Negative experience: I had a terrible 2hour and 45min extraction done. I am in so much pain I can't think straight at all. I went to my pharmacy right after the surgery and NO SCRIPT HAD BEEN SENT TO MY PHARMACY. NOTHING... I HAVE CALLED BOTH YOUR OFFICE AND MY PHARMACY AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY HELP FROM YOUR OFFICE AT ALL!!!!!! THIS GOES BEYOND CRUEL... NOT THE WAY I DESERVE TO BE TREATED AND I WILL BE SEEKING HELP FROM ANYONE THAT WILL HELP ME. I AM SO ANGRY AND RIGHTFULLY SO...

Negative experience: I have also a bad experience in this place. They messed up with my partial dentures, it broke the same day I picked it up. They fixed it but still I am not happy with it, I just wasted my money here. I agree with other commenters here that other front desk ladies aren’t friendly especially the young chubby lady who I thought was having a bad day. Aside from that, they’re not good at cleaning teeth. I will not come back to this place anymore unless my partial dentures will broke again and have them fixed it.Not only that when I had cleaning I was told no cavity. I doubted it so I went to Sunshine Dentistry and did an xray and found out I have a tiny cavity on upper tooth and hygienist did an awesome job. Bye to Riverstone dental care

Fantastic experience: Clean and efficient office. Staff are friendly and available to answer questions. The office runs like a factory clear that each has their job to do and do well in the time allotted. Abby the dental assistant was very kind and accommodating. Jess the hygienist also very kind and made me feel comfortable. Brief time with Dr. was informative and answered my questions. Office staff also kind and informative. I will be happy with all my follow up care at this practice

Fantastic experience: I always feel well taken care of at Riverstone Dental Care. From the women in the front, to my everyone in the back. They are professional, friendly, and very helpful. Putting everybody at ease about going to the dentist. My dentist, Dr Tanner, is a troubleshooter. He will always find an answer to a problem and then fix it.

Their office was modern and clean, and their staff was professional, friendly, gentle (painless!) and actually listened to my concerns. There are tons of dentists in the area --I am so happy I found Riverstone Dental! I am now a fan.

Negative experience: Definitely not the place to go if you’re on a budget. Most expensive dentist I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: As someone who doesn’t like the dentist I am surprised to say that my experience here was absolutely amazing got me in quick after calling around for an emergency appointment all afternoon after breaking my tooth they were eager to help once I got there the environment was more than welcoming they got me back into a room quick assessed the situation came up with a treatment plan to got the tooth out and made sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire time definitely changed my opinion on the dentist for the better thank you for saving the day!

The dental techs & hygienists I’ve had have all been awesome, they are comforting and answer all my questions- or get the answers I’m looking for. I’ve been seen by a few of the dentist there, Cd’a and Post Falls offices, and can’t say enough about how professional, experienced and personable they are, I will never go to a different dental office again. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Riverstone today and I am very impressed. The receptionist was so kind, the dental assistant did an amazing job explaining all the x-rays she had to take and listened when I told her why I was in. The assistant had wonderful communication with the hygienist. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable and talked me through what she was going to do. I have very sensitive gums and was offered a numbing mouthwash which helped make me far less anxious. The Dentist himself was very kind and I felt he was very professional. I look forward to having Riverstone care for me in the future!

Negative experience: My daughter and I went for teeth cleanings on seperate days, seeing different dental hygenists here, and both times their "cleaning" was just brushing our teeth and flossing the front ones. I do a better job at home every night than we paid to get here... Then they stabbed our gums with the metal pick for a bit, and that was it. No ultrasonic pick, no water jets, no modern technology. The place seemed nice, but they really didn't do much.

I had the pleasure of having Madison do my x rays and do my teeth and I can genuinely say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentists office. She was very kind, fun, and amazing at what she did. Highly recommend Riverstone Dental for anyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express exactly how much I dislike going to the dentist office. It was seven years between visits and I had to be put completely to sleep even for just cleaning my teeth. Madison is now my dental hygienist and she is willing to take everything slow and lets me take breaks when I need to. I’ve made it to all my appointments for the last two years and my teeth are in better shape than they have been in a long time. Thank you to the crew.

There was no waiting between services. It was my first time to Riverstone and they will be my teeth professionals going forward.

Fantastic experience: I was in limbo for months with my old dentist whose practice split and had a bunch of lawsuits and contractual problems where they could not see patients. I couldn't wait for them anymore and finally decided to start over with a new dentist. I called Riverstone on a Friday, they got me in the next Monday at 7am, was back at 2:30pm for a temp crown on the problem tooth, and have a followup on Wednesday for a second tooth. Riverstone has all the latest equipment, just /far/ better equipped, and really impressed me. I have poor dentition and some embarrassment but never felt any judgment from them about it, though I cautioned them before saying Ahhh. Earned a new loyal patient and customer. Very great first impression. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: The staff was very friendly and not only doing all of the normal professional topics but also like I was an old friend. The things they saw and discussed with me were exactly what I was anticipating. Doing my questionnaire on an iPad was convenient but the wording for some of the questions was a bit confusing, even for someone who has worked in the medical field for almost 40 years. I appreciated the X-rays being displayed on the large monitor so I could see what the dentist was talking about.

I have a strong affinity for this practice because they are there when I need them and they have a wonderful ethic and spirit about patient care and helping me maintain the best dental health possible.

Positive experience: They seem competent and professional. It definitely felt expensive to me but maybe that's just how it is. A bit over 1200 for X-rays, a cleaning, and 4 cavities. Fair warning that some of the music that plays is also pretty explicit and I would personally not want my kids hearing it. The ladies were very nice.

Fantastic experience: My other half has been having such severe tooth pain I finally couldn't take it anymore and got him into Riverstone early in the morning, the ladies up front were just great, very kind even when he was being a bit abrasive because of his pain,the dentist was great and after he explained ex rays got him back in a chair and pulled two of his pain causing teeth. We are very grateful full for everyone there.

Fantastic experience: I'm a refugee from California. Moved here just under 5 years ago. The dentists in California after about the 90s were no good. I can attest to that I moved to North Idaho and have been with Riverstone Dental since then. They have the best people working there. It's nice when I come in and they know me and it's also nice when I come in and they don't know me. It's one of the best dental experiences I've ever had and that's why I've been going there for ever since I moved here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to two of their locations (cda/pf) and at both the staff have been friendly and helpful and the dentists have been professional. They also have a lot of dentists and can get you in to see one in a hurry. They do sedation and have fancy bite blocks.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience. Absolutely zero discomfort getting my teeth cleaned, even though I have some gum sensitivity. I think one of the best things about Riverstone Dental is that there is constant communication. They tell you exactly what they're going to do and what to expect all along the way. There are no surprises and it's just very comforting. My previous dental office said absolutely nothing during an over one hour crown procedure and a 1.5 hour implant process. It was awful and gave me some serious PTSD about going to the dentist. Riverstone Dental has cured me of that.
