Fantastic experience: Great new customer visit. I appreciated their later hours of operation, including Saturdays, and that they scheduled me within days, even though I was a new patient.

Negative experience: Highest priced dentist. The savings plan is a scam and only makes it the price of several other local dentist, you can pay the same price the savings plan gives you at 8 other offices, I called and price compared after being severely overcharged. Only positive thing I can say is the staff is very friendly. If you are struggling and have no insurance this is definitely not the dentist office for you.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years, I always get back at the time of my appointment & the staff are amazing. I had Melanie today as my hygienist and I think she has been my favorite to date, sweet, funny, and very thorough!

Fantastic experience: Great place, Dr J is awesome. They take care of you here. They constantly and consistently make sure you aren’t in pain. They let you know, in detail, what they’re doing as they’re treating you. They don’t lie either.

Fantastic experience: Always super nice and work with you. Many people avoid dentist just like doctors due to the anxiety of it or one bad visit/ experience . I would recommend giving this office a try. They make sure every step you are ready and as comfortable as you can be.

Negative experience: UPDATE: It's amazing how one bad visit for my wife and I with a hygienist clearly not having a good day can change how you feel about a dentist office. Then, to make things even worse, to have to deal with an office manager that wouldn't even let us discuss this situation with our dentists of almost 15 years. And then, when we think we are going to have our complaint heard by our dentists, we receive an email from this office manager saying we are no longer welcome at this dentist. I have left our old review attached to show just how much we used to enjoy this dentist office. We have been going to K & E Advanced Dentistry for 10 years. Great dentists, hygienists, and staff. Don't hesitate to use them for all of your dentistry needs.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, I'm a new customer from a different office, and I will continue to come here instead. Zoey, my dental hygienist, was super informative with every question I asked and was beyond sweet. She deserves to be recognized! Will be back for my next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: As always, a pleasant experience with friendly efficient people. (As pleasant as a dentist visit can be!) Every visit has been without problems. They have a very good team in Middletown. Today I was dismayed to hear that they are no longer in my healthcare network. Will have to see what the future holds.

Negative experience: My old dentist Dr. Kinser retired. So I went here! Terrible communication amongst staff. Noone knows what the other is doing. Was told I had Peridontal disease and I would need to see a special dentist that they referred me to. When I went to him.Dr. Martin all he did was measure the spaces in my teeth and ask me what the plan was at K and E..When I told him they said he would clean my teeth he told.me that they needed a plan. When I went back to K and E they asked me why I went.to Dr. Marti. And I said because YOU referred me to him. To make a long story short I NEVER did get my teeth cleaned. Just a big list of their plans for me. I got a tooth pulled by a lady dentist and she left fragments of my tooth in there. So I was in excruciating pain. Had to go in the next day and Dr. Corey finally got it out after me begging her to numb it. I will NEVER go back and would not recommend them to anyone!!

They are kind and compassionate from the first face you meet at the reception desk to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves. In addition, they are transparent with the pricing and options that you have regarding any future care you may need. It truly makes going to the dentist so much easier knowing that you’ll be in the best hands!

Negative experience: My hygienist was nice but a little rough. My gums were sore from scratches. And I have no idea what my dentist looked like.

Fantastic experience: I felt " heard" and that alone is all I wanted. Very informative staff and polite as well.

Positive experience: Service was good, but ridiculously expensive. Couldn't afford to get 2 crowns so I had to get a tooth pulled & one capped & it still cost me over $1,800 with insurance

Fantastic experience: Last year I had to go to another dentist because of insurance issues, and I will never let that happen again! I will pay cash full price before I go to another dentist! Thankfully I found a different insurance and was able to return!! ALWAYS very nice, patient, and I feel like the job is complete (my teeth are very clean) when I leave here. TOP KNOTCH and FIRST CLASS! Only dentist I will ever go to ever again long as I live in the area (and I may travel back to them after that!)

Fantastic experience: I've been going a couple years now. When I was new to the area, I received their postcard information. Checked them out and I've never been sorry! One of the cleanest dentist's office I ever been in. So nice! So good at their jobs! I highly recommend this practice. Edited 5/25- Still going. Still satisfied! They make it easy to remember my dental health and follow through on appointments.

Negative experience: Reaction to amoxiciln was changed to augmentin but that has same ingredients. 1st thought it a mistake after being bullied I concluded it may be purposeful. Left with incomplete rootcanal, infected nerve remnants left behind, bullied, & refused treatment from the hate mobs town gossip and Michelle & Gretchen helping high-school girl bullies from the 90s& Jodi from Robin Springs attempts to ruin my life including bullying schemes inside the medical field.

Fantastic experience: I spent almost 3 hours trying to find emergency dental care after cracking a tooth. Dr. Everhart was very caring and I enjoyed him being a real person not a stuffy doctor. This one visit convinced me to change dentists. My current dentist is closer but K&E is worth the distance.

Fantastic experience: Uneventful. Nice people. Was there for a cleaning and everything went smoothly.

Negative experience: As soon as the new year came, oh now they don't see ME! Funny they ate up my insurance last year and I was due for a cleaning this month and now they kinda are not in network. Lol not surprised! All I got was a Thanks anyway when I left a good review the first time so it's clear to say how the owner feels.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist knows how much I dislike x-rays, and she did an amazing job to make it easy for me. Dr. Jay is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend K&E!

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. ... Gretchen, you should probably try to work harder on "training your new team members" because our last visit to your office will leave a lasting effect on my family and it's a shame that you allow your team members to treat established patients in a disrespectful manner and then dismiss patients that you have NEVER had any issues with prior from the practice. Fantastic experience: My Dentist had retired and I was in need of a new one. My husband is a K&E patient and was very happy with the practice. Just had my first cleaning and exam and am happy to say was literally pain free. Seemed high tech compared to what I was used to but the staff were quite friendly and not at all intimidating. It was a great experience.

Positive experience: I was treated well and you were very efficient. Unfortunately you need to follow up on your Aetna approval. You said you took Aetna, but now you said the paperwork is stuck. I moved to aetna because you said you took it. If you don't get this paperwork done you are going to cost me $400 to $500 out of my pocket. Obviously I am not a happy camper about this. What are you doing to push Aetna to get this done? I would appreciate some direction as to what you are doing on this problem. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had another great visit at K & E Advanced Dentistry. They have been my dentist for the last two and a half years. I first came at the recommendation of my boss because of their hours. That was just the tip of the iceberg. The professional behavior and individualized care will keep me coming back. They don't overbook appointments in your time slot and are very conscientious of your time. That means a lot in today's hectic world and I am grateful to be a patient!

Positive experience: Dentist was caring and great! He even made a second appt for me an hr later to get infected teeth removed because I been to urgent care and hospital already since it happened over weekend and hadnt slept in days. Dental assistants were caring and great! I asked about a consult for implants or dentures and dentist was very comforting and sat right down and talked to me. The Blonde insurance lady tho made a comment about her having to talk to me about getting teeth out and she said "For no reason at all". I got upset because I've dealt with these teeth for 40 years and she has no clue the pain I've gone thru, root canals, crowns, root scaling..ect. I brush 2 x a day and use a water pik. I have heritary peridontal and heart disease. Even all my kid teeth were rotted as a child from my mom putting me to bed with a bottle of koolaid. she needs a better bedside manner that's for sure and understand not everyone has the same genes and ends up with perfect teeth. I was in so much pain she is lucky I sat there mortified instead of lashing out at her.

Negative experience: At first I thought this office was great because of later hours, however, the bad outweighs the good. There is no personal able experience. No one in my family sees the same person ever. You are just a number here. Hard to get in and hard to get direct answers. For me-I need my dentist to know me and my needs not just be an income for them. I will say - I had a family emergency and they did waive their $50 cancellation fee since it was the first time I had ever cancelled. This company just lost a family of five.

Fantastic experience: Speedy, professional and they accepted my dental insurance plan from work that fellow employees described as worthless. Dentist visits are almost never fun, but K&E made this visit as pleasant as possible.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at K & E Advanced Dentistry. The staff was extremely pushy about taking deposits just to make appointments, which made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, they were quite rude to me during the process. I decided to call my insurance to verify the rates and prices on procedures, and I was informed that this facility already has a low customer satisfaction rating. Based on my experience, I will not be returning, and I plan to file a customer satisfaction report with my insurance regarding how I was treated. I cannot recommend this place to others.

I left my last dentist because he was rough an felt like he was trying to soak my insurance while using me as a patient that didn't need what he said I needed. Non of what my prior dentist said I needed done was mentioned at my first and so far only visit at K&E. I rescheduled for my 6 month check up. See you in 6 months K&E!
