Positive experience: Personally never made it to their location. I called around different dentist, I called her to inquire about an appointment and also other questions relating dental procedures. The young lady that answered the phone quickly turned to ask for my insurance information before even providing me what days, time, etc they would have available for an appointment. Didn't even get to explain to her why I was calling today. The doctors are probably really great at what they do but unfortunately I will skip on this business. Please train your receptionist to have more patience for call ins and correspond to what the client is asking, instead of rushing to get their insurance information and rushing to get off the phone. A little unprofessional from the start, so I'll save myself the trouble ‍

Negative experience: Called with an emergency situation, told them the circumstances, age of the patient, and the insurance info. All of a sudden when my son was in the chair, they didn't want to do the work. They said "his age" when I told the lady I made the appointment with his age and reason for the appointment. All of a sudden the dentist said "he's too young, and the insurance" so, when I mentioned he has a different insurance they considered doing the work. -Never mind the patient being in pain, and needing an emergency care. So I asked, Oh now that he has a different insurance, but same age you're willing to do the work? His assistant had an attitude and tried to brush me off. Wouldn't recommend. They're just going to do more X-rays and charge your insurance. Worthless.

My son had a bad tooth ache for weeks and we decided to come to this clinic and they helped my son resolve the issue quickly and calmly!!. This will be our new clinic moving forward!!! Everyone was helpful and gave great feedback!!! My son said he felt safe and he did not have any more pain afterwards !!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Negative experience: Be careful with this place and always check your insurance statement because they would add extra stuff or lied, and they’re super super expensive and they’re always pressuring me to put Google reviews not good!
