Negative experience: Their consent form has so many unnecessary questions, I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone and won’t be coming again! They wanna know where you work, your occupation, address of your work place n so much more, like I came here to get my teeth clean why do you have to know every single thing about my life! Place is also loud and they overbook so try to rush everything and make you wait for an hour WITH appointment, highly unorganized place would not recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Emily is a fantastic dentist! She's professional, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Negative experience: Take too long. Too many employees just walking around. Why have an appointment if you got to wait 2 hours in the lobby just to be seen only for less than 20 minutes.

Negative experience: Get second option!!!!!! They will scam you with procedures your child doesn’t need and my child received several crowns and the recent check up they informed me he was going to need more crowns on the rest of his teeth without even showing me his X-rays!!! And set me an appointment to install without any other options.. I took him to my personal dentist and they let me go back to watch the entire process and showed me his X-rays and he had no cavities. Highly recommend getting second options before getting any service done

Negative experience: Dorothy is beyond unprofessional, clueless and rude no help what so ever. Dr Martinez, very Egoistic and uses his position against patience. Talked over me, and used “like it or not” “you can take her elsewhere” with so much attitude. Rather than properly explaining or giving options. Beyond unprofessional. And Manager Roger is worst of them all. Has no answers, took 1 month of me calling back to back till he returned my call. Only to send his assistant dorothy who is also clueless and egoistic. Do NOT recommend.

Negative experience: Dot recommend this place to go get braces look for a better place, the tech is the one who puts on the braces and they don’t even know how. Horrible place and staff. They also keep charging Orthos new doctor ever time I Wonder why. DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRACES!!!!!!

Negative experience: When I was little my mom took me to this place. I remember they would tie me down because I would move around a lot. My mom was never aware of this until I told her. I don’t recommend coming here at all. It took me a while for me to feel comfortable at a dentist office after my mom took me out of here.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have been coming to this location for about 7yrs. Another practice told me I needed root canals and possibly crowns. When I came here, they let me know that all I needed was some fillings. They work with you financially and Dr. Whittington is great with kids. Her personality has kept us coming back. She is so sweet and makes my kids feel at ease. The staff is courteous and overall it seems like a nice workplace. It is well kept, clean and efficient. It can get busy at times, but I have enjoyed my visit each time. The kids play area adds a a nice distraction when coming with my little one. There are few wall-mounted tablets with kid games. There’s even a little movie theatre off to the side. Give them a try! 1

Negative experience: I decided to make the switch to this dentist for me and my husband after bringing my daughter here. I scheduled about a month in advance and asked for them to verify insurance ahead of time and I was told someone would call me that following Monday. I never got a call and every time I would call and ask I was told they only do it a day in advance. The day before I received a confirmation call and I asked again if the insurance was verified so I can know the copay ahead of time and was told I would get a call by 4pm. Once 4pm was approaching and still no call I called again and none of my calls were answered after that. We won’t be rescheduling and I will also be switching my daughter.

I have anxiety and was scared and she made me feel comfortable. I'm always scared of oral work but this Dr definitely has the magic touch. I felt absolutely Nothing!!! Quick No pressure or popping or cracking. I feel amazing. The entire staff is professional and caring. Special thanks to the young lady who held my hand and checked on my daughter. Dr. Dabb thanks for taking care of me, I've never had a pleasant experience with an oral surgeon or dentist God bless you! Magic Hands!!!!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional in X-rays, need to get better people in there and the wait time was outrageous . Dr Whittington is always very friendly and answers all of our questions.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited the office and I would like to start off with the receptionist girls they were very friendly especially Melany, then I had a miserable experience in X-rays the girls looked like they didn’t know what they were doing and one of them used dirty gloves to touch another patient, also I don’t think X-rays normally take 30 minutes like they did with me. In the exam room everything went really good Isabel was very friendly and so was Dr Choe, during treatment in the back Maricruz was very friendly and helped with any questions I had.

Fantastic experience: Bear Creek is a very friendly place I like that they have different options for the kids to get entertained from a play area to little tablets and a theater room for them to watch a movie. They also take pictures every time we come and give the picture of them on a button and key chains for the parents. The doctors and staff are really friendly. My husband also was able to get his wisdom teeth out with there in house special. I honestly love the fact that we don’t have to go to different places for treatment. I also love that they work around my work schedule. A lot of thanks to Dr. Whittington and her 3 lovely assistants.
