Negative experience: No one listed to my daughter when she told them that. She could still feel everything. Even when she cried out in pain her cries were ignored. She was very disappointed that no one would listen to her. After she told them that she was allergic to penicillin she still received a prescription for penicillin…

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying being in a dentist chair for any reason is not in the top 100 things I want to do. I am told that I have the strongest bottom lip east of the Rockies when I am in the dentist chair. That is until I met DR. STEVE and his trusted assistant ALEX. I was totally amazed how relaxed and comfortable I was while the DYNAMIC DUO worked on me for several hours for a three crown bridge. I have never ever felt so RELAXED and good about sitting in a dentist chair. The DYNAMIC DUO WENT ABOVE SND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE, WELL INFORMED ABOUT THE PROCEDURE EXPLAINING HOW THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE THE BRIDGE. Positive experience: I have gone to several dentists and I landed on this one because of how professional and friendly the staff are, as well as the efficiency and care from the Doctors. I've had both Dr. Hatch and Dr. Roberts work on my teeth and I prefer Dr. Roberts because she is very thorough and very kind. I took away one star because when Dr. Hatch worked on my teeth, he did a top filling on one of my molars and accidentally bonded two of my teeth together and I didn't realize it until I got home and couldn't floss between them that night. If he had just checked with floss before I left, he could have fixed it then and there. Dr. Roberts did a really good job with my other filling and DID check with floss before I left and I didnt even have to ask. I got a consultation and filling in less than 20 minutes and was able to go back to work both times. I like that they give you options on what you can do so that you can make a decision that works best for you.

Fantastic experience: My experience is that they are punctual with no long waits. My hygienist is Shannon and she is very thorough and does a great job in cleaning your teeth. Also tries to keep you comfortable while she is working in your mouth and stays aware of your body language. She is great! Also Dr Hatch is also very thorough with his examination and also does a great job looking for any problems with your teeth and future problems. He also in my opinion is a wonderful Dentist.

Positive experience: Very positive experience. Dr. Hatch prepared a crown for me only to find a flaw in it. Being the professional he is, he disposed of it and prepared a new one on the spot, which took time out of his already busy schedule.
