Negative experience: Horrible unorganized place I do not recommend this place at all. They take over 2hours for a regular check up appointment. I got rescheduled for my daughter appointment one hour before her appointment and then come to the appointment two weeks after that was made at 9am saw the specialist and told us they couldn’t get us in until 2pm and expect my 5year old daughter to not eat until then.

Fantastic experience: I’ve come to this location twice, once for a new patient checkup and another for a concern I had. The entire experience with Bear Creek was smooth, fast, and informative! Joshelyn was AMAZING in x-rays and was gentle throughout it all, Vanessa was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable during my exam and all of my questions were answered! Dr. Park was quick and thorough during my treatment and made sure it was painless and I was comfortable. He also made sure my concerns were answered during my second visit and informed me about everything I need to keep an eye out for! Will definitely recommend this location! They’re quick and very attentive! P.S Shoutout to the front office girls, they were very kind and helpful!

Negative experience: I thought about it so much to leave a review for this dentistry. After multiple calls I have asked to please remove me from the calling list that I have moved provider but nothing has been done im still receiving calls so here it goes. I moved my children from this location because I found out that my children’s would get tight in a straitjacket so they would not fight the dentist this is why my kids were always afraid to go to this location and Im sure they use this same method at every location. My children’s would come out crying but I wouldn’t know because they do not allow parents to go inside with their children’s they were younger and of course they didn’t know better. Please do not let your children go inside alone always supervised your children’s. The new dentist location are awesome they allow parents to go inside with their children’s and are friendly do not let the balloons or bear fool you. This is my honest review and hope is helpful to someone.

Negative experience: Horrible experience this place is a mess from wait time to the service. Front desk was acting like they didn’t want to see me because THEY hadn’t verified my insurance prior to our visit & the insurance was closed on a Saturday. How is that the customers problem y’all didn’t do your job?Next they promised me services & then after a 2.5 hour waste of time, they claimed they couldn’t do the services & then promised to refer me to someone in my network that could & of course they never did that either. Just based off the experience, I’m glad they aren’t my dentist & that it didn’t work out because if I can’t even trust the office to exhibit basic communication skills and professionalism or to be held accountable for their actions, why would I want to trust them with my dental health..

Negative experience: Really bad experience!!!! Went to Bear Creek Dentist about 3 times on which they did x-rays and they never mentioned I had a cavity. I ended up switching dentist because I moved homes and they said my cavity was deep and had been there for a while now, they had to remove my tooth. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Negative experience: We were waiting in the office for 4 hours. We saw the dentist for less than 5 mins and then the office manager cut me off as I was trying to ask the dentist a question. Although the dentist told me I had one cavity and would need one crown. The office manager said I had 5 cavities, would need 2 crowns and an extraction. She quoted me $7000 worth of work.

Negative experience: If you want a dentist with poor chair side manner and a heavy hand, sure go here. From the moment I met Dr. Shin she was short and rude with me. I had a massive amount of pain and had to have a tooth extracted in an emergency and she did not listen to my concerns from the start. When the pain continued days later, even after taking up to 6 ibuprofen a day, she told me to come back in for a new script. I drove 19 miles after work in traffic only for her to tell her staff not to give me the script that was already written out. Her words “go get some Tylenol.” This blatant disregard for my needs is exactly why black women are dying under doctor’s care at an alarming rate. I will never recommend this dentist or this franchise to anyone and will write this review everywhere I can until Dr. Shin is out of practice. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Positive experience: I think this place is probably good for kids but not really for adults. I went in just for an exam and they told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted because they were getting food debris and other things underneath the wisdom teeth? Okay, that’s weird because the teeth haven’t even erupted through the gums yet. So somehow food debris is getting underneath my wisdom teeth, THROUGH my gums? I went and got a second opinion. X-rays and everything. Didn’t tell them anything about my wisdom teeth. Exam went well, the next day I decided to specifically ask them about my wisdom teeth. They said there was nothing to note about them. It might be a few years before they’re ready to come out or they may not even come out at all. I am experiencing absolutely zero discomfort in regards to my wisdom teeth (normally a sign they’re ready to come out is discomfort or pain) so I was surprised to hear they should be extracted. Especially to be told that somehow food debris was getting THROUGH my gums and underneath my wisdom teeth? Keep in mind my wisdom teeth have NOT erupted (meaning they haven’t broken through the gums yet) so I don’t know how that’s possible. But I also don’t know anything about dentistry so I can’t say much. The only thing I can say is that a second opinion said a VERY different story. What this tells me is that either this dentistry is either money hungry, or inexperienced. Or it also could be that they just told me food debris was getting underneath my unerupted wisdom teeth because they didn’t think if they actually told me why they needed to be removed that I would understand the dentistry jargon and just hoped I would take the advice at face value. I don’t really want to assume, but I feel like this isn’t really a good look either.

Positive experience: Update: Thank you for acknowledging me. The staff, however, are phenomenal and they do an outstanding job. So a little over year ago in December I had tooth problem. The very last tooth on my upper right jaw was growing towards my cheek and was hurting. I went to Bear Creek and I was given anti biotic. The xray showed an ingrown tooth in my lower gum pushing against a tooth. I was given a referral for that to be looked at. Fast forward a year later last week I decided to go in and get the tooth that was growing towards my cheek extracted. Again, I was told about the ingrown tooth and recommended a course action, which included addressing the ingrown tooth. I decided that the ingrown tooth should be put on the back burner for another time when i can afford it financially and to go ahead with extracting the one growing towards my cheek. The assistants told Carina Schwartz-Dabney what i decided. Carina came yelling at me and telling me the ingrown tooth is cancerous and that if not addressed asap it'll get pushed down and will break my jaw and that if i was her relative she'll personally be driving me to the dentist to get that addressed. I kept my cool despite her yelling at me and pointing to the x-ray screen above me. I was given some sort of waiver to sign, saying i declined the service she was irate over. I continued to lay in the recliner, waiting for the extraction. 45 minutes later, Carina's assistant comes over and told me it was going to cost me 300+ dollars out of pocket for the extraction. I could not afford it, and so i told her I have to save up for it and contact them when i have the money. She may have yelled out of concern but i certainly didn't appreciate her calling if cancerous abs telling me how it'll eventually break my jaw. I may not be going to any of the dental clinics she serves. This is not to impune her ability nor her profession but just to share how i felt at the time about her tone and choice of words. Please don't get me wrong. My first expertise at this location was the best dentist experience ever. I called on Saturday, i think and was seen the same day. The staff and especially the dentist were outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I was wanting to say what a wonderful dentist experience this office is. This location has the best service and is very great with everyone. We have have been coming here for 10 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The doctors (Dr.Simonovich, Alicia and Andrea)and their assistants are so sweet they make us smile every time we come. I am wanting to put out there to there creator that makes this place very bright and colorful for the kids… I would like to see one of the coolest thing that I thought of and I would like to see the Bear logo a different color toothbrushes to give to the kids I think this would make everyone smile big… I just realized that we have been seeing a rabbit on the kids tooth Brushes to long and a nice cool change would be awesome.

Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! They put me and my sister 8 sliver teeth as children and never put anesthesia and tied us up from our arms and legs. They don't even let parents go in there. Good thing my younger siblings never went there. My friends and family said they have the same experience. They would threaten me that if I didnt stop crying I wouldnt see my parents again. horrible place. My friends and family still have nightmares about the place. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This was the best service ever! The entire staff was friendly! I am so pleased with my dental work! Leslie was super sweet and very professional! Luis explained clearly the financial aspect and I don't remember the other names but they were all kind. Dr. Simonovich is suberb! One of the best dentist I ever had as she explained everything in detail making sure I understood the issues concerning my teeth. What I appreciated the most was her honesty and how she recommended a procedure to SAVE my tooth! She and Leslie made me feel at ease as I was very nervous. But in talking with them I knew I was in good hands ! I highly recommend this dentistry, and will let my family and friends know. They are the absolute best! Job well done
