to another assistant taking his x-rays or information, but today we are here for Dr. Rivera and I immediately asked her: “Is she going to see him today?” (She answers yes, she will see him today) After a while they send us to another room where Dr. Rivera is supposed to see us, after a while waiting ANOTHER doctor comes to see him and I say excuse me, you are not Dr. Rivera and we are here for her, she says: oh ok, no problem and leaves, another while passes and ANOTHER DOCTOR arrives, I come back and repeat the same thing, excuse me, we are here so that my child can be seen by Dr. Rivera, (ok, mom) they leave us there for a while longer until I go to the reception and ask for the doctor and to my greatest surprise the Doctor WASN'T THERE and I tell her I don't understand what the lack of respect is when I called almost a month in advance so that my child could be seen specifically by that Doctor, that's why we waited so long for her appointment, I don't understand why when I called at 1:00 p.m., 30 minutes before my appointment they didn't tell me that she wasn't I was about to decide whether to take the child or not since you are the ones who have to call me to inform me that she would not be there, I also do not understand the lack of respect of sending me a different doctor as if I did not already know Dr. Rivera, it really is a lack of respect, a lack of professional ethics to do this, to waste our time, to waste time from my work, to make us come here, I really give it 1 star because if it could be given 0 it would be the exact evaluation, with the other administration the exact same thing happened to my friend, we thought that with this administration it would be different. I told her we are going to leave, please do not go to bill my son's insurance for everything that you made me sign without me knowing that the doctor was not going to see him, because I will take him to another clinic and I do not want my son's insurance to not cover it because it has already been charged, the girl asks me, do you want to reschedule another appointment? I answer: are you serious? We are not coming back here, we came from far away just to be seen by her and look at all the disrespect they have committed, from the one who received the call and did not inform me that the doctor would not be there, to the assistant who knew that we only wanted that doctor and the others who were coming in knowing that the appointment was not with them and they were not able to say mom, Dr. Rivera is not here, do you want us to see your child today? and they did not even ask that, they just sat there, read my son's name and that was it. It really is a lack of respect and a horrible lack of professional ethics. I will never return there again and I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES. Appointments are useless and unreliable. Staff is incredibly rude and unkind. This place never fails to make me unhappy, do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. Same goes for the orthodontist and oral surgeon locations next door.

Negative experience: I took my son today in for a surgical appointment he had at 10:00 they didn't see him until 1:00. The lady brung him out to me while everything seem to be normal explaining his post operation instructions. When he takes off the ice pack while we are walking I notice a burn in his bottom lip. I find this being extremely unprofessional due to him being 17 and no one telling me anything about this until I noticed. I asked what happen and she was like oh they burned him by mistake. Like if it was okay I immediately asked to talk to the doctor. I went back in the the nose and my son on a wheel chair they told me I had to wait for a few minutes due to him being busy. The doctor explained that the KLS handpiece got hot he notice when he touched it and noticed that his lip also got burned. WHY DIDNT ANYONE CALL ME IN AND TELL ME DIRECTLY HE IS UNER AGE!! I am super upset I wont ever take my kids to this dentist again now my son has a big burn spot on his lip and is mark for life!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from the entire staff literally 100 stars! Our experience was superb from the front office staff to all the clinical staff involved in the appointment, I am truly so grateful for everyone making my children’s experience comfortable & pleasant. Amy at check in was so polite she provided excellent customer service from the phone conversations to the actual in person check in process & so did all of the assistants, all of the assistants were very polite & supportive from start to finish. The oral surgeon Dr.Schneider was so kind, detailed & thorough he provided such excellent & genuine patient care. Thank you to everyone for providing such great care, you guys are all stellar!

Fantastic experience: My son has been attending this dentist since 2019. Its been the best experience. Dr.Sanchez & her assistant Anne are the greatest, to the point that my son won't see anyone else if it's not them . He has had 8 extractions by Dr.Sanchez and she was so caring and comforting. She really cares for her patients. She going to have to be his doctor until he's an adult . He gets cleanings with Niulys which shes also great and very gentle. All wonderful staff at front desk are always so helpful. Great customer service. I'd highly recommend this dentist to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been to a kids dentist that doesn’t take long to assist the patients. I 1000000% recommend. In one hour I was already done with my appointment and let’s not talk about the staff. They were amazing from the doctors to the front desk. Everyone was amazing.

Negative experience: I was a patient there until 2 years ago, my son now 20 and my daughter now 12 have always been patients there. The amount of work they both got here was ridiculous, cavity after cavity and then both referred to ortho that is associated to them of course. Now that i have a nee dentist and see the xrays I am mind blowed, all they want to do is do procedures and then charge insurance. My 20 year old doesn’t need braces and my daughter we still don’t know as some teeth are still to come in. This new dentist does preventive work and truth is a cavity takes time to happen, my kids never missed a cleaning and floss is our new friend. It felt like a factory going there, spending all day to get the children seen to then have them say reschedule for all this work to get done. The last time i was there i decided to try a new place that did xrays and panoramic and they were shocked of how much work has been done on my 20 year old. They told me my son had 2-3 cavities, the new doctor said only one cavity had to be redone and that was it… just don’t trust them anymore and i didn’t notice until i switched to another pediatric dentist. And they make me wait on purpose and make such an issue about my insurance because it is not medicare and that is what they are used to. If you want you children to not have overworked teeth by age 20 go somewhere else.

Negative experience: This place takes forever to attend you. I was stuck here for 2 hours and half of that was just waiting to be called and waiting for the doctor to take a look. It was a terrible choice to comeback here this place hasn’t changed one bit.

Negative experience: The front desk service is absolutely terrible. I had to wait a long time before anyone even acknowledged me, and every time I call, no one picks up—even the doctors had to tell them to answer the phone! It’s clear that the staff has no proper training or front desk experience. Management seriously needs to implement a training process and hire people who actually know how to handle customer service. Until they fix this, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Service is Everything ☺️ This office is now Prime Pediatric Dental Group. My daughter was under the Ortho Dental Treatment for Braces in WPB - 10th Avenue but it closed down out of nowhere. When I called the number left on their VM I was rerouted to the Hialeah office where I was treated with empathy and compassion. I could tell that they were overwhelmed by the overflow of phone calls and possibly irritated patients but they still managed to keep their professionalism. They immediately booked us in and continued to now finish her treatment. Veronica (Office Manager) and staff are very helpful and conveniently with me since they understood how far my drive was to & from. The Doctor is Amazing; she is quick, knowledgeable, professional & kind. I can honestly say that the drive was well worth it. In addition both the Pediatric Dentist and Ortho team were very accommodating. My daughter was seen by both parties in one day! If you are one of the WPB parents of patients, don’t freak out. I highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: PLEASE READ i am posting this review because i’ve been a patient from them for 3 years and my brother was a patient from them also years ago. i am not sure what happened but this whole business is horrible. a year or two ago ALL the people got fired for fraud for scamming peoples insurance, and now, the new team is bad. i mostly refer to the main doctor. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. they made me go through so much pain to the point i got irreversible JAW issues. when i got my braces off, i went a whole month without a retainer because of THEIR fault from my top teeth. eventually, i was doing okay but the permanent retainers on my bottom teeth kept breaking and kept CHARGING me for it. again, i have jaw issues so i physically couldn’t even break these retainers myself, they just did a horrible job. AND kept charging me for it?!?! fast forward, the permanent retainers kept breaking to the point it moved all my bottom teeth and had to get braces again and took advantage of my father to pay for it AGAIN!!!!!! ALLL THEIR MISTAKES AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT. these people SUCK and i never want to see them again. please go somewhere else, PLEASE. todo lo barato sale caro!!! these people quite literally DONT care about you, the doctor has an ugly attitude and the whole team blame everything on you instead of being responsible and taking responsibility for their actions.

Negative experience: The doctors are okay. I’m not a big fan of having to wait 2 and a half hours to receive treatment even with an appointment. However, the reason for the one star review is the FRONT DESK STAFF. They are wildly UNPROFESSIONAL. In my opinion, it’s unacceptable to have headphones on if you’re working as a receptionist considering you have to talk to people all day. They always have the worst attitudes too. Completely ridiculous for me to walk in, stand in front of the desk, and still not be greeted until I said something and THEN to be ignored by the receptionist. Ridiculous. Negative experience: LONG REVIEW: I'm only giving 2 stars because Dr. Lee is a great orthodontist, HOWEVER, he doesn't stand up for his patients in any way when the office manager (Veronica) gets disrespectful or combative, and if you're NOT HISPANIC, you're labeled and mistreated. In the beginning, things were smooth. I was forced to remove 2 of my teeth and later found out that Dr. Lee never ordered this. I was told by Veronica that I had to have my teeth removed and that my treatment would be 2.5 years. Because my teeth were removed, my treatment was extended. Some of the dental assistants speak NO ENGLISH AT ALL, so they couldn't understand anything I was saying to them. When they told Veronica this, she yelled at me, and we argued in front of the entire office staff and patients. As a result, she put a note in their system that said I didn't like anybody there because they don't speak English, and she tried to force me to pay $100 for each following visit. My braces have been paid off since 2021, so I refuse to pay that. Whenever she gets angry at her staff (the issues don't involve me at all), she finds ME and tries to force me to pay the $100. I asked to speak to someone over her or the owner of the company, and she told me that I'll never speak to anyone over her and what she says goes. It's now been 5 years, and I'm still wearing braces. She has refused to return any communication or allow the staff to schedule any appointments for me over the past 5 months. My teeth are shifting out of alignment, and I'm now forced to find another orthodontist because Veronica refuses to complete my treatment because I told her that I'm not paying extra money because someone has a personal problem with me. I personally think it's because I'm black (I'm usually the only black person in the building when I go for appointments). My payments for my braces were only $60 per month when I had payments, so I'm not going to line someone's pocket with extra money because they don't like me. I've NEVER seen or heard ANYONE ELSE - not ONE other person - go through anything REMOTELY CLOSE to this in all the time I've been a patient at this office. I'm one of the FEW black patrons of this establishment, and I've recommended them HIGHLY until the office manager began to mistreat and disrespect me as a person. I overlooked the televised fraud issue and STILL patronized the establishment. I would HIGHLY recommend that you NOT come here if you're not Hispanic. Making an appointment is useless when they allow people that come in after you to be seen before you , and you've been in the lobby for more than an hour. There were times that I was the ONLY person in the lobby, checked in for my appointment, and the receptionist never put in the system that I was there. I had to get upset after sitting for 2 hours and watching the lobby fill and empty multiple times before anyone attempted to check me in on the computer. As a result, I was labeled as angry, having an attitude, and prejudiced. I'm multiracial, so I can't be prejudiced. I'll also need to seek an attorney concerning this issue. My advice: FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GET ORTHODONTIC SERVICE. UPDATE: They lost a star because they just called me trying to convince me to come into the office for an adjustment and pay the $100 after admitting that it was "approved" and issued by Veronica "because it's been a long time". I refused and told them why I'm not going to pay that. They also tried to convince me to have my braces removed. I refused because my teeth are now out of alignment, and there's no reason to take them off just to have them put back on again. They tried to convince me to see another orthodontist in the office to be reevaluated and charged for treatment and said that the $100 is the cheapest I would pay there. I refused and told them that I'm not going to pay to correct something caused by their office, and I'll get an attorney if I need one. They said that they will put a note in their system to be sure that they never call me again. Thank God for that.

Fantastic experience: In a panic I googled a Pediatric Dental office and saw they had an availability that same day, I made the appointment for my daughter and she had her visit there for her first Dental appointment. The staff was very nice and explained everything needed, the office was clean, and the doctor was very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: Worse experience ever I had taken my daughter to this dentist before and had no issues. I took my daughter probably like a month ago and with their new management they were trying to charge me for treatment that my daughter didn’t need . They had scheduled my daughter for some cavities to be done at the hospital and the day before they call me requesting for payment for all this additional treatment they were going to do that the Dr. never told me about so since I didn’t wanted the other extra stuff done they canceled my appointment at the hospital claiming they don’t due selective work. So watch out for this scammers.

Negative experience: My son has been a patient at this office for approximately 12 years. Once upon a time was attended to by Dr. Ana Cabrerizo, whom in my opinion is a great dentist. However, without notice or explanation, my son was never seen by Dr. Cabrerizo again. From booking an appointment to the actual visit everything is unprofessional and inconsiderate. The wait is never less than 2 hours. Then the patient gets seen by what seems to me students. Everyone has an opinion and no one gives an accurate explanation of the diagnosis. After 2 1/2 hours finally a doctor I had never seen before came to see my child and tells me my son needs to be referred to a specialist since he needs a deep cleaning and they don't perform it there. Once at the reception desk I was provided a paper pretty much blank and no referral doctor on it. I proceeded to find my own Periodontist and make the appointment. It took me another 2 days for someone to answer the phone and assist me in getting the records. Extremely unprofessional and sadly putting at risk children's oral health. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: His office closed without notice/warning. They are supposed to open again but nobody knows when and they have been closed for weeks!. Meanwhile I am in urgent need of my daughters records. I’ve called the answering service and waited for a long time for them to answer, and when they finally do, they hang up without explanations! This is ridiculous.

Negative experience: The dentist next to it, not the one for kids, the one where they put your braces and stuff. That dentist right there they are really bad in putting braces on, they always find a way to mess it up and leave a pointy metal thing sticking out of your mouth and it grabs your lip and makes you bleed alot. They need to fix that. They don't do anything about it. They try to fix it but theres always another one. Please fix it

Negative experience: Worst dental office in existence. Make sure to come if you want to waste all your time. They will lie to you about how many people are in-front of you and then go eat in the back and gossip. They always say that they are a little behind but I have never came here and had an appointment attended on time. Currently I’m sitting waiting to be attended for my 3:30 appointment and it is almost 5. I would never recommend this place. I’m not even going to ask action to place because I am sure nothing will happen. Worst place ever!!

When I booked the appointment I let them know that I needed as an emergency due to my son’s pain on his teeth and he couldn’t sleep the night before. Also, when I got there I told the hygienist that I went because of the pain. My son had an inflammation on his gums, and after 3 hours waiting “the doctor” says that’s nothing and that I just need to give him Tylenol. Then told me let’s book an appointment for extraction. Hellooo!!!! After a bad night and 3 hours waiting they should do something right away. Kids can’t tolerate that pain for long time!!!! Not planning to go back NEVER

Fantastic experience: The team in this clinic is very savvy and cozy with all their patients. My son and I were part of the experience and we’re very satisfied with the results. I would like to highlight the excellent and professional job of Dr. Hernandez, who addressed all my questions and doubts adequately and accurate. In addition, the charging system is very organized and offers different options of payment. Moreover, In case of an emergency, there’s practically no waiting time. Negative experience: I’ve been taking my daughters here for years to Hialeah Location, but every year gets worst. Let me start with the fact that they don’t even speak English, they have a bad attitude all the time. I just called to make an appointment for my daughters and the lady hang up the phone after I asked her a question, and ofcourse with an attitude, no respect at all!!!! I hope managers see this and take action. It is disrespectful, because of the patients you guys eat, don’t forget that!

Negative experience: Horrible place, staff are always trying to give excuses why my appointment is delayed. My appointment was at 11 am, and got attended at almost 2pm ( 3 hour wait). My dad was beyond mad that I had to wait this long. This shouldn’t be like this if my appointment was at 11 am they should attend me at 11 am not 2pm. Also people that had appointments after me were before me which was totally not fair. I went before and they had cancelled my appointment over something that didnt even happen. Negative experience: Beside the obvious time issues and over crowded problems they have, their attention to kids is not good!! Fast cleaning they did and horrible way of being to kids… they should really learn to work with kids and maybe not scare them more than they are and learn how to handle a kid when they start crying or panicking.

Negative experience: The worst place to come to. Very incompetent and inexperienced. Also very racist and I will never bring my children here again. Spelled my daughter's name wrong, her birthday was incorrect, and had the nerve to speak terribly about me in Spanish as if I don't know Spanish. Then when I responded back to them, Amy's eyes grew bigger as if she was in shock. They just assign appointments after appointments for the wrong procedures and is not sure of their jobs. I will be contacting someone higher to assist me since they are telling me that there is no supervisor present because they're all on vacation for the holidays.

Negative experience: Doctor is fine, but the clinic staff are not well. They seems exhausted and upset maybe because the clinic are overbooked. They are too many people and the front desk was not well organized. My kid last appointment was at 9am in the morning, we have been waiting for over 90 minutes. I saw people after me have been called, and so I asked the front desk, and was told patient was not called based on the sign-in sheet or appointment time. I was little shocked by the answer to be honest. I waited for another 30 minutes, and then asked the front desk how many patient are in front me, and she checked and replied there are 5. Right after she told me 5, my kid's name was called by the staff. The nurse practitioner were also a little grumpy without many patients when treating my kid. I decide to switch to another clinic after my second visit (first visit had a similar experience, but decided to give it another try). Very disappointed.

Negative experience: The dentist are whatever, but they take FOREVER my appointment was at 10 and i just got out it’s 1:45. When i got there they had mariachi and they weren’t calling anyone. My daughter had to get a fill on a tooth and she said they left to eat cake and one of the lady’s said she forgot she was there. WORST customer service ever do not come here unless you wanna waste 3+ hours!

Negative experience: Terrible place I do not recommend it to anyone. More than two hours of waiting to be attended, also the place so full of children and adults that many of them did not fit in the waiting area standing. It is as if there were more children to care for than capacity.

Negative experience: The surgery office is a total mess, they never keep appointments, they don't respect your time. For my daughter's surgery they made me go 5 times to do the surgery and there was always an excuse and they didn't do anything to her. For the surgery follow up I called the previous afternoon to confirm the appointment and they confirmed it and when I got to the office the next day , the only thing they had to say was “the surgeon did not come”. I drove from port st lucie, it takes 2 hours or a little more with the traffic, and they don't care at all about customer service. They don't respect the user, they waste the time of the users and they don't care at all. The worst service.

Negative experience: I would love to give them zero stars… my sons a regular patient here and I came with an emergency he was crying The whole night we didn’t sleep the whole night. Tried to show up early in the morning and they refused to see him. On top of that the girl at the desk said maybe I should take him to the emergency room… There’s no dentist in a emergency room

Positive experience: I came to AC from another dentist and I'm so glad I did. My son has always been hated going to the dentist, but he LOVED this place! However, I do have to admit that both the dentist and orthodontist offices are severely overbooked. Too many patients. I come here because my son loves it and the doctors are excellent, but I have been at the orthodontist office for three hours. I had other things that I needed to do and couldn't because of this. They need to do something about this. I'm paying a WHOLE lot of money for this

Negative experience: Dont come to this place. They give you appointments for a specific time and make you wait for more than 2 hours. The guy in the front desk offered to cancel my appointment after I had been waiting for an hour. Supper rude. They call you every day text you to confirm the appointment and then make you wait for an endless amount of time.

Negative experience: Terrible,they texted and then called me 3 days earlier then when we were there we arrived 30 minutes early and the appointment was at 11:00 we were there for two hours and I went to talk to them they said they didn’t find my daughter on the list and they said they were checking her insurance.Couldn’t they had done that during the 3 DAYS.unbelievable I’m changing her dentist. at the end I just canceled the appointment ,also my daughter is diabetic and she had to eat already and the worker just gave attitude and said “in 15 minutes I can’t do this no” she said that but in a really rude form I do not recommend this place at all

Negative experience: This place is HORRIBLE! It was our first time coming here, I made an appointment for 9am and was not seen until 11am. Why make an appointment?? When I called to make an appointment the lady on the phone sounded as if she was dying - no energy or desire to take the information for the appointment. When we arrived the lobby was extremely packed. And I was told I would have to wait 20-30 minutes to be seeing. Again why make an appointment?? This is completely inconsiderate of peoples time. When We were taken to the room the Dental hygienist was kind and treated my son very nicely. The process however was still very long. This will the first and last time i bring my son over here. If you don’t have all day to spend at the dentist.. this is not the place for you.

Positive experience: Palm springs, FL The staff is friendly and kind. The Office is clean! I would of given 4 Stars, But my son has seizures, the doctor wants paper work to be filled out by his neurologist which is over an hour away from me. And AC Pediatric Dentistry, doesn't have a fax machine!! But they have a fax number on their card. I don't understand how a medical office does not have a fax machine!?

Fantastic experience: I came in with little expectations for this office. My son has autism and HDAD and his last dentist wouldn’t have the patience to deal with a special needs child like mine. I was very appreciative about how the medical staff was able to not make my child feel uncomfortable or scare during his visit. Dr. Garcia was the best, she took her time to interact with my son and me during her explanation of what he needed to have done. She was friendly and showed a lot of empathy. I will definitely say this office overpassed my expectations, I’m glad I made the choice to choose this office as my new son’s dentist. I highly recommend to any parents with a special need child to give this office a try I promise you won’t regret it.

Negative experience: With so many reviews I was reeled in to see what’s so good about this place but wait time is ridiculous and they don’t answer their calls phones. Negative experience: Horrible experience, long wait, full of people all the time, the doctor barely pays attention to you. I've been taking my son since he was a baby and all of the sudden she tells me he has too many cavities and sent him to the hospital to fix them all together with general anesthesia. Instead I took him somewhere else where they took their time with him and fix them without a problem. This place is not worth it.

Negative experience: The waiting here is ridiculous, even if you make an early morning appointment, you have to wait at least 2 hours+ it’s always been this way! Never again taking my son here. They need to work on their scheduling a little BETTER. What’s the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait. RIDICULOUS

Negative experience: First experience but it was terrible. I waited with my toddler for two hours to be seen. Although I had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. Many patients who arrived after me were seen. Two hours after I went three times to the counter until they let me get inside. And then another 30 minutes without seeing no one. A baby cannot stay put for so long, I had to walk her around not knowing what to do until we were finally seen. Then, I need to change her, the bathroom does not have a changing table, not a tissue and dryer for hands. Although the staff seems to be nice it is hard for parents to even on appointment to wait without any communication for two hours to be seen.

Fantastic experience: Took all 3 of my kids for a cleaning and xrays (2, 3 and 6 yrs) and the staff was amazing! Got all 3 in rooms at the same time, side by side so i could be available for them if needed. My youngest was very afraid and the staff were so patient with him and very good at dealing with an uncooperative toddler. I was super impressed by the bedside manner of the hygienists and how great they were to my children. The dr himself was very thorough and friendly, also did a great job putting my children at ease and explaining the work needed going forward and the options. I left this office feeling very comfortable with going back. My children havent stopped talking about the visit a day later! The biggest decider in trying this practice was the fact that they allow parents to go back with the kids (surprisingly most pediatric dentists DONT!). The entire office had a nice, bright, kid friendly feel to it; it was a happy place. Slightly difficult to find the office on my first visit but i called the desk and they were very helpful and gave clear directions to find them in the plaza.

Negative experience: Had an 8:30am appt, was not called in until 10am. Don’t understand how “the first appointment of the day” has to wait an hour a half to be seen. Ended up leaving closer to 11am. Be ready to literally lose your whole morning even when scheduling the earliest possible appointment. Needless to say, I’m looking for a new pediatric dental office at this point. The actually staff and doctor when you actually get seen hours later are really nice and we like them but I can’t justify the insane wait every single time.

Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DENTIST!!! My daughter's appointment was set for 3:30pm, we didn't get called to the back until 5:30pm, and STILL had to wait on the dentist! The crazy thing is, I love their work! They do an amazing job, but they are very inconsiderate of parents' time! My children suffer from very bad anxiety, and sitting in a waiting room for 2hrs is horrible, especially for my son who has Autism. I'm seriously considering leaving this practice!

Positive experience: My experiences with the actual service of the Dr.'s has been GREAT! Most of the staff is friendly. BUT the Customer Service needs alot of work. They have to work on their scheduling. Why schedule people to then tell them they don't have an appointment OR why make an appointment to have people waiting 2-4 hours? IF you don't have the man power, don't schedule the patients!

Negative experience: We had a terrible experience at the dentist today. The waiting room was packed with not one seat available. People were lined up outside. Some people were not even wearing a mask inside. I waited 3 hours to go in and the only reason I got in after 3 hours is because I had to complain. I’m changing dentist offices as soon as my son get his braces removed

Negative experience: Dentist office was just out of control so many assistants didn't know how to do their job they forgot to make sure my daughter didn't have any piercings before they took x-rays and because of that reason they had to redo the x-rays, only one dentist to work on all patients and many assistants just walking around trying to figure out what to do asking each other for help. Like if you're in this field why don't you know how to do your job. All the women spoke Spanish and the dentist only English like where is your English helper!? So I was in that office for 3 hrs, not a good way to bring back clients to the dentist office. On the plus side once the actual dentist came around he did an amazing job of helping my daughter with her dental problems. If he had more English speaking dentists like him to help out patients then it would be awesome to go there to get worked on. Less gossiping Spanish women not doing their job.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Set an appointment for no reason as you have to wait 2+ hours. Office is super crowded with over 25-30 people spreading COVID. Outside there’s also people waiting, counted 10. Last time I will ever come here. Staff is unprofessional and do not know what they are doing at the front. I call and call and they just place me on hold. With all the COVID going around they should only have a few appointments daily possibly ever hour, not have a room packed with numerous of people waiting who have things to do. Waste of time!

Negative experience: what are appointments for? two hour wait after the time the appointment was set for. Super crowded waiting room which is pretty bad with the COVID 19 spreading and then they give attitude when asking for an update of when you will be called in. They try to make it seem like it is a one time thing with the waiting yet it is every time we go.... not to say more but currently looking for another dentist..

Negative experience: Why give appointments if the wait is almost over 2 hours? Not just for a regular cleaning but for any procedure scheduled to be done. I don't think their appointment logistics is working and I highly suggest them reevaluate it in order to avoid losing further patients. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no matter what time of day your appointment is, you will have to stand, yes, stand due to the amount of people in the waiting room there's is not enough seats to sit and wait. Some if the staff are pretty nice with exceptions of few in which I have overheard speaking ill of some of the patients and their parent.

Negative experience: First off, the staff was nice and professional to my son and I. However social distancing doesn't exist here overcrowded is an understatement. We had a scheduled appointment and thank God I spoke to the staff and they rushed me other than that I would have been here for over 4 hours again nothing against the staff but the overbooking appointments is just ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist clinic! Amazing and comforting dentists, the most beautiful clinic and setup and the absolute best dental care I have experienced. I highly recommend to anyone who has children requiring some dental work, whether Ortho or just general, this is the place! The staff was kind and courteous, and the service was exceptional!
