Fantastic experience: Arrived few minutes early got the paperwork completed. They started on time. Dr explained how he wanted to approach the issue (crown had fallen off), we discussed the treatment plan and he listened to and alleviated my concerns. Based on his recommendation I agreed to proceed. I appreciated how he took the time to explain his ideas in understandable language to solve the problem.

Fantastic experience: Dental exams are not something I look forward to but the people at Lake Dental make it a pleasure. Everyone is nice and friendly. The hygienists are always very thorough and gentle. I take good care of my teeth so I only see my dentist once a year at the end of the cleaning but he’s always thorough with his exam. We have used Lake Dental since we moved to the area in 1986 and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: It is always a breeze going to Lake Dental for our regular cleanings. Bre always makes myself, my husband, and two small children feel super comfortable. Usually the kiddos get pretty nervous about the dentist but, who doesn’t? Not at Lake Dental! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’m 79 years old and have had a lot of dental work since I was 18 and I have to say that this is the most pleasant and likable experience i’ve had in years. Would recommend Dr. Naeem to anyone.

One of the staff helped emenicly with him (coming out with him)in 14 degree weather on her lunch to explain to me in our car (with my foot problem) that he forgot he was done getting his apt. He was confused! Therefore, the cleaning went well! Great job a couple months ago !

Negative experience: They was all nice, they said that my first appointment was on August 1st and I would have dentures on August 29th of 2024. After they got all my insurance money than they took their time. I just got my dentures in January of 2025. 30 days turned into 6 months. My dentures was 3 times the cost and took 6 times as long as it was was 4 years ago. Then I couldn't even eat jelly after they was done and they wouldn't fix them right so I had to go to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: 04/24/25 Updated Review/2nd Visit: I had 2 fillings and a tooth extraction this morning and again had a great experience. I had written my appt. down for 30 mins later than my actual appointment, but when they called to see if I were on my way they said they were glad I was okay and nothing had happened to me. They were more than forgiving with my mistake and never made me feel bad for being late, even though I felt terrible about it. Once in and the work began Dr. Thrap and Katie were Informative and compassionate. I wholeheartedly believe they are by far the best!! 1st Visit: The office as a whole is clean, inviting and friendly. All of the staff from the front office to the doctors listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions, they were extremely informative and compassionate. This was my first visit there, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rapp was amazing!! He did a great job at making my 6 and 8 year old feel safe and comfortable. My 11 year old and myself see Dr. Thrap, he is also extremely awesome! From cleanings to sealants to fillings, everyone in the office has been incredible in the 5 years we’ve been using them!

When we were getting ready to leave they gave our 2 year grandson a toothbrush of his own. That will help in making him comfortable on his first visit there. Much appreciated. It’s been 6 months so far and we’re all waiting for the VA to accept a treatment plan, but the staff is never short tempered with me. They're professional, hard-working and the best at what they do. If you need a dentist in the Lake of the Ozarks area, Lake Dental is absolutely the one place that wont steer you wrong.

Wouldn't go anywhere else‼️‼️‼️ Today 01/17/2023 Great team from the receptionist who was kind enough to help with the door as we entered with wheelchair, to the person handling the billing as we left. The dental was great and helped not only settle and make comfortable my post stroke husband in the dental chair but found a chair for me to be there as well because he is non-verbal. Dr Therapy is always kind, patient and very skilled. Could not ask for better. Thank you all and may God bless each one♥️ 04-21-2023 Mandy is super in working with my post-stroke husband. She takes her time and makes him as comfortable as he can be. Thank you to the whole staff❣️ 08-09-2023 Another great experience . The whole staff is great in working with my husband. Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at the dentist office. Dr Connell uses a numbing thumper tool that works so well I could not feel the 4 or 5 shots at all. They did make me sleepy, so I said it would be cool if y’all had a contraption that would hold my mouth open so I could take a nap. AND they DID! And I did! He said they have them for kids, and asked if I wanted them to put on a cartoon. He did a great job as usual. I hope I never have to go to a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Lake Dental Clinic!! Today I was there for an appointment with Dr. Mark.. I don’t have to dread appointments. We moved away from the area over 17 years ago, and I have not even looked for another dental practice, as I don’t think Lake Dental Clinic can be topped. It all started with Dr. Otradovec and now it continues with Dr. Mark. I drive over an hour to get to Lake Dental Clinic because I continue, after about 30 years, to receive the best care!

I cannot believe that the whole procedure had no discomfort at all, plus there has been no discomfort after the anesthesia has worn off.
