Positive experience: The prices have skyrocketed at this location a regular cleaning was over 700 no cavities just a cleaning. Ok trip to Mex is 300 and cleaning in Mexico is 50 bucks...and you get to go to beach ..all I gotta say...service at this location was great but the price is ridiculously high...I'd rather spend that money at a resort instead.

Fantastic experience: I was seen at a different location and felt really frustrated. I went to this location and had a better experience. They explained in a slow, detailed way what work they would be doing today. Asked if I had an questions or additional needs (I'm very nervous at dental appts). After my cleaning, the dr came in and reviewed my chart from the previous location. She listened to what I hoped to do in the next stage & found a way to work with me. I really appreciate their whole team. Office staff and all the team members.

Negative experience: Sat there for HOURS ON A WEEKDAY just for them to say they can’t do anything with the tooth that is causing me the most pain! They proceeded to tell me to get a root canal for the other side of my mouth which is causing me no problems! After declining several times, they were persistent on trying to make me get this treatment done. I understand why but I declined several times because I’d rather get all root canals handled at one time rather than do them one at a time undergoing more pain… Definitely not what they use to be…

Fantastic experience: I have sever anxiety from past trauma at a dentist office. I am not going to get keep. I went to the one in garland off of 1st street and the service was phenomenal, they don’t put of anything whatever you need they are capable of fixing it right then and now. I don’t have to mention everybody because they were great , The dentist was both patient and kind..They Hygenist took every thing off of my teeth accept the tooth he gives a true professional cleaning and you there feeling great . The sup or manager was attentive and kind I assume he was in management because he told somebody to take a lunch break. My tongue is never still during my dental appointments while the dentist was getting me ready for my crown he held my tongue, I know that’s TMI, but I have never received that kind of care.. I would recommend them to any body as they are the best…The whole staff, even the lady that takes the money she is A1..

Negative experience: Jefferson Dental Clinic - Garland is horrible. The dental assistant & dental hygienist both were very kind. However, the Dentist herself seemed not very knowledgeable. Wanting to send me out to a specialist to consult on "if" I needed a root canal or not. A properly trained & experienced Dentist should easily know if a root canal is warranted as it's one of the most common procedures. I can say with 100% certainty this clinic ONLY cares about MONEY! There is absolutely NO concern for the patient. If you don't have dental insurance PLEASE don't waste your time! The back office staff will come in the exam area with your treatment estimate typed up & spend the next 2 HOURS getting you to apply for credit. They offer NO in-house assistance at all so once all your credit apps are declined they'll show you to the door. I wish I was kidding but it's the gospel truth. To be a "low cost/affordable" dental clinic in a RUNDOWN area of the city their prices are RIDICULOUS! The clinic itself is extremely rundown & dirty looking. Literally has the appearance of a community clinic. PLEASE PLEASE don't waste your time going here unless you have good dental insurance. Self/Private pay STAY AWAY from these money hungry vultures! Zero out of Ten recommend

Negative experience: Do not go here! I’ve been coming to this dentist office for over 10 years and every time I go there is an issue. When I was a minor the issue was that they could never find my account because I had a name change but I told them countless times that they made a new account under my new name and they told me they merged the account. They struggled to find my past images and history every time because of this and would “try” to merge the account(s) and it never worked even though they told me it worked. There have been numerous times the doctors and dental hygienists are rough with my gums/teeth. This was the final straw: I am no longer a minor and now have new insurance. I called over a month ago or so to schedule an annual as I haven’t been in awhile. They told me they accepted my new insurance, got the info and I scheduled. They have been calling me and texting me almost everyday to confirm my appointment when I have already confirmed it. I called them to ask them to stop calling me so much, to see if my appointment was confirmed (which it was) and they said they put a note to stop messaging so much. Well I kept getting calls and texts non stop. It felt like harassment from scammers . I work and cannot answer every single call or text. Besides most of the time they were automated reminder calls and/ or texts to confirm, so why would I pick up the phone everytime? I would continue to confirm via text. Then, I got a text saying that my appointment would be released to someone else if I didn’t confirm but I had confirmed multiple times at this point and even called prior to confirm. So I called again and got no answer twice. The next day I get a text saying my appointment is confirmed. I go to my appointment and when I get there they say that they no longer take my insurance! They should have mentioned that in the thousand calls/texts they sent! They said they tried to reach me (once) and I didn’t answer. Well because I work and I cannot answer a thousand calls every week! So I told them they should have sent it in the texts that they sent me and/or picked up the phone when I called them back the next day. They told me that they still showed my old insurance and that’s why they didn’t call about the insurance. But regardless, I told them my new insurance when scheduling and they should have asked to confirm the insurance (when they were continuing to call me almost daily) prior to my appointment. I asked the manager what day they switched to no longer taking my insurance and she said “oh it was awhile ago.” Which is just rude and didn’t answer my question. So FYI they don’t take guardian HMO anymore, they only take PPO (and they will not inform you of that so make sure to call them for insurance verification!!!) There are better dentist offices out there!

Fantastic experience: Today visit I got a infected root canal pull out Shay and dr.singh was amazing I have real bad anxiety and they coach me through it the whole time and made sure I was very comfortable and in less pain as possible I will return so dr.Singh can perform other dental work I need and I will ask if Shay is there to help her out thank you again for listening to my concerns and helping get this nasty took out

Negative experience: The doctor that does implants is racists and has mad comments about not wanting to treat them. Wrongfully add treatments to get more money. And always pressure people to leave a good review. Hence why they pretend to be so nice.

Negative experience: I called yesterday to make an appointment for today. I get off work early just to make it to the appointment on time. I go up there just so they can tell me that they have cancelled my appointment due to them calling me & I didn’t answer the phone to confirm. 1st- I got off work early, missing my paid time to just up there to waste my time. 2nd- I just made my appt the day before, why would you be call me to confirm anyways. 3rd- I am working, who in the world carries their phone with them while they are at work. No cell phone policy while at work. 4th- I did not receive a call or text at all from Jefferson Dental Clinic when I checked my missed calls. 5th- I called the customer service hotline to speak to a supervisor and I was on hold for 15 minutes & I ended up no even speaking to a supervisor at all due to I had to hang up the phone call after awhile on hold. I do not appreciate how I was treated. This is the 2nd time this happens to me & the last. They have lost a 7yr customer for not being professional & having terrible customer service. . I will take my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Being going here regularly for a few years. Not sure what going on with them. But I won’t be going back. The last time I was there they stated they scheduled my appointments few days earlier than they should’ve for my cleaning.Then I had an appointment for today. I confirmed my appointment for today and filled out the necessary forms. Only to get a call asking me if I want to reschedule my appointment since it wasn’t confirmed. I have the screenshot to show it was confirmed. Seems very disorganized.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaur is so sweet and nice. And she really does her best to get to fix the most affordable way and does not try to add extra stuff you don't need. Shay the Dental assistant was so sweet and claming while I was in pain. I give them 5 out of 5 today

Negative experience: Went for my preventive care that includes xray, consultation and regular cleaning covered at 100% but because Dr recomended a deep cleaning with their treatment plan they refuse to do my regular cleaning that I was entitled to.

Negative experience: This was the worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist tries to reassure you that it doesn’t hurt when you clearly tell her that it is hurting you. She doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, she just is trying to get the appointment over with. I have never been more poked around and hurt in the mouth than I was when I went here. Thankfully, I found another dentist that actually cares for their patience. If you want to be treated wrong and left with pain by all means go here. I wouldn’t waste my time and money on this place because it’s actually very expensive compared to the other dentist I went to that gave me a quote of about 1 thousand dollars cheaper than this place. They just want your money and to injure you. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Negative experience: I went there and I asked for an appointment after work . They were late getting to me then rushed me through the appointment. Told me I had more wrong with my teeth then I actually do and charged me for way more then they actually did. Was very upset. They basically forced me to write a review right in front of them. So I wrote a generic one. Will never go back there.

Negative experience: Stay away!!! Jefferson billed me incorrectly. How my insurance explained it is they ran the claim twice!!! Two different dates. My insurance said I should only pay x amount and Jefferson billed for double. The “billing” department hung up on my insurance company to their face 3x. First agent wish I got her name was focused on repeating policy that they don’t call the insurance companies vs hearing what the actual issue was. She said my insurance is lying about the bill when I have the information on my actual app. No one wants to help me everyone I talk to acts like they don’t want to be on the phone or that they have no information about their own company they work for. Negative experience: They changed my wife's appointment time an hour before we were supposed to be there. They also stopped responding when we said we would have to reschedule. Very unprofessional, hopefully the Broadway location has their stuff together.

I was very anxious about my procedure, but Dr. Narang was very patient and spend time trying to calm me down and took the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist. Negative experience: The one star is only for some of the sweet staff members. I came to Jefferson’s because I am experiencing a tooth ache and to start off they said that they didn’t have me in the schedule or any of my forms even though I had proof that I had been scheduled and signed consent forms. Due to this I was seen much later and on top of that had to wait even longer to get any examination done. The first people who visited with me were for an examination of braces even though it had NOTHING to do with my visit. My case is not severe so braces are not a priority. Then they were trying to sell me on their new laser treatment for cleaning gums by using fear mongering tactics. Then when the actual dentist came to see me she had no idea what she was even doing she doesn’t seem confident in her treatment plan as well as the first thing she said was that I should consider braces and seemed focused on selling that instead of addressing my concerns. AWFUL way of running a business. They are more focused on selling you random treatments than focusing on helping you with what you actually need. Listen to the negative reviews. I sure wish I had but they are smart. $29 consultation just to try and sell you 5k worth and random irrelevant treatments. On top of trying to sign you up for a crappy credit line. Will not be back.

Fantastic experience: I sooooooooooooo appreciate this office today. From the receptionist, to the office manager, to the dentist. They treated me with such love and respect! I went to the one on Abrams today and had a horrible experience. They first told me I didn't have dental insurance, didn't have that great of a personality, I had to call and get verified myself and then they still acted some type of way afterwards. The office was very caddy. This place made Jefferson dental look better. I'm so glad they helped me and was able to adjust my schedule so I can be seen and get my daughter seem next door. I like this place!

Always had me in and out within a timely manner and finally finished my ortho with them! Super excited and sad I will no longer be coming here since I’m moving. Definitely recommend this dentist!

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 10:30. When I arrived for a simple cleaning routine the receptionist told me it was a delay from 30 to 40 minutes waiting because they had only two hygienists. I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes and they had two more patients to see before me and no rooms available. I had to leave. I don’t know why they are scheduling appointments if they don’t have enough rooms and employees. One decade ago I scheduled an appointment and it was the same situation. I thought this time would be better but I was wrong.

Negative experience: Billing call center is rude and will cut you off before even telling them what your issue is… secondly i sent the office my new insurance and asked them to send in the claim, then called again because my insurance hasn’t received any claims from them. They stated they will send it. A week later and still nothing i will have to call yet again for them to perform a simple task. But they are quick to ask for their money if you owe them.. i dread coming in to these appts im only there because i am stuck in an ortho contract.

Fantastic experience: Orthodontics: I have had my braces on for many years, due to COVID. During this time there was a change in doctors in the Orthodontic office. Although at first it felt like an unusual transition, it has truly been a blessing. The staff is kind and understanding, wilking to work with me and my requests. I am getting married soon and the Dr. Shemer made a specific protocol to get my braces off in time for my wedding. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Negative experience: Used to be my go-to dental office when Dr. Nguyen was there. When I called to make my appointment they confirmed he would be the one to see me since I only went to him. When they checked me in and took me back, I asked if Dr. Nguyen would be in to see me, only to be informed he hadn’t worked there for months. The new dentist was nice but their financials lady tries to pressure their patients to pays thousands out of pocket or apply for care credit. I never felt like someone was trying to hustle me at a dental office until this experience. It’s a shady place now. There used to be a five star review from me that was put there by the staff who asked me to open Google on my phone and hand it to them. So I wouldn’t trust these other “good” reviews either.

Fantastic experience: Danny and front office reception where very nice and helpful thru the visit.Shay the dental tech made me feel comfortable, and was very knowledgeable explaining the process .The hygentist ,was so gentle with me and explained everything.Dr.Singh was very sweet and knowledgeable ,she explained every detail to take care of me!!Definitely come hear!!Great crew!!
