Fantastic experience: The team was so helpful and reduced my anxiety so much during my visit. I had to do a consult to see if I needed to have the rest of my wisdom teeth pulled since one was causing me significant pain, and they did X-rays and reviewed everything with me. Dr. Cline made me feel heard and had completely changed my views (my fear) about going back to the dentist after I had a bad experience at another dentist in town. I would recommend elevate to anyone who, like me, was both afraid to go to the dentist and needed relief for the pain.

She took me on a tour of the office and everyone greeted me with a smile. Classy move! I have anxiety and Cynthia was understanding, gentle & checked in often throughout my cleaning. She did an excellent job especially on the part I absolutely hate. Dr. Hayes is very down to earth and although we met briefly I know she will take good care of me. This dental practice is everything... very thorough, modern & innovative. Even speaking with Candice was a pleasure as she found out info about my dental plan and called me immediately after to share. Dental care elevated! Fantastic experience: I’m definitely an anomaly and have never had a cavity in 40+ years yet I’m still super nervous. I’ve been in multiple times now and haven’t had a single bad experience. I did have to come back for a small adjustment and it wasn’t even an issue at all. I’d recommend anyone to be a client here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cline is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. (I had a dentist that I really loved but he retired, Dr. Cline is even better than he was and he was great!) She gives me the option to know exactly what they’re going to do or not. I always choose to know. She explains it in terms I can understand. She works with my dentaphobia, not against it or around it. Her staff is equally amazing. They are personable and when needed comforting. Just as Dr. Cline works with my dentaphobia, they do too. I never feel like I’m a nuisance because of my issue. They all answer all my questions and concerns. When I call in the staff is knowledgeable and patient. I truly love this dental practice. Fantastic experience: I have Dentophobia - a very real, irrational fear of the dentist. The entire staff at Elevate has treated me with compassion and respect on my journey to better dental health. Today, I walked into the dental office without being pre-medicated for the very first time! It was a quick scheduled visit without procedures. There were three staff members that told me they were proud of me! Yes, I was anxious and barely held back tears but I did it because they care and want me to achieve my goals! The encouragement and reassurance are motivating me to achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. I recommend them highly and am confident they will treat you with golden gloves.

Fantastic experience: This might have been one of the best dental experiences I have ever had in my life. Today I took my 8 year old to be seen for some pain he had been experiencing. When you walk in you find a truly elevated experience from the moment you enter the building. It looks, sounds, and smells great which quickly puts you more at ease. While back with my son, the dental assistant and the doctor were incredibly friendly and did a great job of explaining exactly what was going on and the various routes we could take to get it fixed. I left thinking that I have finally found the place my entire family will go from now on in Springfield!

Fantastic experience: When I contacted Cline Dental with a problem, they they asked me to text a picture of the problem area, then worked me in almost immediately for a tooth extraction. The experience was much less painful than I expected, and the Dentist and assistant let me know exactly what they were going to do each step of the way. They gave me clear instructions for what to do at home so I could heal properly. All around, it was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a VERY painful toothache the day after Memorial Day. I was afraid they would be busy after a long weekend. They not only got me in, they also got me a same day referral for a root canal, And followed up with a crown the next day. I know they are very busy, but I couldn't have asked for better, more professional service. (They even let me listen to Jimmy Buffett while they worked on me)

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency. I didn’t know what the issue was but Urgent Care suspected an abscess. I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I immediately went there and they worked me in and immediately diagnosed a cracked tooth. Less than 2 hours later, I was walking out after a successful extraction. I highly recommend then now. Like I always have. Thank you Dr Cline and your entire staff.

They are able to create crowns right there on sight so you don’t have to get a temporary and then come back to get the real one put on.
