They never try to upsell you and always put your needs as a patient first. A shout out to Earl at the front desk. He is the first face you see and is very professional just like everyone there.

Fantastic experience: Having an excellent dential provider before moving here, I was delighted to find the same care and friendly attitude that I experienced with my previous provider. I feel relaxed for future visits and have made an appointment for my husband as well. The space is well organized, parking is easy and the staff is competent and kind.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice with knowledgeable staff and state of the art equipment. First office I've ever been to where they hand you iPads instead of paperwork to fill out. I am a new patient, but Dr. Keller saw me for an emergency even though I had not had my records transferred there yet to start with them. Everyone had a smile on their face and appeared happy to be at work, which is not always easy in Healthcare. The dental assistants Katy and August, were top notch. I also saw Dr. Cabrera later for a filling and he was so nice. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist. I also recently had Courtney do my cleaning and she was absolutely awesome! As are all of the hygienists and staff who work there. Thank you LRK!

Hannah has been my hygienist every time I have gone and she’s so friendly and great at her job! All the dentists I’ve seen there are wonderful and patient. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes after I check in to be seen. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I fractured a tooth...called my dental group at LRK Dental. They said I'd have to wait for an appointment...it was 10 AM and they couldn't see me until 1:30 PM. This is the kind of service everyone deserves. And it was all done with a smile!

Positive experience: Overall, the care I receive at this dental practice is excellent, and the facility itself is the best purpose-built dental office I have ever used. The dentist and staff are professional, punctual, and customer-centered. My experience on this specific visit, however, was less than 5-star due to the hygienist. While kindly, she was chatty but not particularly good at talking AND working simultaneously. Further, I found some of her comments and questions to be inappropriate.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't say enough great things about LRK! I became a patient about a year ago after avoiding the dentist for nearly 8 years. From day one, they’ve been incredibly kind, patient, and never once made me feel ashamed about the condition of my teeth. I've needed quite a bit of work, but they always provide clear, detailed estimates before doing anything, so I always know what to expect. Thanks to their gentle approach and genuine care, they’ve helped me overcome my anxiety about going to the dentist, which is something I never thought I'd say.I truly feel like I’m in good hands every time I walk through their doors!!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to the area and, of course, I ended up with a dental problem and needed to see a dentist ASAP. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Dr. Cabrera was super nice, very gentle, professional and knowledgeable. All of the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Negative experience: LRK dental has always been great with great staff. Recently due to address change I guess they couldn’t send a $60 bill to me. I thought Jenny the office manger was very very rude. After 4 months of giving them the right address and phone number they sent me a statement saying they would not see me anymore even though I’ve been going for 10+ years. I let her know I went through two vascular surgeries and was high risk pregnant (obviously having complications) and as soon as I got my long term disability (soon) I would pay and like to keep being seen. She asked me if I was done yet? She also denied calling me more than once a month and sending me a lot of letters. Guess I’m nuts? Never had their team be so rude and over such a small amount. She definitely had no sympathy they must be getting tight!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to LRK Dental. Everything went as planned and when it comes to my health care, that’s all I ask. I arrived on time. I signed a few release forms. I sat for probably 5 minutes and was then called back. My hygienist was excellent. She explained every step of her care and every abnormality in my mouth. The dentist did a brief exam and had no recommendations. I was in the chair about an hour but it flew by. For me to say that about a dentist visit is truly a rave review! I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My experience at LRK today was awesome! From Holly to the Doctor & the gentleman & ladies out front were awesome !!!! They all made me feel at eased. This had to be my best experience at a Dental office! They also explained everything to me & gave me options. I wish I had listen to my wife & went here years ago.

Positive experience: excellent care, but the person handling insurance benefits was not very helpful and seemed annoyed when I questions the benefits, nor did they seek an in network oral surgeon for an urgent matter. Also, I was not told by this person that I needed to go to the oral surgeon immediately, and got an annoyed call why I did not go to the oral surgeon immediately.... no one told me!

Positive experience: My experience with the dentist and the hygienist was very good. The 4 stars are because, when I arrived and checked in, I was asked pay for the visit before I was seen. I had no prior notice concerning the new policy. The hygienist could not explain why the new policy was in place.

Fantastic experience: My experience at LRK was amazing. From the wonderful staff who greets you and checks you in, to the dental hygienist, to the dentists themselves: everyone is genuinely kind and helpful. Absolutely highly recommend.

Negative experience: My husband called 4 days ago. Was told they had an appt. 7:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. the following day. My husband completed all the paperwork that day and emailed them back. We have not heard one word back. I would not recommend these people.

Fantastic experience: First visit - very professional, nice, clean facilities. Fast and easy check in and the technician Tricia, was excellent, very gentle and effective. The doctor was pleasant and efficient. I was very glad for the recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Very very nice staff. My nurse was super knowledgeable, very thorough and pleasant to talk to. The doctor was awesome to talk to as well, explained my options in detail very clearly and seemed to really care about my diagnosis. My only complaint was, my diagnosis....but not their fault.

Fantastic experience: I have had so so many years of terrible dentists and horrible excruciating experiences with people who shouldn't be cleaning bathrooms in a dentists office let alone working on people's teeth. My daughter had a cavity filled at another dentist and had terrible pain for 2 months after. I found LRK through a friend and called to get her in asap and they had me in within the same week! We're 4 months with them now and my daughter gets excited to go to the dentist now! In fact she said just today that she'd rather go to the dentist than school !!! Thanks so much LRK you guys are my hero!!!

Fantastic experience: The reception was very impressive. The employees at LRK Dental have been smiling at me since I came in, as if I had arrived at a friend's house. The service is quick and efficient. Even though I don't speak English fluently, I don't need help to go to LRK Dental; they make every effort to serve you patiently without discrimination. LRK Dental has been taking care of my teeth for two years, and I have never had any problems with their service. LRK Dental consistently reminds me of my appointments through text and email. I receive treatment for my teeth and advice on how to treat them properly. Each patient receives individualized attention. LRK Dental makes me feel at home.

Negative experience: Good experienced people. My Dentist was a professional. Clean and hand washing stations plentiful. Cordial staff however they never told me about various payment plans. They just kept telling me what I owed them, even after I told them that the bill was too high and being retire and living on SS I could not pay it all at once. So I charged it on my charge card and have to pay 21% interest if I don’t pay it by the end of the month. Not a good situation for me. Unfortunately, I should have asked.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient. Check in was a breeze, the registrar pleasantly greeted me and very helpful. I waited only a couple minutes and was called back. My hygienist was excellent! She was very thorough and friendly. My dentist was very nice and pleasant, I look forward to my next visit. All in all it was a great first time visit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Practice! Nice office. Efficient! Flawless check-in! Tricia is a superb hygienist. She and Dr. Nunez are personable and knowledgable. First-time patients should note that it can take a LONG time to get that first appointment. Also note that LRK does not accept Delta Dental insurance. The experience is worth the wait for the appointment and the expense.

Fantastic experience: First time patient, I found Courtney and August to be very friendly and professional. Obviously, they're very good at what they do. Dr. Nunez took care of everything that was needed with an obvious background of excellence. Ginny should be proud of the administrative staff. If it was up to me, I'd give them each a day off. I can't believe I am saying this, but, I am not dreading my next visit to their office.

Fantastic experience: They were kind enough to schedule me in on short notice when I had horrible pain. They explained my options and what I'd owe clearly. This was important because even though i pay for insurance, no facility accepts it. They performed a procedure within the same hour, making sure i felt comfortable the whole time, and scheduled future appointments to fix some other issues I had. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Positive experience: Greeting in the door was friendly and kind. Pay up before service? Not friendly. From there on I felt I was in a factory. Technically I think the care was good. No warmth, but polite. I was on an assembly line. I think I am looking for another dentist. BTW, how odd I wasn't notified my dentist had retired before I was sitting in the chair.

Fantastic experience: Hi… my appointment went smooth, I was being cared for within less than ten minutes of my arrival. The hygienist Courtney was top notch, she was very professional and even resolved a small bleeding issue with a tooth I had. Positive experience: Michelle did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was patient, proficient, and friendly. Paperwork and email reminders were a bit of a nuisance. They required me to show up a .5 hour early for processing but never asked for anything. Too many emails reminders. 1 a day is enough.

Positive experience: For my initial appointment, I had to wait a few months, but once I was at my appointment I was brought in quickly and treated well by everyone, including front desk staff. I expect I will get the same good treatment when I go back to receive my cleaning and fillings.

Fantastic experience: LRK Dental is out of network for my insurance but I continue to go here because the service is phenomenal. You're never waiting long to go back and the office is just really efficient. There's been times where my cleaning has been done in 30 minutes, usually it's always under an hour, meaning I can fit visits in during my lunch breaks and save my PTO for other things. They're also amazing with my daughter. She recently needed a baby tooth pulled that wasn't budging, was very nervous, and the dentist and assistant were amazing at talking her down while also moving at a quick pace so as not to drag on the experience for her. I will forever be grateful that Seaford has such an amazing dental office here!
