Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for 3+ years and I’ve noticed a few things. When they are busy, they are very busy, don’t expect them to be able to pull more help out of thin air, if you walk in and it’s busy turn your patience on. Because the service and the actual quality of work that’s done here is amazing. I haven’t had to be referred to an oral surgeon or anything higher up, it’s been my basic treatments here for quite some time. They have great technology and very skilled doctor and assistants. I always love it when the results were less severe than originally forecasted because the doc has the skill to fix you up. So if you’re in a rush, ask for an appointment on a slower day upfront, please bring your patience and you’ll have a great experience.

Negative experience: Can't get a regular cleaning that i can afford because they are recommending a deep one thats more expensive. Nuts. You can't just get services that you want you have to do whatever the doctor recommends. Even if its out your budget

Negative experience: Terrible experience for wisdom teeth removal. The oral surgeon was really rude and basically told me he couldn’t work with patients like me. I deal with really bad anxiety and was super nervous for this procedure and he did nothing to make me feel more comfortable. He said he couldn’t work with really nervous patients and basically sent me home. I hadn’t done anything but make a slight noise due to discomfort and he complained, then sent me home. The dentists are really nice but he was super rude and it was really upsetting i was treated that way. Don't go here for those types of procedures if you deal with bad anxiety, they won’t work with you.

Negative experience: I have been coming to rodeo dental for a year and I never had an issue. Until today, the male dentist was rough opening my son's mouth and he is only 1 year and 6 months old. He made him cry actual tears. There was no need for that much force.

Fantastic experience: My boys and I went this morning 9am and we where done I think by 10:30am. Maybe earlier. Dr. Cruz not only remembered my name right off the back but he remembered I hate metal I just hate metal touching my teeth and the sound of it touching my teeth. So he's learned to work fast on my teeth but they do a great job! Good cleanings and everyone's smiles look brighter very happy with the service we received today & we've been going about 2yrs now..no cavities. Which for me that's good. No cavities means their doing a great job every 6mths on our teeth cleanings

Fantastic experience: As a grown man who didn't really grow up with dentistry, I was pretty reluctant to seek care for the eventual problems that came with middle adulthood -- especially from a very kid-friendly place with a big bull over the front desk! Fortunately, Rodeo Dental was an excellent place to get a boatload of fillings done and get some useful information about my bite while not being too expensive out-of-pocket when paying through Delta! Dr. Cruz was affable and thorough in his work; he seems genuinely interested in helping people, and his staff reflect that same regard. Negative experience: I went there a little over a month ago to get fillings taken care of, had to go back to get it fixed, and now one of the fillings fell off one of my teeth completely on the tooth that had to be fixed! Negative experience: Theyre nice to deal with but scheduling has been difficult and after weve each had several services, I dont trust their work at all. Ive had many fillings in my life, but none hurt for over a month afterward like they did here. I was also told i had an abcess on a certain tooth, finally got back in to get it treated 5 months later and they said there was no abcess. Found out later they told me the wrong tooth in the first place, so the abcess did not get treated. On scheduling, we try to get mom and baby seen on the same day and they ALWAYS schedule them at the same exact time on opposite ends of the building. We ask every time for back to back appts so mom and baby can stay together, but its the same issue each time and I end up having to take off work or we just reschedule. And if a patient refuses fluoride treatment, that does do not keep pushing for fluoride treatment. It certainly does not mean to chat with the parent for a couple minutes then apply it to the kids teeth anyway.

Negative experience: I am giving it a low rating because I was told by front desk that my gums will be numbed for my dental cleaning and filling. It never was. I was squirming and teary-eyed during the entire ordeal. Having second thoughts of going back for my dental procedures to this place.

Negative experience: Instead of checking insurance policies prior, they will do it the day before. Hopefully there are no issues bc then you'll have wasted time and gas getting it all situated.

Negative experience: I really liked rodeo dental for my kids teeth cleaning. My child had her wisdom teeth pulled about a month and a half ago and we ended up paying about 400 dollars more than they quoted us. Not cool. They need to be more upfront on everything that needs to get paid. I don’t think we will be going back. Not honest and truthful

Fantastic experience: Lizeth was amazing!!! So helpful I needed an emergency appointment last min for a toothache & she was able to confirm everything with my insurance & get me scheduled the same day for an appointment!! She made the process so easy. Dr Lucas Da Cruz was great as well took the time to answer all my questions!! Overall great experience!!

Negative experience: I made an appointment to get my tooth extracted. I was there in January and they said I needed a root canal but at the time I couldn't do that at that time. My tooth was not hurting then. I've had pain the past two weeks so I called to see when they could see me to get my tooth extracted the same day. When I arrived today I was told I had to wait for an oral surgeon to be available on another day and that I needed to make an appointment with them to do that which is why i told them when i made my appointment what i needed done since they already had my xrays for the tooth i needed extracted. well if that was the case they should have told me over the phone instead of wasting my time. The staff was wonderful and helpful but those that make the appointments need to explain and be specific. The ones that schedule the appointments need some training in listening & not be in a hurry to just schedule people.

Negative experience: I took my little one here and I wasn’t very impressed with the service. We went in for a cleaning and X-rays. Were advised that she had several cavities and would have to do a procedure where she would be put under oral sedation. They called the day before she was supposed to go for her appointment to inform that they can’t do the oral anesthesia, they would have to do general anesthesia.Also, I would have wait to schedule for that the next month. It would have been nice to told all of this before . When I tried to call back to ask questions no one answered. Very frustrating. Will be taking my daughter somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cruz is amazing five star plus I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Cruz, and I am beyond impressed with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered his office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Cruz took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure I needed, ensuring I understood all my options and felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with Rodeo Dental for a little over a year now. As I registered for my appointment, I noticed the receptionist was by herself. I figured due to the hour that it was, most employees were on lunch. The waiting room was almost empty when I arrived then in a matter of minutes, it filled up. The receptionist, Taty was not only checking people in, but taking payments, handing out receipts, handing out work/school excuses, scheduling appointments, and even taking phone calls. From the time I sat down, to the time I was called to the back, she managed to get everyone registered and seated with no hesitation. That young lady, worked diligently and managed to smile through it all. Too often, hard work goes unnoticed, and I needed to make sure that she got the recognition that she deserved.
