Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. Dental hygienist Jenny was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I expressed how nervous I was and she went above and beyond! I got in for an emergency appointment within a few days and saw Dr. Davidson who made the appointment very comfortable as well. He explained each step of the procedure as he did it which eased my anxiety. I highly recommend this office and specifically Jenny and Dr. Davidson! Recommending this office to my friends and family. Negative experience: Got a root canal done here. Lasted literally one year! Poorly done. Severely infected. Their solution was to go to third party instead of fixing the issue. Waste of money. DO NOT GET A ROOT CANAL HERE!!!! Let alone at all. But most definitely not here. They will not take accountability either. Terrible

Fantastic experience: Jasmine at the front desk is so super amazing and friendly-she knows all about my Insurance and is super helpful at every appointment. Karabeth is a Great Hygienist-she is very thorough and gentle. She explains everything that she is doing and lets me know where I need extra attention with flossing and brushing in a kind and helpful manner. The assistants, Judith and Pooja, are so outgoing and fun. They make procedures easy to get through with their kindness and great personalities. Dr. Lyman and Dr. Davidson are very laid back and conservative. They explain treatment in simple terms and give me options of what I need for my dental health. This is an amazing office!!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Conway Oaks Dental. People there are the best! Just had a root canal and crown prep done. It truly was a painless experience! Alejandra worked with me to get me into see a dentist on the same day. Dr. Timothy Davidson and Jenny, Dental Assistance, did my procedure with expertise, care and concern. They checked in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Davidson even called me later in the day to see how I was feeling. This practice truly models how patient-centered care should be. I saw Leigh Ann for my dental cleaning today. She has been my hygienist for 30 years! She always does a great job! I think the world of her - a truly gracious person. I also saw Dr. Davidson who did my check up. He is a wonderful dentist. I would highly recommend Conway Oaks Dental as the very best! Today, I saw Dr. Davidson, Dentist, and Judy, Dental Assistant. I had fallen and two of my crowns were cracked. Dr. Davidson and Judy fit me into their very busy schedules to remove the broken crowns, provide me with temporaries, and set up my appointment to get my permanent teeth. The procedure was painless! They were both kind and checked in on how I was doing throughout the process. I am always impressed by the professionalism and very thoughtful consideration patients are shown at Conway Oaks Dental.

Negative experience: I was called into the office early/prematurely for the delivery and "fitting" of a denture which is useless until another procedure is completed as part of a treatment plan. I should underline the visit was a nurse consultation not the dentist... I tried in vain to explain to the admin/reception staff trying to arrange this visit earlier in the day that it might not be appropriate to try to fit a denture whilst another important part of the treatment plan was outstanding. Nevertheless, they seemed utterly uninterested in investigating the background and where unwilling to resolve this thoughtfully before I was expected to visit on a re-arranged schedule to accommodate their administrative burden. Feel like it was a wasted visit where I now have taken delivery of a denture which I have no idea whether it will fit after ANOTHER dental specialist will have performed an extraction and implant placement... I feel a healing period surely must be advised before self-fitting this denture and checking it's alignment/fit - but this was all carefully swept under the carpet and concern from me ignored. All just seemed awkward for the nurse concerned with no definitive advice able to be offered. Additional issues on the day with regard to billing and insurance pre-authorthorization anomalies meaning I had already paid in full for treatment that WILL be covered by my insurance. Why did you charge me the full cost of this denture when we know insurance will cover most of it? Overall Dr Tim is brilliant here, but completely let down by an uninterested, indifferent support and administration team. Love hear a response... all they need to do is call me... Will update this post if I hear anything from them - May 2025. UPDATE: Just got a reply. Pretty typical "seem to be concerned with my review, but in reality obviously an AI generated response. "Call us to discuss..." If they cared they know how to get hold of me, right? Why do I have to put all the effort in to sort this. I wasn't in the wrong! but hey... their AI bot can't make real outgoing calls! My thoughts above stand... CALL ME!!!

Fantastic experience: I needed another opinion on a crown that another dentist recommended that I should have so I called Conway Oaks yesterday and they were able to see me today without any issues. The front desk staff were excellent. They greeted me as soon as I arrived. The tech staff named Diane is so sweet and the dentist who saw me was so nice and very diligent. I ended up not needing a crown but just a filling. This literally saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much for accommodating my schedule. I will recommend this dental office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Don't think you could like going to the dentist?? Well, think again....because this place is awesome! The waiting area is spacious with cool decor and is an inviting space. The exam rooms have nice big windows so you get tons of natural light and you're not just staring at a wall. They have some of the coolest new equipment - the Xray machine is handheld, so much less invasive and you don't have to have that heavy "blanket" on you. The staff and Dr's though....WOW, they are the best part about that whole place! Sarah was a hoot!! :-) Love her!! I haven't laughed that much at a dentist appt ever! Jessica was extremely helpful during the check out process - letting me know what future procedures my insurance would probably cover and giving me info regarding other finance alternatives. Dr Davidson addressed all my issues but didn't try to convince me to get any procedures done that didn't seem eminent. He was straight forward, concise and friendly! So glad my "shot in the dark" turned out to be this place!!!

Fantastic experience: I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable. I hate the feeling of anesthesia with epinephrine because I get so anxious so I asked if they could do it without and the doctor did 3 cavities with that. I also had an extraction but since the anesthesia wasn’t too strong I just told them to use the Epi one and the great thing is I didn’t feel so shaky. I think since I also felt more at ease I didn’t feel it too much. Dr. Davidson was really patient and walked me through everything they would do. The assistants and the ladies in the front desk are also really nice. 100% recommend this place! I never wanna go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I love my dentist! That's something I never thought I would say. I once feared it so much and its now a place I look for to going to. My kids, 7 and 10, had their first visit today and walked away also loving it! Ms Diane was so comforting and cheery giving xrays. Ms. Sarah is so kind and just makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. It feels like you are just hanging out with a friend. She explained all of her tools in detail to my daughter and showed her how they worked. She explained everything she was about to do and why. The facility is very nice and updated. All of the staff are so bright and friendly. The energy is great! I highly recommend Conway Oaks Dental to anyone but especially those who fear the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Our family has been seeing Dr. Lyman for years. He has been nothing short of exceptional since my first visit with him. Kara and Cathy are amazing dental hygienists. I have never experienced any pain during cleanings or any soreness in my gums afterwards. They have always been gentle, careful and very kind to our family when treating us.
