Fantastic experience: I recently had my teeth cleaned at Advanced Smiles, and I can't say enough good things about Erin! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I'm usually a bit nervous about dental procedures, especially anesthesia, but Erin was incredibly gentle and reassuring while administering it – I barely felt a thing! My cleaning was thorough, and she was so friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel completely at ease. Beyond Erin's excellent care, I was also very impressed with the entire staff at Advanced Smiles. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and patient, making for a truly welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. My teeth feel wonderfully clean, and it was a genuinely positive experience thanks to Erin and the wonderful team. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years now and it’s always been a good experience. The hygienists are super nice and always make you feel comfortable. They take their time and actually explain stuff without rushing you out the door. They don’t try to upsell or push anything you don’t need. Just straight to the point and does good work. Office is clean, front desk is easy to deal with, and I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment. Honestly I don’t love going to the dentist in general, but they make it as painless as possible. Would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental work done with an infected tooth that was causing so much pain on a holiday weekend. They squeezed me and had me patched up quickly. The staff, especially Nikki and Dr Alena had me completely at ease. They talked me through everything and even, had headphones for me to listen to music to calm my nerves. Surprisingly I felt no pain during the whole procedure. They even checked in first thing the next day to see how I was feeling. I would recommend them to anyone that has any anxiety about getting dental work done. I will definitely be going back and making them my go to. I can’t say enough good things. I’m still in awe of them all.

Negative experience: I recently visited Academy Dental Associates 7/8/25. It was a not 100% good experience but thankfully am no longer in pain. Bridgette was very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, which helped put me at ease. My dentist took the time to explain the procedure clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I appreciated the gentle approach, especially since I tend to get anxious during dental visits. His assistant, she was rough lack of communication, which was a little frustrating. The treatments I received from her made up my mind to NEVER return back. She yank the bites out my mouth push the gauze down on the tooth that was just pulled. She didn’t give me anything to rise out the blood. Her instruction was brief lack of personality. I would have appreciated a more detailed breakdown before leaving. I left feeling what’s her problem and wondering does she treat everybody like this in her care . I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my teeth cleaned, the hygienist was excellent with her bed side manner. I was nervous because I hate the dentist. But she cleaned my teeth very attentively, very gently, and very caring. It was over before I knew it and I was very satisfied. She is very knowledgeable in her field and educates with every question asked.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. They treat individuals with disabilities inhumane. They are rude and unprofessional and they overcharge your dental plan. The worst place ever.

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors were AWESOME it was my first time there and they made me feel real comfortable and i left there very happy and i would recommend them to everyone

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yoel Calzada-Sanchez Has been my dentist for many years. From day 1 he has been attentive to my wants as he makes my needs a priority. He is gentle, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manners. He has cared for my children since young. I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. Advanced Family Smiles is a state of the art facility with great staff. Their customer service from all staff is top notch. Convenient payment options. Easy to make an appointment for routine and emergency care. Would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Overall experience was fine. Treatment procedure was explained and the costs were discussed prior to treatment. Very happy with results so far. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was when the staff would speak to each other in a foreign language and then speak to me. I felt like I was missing something or was not being told everything.

Fantastic experience: Sooo happy with this office. I haven’t been to the dentist in 2 years, I had a pain in my tooth they got me right in and Dr. Calzada took care of me! Him and the rest of the staff are the best I work late and they always accommodate to my hours as well. Best office I’ve been to!

Negative experience: The dental hygienist is incompetent and discriminated against a disabled person. Do not go here. The manager called with a bunch of lies and stated that she believes her coworkers versus the client stated what happened. I have referred many people but as of today I will no longer do so and make sure that they do not return to this office.

Fantastic experience: Staff was excellent. Being the baby I am I had a great experience and have nothing but great things to say. This is an addendum to my previous. Today was my 3rd appointment here getting my permanent crown and I still have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. Very friendly, always feel welcome here and Dr Elena is my hero. She and the staff have reconnected me with going to the dentist after a horrific experience almost 30 years ago. Coming again next month for my second crown and I have no fear. Thank you Update: crown #2 is in. Had a quick appt yesterday because my temporary crown fell out and luckily would have it my permanent crown came in. Once again awesome experience. If you need dental work this is the place to go!!! Very happy

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment recently and it was my first time at this location. I had a Great experience. Erin did an amazing job. I’m sure the others there are great too but My experience with Erin was as pleasant as a dental appointment could be. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: After having Invisalign, I had a tooth that did not move and left me with a gap after my treatment was done. So I went to see the dentist I’ve been going to for a couple years; Dr. Calzada. I was very happy that he was willing to fix that tooth because there was really nothing wrong with it, besides it being too far away from the other tooth. I just needed it to be built up with composite. At my appointment Dr. Calzada explains to the dental assistant and another woman that was in there what needed to be done, and then he left the room. I thought he would be the one fixing the tooth, but instead he left me with a woman who I’m not sure was an EFDA or dentist and training. She fixed the tooth (the spacing in between the teeth with composite) but shaved half of the tooth that was right next to it off. I didn’t notice until later on in the day; so I made an appointment to go in and get it fixed. I was able to get an appointment a week later, however, I did wait almost an hour for the dentist to come in, only for him to tell the same woman who ruined the tooth to once again fix it. She tries to blame it on me and said that I grind my teeth and that’s why it broke off. I do grind my teeth but that wasn’t the reason why the tooth was chipped now. I came into the appointment with a perfectly fine tooth and walked out with a chip in my tooth.. it is possibly that I could of chipped the tooth from grinding one day or in the future, but that wasn’t the case, because I went in with my tooth perfectly fine before she fixed the one next to it…. They both talked and he once again has her fix my tooth and I had faith in her that she would fix it because it really isn’t hard to do, so I didn’t say anything and let her fix it AGAIN. I wasn’t given a mirror to look at the tooth when she was done and just assumed that it was good, I get into my car and look in the mirror and realize she trimmed the tooth down even lower than it was when I got there!! Completely destroyed the tooth! It was now on a slant, not straight whatsoever. I don’t even think she even put composite on it. It looked as if she just drilled it down and did nothing else. I went in there to fix the tooth and for her to add composite to it to and build up the tooth back to how it was and instead, she cut it down even shorter once again, but even worse! So I went back in immediately to try to get her to fix it and she tells me that she’s not going fix it because “it’s going fall off again because I grind my teeth”. I was so aggravated and I wasn’t going to go back there to get it fixed AGAIN , but since they ruined it, I thought it was only right that I went back to get it fixed, this time I made an appointment to have it fixed, but requested for the dentist to do it himself. At my appointment Dr.Calzada still blamed me for “grinding my teeth” even though my tooth was perfectly fine before I went to get the other one fixed next to it. He was still trying to make me believe that it was my fault and it’s going to break again. He was basically belittling me and told me “he’s only going to fix it this last time and he’ll never fix it again”. It was actually very rude. All because I wanted a tooth fixed that your associate ruined in the first place? After he fixes it; he still tries to belittle me, he tells me how my other teeth are discolored and I grind my teeth and they’re all going to break off eventually, even though I have a pretty good smile and my teeth are in pretty good condition and I do wear a mouthguard at night. But here’s the kicker; you can’t educate someone who went to school for the same exact thing that I got done. I used to be EFDA. I’m not totally clueless, I’m actually very educated in the dental field. I didn’t say anything just “thank you” because I’m not that kind of person to try to belittle someone, even though I could’ve because I knew actually what happened, and how it was suppose to be done and how it was suppose to be fixed! I just kept it to myself, but I will never ever be returning there again.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this practice. The staff was friendly and the dentist was very detailed about what dental work I needed done. I received a treatment plan explaining everything.

Negative experience: I’ve been to this dentist a few times in the past and I always needed something done. The last straw was when the dentist in training slit the side of my mouth open with a dental instrument causing lots of bleeding and stitches. Accidents happen but the dentist should have been present directing the new dentist in training.

Negative experience: Negative numbers for this place. You go in to fix a tooth and you come out with more pain than you went in with! This place is all about MONEY.. they can give two shits about YOU the patient. Crown extenders, cutting gums......cha ching cha ching cha ching. 50 staff members constantly walking into your area looking for 'stuff' The check out is miserable. Do yourself a huge favor.... RUN! don't walk from this place. Apparently I still need work done. Thanks, I'll find a real dentist.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you, I had a wonderful experience today @ Advanced Family Smiles! The staff worked diligently to get me the best appointment time. I was welcomed in the office with a smile and politeness. The staff was very pleasant to speak with. I would like to say special thank you to Aracely for her vast knowledge and professionalism performing my procedure. It was thorough, quick and I did not feel any pain. Thank you! Fantastic experience: No idea how anyone could give a bad review. Had a terrible toothache the Saturday before Easter. This was the only dentist open in my area. Office manger called back by 740am. Got me in to see the doctor. Had xrays and exam. Doctor gave me antibiotics and Motrin for pain even numbed the tooth and I am not even a patient YET. wonderful wonderful people. Never once made me feel unimportant. Wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I truly value the expertise of the dentist and hygienist. Their sincere commitment to my dental well-being, especially their focus on keeping my teeth healthy, really makes an impression. I highly recommend this practice!

Positive experience: They have TVs on the ceiling for the patient’s use however it was not turned on and I was not offered headphones to watch the other TV on the wall. It would’ve been nice so I didn’t have to hear the drill.

From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to the dentist, to the treatment coordinator, my entire visit was so pleasant and went smoothly. Dr. Elena was extremely thorough and walked me through everything that needed to be completed and how to prevent my issues from happening again. I am so happy I found this office. Fantastic experience: Once again incredible treatment!! I had my crown removed that I’ve been complaining about for over 2 years that was done at academy dental they kept brushing me off and saying I needed a procedure then told me it wasn’t covered. I said you put the crown in and I pad $800 for take it out and give me a new one!!! But no they said it wasn’t covered fine but it’s been bothering me forever. I had a really bad sinus infection last March and the my ears bled out I was so sick and in so much pain went to the ent and $1200 later I got better on antibiotics and steroids all to find out when I came here was the infection was so bad from my crown it was up in my sinuses that’s what caused all my problems. This dentist removed the crown and rest of tooth from root canal and today I had the stitches removed. I feel so much better and no more pain!! Thank you so much and sandy my hygienist is an angel!!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly welcoming and professional at every visit! My hygienist was very attentive, caring and took the necessary time to really do a really great cleaning. The office was able to help accommodate my needs for a quick appointment and during my visit found I needed additional work and they squeezed me in promptly. The doctor whom worked on me several times in the past remembered me and took very good prompt care of me even though he was busy. I called advance family because they do a very good job every time.

Fantastic experience: Long story short. I have not been to Dentist in over 40 years. I broke a tooth and knew I had to get it taken care of in spite of my Dentophobia. AFS took very good care of me and made me very comfortable. Dr. Elena was absolutely great, and was very understanding about my fears. All in all, I am very pleased that I went there, thank God, cause I have more appointments coming up. I made a New Years resolution to totally take care of me, this year. This is a Good start. Thank you to all of you at AFS, from Front Desk to Dental Asst, Rosa, and Dr. Elena, and office staff for making this a good experience. I hope you are as proud of me, as I am about myself.

Fantastic experience: I had a scheduled follow up yesterday, with Dr. Calzada to continue the process of surgically inputting an implant into the area of my gum where an abutement will be added to complete the work of a permanent tooth. Dr. Calzada, had to also provide a 'sinus' lift along with the implant incertion. I have great faith in Dr. Calzada as, he has been my Dentist since 2019, where he provided all the necessary procedures to input (2) implants with 3 abutements at that time. He is careful; concise and professional. I recommend Dr. Calzada to everyone.

Negative experience: I keep giving this office many excuses. They never respected me nor my time. I made an appointment last week when I went today they said I have no appointment booked. I was mad with their treatment they were very rude the staff and the doctor as well. I had to get off of the dentist chair and left I didn’t want to stay there and be disrespected. Negative experience: Receptionist with extremely dismissive and rude tone quoted sedation prices starting at $4000/hr. Every other sedation dentist in the area charges about $1000/hr for IV sedation. The combination of extreme price gouging with a rude and nasty receptionist makes this place more of a red flag factory than a dental office.

Fantastic experience: After searching multiple dentists in my area I came across Advanced Family Smiles. The reviews and website are what made me feel comfortable picking this place. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional from front desk to doctors. I will definitely be staying on top of my dental hygiene because of them!

Positive experience: First time at Advanced Families smiles. I was very nervous when I arrived. Once I sat down with the dental hygienist she made me feel calm & comfortable. Glad we picked this location for our family.

Negative experience: Do not go to this dentistry!!! They are running a scam show. I have decided to leave this dentistry because they WILL make you pay out of pocket even though you're covered through your insurance. You're being tricked. Edit: I even confirmed with my insurance after my procedure, there should have been no charge whatsoever. This location double dips, they make money off of you by having you pay out of pocket and charging your insurance as well after.

Negative experience: I’m actually changing my review to a 1 star. I had absolutely NO issues with my teeth until I came here. I had 2 of my teeth done here with crowns, when I had NO pain, discomfort, or any issues whatsoever. They told me I just needed fillings, when I came in for the fillings they told me I needed crowns and that it was discussed previously when it wasn’t. Over a month later, I still can’t chew on that side of my mouth that they did work on. Already had 1 root canal to alleviate pain and it’s looking like another is needed. If they suggest a crown, please get a 2nd opinion ESPECIALLY if you had no issues before like me. Not worth the headache.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment at Advanced Family Smiles and it was a good one. The staff was attentive, friendly and answered all of my questions.

Negative experience: The worst. Was given the wrong diagnosis, and pressured to sign consent forms. Their calculations are way off and your bills are immediately sent to collections for small amounts just for a $50 balance. After they've already taken thousands and I was cleared to leave when they told me no more was owed. Office looks nice, but the dentists are not. They also book you for specific appointments, and then say they don't have time or switch you to a cleaning upon arrival. Forget it. Not all, but most of the 5 star reviews here are fake and we're given with incentive.

Negative experience: Dentist there ended up taking out the wrong tooth. Also advised me to take other teeth, upon second opinion those teeth were fine and I've kept them. Was told my work was covered by insurance, with zero balance when I left the office. Surprised when I recieved a bill months later saying I owed almost $100. They just milk your insurance for anything they can. Service is terrible, staff seems friendly at first until you start asking questions and advocating for yourself.

Fantastic experience: If you are someone like me who has always had overwhelming fear and/or embarrassment, I recommend you stop allowing those feelings to overwhelm you..find the courage, which u have and make that initial phone call. Believe it or not that is the hardest part to this whole journey. It will be the best decision u have ever made when it comes to your dental health. Im 66 + it took this long for me to find a dental office that I wld recommend to anyone. Don't keep allowing yourself to be anxious Everytime you look in the mirror telling urself u have to go to the dentist, that u have to get this fixed or that fixed. You can put all that on the past by 1 phone call to this office. After that the people working at this office( who are all so patient, empathy n so kind and understanding) will literally do the rest. They will guide you threw each step. Don't take my word. Check it out. Than u can give ur feedback. It's about helping each other. We do not need to keep suffering, we don't need to be anxious. Fantastic experience: Its very rare these days to receive this level of customer service. Advanced Family Smiles, deserves à trophy. Im always nervous when going to the dentist office, like most people, but they took away à lot of my anxiety. Everyone assured me that I would be ok. This was my 2nd visite. I must say that if it takes à 2 hour drive to get this kind of treatment, then 2hrs it will be. On my way back for day 3. I fill confident that the streak will continue... Negative experience: Some things just never change !! Don’t you think it’s a little interesting how this dental office has some 1,600 reviews and they’re almost all five stars it’s no coincidence you know after your treatment the staff tell you to leave a five star review, even if the treatment was less than adequate ! I started coming here back in 2017 back then this place didn’t even have reviews and the office didn’t even look like it looks today. The sad thing was they used to change out their dentists like they changed their underwear !! A lot has changed Unfortunately, not in a positive way. The front of the house are still rude and ignorant, and the billing department love to play games with the numbers. One thing that has changed is the prices are absolutely insanity. They don’t even make sense. I just came here a few days ago and instead of fixing my tooth, they wanted to crown the FYI crowns start at $3500 here and they will gladly tell you that a crown only last 3 to 5 years and you’ll need to replaced. *** Update went to Academy Dental next door they tell me we will smooth out the tooth no need to crown it unless it bothers you !! If you want to crown it it will be $1100,, a difference of $2.400 !!!! Advanced Family Smiles wake up and stop ripping off your patients !!! A bunch of liars and thieves !! it’s interesting how this office has managed to raise price almost two fold. you know, this dentist is now the official dentist of the Philadelphia Eagles I know cause all the Philadelphia Eagle players are coming here to have their teeth cleaned. Imagine that …. this place is nothing more than a big racket that courses their patience to leave five star reviews, you suckers are making this business a Goldmine for them while they use you as their advertising guinea pigs pretty pathetic !!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best and most punctual places I've been to Erin is the most professional, organized, easygoing, punctual, and dedicated hygienist I've ever had. She makes the whole time relaxing and comfortable for you and always has my teeth looking amazing. She suggests the best outcomes for your health and has always been right will never go to anyone else or another place

Negative experience: It’s been few weeks since work was done and I still feel discomfort from needle given to me for numbing around nose and eyes. Mouth is more uncomfortable now than when first went in. Forgot to mention doctor’s name is Yoel Calzada. He was definitely not communicative enough and rude by his comments and did not take care when working in my mouth. Visit 3 - went in to get permanent crown placed and to get a cavity filled they advised me I needed asap. They were hesitant to do cavity so I said never mind but they insisted they could do. I was then confronted with front desk staff and advised they may have to do root canal and a number of other procedures to fix one tooth. I had to pay $163 up front and other work would be over $1000. I was there for 3 hours. The work may have taken an hour altogether but doctor kept leaving in and out. I believe due to other patients. I do not feel like I got quality service as a result or undivided attention. The next day I am still swollen and in pain from a simple filling. To date I have had 2 teeth pulled, a crown and filling/root canal with them over couple months Visit 2 - Staff was friendly enough but do not believe doctor advised me of proper treatment solutions. They were more concerned with payment. Paid out of pocket for a temporary denture that I expressed I did not like and was uncomfortable. Alternative was $3000 extra dollars.and requiring further services/visits and more out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: For so long I have had a fear of dentist. That fear keep me from going for dental services regularly. Today was my first full visit here, and my fears are pretty much gone. This office understood my fear of pain, and I must say I HAD NO PAIN!!! Some slight pressure, but I was still able to relax. Sarah, the assistant who did my service, was AWESOME!!! She made me feel comfortable, she ask during the procedure if I was ok, she was even gentle, when she had to be a little stronger with ensuring my results where perfect!! I am truly happy!!! I also made my next appointment!!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve been to! I am a new patient here and everyone engages in conversation as soon as I walk in as if I’ve been there before. Some of dental assistants have heavy accents, but they made sure I understood everything about what was going to take place before proceeding. They stick to appointment schedules, so there is NEVER a long wait time. Dr. Miraj is the absolute best! He made sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure. He checked on me regularly afterwards to make sure I was okay. I was able to reach him at anytime if I had questions or concerns. I have never experienced such efficient service in healthcare, before visiting Advanced Family Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Advanced family smiles. Everyone is very nice especially my hygienist, Lauren. The office is clean and I like how they provide you an estimate of cost on any work you need before you leave.

Negative experience: My dental hygienist was friendly and kind, but the receptionist made me uneasy with her loud discussion about the extensive dental work I needed and the associated costs. She REPEATEDLY mentioned the substantial expense involved, highlighting that my insurance covered only 80%. I was taken aback by the assumption that financial constraints might be an issue for me. It made me wonder if this assumption because I’m young and black? Why do you think i can’t pay for this? Overall, the situation was overwhelming, leading me to decide not to return to the dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I really like them all! My son and daughter in-law, recommended to them. I u sed to live in Philly my whole life, about 7 years ago, moved from Philly to Lewes DE,about 2 I/2 hours away! That should say something!!

Fantastic experience: Natasha does any amazing job for keeping her patient feel comfortable and loved. (FYI)She gives a very good neck massages. Dr.Sanchez does an amazing job at taking his time and making sure the patient is well taken care of.

Positive experience: Love my dentist and the dental hygienists and assistants! However one thing I really don’t like that the do here is they ask you to your face for a review, I feel that’s almost unprofessional and if people want to leave a review they will. I had a lot of work done to my teeth and looked like a chipmunk by the time I left and just wanted to go home and put ice on my face but got “have you given us a review yet?” along with my total. I think that it’s unfair to put somebody on the spot like that especially when they’re in pain and swollen and clearly don’t want to talk.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend coming here. From checking in to checking out everyone is polite and helpful. They definitely attend you at your appointment time or even sooner if you arrive early, no long wait at all. They talk to you about everything they’re going to do you before starting and different options about your procedure. They definitely make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have been been seeing Dr. Calzada and his team (Natasha, Diana, and Sandy) for a few years now!!! They are amazing!!! I am a very nervous patient but they are always very reassuring and calming. I just had an implant put in and the experience was really the best from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Advanced Family Smiles more!!!!!

Negative experience: I visited this office twice in 2019; once for a checkup and once for fillings. I had never been to this office before. At my checkup, they told me that I had 5 cavities that would require 5 fillings. I was honestly shocked since I'd never needed that much work done on my teeth in my 26 years of life up to that point. My Mom has very soft teeth, so I assumed I had just inherited that and I went ahead with the 5 fillings. That experience spooked me as I have always been extremely anxious surrounding fillings and I have avoided going to the dentist ever since. I finally forced myself to make an appointment at the dentist my husband and his entire family have been going to since my husband was a child. The doctor looked through my x-rays with me and pointed out the fillings I had done by Advanced Family Smiles years ago. He said "Everything looks great. No cavities. I see you have all of these fillings over here...I'm really not sure why. There's no evidence of any decay here." Based on the comment that there was neither any evidence of decay around those fillings and the fact that I had no cavities after FIVE FULL YEARS without a checkup, I immediately knew my suspicions were confirmed. I had NOT needed all of those fillings at all. Advanced Family Smiles took advantage of me and told me I needed work done that I did not need, causing me physical discomfort, anxiety, and money. If they tell you you need work done that you're feeling suspicious about, seek a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, The dental hygienist really did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth she's very personable we had a great conversation along with me receiving exceptional service. The dentist did a great job of explaining to me things that she recommends would take the health of my teeth to the next level. I look forward to my next visit in moving forward with making sure that my or hygiene is kept up from now on after having gone a period of time without routine dental visits.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank AFS enough for the care, consideration, and patience they provided me. I am petrified of dentistry and they immediately eased my fears. From saying calming words, to offering me music to listen to, to the dentist talking me through every step he was doing, it truly put my mind at ease. I am so happy I have a team that is so caring! Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done today by Dr Calzada-Sanchez. I have been in pain for several days over New Year holidays and was surprised to schedule an appointment at this office so fast. They were able to bring me in at noon the same day I called. I had a great experience! I am usually very scared to see the dentist, but they made me as comfortable as they could . Everyone who took care of me had an exceptional patient etiquette. Dr Sanchez was very proffesional. He used the numbing gel before injecting the local. Natasha, his dental assistant , took my blood pressure and offered me a bottle of water. When we were done , she went over post root canal care with me and scheduling future appointments. The other dental assistant who was helping the doctor was also very nice. He made sure I was not in any pain. I will definitely recommend this office to my relatives and friends.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was great. The staff from beginning to end was attentive and helping me through the severe tooth pain I had. The dentist took my tooth out when he could have just referred me to a specialist and sent me on my way. I’m grateful for the care here and happy to make this place my dentist from now on!

Negative experience: Don’t be fooled by the good rewards, I had a procedure done, & paid up front. They also took another payment from my auto insurance for what I already paid for. Dismissed me from their office, because I was upset at what they did. I went to another office to finish my treatment & come to find out the procedure I thought they did was now done in correct. Im back to square one re paying a new office for their mistakes and foul treatment. Be careful, not everything that glitter is gold.
