Fantastic experience: My only regret is not starting with this Dental clinic sooner. From the registration teams, to the hygenist to Dr. Vetter, I was well informed, on upcoming appointments, insurance information that was needed, the transparency in costs before they even started, and during the cleaning and exam process itself. The building is beautiful and every team member was kind, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. They are well worth the drive (just over an hr!) for me and my family to be seen and taken care of at this location.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic! The experience they offer is phenomenal, from booking my appointment to my in person visit(s). I was able to book my appointment online and was able to communicate through text to fill out paperwork, which was super convenient. During my visits, I saw Hannah and Dani, both of whom made me feel comfortable and were so incredibly nice! Dr. Vetter was also great, he was quick and efficient with his work, gave me plenty of treatment options, and was supportive of all choices I made. Also, while "photographer" might not be in their job description, Dr. Vetter and Hannah have some pretty awesome skills and you should definitely check out their masterpieces hanging around the office! Overall, 10/10 will go back and have already recommended them to my husband and family! P.S. Dani, (just as promised!), you are the best! Go get that facial, you deserve it. P.S.S. They also have really good coffee!

Fantastic experience: My name is Jake and I’m 6 years old. I love going to Dr. Vetter’s office. They take good care of my teeth, but the toys, Nintendo switch and hot chocolate is my favorite. Dr. Vetter is really nice and so is the dental hygienists. Also, the bubble gum toothpaste they use to clean my teeth tastes delicious.

Fantastic experience: We were in the Fargo area for a NAHL main camp when my son took a stick to the mouth and needed an emergency dental visit. After numerous attempts at other locations we were finally put in contact with Vetter Dental. Their team jumped into action and got my son in to be seen immediately. I have never been more thankful for a medical team than I was at that moment. It was a stressful, scary time for us and they handled it so well. Everyone there was kind, patient and knowledgable. We left feeling so much better about the situation. We will be forever grateful for Dr. Vetter and his team!!

My hygienist Jenny was gentle yet thorough, taking the time to explain what she was doing and offering helpful tips for better at-home care. The office is clean and modern, and everything ran right on schedule. My teeth have never felt better, and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Fantastic experience: Entire building looked so clean and new everyone was super friendly and nice they did not scam me out of money very honest and upfront about pricing.We got in on the day we needed with only calling a few days in advance.They had kid friendly shows playing while waiting and kids got examined and cute sunglasses. Fantastic experience: Great experience! Abby and Taylor were phenomenal. Abby took my X-rays and usually they hurt since I have a small mouth but Abby took extra care to make sure the mouth piece for X-rays was placed in a painless location. Taylor also did a great job cleaning! She was friendly, very good at patient education, and left my teeth feeling like glass. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I had pain in a tooth over the weekend. I was able to be seen on Monday. The appointment was quick, and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Forms and insurance were easy to set up. Dr. Vetter was kind, and explained things well. I have future appointments set up for myself and daughter. The building is self was well maintained and welcoming. I look forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: I was able to schedule an emergency appointment due to tooth pain. They were great at letting me know ahead of time that I would owe a fee and wasn’t surprised. The hygienist Bethany I believe was super nice and communicated greatly. Dr Vetter was super nice and welcoming and didn’t rush his time with me. Hannah was great and explaining possible treatment and break down, not once did I feel forced to make my decision right there. The staff are professional, friendly, and the equipment is up-to-date. From the very beginning, I felt calm and comfortable, with no fear or anxiety which is a big change for me. My whole family, including my husband and daughter, are all patients here. We honestly have no reason to go anywhere else because everything feels just right. Their coordination with dental insurance is quick, accurate, and convenient. Dr. Vetter has a calm and easygoing manner that helps you feel at ease, without stress or pressure. The staff are always friendly, and the hygienists are great too, I’ve never had any issues. I even had a crown done here previously, and it was handled smoothly on the same day. Fantastic experience: I had to get a crown done. wow was it easy! They make it on site so no waiting for 2 weeks for a permanent one. I went home while I waited for it to be made and they texted me (which I love) 20 mins before it was ready. went back and within 10 mins I was driving home. Staff is so friendly after being there once they remembered my name. I highly recommend Vetter and his team.

Fantastic experience: Was my first time to the dentist in almost 10 years. My first impression of the building was awesome. Have a great coffee and water area with a nice big TV. The staff where extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Started with some xrays, and had my teeth cleaned and polished. They definitely have state of the art equipment here and had a great experience and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, what are the best dentist offices I've been to in my entire life. The staff was very friendly from the first phone call all the way up until the first meeting. This dentist office is literally one of the kind has games for little kids an arcade if you like gaming and as an adult. But besides all the smoke and mirrors the staff and Dr. Vetter cares. . I'll be converting my family over to this dentist office ASAP. I was sold ony my first visit. . . P.S. my appointment was for noon my wife was shocked when I was done before noon. . XRay consultation and referral all in about 10 minutes doesn't get any better than that

Dr. Vetter is amazing with my kids, who actually enjoy going to the dentist, and myself. His team can always find a way to get us in and he always does amazing work. 2025 Update: We still see Dr. Vetter and always have an amazing experience! From the welcome you get walking in the door, the amazing hygienists who always make you comfortable, to beautiful and clean building, this is hands down the best place to go. I can't forget to mention the amazing coffee machine! Dr Vetter and his team always find a way to make going to the dentist a good experience. My kids still love to go and are always excited when it is dentist day. You can't ask for a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in with in 24 hours! All of the staff was friendly. The techs Hannah#1 and Hannah#2 were awesome. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable( I hate going to the dentist). Dr Vetter was super knowledgeable and personable. Somehow in one visit he was able to make me feel better about the state of my teeth( they’re still jacked up). But I look forward to our journey to correct that

Negative experience: Don’t come here to this place they discriminate you. If you have a disability, don’t come here they will not accommodate . They will basically screw you out of money basically on their website it shows that they do payment plans and work with you but they don’t. I won’t be referring any of my friends here. I’m sorry to say, but you know, you guys really kind of screwed me over. Also I was told that I was supposed to get my dental records. And if you’re not meeting their standards like showing up on time or anything like that, don’t expect help from them even though how nice you are to them I got rude respect from the receptionist Savannah.

Dr. Vetter detailed the problem and it turned out to be much less severe (or expensive) than what I had thought it would be. My 4 children also go to Dr. Vetter and we have had all good experiences. They have all the training and technology to make every interaction as comfortable and smooth as possible for children. They also have games and TV to make waiting a breeze. The free customizable latte/cappuccino bar is definitely a highlight for me! Your kids will be impressed and so will you!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Vettier and entire staff were on time, caring, very helpful and informative when it came to my new patient visit. I’m a person that is seriously scared of the dentist and has been for going on a couple decades. They came highly recommended. They had all my dental and needed health history on file ready to go from my past dentist and from the paperwork I filled out beforehand. The X-rays, gum measurements, and tooth cleaning didn’t hurt at all, at one one point it did seriously tickle. I was educated on everything going on beforehand including prices. I even bought two new toothpastes, I thought I had tried everything there was for cavities and dry mouth; I learned a few new tricks too. I rescheduled for some much needed work with no problems and rescheduled for another cleaning. I’m sure I’m forgetting something but so make it really simple it was a great visit that went very well, I wouldnt have expected this anywhere let alone right down the street! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Vetter Dental. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hygienist ask me about a chronic health condition I have and wanted to know what she could do to help. Parking was great, the waiting room would make any child/teen very happy as it’s full of video games, toys and a GIANT television.

Fantastic experience: Just went here for the first time today, got my teeth cleaned and enjoyed the process the last who did my cleaning was very nice and actually listened to my concerns as someone who grinds my teeth and is hard to open my jaw wide she took that into consideration, was very friendly there is 75 inch tvs in every room and the lobby as well as a tv on the ceiling for you to watch while getting your teeth worked on they even allow you to pick what to watch! Would highly recommend going here if your insurance allows so one of the best I’ve been to !

Fantastic experience: The secretaries in the front office and waiting room were very helpful and were easy to Communicate with. Maddy was very personable and easy to talk too. She made the process easy and had all the information ready for me to be seen and for future appointments from price, time duration and general process she had that all ready and explained very well.
