Fantastic experience: I hadn't been in for routine cleaning for some time due to having 2 shoulder and a knee replacement. When I was cleared to have dental cleanings, ADC put me on their cancellation list and I got in fairly quickly. The dentist was concerned about a tooth (thinking I might need a root canal) so they got me in two days later. Dr. Brown was pleased to see that a root canal would not be needed and just fillings were warranted. They are kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: I went as walk-in with tooth pain. They got me in, fixed up and out in about 1.5hrs. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but everyone there made me feel at ease. They had to extract a tooth and walked me through everything step by step. It’s the best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you so much!! RIP Jerry (my tooth) you will be missed!!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the care and service at Angola Dental Center. However I was informed that the dental center will no longer except Delta Dental Insurance which means I will be looking for a new dental clinic. This change I believe is do to the greediness of new ownership of Angola Dental Center. My thoughts on their business future is that they will fail quickly. Delta Dental insurance is the largest carrier in the country and to not except it is like shooting yourself in the foot before race day! Just Dumb! Jeff

Technician was very patient and answered all my questions. A previous dentist did not seem to be listening to my concerns. Angola Dental did. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: A chip of my tooth broke off and it was so sharp it was stabbing my tongue. I did a walk in at Angola Dental Center. They got me registered, took me in and the Dr. shaved that sharp point off and relieved my pain instantly. We went ahead and did xrays and scheduled a cleaning and got my back on the road to better dental health. They were patient, listened to me, very friendly and made me feel at ease!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for about 5 years. My experiences have been nothing but positive, I’ve had emergency visits on a couple of occasions, once for a broken tooth and another for a loose bridge. The staff always got me in the next day, you cannot put a price on that kind of service. The staff is very friendly, always take the time to explain procedures and the cost associated. I’ve seen 3 different dentist in the group and all are very professional and caring. I can’t say enough about the quality services I have received over the past 5 years!

Negative experience: I went to my appointment as scheduled. I was then told that my insurance is out of network. I just spoke with a person 7 days prior, who said they did accept it. Needless to say, I didn't have anything done. I left after taking the day off of work for nothing.

Fantastic experience: Our dental hygienist is amazing, she handled all 3 cleanings; my two kiddos and my cleaning all in one. It was quick and Dr Brown was fast too!

Positive experience: Great service and they accept emergency walk ins. I have Delta insurance and am out of my service area, that being said, for 2 visits and my insurance paying some of the claim I have been billed a little less than $500 out of pocket for a couple of cavities. While the service is great, I simply cannot afford to continue going back to them. If your insurance covers their charges I would recommend them, if not, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth break in half. A front tooth. I was a walk in. They got me in fast and the tooth is now fixed and the filling they put on matches perfectly . Can't even tell it was broken off. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I presented with signs of infection and needing extraction of a broken tooth. Finances were a struggle and was made known. I was told it would ONLY be $140 to be seen. After being forced in to a piss poor evaluation- where i was judged on my history (smoker). The hygienist, after telling her my natural remedy for infection stated "We recommend that to patients with dry socket". I was unable to pay for the extraction, same day. So i went to pay. I asked the woman who took payment if it was customary to NOT send a patient presenting with signs of infection- home with an antibiotic. After this- i received a script for a high dose antibiotic. Had i NOT advocated for myself in this situation... I fear that I would have been in the hospital with sepsis, or worse. Thanks guys. (Not you, Dak. You're great. )

Negative experience: We have been patients for 15 years plus. We have always had a great experience there. Today 3 of us had cleanings scheduled. We live 20 minutes away, in michigan. Upon arriving we were told that my daughter and I needed to update our medical information. We sat at the computers finished and continued to wait. They called my daughter back but before we left the waiting room another worker came out and explained that they no longer excepted our insurance. An email was supposed to be sent out. No one received the email. In Friday a receptionist called to confirm our appointments. I said yes we will be there. That would of been the perfect opportunity to ask if we receive a the email. So a wasted trip 40 minute there and back and now have to find a new dentist. Not happy.

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in. A crown came off one afternoon. I phoned the office and was told to be at the office 30 min before normal hours to get in line. I was seen immediately, crown was cemented back in place and I was happily on my way within an hour. Also the staff was professional and pleasant.
