Fantastic experience: My experience with Affordable Dentures was short & sweet. The dentist was very kind & regretted that he couldn't take my money. He could've done work that would have lasted a couple of years w/o my knowledge but being the honest & honorable professional that he is he refused to do so. The staff, from the reception to his assistance, were most professional, kind & helpful. Being a senior citizen that is so appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment to have a consultation about dental work I was considering and after arriving and returning My paperwork the meeting with the Nurses began shortly after and when they had the info. needed and answered a few questions for Me it wasn't long until the Dr./ Dentist came in and did His exam and was checking the X rays to determine what needed to be addressed. All involved were polite helpful and answered My questions as they came. I had info.on the work to be done and pricing for it when We were done. For Me a successful visit and getting ready hopefully soon to have them do their part. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: I gave the 2 stars because they were nice, but i was highly disappointed with the service. I went in because they offered same day dentures. On their website they say they take Anthem. When I arrived they informed me they only take Humana. When I asked about the same day dentures they told me there was a process, and informed me that it would take weeks to get them. I have implants, and the first dentist said I would have to have them removed and replaced. He called another dentist for a 2nd option. At first he thought mine would be OK, but the 1st one talked him into agreeing with him. What ever their reasons for that, I wasn't letting them remove perfectly good implants so they could do it again. They wanted me to come back in a week and let the dentist that does their implants take a look at them. I told my husband and he said that it was just a money gimic. They were just trying to get more money. Highly disappointed

Negative experience: Do not voice dissatisfaction to these folks, or ask any questions, they immediately start treating you like a leper. I paid them a lot of money to treat me like I'm imposing on them. Choose a different location than Bluff City. They are very unprofessional at this location. The receptionist was rude too. I regret my choice to come here.

Negative experience: I had extra high hopes of getting a realistic, well fitting upper denture. Did not happen for me. Will review again after my next visit to discuss corrections. Very thick and teeth are very short, difficult to close mouth naturally.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff especially Dr. Tryon. He is a great dentist and truly cares about his patients. Just wish they took dental insurance other than humana. Don't know why they take humana because it's about the worst insurance. Most doctors don't take patients with the insurance.

Negative experience: Very nice people but I spent $6,000 dollars and I’m still wearing a pair of 10 year old temporary dentures because i hate my new dentures my mouth over closes and face is sunk in like I’m not wearing no dentures at all. I raised my concerns and pretty much got blew off.

Fantastic experience: (please read the end of post) Paid up front for premium denture package. Never again. Patient discomfort is unavoidable. Lac of appointment availability, when patients are hurting directly resulting from normal use, dentures are a form of torture. Don't ask help, or meds, no appointment means no relief. Having experienced the pain and one year out, my permanent dentures are much better than temps and work great. thank you affordable Dentures!

Negative experience: My wife came here and bought a pair of dentures and told the doctor from the start that they were crooked in her mouth. They were so blatantly crooked in her mouth that it was amazing they even let her leave with them. Now she has to deal with the blisters until hopefully they have some kind of professional there that can fix them. These dentures were paid for out of pocket and worse than medicaid dentures

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars but they are a tad crooked, but no worries n they are good enough they fit comfy and that's where it counts. And my sert wentbo. Sale the next week

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff! This is the most affordable place in the area for dentures and implants and the service is great. I had my full set of dentures done here 7 years ago. They did all my extractions, bone grafts and implants on the bottom and made my dentures, which turned out beautifully. They made adjustments for free for the first month after I got my dentures until I had a perfect, comfortable fit. A year ago I had a small crack in my upper denture and they were able to repair it on site in one day. I dropped them off that morning and picked them up that afternoon. It was very convenient!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Affordable Implants!I went there because my partial had broken.The plan was to get two implants.The first go around the implants failed and it had nothing to do with them.I knew ahead of time,because during this process they make you fully aware of what’s going on and what could happen along the way.I did have the thought that I this may go ary, but boy was I wrong.Eventhough I had already paid half of the total cost,that would be all that I paid total in the end!Between all this idk how many X-rays,appts,and the whole process again.Somebody reading this might say,why would I go through with all this as a possibility.I don’t remember going to any dr or dentist in the past that was so professional,understanding,and so down to earth.When I left my last appt with my new crowns,I realized this process was so worth it,because my crowns look like they were the original teeth.These people are very nice and most important rhey stand by there profession to do the best possible outcome.If I ever have any other problems they will be first on my list.I’ve never been to any dentist in my life where I was so satisfied with everything they did.Top Notch A+++++ care!

Negative experience: Not friendly at all will not work with you on the day you have to pickup. The only person that was nice is the man that is making my teeth. I will never be bk here ever. I always got my teeeth here a told everyone how good y’all are. But this last time was horrible. I pick my teeth up Friday an I hope they are what I’m looking for. A when I get them imma tell them just how rude an unfriendly these ppl are!! Ppl spend too much money at this place to be treated this way it jus rediulios!!!!

Negative experience: Do not recommend them,they trying screw me out refund. Won't even fix or make me new partial, rather have instead of refund! N don't take insurance which is crazy! Or myb they do n lied to me but I don't know why I didn't go elsewhere in first place!

They make sure you understand everything also they give a 10% discount if you a veteran or spouse of a veteran.
