Fantastic experience: Dianna took good care of me! The Dentist was great as well!

Fantastic experience: I must admit I was scared to go to a new dentist to get my teeth cleaned however, I prayed and the Lord God answered my prayers! I had a wonderful experience. I would like to thank the following people. The receptionist, who made me feel welcomed and staff, Ms. Linsey (X-ray tech) Ms. Rita (hygienist) thank you for being so kind and gentle as you cleaned my teeth. Lastly, definitely not least to my Dr. Ruth Okereke thank you. God bless each one of you as you bless others who need your services!!!

Negative experience: I was not pleased with how careless the dentist was jabbing instruments on my gums during my cleaning. Furthermore, she was not very welcoming. I felt like an object as she was not friendly or respectful. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming as well as other workers besides the Dentist.

Fantastic experience: You won’t find d a more patent dentist that can’t take car if the entire family in one stop. Her world is perfection when Lavelll is by her side. That team is the A team of dentists. Whenever someone asks for a recommendation, I get offended because there really is only ONE, Dr. saxena at House of Smiles. If it’s not her, then it’s nobody. No me will touch my children’s teeth without her. I had a lost of work required; veneers, caps, and even implants.she doesn’t miss a beat. The new numbing makes the job 100% seem less. You will never find a doctor like her. Even after I move, I will fly back just for her to care for my mouth or any of my children. That’s the amount of trust I have for her.

Positive experience: The dental assistant (entire staffing) needs to be trained on how to handle children who are on the spectrum because they are a lot in the world and their teeth need care too.

Fantastic experience: All I can say about this place was if they would give 100 stars I’d give it to them from the moment I made the phone call to the moment I left. They were extremely nice made me feel very comfortable did not rush. Me explained everything they made me feel comfortable being there And didn’t rush the procedure at all. Talk me through everything they were doing. Didn’t surprise me with any movements they were doing. I recommend this to this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Very fast and efficient, the dental assistants knew what was going on and what they were doing o set up for the dentist to come in and do the exam. The dentist was very knowledgeable and went through the options I had and explained how we were going to go about getting it approved. The front desk knew what they were doing and what was going on with each patient that was checking in.

Fantastic experience: Great dental! Love this place already! Has my teeth cleaned today for first time. I’m not from America so didn’t know teeth cleaning was a thing! The doctors here are human beings. Down to earth people. They talk to you like a friend. My nurse / dental doctor for the past two times has been Fanta. At this point I want her working on me for everything. I’m afraid of needles and dentists she never once made me feel bad about being dramatic. She was gentle with her instruments and works fast. Thank you everyone from receptionists to Fanta. You are amazing people. This is my dental place going forward! :)

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!!!!! This dental office is a scam. they will do work you didn't ask for or work that was not explained to you that your insurance will not pay and then they charge you. This office is very poorly managed, I called several times asking to speak to the office manager and he never called. a clerk NAME andy is rude as hell to customers. I guess its learned behavior from management. The dentist I had was kind but I had to stop her 3 times to tell her I felt pain when she was trying to pull my tooth. she asked me was it pain or pressure. I do know what pain feels like and it was PAIN! DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. I usually leave a cleaning with a sore mouth and gums, but not today. Everyone was very kind and professional. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist!!

Positive experience: So far so good. Very good communication, great price for full mouth All-on X implants. We did the impressions of the healing dentures, next appointment is removal of the teeth, but that will be after my vacation. Everyone was very friendly all the time and is trying to make me feel at ease, due to my anxiety issues with dentists. Since beginning of the year , the doctor has a new Crew in the reception area and I'm not so fond of them. The old crew was much friendlier and knew my name after the 3rd visit. It's been a long process and I'm glad when this is finally over and I have teeth again. Jeremy in the back (dental tech/assistant)is always putting me at ease and the poor guy had to hold my hand a few times for anything done to me gums. GREAT JOB Jeremy.

Positive experience: I have been a patient at House of Smiles for years. The staff and doctors have always been welcoming and very friendly. I’ve always felt comfortable in the chair but my last visit was very uncomfortable and rough, even after I mentioned to them that they were pulling too hard on the side of my mouth stretching it so much that I have a sore inside my cheek and the skin is peeling. Please try to be more gentle with your patient when they tell you they are uncomfortable and you are hurting them.

Fantastic experience: Wow. I felt like a Vip when I walk in. The dentist and her assistant informed me of everything that was about to happen and why. I enjoy the A+ professionalism and care I receive every time! Because of the expert advice my teeth are fabulous.

Negative experience: Horrible service .. the doctor questioned me like I was not taking good care of my child even though multiple pediatric dentist stated they could not do anything due to my son only just turning 2 . She referred me to a doctor that supposedly could do it and when I called them they said the same thing , that they do not sedate 2 year olds . Bad attitude bad service

Fantastic experience: The house of smiles was able to see me quickly and diagnose my issue immediately. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel comfortable. I was also given a step-by-step plan for treatment cost, and what my insurance would cover. I have my follow up in less than two weeks. Everyone is so kind.

Positive experience: It was my first time going there, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they catered to me a Big Chicken! I expressed to them my concerns, and they treated me with gentle touch and consideration! The Cleaning Specialist was great I didn't leave there hurting or soar from an over assertive Cleaning! She was professional but just talked and discussed business loudly which was embarrassing to myself and a few others. I assume the lady with the locs is the office manager but she handled my chart issues gracefully..I respect that and I respect her. I’m glad to go back and do my treatment. Before waiting long at all, I was seen. Every staff member treated me with respect and as though I was the only patient needing service.

Fantastic experience: All my appointments was great. Everyone was nice and made me comfortable. From the reception and until I finished, everything was good. Lovell always talk to me and explained everything to me and that made me relaxed during my visit. (I have fear going to the dentist). Everyone made sure I am okay all the time. I had 2 root canal today and my doctor and lovell did a really great job. Never felt any pain all throughout the procedure. Highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Two times I’ve been cancelled without prior notice. The second appointment I had confirmed two days prior and the day of, I was told at the office they couldn’t take us in because they were short staffed. I recommend to take your business elsewhere, where your time is valued. I do not recommend House of Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but good people doing great things at this clinic. From phone calls, emails, reminders, to in person contacts with everybody who works here my experience has been excellent. No hidden costs and everything is upfront. You are treated with genuine care, courtesy, professionalism, and our accommodated as well as possible as a patient. No negative experiences whatsoever here and I appreciate the work atmosphere as well. I would be hard-pressed to go anywhere else

I watch numerous people come in and they treated everyone with warm smiles and help with what ever their questions were. I have my teeth cleaned today, as many people know it can be very uncomfortable. My experience today was great, no discomfort at all.

Fantastic experience: They are amazing here. I ate something hard and cracked one of my teeth. It was very embarrassing. They told me it is common and not to worry. We had one initial visit, a second visit to take a cast and put on a temporary crown, and then a 3rd visit to seat the permanent crown. They make going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible and have a great sense of humor. If you're really lucky like me you might get to hear Dianna's beautiful singing voice as she scrapes around in your mouth. This is the best dentists office I've ever been to. Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. I am currently seeking legal remedies after being robbed over 1.3k from this dentist office. After numerous efforts to resolve without any recourse my wife and I have sought legal counsel and havevreported them to them board. Also my braces were done bad, I still have crooked teeth, especially my bottom. Dr Saxena is literally never there. I would recommend a real orthodontics They commit fraud and conduct bad dental work. A lose lose situation. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. UPDATE: Since the provider has lied publicly. Here are the receipts. I received a discounted service since my teeth were not up to par after receiving dissatifactory services from your wife. See attached. The credit on the second sheet is due to overpayments by us. TWO DIFFERENT THINGS! You are trying to charge me full price for a service that was previously discounted due to horrible service. Here is the ledger. And you have NOT sent me anything or responded to our email. Both I, my attorney, and TDI can attest to this Mr. H. Your wife will surely thank you for destroying her practice.

Negative experience: If I could give them no stars I would. Unprofessional service. If you go there check your billing statements they are changing pricing after, refusing refunds to many clients. Employees are quitting or being fired once they notify clients of the fraud happening. Do not go here. I repeat DO NOT GOT HERE. So many better and honest dentist in Central Texas

The front desk staff are very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Our hygienist talked us through each step of the process and made sure we were comfortable before beginning the cleaning. Fantastic experience: Very professional service, quick and very flexible as they work around your schedule. Had some questions that I discussed with Dr. Aditi Saxena and she was very cordial and attentive to my questions and gave me very honest answers.

Positive experience: Service was on time & hygienist was very proficient. EWveryone was very professional. Didn't get to see the dentist as he/she was a no-show at work that day. Had a 8:00 a.m. appointment & therefore had no advance notice that I wouldn't see the dentist. This situation is ironic since if you have an emergency & don't cancel in advance, the clinic wants to charge you $50. The admin staff was scrambling to contact clients and reschedule their appointments for that day.

Fantastic experience: Best Dental clinic, after looking for a comfortable dental clinic, I found House of Smiles years ago and though the previous owner sold the business, I was scared for a bit because I dread going to a dentist. I’m glad that I stayed with House of Smiles because the new owner and staff are GREAT and going to my visits are always comfortable!!

Fantastic experience: Me and my family just moved here recently from New York and I was in need of seeing a dentist for issues that I kept putting off and I heard house of smiles was a good place to go! Just had my first visit with them today and they were all so nice and welcoming! Everyone I encountered was so friendly and nice! They explained things that I didn’t understand. I definitely don’t like going to the dentist but they make me feel a little less anxious about going now.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff were very nice and professional. I was able to get an appointment immediately due to my pain level. They also helped and suggested a great treatment plan for my tooth after being in pain for 4 days.

Fantastic experience: Had a little emergency. Found out my teeth were cracked. I was amazed how quickly and professionally my treatment plan was executed on the same day! Staff really cares and always professional. Then went back after having my root canals done with Endodontic Associates of Central Texas. My teeth were sealed by Dr Patel at House of Smiles whom was wonderful from start to finish!

Negative experience: I would never recommend this place for dentures. After 10 months and out a thousand dollars from my pocket and all my benefits, I still do not have any teeth. And the kicker is, I can't get another denture for 5 years. MEDICARE RULES. There were so many problems in the beginning this was a sign for me to move on. I saw 3 different dentists and I do not think they dentures is their expertise. The front office and the owner do no communicate. I was told I could make payments but after a 3 week wait, 45 minute drive to their office and a wait in the chair over an hour, the dentist (OWNER) refused to see me nor tell me what was going on or why. This is no way to treat any patients. I may see them again in court.

Fantastic experience: When you walk in the door you will know that you are there with family everyone is smiling and talking even though it's a work job but once you get there it's just like you're not at work anymore I think everyone at the front desk everyone at the back and Miss Taylor thank you so much for being patient with me my dental doctor she is so sweet and the people that is up onto her is always friendly so keep doing what you're doing amen

Fantastic experience: I arrived at the office on yesterday and everyone in the front office was out sick abd they were short staffed. The young lady that conducted my cleaning was very informative, pleasant and gentle. During the cleaning , she found something that concerned her, she noted it to inform the dentist. I didn't have to wait, she got me in the chair and out of there within the hour! Although, I didn't get to see the dentist, she assured me that I would receive a call with any concerns.

Positive experience: Doctor was good. But after my fillings i felt very sensitive to that area and have to redo my fillings because it was bothering me a lot. Also after the hygienist did my cleaning my gums were extremely sensitive for months, so i am now just scared to go again.

Negative experience: It was my first time going alone to the dentist and I told the lady doing check in’s that, so that maybe she could help me out. After I told her, she tried to get me to spend upwards of $400 dollars on xrays I did not need. All this office wants is your money do not go to them.

Fantastic experience: Yes was very positive experience, especially since I’ve had so many bad ones with dentist. Dr. Patel was very good. Explained everything that was going to happen and I never had anybody to give me the injections and I didn’t feel it love that I did not feel the pain told me exactly what did I need to do in my treatment plan and I’m already starting to feel better.
