Fantastic experience: Best experience with the best staff. They are very caring and kind-Husband had an emergency was up all night with severe toothache. Was able to see dentist on Sunday for surgical extraction for broken tooth. Surprised how fast it went and absolutely NO PAIN! Will both be returning for our dentist visits . Cant say enough good things about this dentist office.

Negative experience: I never posted a review! I went to Emergency Dental of Milwaukee on Sunday July 20th. Needed a Deep Cleaning for pain. The cost was $1700. PLUS the $165. to walk in the place. UNBELIEVABLE! Yes, I was treated by Destiny & Dr.Brown. It HURT! In the next few days, got an email Thanking me for my “great review”?! WHAT REVIEW?? I NEVER WROTE A REVIEW!!!! But there it was written all out “for me” with 5 STARS??!! I called ASAP ..WHO WROTE THIS FAKE REVIEW?! NO ONE COULD ANSWER ME, AND I COULDN’T DELETE IT BECAUSE I NEVER WROTE IT!!! I AM FURIOUS!!! HOW DARE THEY WRITE A REVIEW FOR ME, AND HOW DID THEY GET INTO MY ACCOUNT?! I spent the ENTIRE next day changing ALL MY PASSWORDS ! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! They are Shifty & I DO NOT TRUST THEM! Received another email this morning Thanking me again for this PHONY REVIEW! CAN’T DELETE IT!!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…I AM STILL WORRIED ABOUT IDENTITY THEFT…..CROOKS.. NO STARS!

Negative experience: Scammers. They spent 5 minutes and took $450 to put in a bridge that lasted 5 hours. I waited 1h 30m after the reservation time for this 5m of work. After the bridge fell out (without any use / food), they refused to return my calls and claimed they had told me it could only last one day. They are incompetent liars. They didn't offer any recourse and they told me I was no longer welcome to be a patient merely because I stood up for myself. They have no remorse. Gina Sanfilippo Monteagudo (the COO) even laughed on the phone and thought this was funny. Her husband Roberto Monteagudo owns both clinics. Unlike every clinic I've ever been to, they have you pay in full before anything is done. UPDATE: I'm writing another review because I cannot reply to your reply. We need to set the record straight due to the deception in your reply. 1) It was never explained that it could last less than a day; my previous "temporary" bridge lasted 9 years. 2) I did not agree to something that could last 5 hours. 3) The dentist had me bite down on a ball of cotton that put pressure on the bridge and lots of the cotton was stuck in the cement. The dentist said the cotton would eventually come out. First, that is seriously ghetto. Second, the bridge came out well before the cotton could come out of the cement. There are many signs that in no way did your clinic inform me or expect that the bridge would last 5 hours (despite it never being used to chew). 4) I'm fairly certain the person on your employee's cell phone yesterday (when I came into the office due to no replies to my messages or emails) identified themselves as the COO. The original message I got a 1.5 weeks ago was that I would hear from the dentist - but that never happened. And yesterday going into your "walk-in" clinic revealed that I was prevented from speaking with the dentist and I was told that I was never welcome as a patient again from the lady on your employee's cell phone. Part of my review has to do with the overall management and as far as I know the management is the same at all of these clinics and therefore I will leave the same review so people know. You seem to think you can get away with this kind of behavior and maintain a clean record, but I've barely begun informing the public regarding your practices. We both know I've contacted your office directly many times; there is a whole thread of emails with no reply and our last interaction you said I'm banned from your clinics. What exactly did I do besides point out the unfairness of $450 for a 5 minute job which lasted ~5 hours before breaking. We both have records of this entire thing - don't lie!

Fantastic experience: I was preparing to leave for Greece in 4 days when my tooth started to feel uncomfortable. After contemplating whether to address the pain before I left, I contacted the Office Saturday night and arrived Sunday morning at 9:00am. The team got me right in the chair, and identified the source of the pain which was a cracked lower back bottom tooth. I had no prior relationship with this office and was a bit nervous and apprehensive about moving forward, but felt I had to make a decision because of the pain I was in. After Dr. Jays initial assessment, he gave me a few options of which I decided to have it pulled. They numbed my mouth, cleaned my teeth and pulled the tooth immediately. There was zero pain, and he and Rosie did an absolutely fantastic job, paying attention to every detail along the way. As I sit on the beach in Paros Greece, I am grateful I made the decision to put my faith in their hands. With a little help from the initial pain killers prescribed, the trip has been pain free. Thank you all for the wonderful last second experience you gave. I believe you all made my trip!! Best success JHIV

Negative experience: I called Emergency Dental of Milwaukee to get a cavity filled that’s causing me extreme pain now. I explained to them that I’ve already been to a dentist office so I have X-rays, 3D pictures etc. I scheduled my appointment to get my fill at the other place a week out because it wasn’t causing me that much pain at the time. Last night I couldn’t sleep from the pain so I decided to look up an emergency dentist & I found Emergency Dental of Milwaukee. My dentist is closed on Fridays that’s why I had to seek emergency help. The lady on the phone told me I had to pay $165.00 for my X-rays & cavity fill. She told me that insurance should cover the rest of the cost. If there’s a cost left after your insurance we will bill you. I asked why did we have to do X-rays again. I was told because they have better machines & they might find something that the other dentist didn’t. Again I asked was my fill covered with the $165.00 that I paid up front before I was even seen & will the rest be billed I was told yes. After we completed all the X-rays the dentist started talking about plans/ prices. I explained to him that I asked before I paid $165 was my fill included. He gave me a bill for almost $1,000 & told me either I can pay the full price that was almost $1,000 now or leave. They’re scamming people for $165.00. They pretend like $165 will cover what your initial problem is & you can get billed later for what insurance doesn’t cover. After they finish all of your X-rays they give you a expensive bill instead of telling the truth upfront. It’s a scam.. I highly wouldn’t recommend going to this place.

I was in quite severe pain and away from my hometown on a trip to Milwaukee and they got me in within an hour of calling. They thoroughly explained my options and details of the treatment and made me feel very comfortable. They took great care of my pain and answered all my questions and concerns. I am so thankful to have found them.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I couldn’t have been happier handing over my credit card. The staff was lovely and not judgmental. They were honest about next steps and billing. And I am now happily eating ice cream and no longer is severe agony. Seriously what else can you ask for when you’re in a pinch and just need some help?

Positive experience: I wanted to give this dentist office a 5 star review so badly. Let me explain, I needed to have a tooth extracted as it was causing me horrible pain. I thought this provider was in network and that’s my fault because I should’ve done the research. However a little bit of transparency would be great. The first thing I asked the receptionist was about if my insurance would cover this, the response I got was, “just fill out the paperwork and put your insurance in.” As someone who is new to making their own appointments and dealing with insurance claims I assumed if my paperwork went through it would cover it. I set an appointment for 1:45pm and wasn’t seen till almost 3pm which isn’t ideal with the pain I was feeling. None the less, I continued after Rosie called me back. My frustration isn’t with any of the people who saw me. I believe Rosie had great intentions(though I wish they would’ve checked my dental insurance before doing any work) Rosie was very hospitable, and DR.Nisley was wonderful ! I really wish I could have them care for me again, but like I said the clinic isn’t very upfront with the insurance coverage so before you visit here, contact your insurance provider and make sure they are in network. There is also a 165$ fee you have to pay as a new patient to even be seen which is insanely ridiculous. Hopefully it at least goes to the doctor cause it’s literally wasted money that could’ve actually went towards my treatment.

Negative experience: Terrible front office staff. In a profound amount of pain and they were in the back socializing while I sat in the waiting room for a half hour. They didn't even come to the front to take payment from another patient. I have no idea how they have 5 stars from anyone. If I can't trust the front office staff, I'm not letting the dentist touch my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had spent months in complete and utter agony. I had come home from work early to find my wife in bed with another man, with our one year old son next to them on the bed. I found out, due to the most malignant brain tumors known to man, the Glioblastomas, my mother has about six months to a year, optimistically, to live. These last three days and nights have been the worst. For three nights in a row I could not sleep due to the incredible excruciating malicious pain in my mouth. I'm grateful I have a son and I don't own a gun, because last night would have been my wits end. I screamed for seven hours straight until I passed out from four Dramamine, but then I woke up after a few hours with the same pain. I went to work, as you do, but it progressed and become detrimental to my being there, so my boss took me here and they offered me a financing plan and it got approved. I'm grateful that out of all the places I looked into I found this one, where Destiny and Mr. Nisley took me in with ease and and hospitable attitudes and sheer chivalry. I'm not kidding. These people saved my life. I would not have lasted another day. So thank you. Thank you doesn't do it. I commend you for your diligence and your impeccable understanding.

Negative experience: I called at 9am to schedule an emergency appointment for 11:40am. I get a text confirming the appointment. After getting coverage for my job, I get to the office to be told there was no appointment made and multiple people ahead of me as walk-ins. I was then informed the 414 number I called goes to a 3rd party scheduling group in Tennessee and they never scheduled the appointment with the actual dental office. I was told I could wait til 3pm or so which unfortunately wasn't an option based on the work coverage I had made... the front office people were nice but didn't seem to really care the miscommunication happened or that it wasn't necessarily that uncommon of an occurance unfortunately

Fantastic experience: After searching endlessly and not being able to get an appointment anywhere, I found this wonderful office! The front desk attendant Teresa was absolutely amazing and Dr. nicely and his assistant Lisa were the absolute best. This was the most calm, gentle dentist appointment I’ve had in my life and I would 1000% go back. They were so welcoming. They were so kind I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: I came in with extreme tooth pain that had gotten unbearable. It was one of those situations where you can’t eat, can’t sleep, and honestly just can’t think straight because the pain is so bad. I didn’t know what to expect walking into an emergency dental clinic, but from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. They got me in quickly despite how busy they were, and they were incredibly kind and understanding. The dentist took the time to explain what was going on, what my options were, and how they planned to fix it. That really helped ease my anxiety. The procedure itself was handled so professionally. I was honestly amazed at how efficient and gentle they were, especially considering how much pain I was in when I walked through the door. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and I could tell I was in good hands. By the time I left, the pain had gone from unbearable to totally manageable—and not long after, it was completely gone. I can’t say enough good things about how they handled everything from start to finish. If you’re in pain and need help fast, this is exactly the kind of place you want to go. They took a terrible day and turned it around. I’m beyond grateful!

Negative experience: Do Yourself A Favor & AVOID this practice!!!! Prior to my procedure, I was explicitly told by your staff that your office was in-network with my insurance and that the procedure would be covered. Based on that assurance, I paid the cost upfront, fully expecting to be reimbursed by my insurance as promised. However, upon submitting of claim, I was informed by my insurance provider that your office is not, in fact, in-network and that the procedures I received are not covered. When I called your billing department to clarify, I was told that your office is not in-network with ANY insurance plans, and I would be responsible for the full cost of the procedure. I feel that I was misled and taken advantage of during an already stressful and vulnerable time. I trusted your team’s guidance and relied on the information provided to make an informed decision about my care and finances. That trust was broken.

Negative experience: Look elsewhere. Going in, you know you will overpay. That is the nature of the game. What you do not know is that even with the overpayment and insurance that they accept you will pay up front a 'cash price' which will then be reversed when the insurance payment hits. when that happens, you will be reimbursed a fraction of that amount after a several month wait and multiple calls to their billing department waiting on them to confirm that they have rec'd a payment you have documentation you can show they received. once acknowledged you will be told they have a 4 to 8 week process to process that return. a nice 'float' for them... to add to that, you will then find out when vising your regular dentist that the work performed was of such poor quality it has to be redone. but, have no fear, a QR code will be shoved in your face the second the work performed is done for a review.

Fantastic experience: Very easy to go on the website to schedule appointments. Pre-registering was easy. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Mosley was very thorough with explaining all the different options available. Very clean and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: I was on severe pain and went to my primary dentist office and the ER. Nobody listened to me at either place so I made a last minute appt here at 3 am when I was in pain. The staff and dentist were so kind and listened to my needs. They ended up finding an issue my primary office did not and completed a procedure to help my pain. Definitely recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: I was in need of an emergency exam due to wisdom pain after I had an extraction last week. I was able to get a same day appointment. While here, they've been attentive and caring for the pain I was experiencing. Although they do not accept my insurance, the pricing is affordable and have financing options available.

Negative experience: They don't even look at you before they decide to do the most expensive procedure. They charge you before they do anything. I didn't need my tooth pulled. Just fixed. Glad I left and went somewhere else. They think they can get away with this because you're in pain. I wasn't I just didn't have a dentist and thought the Google reviews were honest. I am still waiting for my money back as no service was rendered. The BBB will be hearing about this today. I am sorry for the people that get ripped off.

Fantastic experience: I feel so genuinely lucky I came here. The best dentist in Milwaukee, and even better support (shoutout to the hygienist/manager/Superwoman Teresa)!!! I needed two emergency root canals and they were compassionate and swift even for a walk-in. COME HERE! They deserve your business.

Negative experience: I gave my insurance card to the front desk. They informed me that they were in-network for me and that my procedure was covered under my policy, but "they were having trouble with their claim submission." They said that I would need to log into my insurance account and submit the statements provided in order to be fully reimbursed." They provided additional documentation to outline the procedure codes. They highlighted procedure codes and other fields I would need to successfully submit the claim without issue. Upon returning home and submitting my claim, I was surprised to find out that my claim was denied, due to the office being out of network. I contacted their office's billing department to go over the conflicting information. The person on the phone stated to me that, "none of their doctors are in-network" and that is by design. They also told me, "their staff is trained on this." I asked why the words "out of network" were never expressed to me, and was instead told the exact opposite? If this was the case, there should not ever be a confusion or misunderstanding, especially after looking up my insurance information. The person on the phone said there was nothing to be done about it, as they weren't in the room when it happened. I informed them I had a copy of the recorded transcript of the conversation in the clinic office and asked how they would like to receive that information in order to review the fraudulent information used to mislead me. They then told me that there was nothing that would change the outcome. This office utilized deceptive practices to fraudulently pose as an in-network provider. They took advantage of the trust in my insurance and exploited that vulnerability in a customer. Their billing department then protected that behavior and stonewalled attempts at mutual resolution. This is fraud, this is deceptive, this is a scam. You should feel ashamed for your actions. Shame on this company. Shame on the people that commit these deceptive and fraudulent acts, and shame on the cowardly hiding behind a faceless and indifferent shell.

Fantastic experience: I went to the office for tooth pain. The office staff and Dr Nisley were amazing. He was friendly and understanding. He explained everything to me with a few options for treatment. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: Went here in February for severe tooth pain on a Sunday, had a cracked filling repaired, and thought everything went well. Was told how much the filling would cost and paid for it upfront before they did any work. A month later I received an emailed invoice saying I owe more money (not sure how since I paid for everything before I left), and the link to see the invoice and pay the "outstanding" fees isn't secure. Thought it was a scam email at first until seeing other people's experiences of getting invoices after the fact. When you call the 833 number on the email you can never get anyone from billing, but when you call the actual dental office they refer you back to that number. Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing care. I needed a tooth pulled they saw me with in an hours & helped make my plan of care smooth & understanding. They didn't pressure me into anything & when it came to the procedure I felt like I was the only one who matter. The Dr took his time & did a great job!!! So relieved!

Positive experience: Doctor Nisely , and Assistant Kim were very reassuring and patient with surgery . Felt calm and taken care of.

Negative experience: The dentist was fine, but they make you pay up front which is understandable if they don't know you I guess. I paid $700 for a wisdom tooth extraction. You have to fill out paperwork and they have you fill out insurance info and my insurance ended up paying them! I've been trying to get reimbursed by them ever since and the service was done on 1-11-25 and it's now almost 2 months later and still not reimbursed yet. This is my gripe. Why even ask for insurance info if you have to pay up front? They've told me they will reimburse to my credit card but it may take up to 60 days, which is ridiculous IMO. Beware, I keep getting the run around with this and now their voicemail box is full and their billing dept. isn't answering!!!.

Negative experience: Had a tooth pulled about a week ago and deep cleaning. I still have loss of feeling on the left side of my face. Nose doesn't move if I wiggle my nose, lip doesn't pull up the same, talking feels different etc. I have called numerous times to express these concerns and see if there's something I can do or what's going on I get told they're "backed up". No one has returned the calls made at all. It wasn't cheap paying for the work out of pocket and to not have good communication when there's worries is pretty concerning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah and Theresa were great. Theresa went out of her way to help me work out insurance details and was genuinely nice throughout my visit. Dr. Shah was straightforward and efficient with the work I needed done, and he and his assistant were very helpful in explaining their plan moving forward. I will be back for follow ups and am confident in getting the same good experience then as well. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: This place has such a great team! From the Destiny to Dr.Shah everyone is so kind. They really take patients needs and worries as their own. Definitely recommending if you are in need of emergency work! They got me right in very little time and back to feeling like myself! Because let’s face it tooth pain is the worst!
