Fantastic experience: Been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed but finally decided to get it done. After doing some research I decided to go with the Wisdom Teeth Guys and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. I’ve got a good bit of white coat syndrome and was scared to be put under and of having a surgery done but the entire staff were so welcoming and kind and made me feel very comfortable. Then I was in and out before I knew it. Going on day 3 of recovery and have had very little pain up to this point but was given very detailed post op instructions that have helped tremendously. Couldn’t recommend them more!

This place is like an well oiled machine… my son went in to get 5 wisdom teeth removed and they took him right back, got the IV going and he was in my car ready to go home in 30 minutes! They gave us alittle post op kit , send over his meds to our pharmacy and we were on our way! Highly recommend this place and their amazing staff!

Positive experience: Listed price is not accurate if you have insurance, they charge double so you end up with barely any savings and your max is used up.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed at a different dental office in the past, and it felt very rushed — like they just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. My chaperone even mentioned that they left me outside in a wheelchair while I was still coming out of anesthesia, which was pretty upsetting. This time, I needed to have a molar removed, and my dentist referred me to the wisdom teeth guys — and the experience was so much better. You can really tell that they care about their patients and treat you like a person, not just another appointment. Recovery went smoothly, and I barely needed any pain medication — though I know that can vary depending on the person. I went to the Richardson office, and they were amazing from start to finish. If you're thinking about going here, do it — you won't regret it.

My son had 6 wisdom teeth extracted in less than 30 mins. I left with full step by step instructions to include a written schedule for administering medications. I received text message reminders all the way up to the day of surgery. Top notch!

Don’t remember much of the experience (obviously) but everyone up front was very nice the doctors answered all my questions and sent me home with everything needed for proper healing post opp. I should have asked if I could keep my teeth for the tooth fairy but that was a question I forgot.

Fantastic experience: Got my 3 wisdom teeth removed and staff were awesome talking to you until the anesthesia takes affect I dont remember alot that happened when I woke up but I know They took good care of me true professionals at hand Id trust these guys with my teeth any time.

Positive experience: My 16 year old son had 6 wisdom teeth removed. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The procedure didn't take very long. Maybe 40 minutes. Overall the experience was good. I wish they would have let him recover for a bit after surgery. He definitely could have used a little more time for the bleeding to stop and anesthesia to wear off a bit.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable, I was really nervous since I was getting all four teeth out, but they reassured me a million times that it was going to be okay. Wes and the nurse (I didn’t get her name) that was in the room with me were both very easy to talk to. They were funny and they kept making sure I was comfortable which I appreciated so so much. She even brought me a blanket because I got really cold. Got there at 10:30 and they called me in by 10:35, super quick and easy. Overall, a really great environment!

Fantastic experience: Professional, punctual, and decent prices. With insurance I paid a little over $100 per tooth with the deposit accounting for most of the cost. Came in, got briefing, got an IV inserted, spoke to 2 nurses, my doctors, and I woke up at home. Took roughly 20-30 minutes because the appointment was at 6AM, and I took a photo I don’t remember taking around 7AM. Good Work

Fantastic experience: I put off removing my wisdom teeth for the longest because I was terrified, but I’m so glad I found this clinic. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the CRNA were super sweet and nice. Dr Patel was amazing! All of the staff made me feel comfortable and were super knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and fast. I definitely recommend this clinic if you’re looking to remove your wisdom teeth.

Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with my experience with Dr.Patel and the staff at Jeffery S. Lide office through the wisdom teeth guys. They explained everything to me clearly and the service was so fast!!! Very nice and professional. I'm diabetic so they kept a tight watch on me with my phone since I wear a monitor and I really appreciate that. It only took them less than 20 mins to get one of my wisdom teeth out! Highly recommended and will visit in the future if needed!

Super quick, easy, and professional. And you cannot beat their pricing. My general dentist tried to quote me 4x the price I paid here. My entire experience truly could not have gone any smoother!

Fantastic experience: dr. patel was awesome! i called friday with persistent wisdom tooth pain and they got me in first thing saturday morning. They were very understanding of my past drug use and did what they knew was best without using major narcotics! very reasonably priced! it is $200 to schedule but it was definitely worth it and it goes towards any other fees you have to pay!

Fantastic experience: Great experience, I removed 2 wisdom teeth and the entire procedure only took 30mins. To my surprise there is very little pain afterwards, only a little soreness. Fantastic experience: Great customer service! I have always been afraid of getting my wisdom teeth removed. I wish I would've came here sooner (I'm 37 yrs old). The staff is very friendly and funny! They explained every very well and financing was also very good with many options. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I'm on day 2 now and feeling better. I highly recommend them. Richardson location was the spot I went to.

Fantastic experience: I have a history of secure dental anxiety so finding the Wisdom Teeth guys in Richardson was a dream come true . My appointment was scheduled for 7:30. I was in the room by 7:35. X-rays were taken then the doctor came in to consult me and make sure I had no questions . Anesthesiologist came in to talk to me and make sure I had no questions . He hooked me up around 7:45 and that’s the last I remember before waking up being put in my mom’s car at 8:20. I’m on day two and pain has been minimal if any . Thank you Dr. Patel and thank you Wisdom Teeth Guys! Y’all have this system down to an art and I’m so thankful I found you!

Fantastic experience: Took good care of my son and walked us through each step of the way. Happy I was able to receive guidance from the oral surgeon, anesthesiologist and dental assistant before the procedure and was reassured that my kiddo was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified before my procedure, but everyone there was super sweet and answered all of my questions and concerns! So far I've had a fairly easy recovery and they have continued to be very helpful and answer my post op questions as well! And the best part is how cheap I was able to get it done for compared to other quotes I was given!

Positive experience: Inconvenient if there are complications! I had all four wisdom teeth extracted at this location and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional, helped me feel calm even with all my anxiety. Surgery went well initially but they don’t give you very detailed instructions on how to rinse your mouth out or how long to avoid certain foods, I just had several unanswered questions. They have a help line and an ‘after hours’ emergency line which I called when I was in pain. I was given more detailed instructions and told to call back, however when I called back their AFTER HOURS line, they closed at 4pm before google said they close. I had to go to a dental emergency clinic to be seen. Beware, good surgeons but mediocre post-surgery care.

Fantastic experience: Overall the experience of getting my wisdom teeth removed prior to meeting the team was extremely nerve wracking. However, the team and my doctor were extremely friendly and supportive of those nerves and ensured me every was going to go well. My surgery went great and although my case was a bit complicated they did a great job!! My recovery has been great too, currently eating pudding!!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying how incredibly happy I am I chose them. My dental office messed up the referral but Lisa from reception at Wisdom guys sorted it out. Unlike my dentist at Ideal Dental Las colinas the Wisdom guys understood the pain I am in. They gave me next day appointment. At the appointment the doctor, the receptionist, the assistant during my surgery, Dr.Patel, Michael the anaesthetist were so nice and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I actually had a pleasant experience even though I was skeptical after reading some reviews. The staff was warm, well informing, and reassuring. Beforehand they walked me through the entire process thoroughly. I felt very comfortable, which is great because I have a lot of general anxiety. The procedure itself took about half an hour. They quickly take you out to your car once the procedure is done. It did feel a little bit overwhelming at that point because you’re coming out of sedation and extremely out of it. That would probably be my only complaint, other than that this office is very on top of it, and extremely professional in the work they do. I would recommend to anyone, can’t beat the price and care.

Fantastic experience: Had my last 2 wisdom teeth taken out on thursday by Dr. Sonneveld. He did a really good job. I was out in less than 15 min. I have a pretty good pain tolerance so I only ended up doing pain meds for 2 days, but I still like to think it's from him doing such a good job :)

On the day of procedure, the office was pleasant and efficient, they put my daughter at ease, and the procedure went quickly and smoothly! Recovery has went fine, they were thorough with instructions and medications prescribed, and even did a follow up call the next day on a Saturday to make sure she was fine! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this place enough! Found them and had a very fast response. They were in constant contact with me and dental office to get me in fast. Honest and very informative from the first phone call. They have several locations around DFW, unfortunately for me the closest one that was open on a Friday was in Richardson. It was still a great choice because of how well everything went. The pricing blew me away due to it being so low for 4 removals (I do have dental insurance.) Made sure to do everything electronically before hand and plenty of text reminders leading up to appt day. The day of i was so nervous (I'm in an old age range for this procedure and don't like IVs.) When I stepped in everything was ready to go despite me arriving 10 min early no waiting required at all, THEY WERE READY! You can tell they were focused and busy but not chaotic. I will say that you will need someone you really trust to take you because they educate you and the person bringing you on post op care so it's best for that person to be the same one taking care of you at home. The assistant starts explaining and educating about everything, the oral surgeon comes in and with x ray in front explains exactly what will be done and answers all questions, and the CRNA comes in and gets you started on IV. That's about the part they take your companion back to the waiting room. I don't recall when I went to sleep and only remember waking up in the car. My meds were sent in a timely manner so by the time we got back to our part of DFW the meds were ready to be picked up. Following the after care to the T had me feeling almost back to normal in 24 hours (of course besides slight swelling ) They called me Saturday to ask how I was doing and if I had any other questions or concerns. I was expecting long recovery due to having complicated wisdom teeth but it's been a hassle free recovery. I postponed for years out of fear and wanted/needed a place like this with lots of expertise to make me go through and finally get it done. I will forever recommend them to everyone and use them for all my family members.

Staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating, assistants, anesthesiologist, and doctor, (Dr. Patel was my doctor) were all incredibly thorough, giving me lots of opportunity for questions, and going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Services were all efficient, and done quite professionally, and I especially was pleasantly pleased with the added touch of being wheeled out post anesthesia, and helped into the car.
