Fantastic experience: Had a great experience today for my daughter’s appointment. Alyssa and Charlize made my daughter feel very comfortable during the whole process from the X rays to her teeth cleaning. Dr Bradford came in and was very respectful and efficient making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my daughter’s oral health! Overall great experience. You all knocked it out the park!

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my kids to Kids Rock for over 5 years now. Today we saw Dr. Nicky who was very kind & made the checkup fun for the kids. Thania took care of my daughter who was comfortable enough to do cleaning & x-rays without me by her side. Big props to Riley who did my son's x-rays & cleaning, she was more than patient with my son who has a lot of sensory overload during his visits. Thank you guys for taking great care with my babies!

Fantastic experience: This place is so cool, it looks like you’re in a cartoon lol! So cool for my kids and my self. Great customer service in English & Spanish. My Kid’s assistant was Dara & Annet they were great! Also Dr. Nicky was professional and so cool with my 2 Sons. The little one (4 years old) was scared to do the X-Rays and as soon he started talking to the Doctor, he was chill and excited . My oldest needed extra help and everyone was ready to help and provided everything we need. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Church and his team (Natalie, Jackie and Marcos) were wonderful, as usual! We were in and out in under 30 minutes with 3 kiddos because they’re quick and super efficient. I always appreciate how comfortable they make my kids feel and how knowledgeable the Dr is. No complaints!

Positive experience: Update! Decided to try again and this experience was much more of what I expected of a pediatric dentist visit. My son, now 22 months old, still loved the place and decor. Front desk staff at least smiled this time. Toys are about the same. Hand sanitizer is on the counters! Hygienist was nice, still did not get his name but he was more personable and kid friendly. We asked for a private room and received that this time. Much better experience! My son did so well and didn't cry. Same Dr was still pleasant and answered our questions. We were asked duck or coin this time and my son was able to pick a toy. Playground was clean and cute and we had fun outside before heading home. Will try again in 6 months. Glad the experience was better this time for kiddo! OG POST : Not too impressed with first visit. Heard a ton of great things about this place concerning the decorations and the kid friendly staff. Upon walking in the place it is super cute, big, and has a fun waiting room for the kids. The toys I would stay away from they look like they have been VERY well loved and should be burned. We were all very excited for my 16 month old, son‘s first dentist appointment but were left to stand waiting for someone to greet us. Not too long of a wait and we were taken back to a large open triage room with multiple chairs. Through no fault of her own, a mom and another little kid were next to us, and the kid was crying. It immediately turned my happy, excited kid scared. When I said something to our "helper", they mentioned all the private rooms being full and us needing to ask for that. We didn’t realize we needed to request a private room or that was even a thing. The gal that initially brushed his teeth, was super impersonal along with what looked like the rest of the staff. Not sure what her title was, what training she has, didn’t catch a name, didn’t seem like she cared or knew how to work with kids. She handed my now upset son a rubber ducky and asked if we’d like fluoride. After a quick brush they brought the dentist in. Nice guy. He looked at the other kid first, which of course started that kid to cry again. So we took my son around the corner to distract him so he wouldn’t be even more upset. It was our turn. The dentist was nice. He looked in his mouth, checked out his teeth, asked if we had questions. No frills. Said see him again in six months. Upon checking out, we noticed there were a couple of toy machines that you could put a token in. Apparently, when you check out, they give you a token so the kids can redeem a toy. We had to go back and ask for that as it was not automatically offered upon check out. We did make an appointment for the future, but unsure if we will come back. My son really loved the decorations and vibe of the whole place. But the staff, you could take it or leave it. Tons of people working not many friendly faces. I just expected more out of a pediatric dentist. I know my adult dentist is boring and dull, but for the kids, I remember things being different when I was a kid. Will update review in six months if we go back.

Fantastic experience: I took my quadruplets there yesterday. It was a judge free zone and I greatly appreciated that. They were fast and friendly. The Dr was friendly and informational. The office had a treatment plan available by the time we checked out. I felt at ease and my kiddos loved the environment. I was spoken to with respect and all of my questions were answered and accommodated promptly. As an Army family who moves frequently, it can sometimes be hard to find a home base when it comes to providers, I’m thankful to say we have found ours at Kids Rock!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this dental office. Dr. Nicky was great, providing top care with a warm, professional approach that made sure I was involved in the process. But the real star was Joselyn, whose incredible kindness and calming presence turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into a genuinely comfortable and fun one for my kid. Their teamwork created such a welcoming environment, and we’ll definitely be back! Five stars to those two.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience!! Our 6 yr old wouldn't let a dentist do more than count his teeth before going to Kids Rock. Just one time at Kids Rock and our son felt comfortable enough to have his teeth polished and flossed. He struggled with xrays and no one pushed him to do those. We were given options and treated with respect. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter as we were checking out. Can't recommend Kids Rock enough. Updating my review: came in today with my 3 yr old who knocked out a tooth and was bleeding. The staff was so kind and made her feel safe. They explained everything before they did it and were so gentle. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to kids Rock for years and have always had a great experience. The staff Is amazing. They are great with kids! Today definitely exceeded our expectations. My daughter had to have two teeth pulled and she was very nervous about it. Her dentist and assistant had her laughing and we were in and out with out a single tear shed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have only been with this dentist for about a month or so and its definitely 10 steps up from the place we were at before. We had a dental emergency this morning and they were very accommodating for something last minute and unexpected. Dr. Nikki was great with my son. He calmed him down when he got scared and started crying and was very patient. Never did he seemed rushed or annoyed. He answered all my questions and even called to check in after hours to make sure he was doing well. 10/10 I will forever recommend this practice but more importantly I'll forever recommend Dr. Nikki.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to see Dr. Ken at Kids Rock for nearly five years now. Dr. Ken and the all of the hygienists have always been wonderful with our kids! They are friendly, understanding, and very efficient. Even if our kids are apprehensive, having a difficult time with the cleaning, etc., the team are extremely supportive and understanding, despite the challenges they face. The facility is always extremely clean, and the kids love the theming! Receiving a prize at the end for not having cavities really keeps the kids motivated to uphold their oral hygiene. The receptionists are always welcoming and make the check-in/check-out process quick and efficient. Today, we had technicians Emily and Abby, and both were extremely caring and helpful! One of my children was having an extra hard time with the cleaning (only because she had a sore in her mouth), and Abby was exceptionally patient and understanding of the situation. I highly recommend Kids Rock Dental for any child! Update 14May2025: Today our daughters saw Nia, Thania, and Joselyn as our hygienists/assistants. All three of these ladies were super kind, respectful, and efficient. They were very patient and sweet with the girls during the entire process. Dr. Nicky evaluated both of them and provided some recommendations. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us options on how we wanted to proceed with both orthodontia and potential cavities with zero pressure for each. He was so fun and really took the time to personalize the experience for both of our girls. We love Kids Rock!

Fantastic experience: Mathew was able to get my 6 year old with special needs to do her first cleaning ever and provided the best experience!!!

Fantastic experience: Great office. Ms Jackie cleaned my kid’s teeth and she did a great job. She also helped calm my kid down while they were getting their cleaning.

Negative experience: We have been coming for awhile and love the doctors and nurses, we have not had any issues with the dental care. The billing office however is very rude and unapologetic, the front desk quoted me a price for my son’s care that was an estimate based on my insurance, turns out it was a very rough estimate where they didn’t actually check with the insurance but they had me sign a disclaimer that they are not responsible if it’s wrong. No one told me that I should be asking for a pre-authorization if I want an actual accurate number, so now I owe more money on top of what I already paid and they are not willing to take responsibly for their role in the situation because their disclaimer frees them from legal responsibility. It’s poor customer service on the part of billing and front office.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son and grandson to Kids Rock for about 2 years now. There is no anxiety or fear going to the dentist here. I am so grateful these dentist and hygienist are so good with all the children I have seen there. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: We always have really good experiences at Kids Rock. My kiddo has autism and sensory sensitivities. The staff are always patient with him and do what they can to accommodate his needs. He always enjoys the prize coin and playing in the playground after his appointment as well.

My son usually gets nervous about doctor visits, but they made him feel completely comfortable. They explained everything in a way he could understand and kept the atmosphere light and fun. You can tell they genuinely care about their young patients and go above and beyond to make dental care a positive experience. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a kind, professional, and kid-friendly dental team!

Fantastic experience: They got us in same day within 2 hours, for a dental emergency where my son was having a lot of dental pain. I definitely recommend Dr. Nicky for any of your dental needs, he kept my son calm and was super quick when it came to the treatment (had to pull a tooth out due to a cavity and infection). Overall, he was very communicative and professional. Priscilla was awesome, efficient, and very patient. Don't hesitate to visit this office, I recommend them 110%.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dental team. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and when you enter, the kiddos will feel like they are by the sea getting ready to be pirates. I highly recommend this place Priscilla was a really nice dental assistant, too.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place if your kids is autistic or disabled first time they assistant was so rough on my son because he was not understanding what she wanted him to do lost her patiences several times through the cleaning to the point of almost making my son cry and get out of the chair several times today we have a emergency I call to get my son seen he has been having a fever for days and complaining about this tooth call this morning to get him in as a emergency she wanted to schedule him this afternoon I told her I need him to be seen this morning explains to her the urgency of the visit I asked don’t you prioritize emergency’s she said well Dr. Church can see him this morning but won’t treat him I was like well then what is the point of this I need him to help my son I’m so disappointed I prefer to find a new dentist

From check ups to pulling teeth, he has always been kind, calm, gentle, and does tremendous work! We have never had one post visit concern! I am so appreciative of him and his team. Thank you Riley for making X-rays a breeze today and letting us know that water flossing isn’t as great as the good old fashion dental floss!

Fantastic experience: The visit was wonderful! Dr Nicky was so great with my kids! My daughter had a mouthpiece taken out and had a sensitive mouth and he totally distracted my daughter from crying! Joselyn and Laritza were wonderful with cleaning my kids teeth!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love coming here! Normally my kid fights me with brushing his teeth but every time we come here he is excited and cooperative with everyone! We also got to meet Dr. Nicky and Bella he's super chill and she was so personable with our kid. If you need a great place to go, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Whoever runs this place has cracked the parenting code. My kid once told the dentist that her tooth was “haunted,” and they just nodded and asked if the ghost preferred bubblegum or mint toothpaste. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Five stars, a gold medal, and possibly a sitcom deal.

Fantastic experience: We‘ve been with Kids Rock since my daughter was a year old. She is now 3 and we couldn’t be happier. She LOVES going to the dentist. Dr Nicky, Dara and Joselyn made our appointment today such a breeze. Everybody knows that 3 year olds don’t particularly like being told what to do but these three treated her so well and she listened perfectly!

Fantastic experience: We have been so happy with Dr. Bradford and his staff! My oldest son needed dental work and I felt like such a failure, but Dr. Bradford was so incredibly kind and gave me the space to feel my emotions, then he reassured me. He’s so kind and his staff is always excellent! Most recently my boys had Solana and Matthew for their cleanings and they were great with the kids! My kids actually get so excited to go to the dentist. Between the comfort they feel from the kind staff, the playground, the games in the lobby and the vending machines they can use their coin to get a treat, it’s an excellent place!!

Fantastic experience: Today my son was nervous about filling cavities but Dr. Bradford and his assistant Cassidy made the experience like a breeze. Told my son every step that was taken and got a popsicle. been coming here at this location for about 4 years and my kids love coming to get their teeth cleaned and see who didn’t get cavities . And love getting the coins after there cleanings. Thank you for making this a good experience for my kiddos

Fantastic experience: My two girls love going here and are actually excited to go every time. They are always great with the kids, and accommodated my littlest when she was too scared of the teeth cleaning tool and did manual cleaning instead. We see Dr. Bradford, and his assistants that helped us this last time were Cassidy, Matthew, and Bella.

Negative experience: Was a great dentist office, most of the employees were nice, and usually kids get a reward for doing so well. Then they said that they didn't accept our medical plan just a couple of days ago. (PPO, to be exact.) Without any coverage, things would turn out to be in the thousands. And I'm already in damn debt. I'm switching dentists, what a shame.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my kids here for about 7 years. My kids have always loved it because of the prizes at the end and the pirate play ground. This last week, my son had to have 4 baby teeth pulled since they wouldn't fall out and his adult teeth were growing in. While I hope we never have to have teeth pulled again, Dr. Church and the staff were great with my son throughout the whole process. They made sure he was comfortable, and they were caring and sensitive throughout the process. My son handled it like a champ and was fine almost immediately. Dr. Church even personally called me 2 days after to check on my son to see how he was doing. I've never had a dentist do that before. Having teeth pulled is never a fun situation for anyone, but the team made sure it went as well as it could. Even after that experience, my son still likes going to the dentist. Thank you so so much Dr. Church!

Fantastic experience: Took our 2 year old son for his first ever dentist visit ! We were greeted right away as we entered . Right when you walk in your little one feels comfortable with all of the decor artwork and toys. We waited about 10 minutes for our scheduled appointment. Our assistant was Bella and we were seen by Dr Bradford. They were both super friendly and nice and handled our little one with so much patience and care . Our son handled it well and we got a lot of information on how to continue great dental care at home. Will recommend this place to anyone that asks!!! Thanks again Kids Rock Team!!!

Fantastic experience: My kids love this dentist and staff. They have seen Dr Bradford and Dr Church. Recently assistant Mathew and Bella did a cleaning for my boys. This office is great.

Negative experience: They get 2 stars because the waiting room is cute, but if your kid is not easy at the dentist or needs anything more than a cleaning DON'T GO HERE. Visit before today's we didn't get X-rays or cleaning done because my kid was fitting, literally a wasted appointment. Today, I pushed through enough to get X-rays and cleaning done, but his molars are in and needed sealant, plus they noticed a cavity. They ended the appointment without the sealant and scheduled his 6 month checkup, nothing for the cavity. I swear, these guys just don't want to do their actual job if a child is difficult at all but will gladly charge for the visit. I'm going to take him to MY dentist, because colorful walls do not make up for poor and lazy business practices.

Today we saw Abby, Laritza, Priscilla & Roslynn and they did great! The boys look forward to the playground, the computer games and the movie. Fantastic experience: We hadn’t been back to Kids Rock in YEARS, but so thankful we went back to this practice again after trying another one. Dr. Diana was quick, informative, and sweet! Joselyn and Dara were so caring of my kiddo who was struggling with getting his sealants on his molars. It’s so hard to lean back as a parent, but they encouraged me stepping in, but also reassured me that they could get him through this! And they did!

Fantastic experience: Bella, Olivia and Dr. Bradford were amazing! I have taken my 6 year old to multiple dentists and he grew a major fear going to the dentist. This team did phenomenal with him and his 1 year old sister. I won’t go any where else going forward!

Negative experience: We have left this practice which is a shame but after a few sub par visits with my kids and then disappointing final one with my special needs kid I can't recommend this office to anyone. What use to be a great practice has definitely deteriorated. I recommend finding another place.

Fantastic experience: My kids love this place and today especially, I came for an ortho appointment for my oldest daughter, but my younger daughter had been complaining of pain and the staff was so prompt to accommodate her and Dr. Church - first time meeting him was pleasant and explained the problem that they will be able to see her next week for treatment. thank you kids rock, you rock!

Dr. Church has been so amazing with my daughter and her special needs. You can’t find someone more understanding, patient and willing to listen and support your individual child’s needs. Fantastic experience: I cannot even begin to express how awesome this office is!!!! Dr Church is super friendly and patient, and does an awesome job! Cassidy and Riley are the most AMAZING assistants in the world!!!! They are genuinely above the highest standard humanly possible with both their work and personal skills!!! If I could give all 3 of them a raise myself I would!!! And I can't forget to mention how great the desk staff all are as well! Perfect customer service and transparent as well!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Kids Rock with Dr. Bradford! My 4-year-old had her first cavity filled, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Bradford and his assistants were calm, kind, and reassuring, making my daughter feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. I’m so grateful for their positive, patient approach, and I highly recommend this pediatric dentist!

Insurance has been a headache and Abby has been so helpful. Kids Rock Denistry on Woodman has been by far the best dentist I have ever seen. Being a military family, we have seen a few! Fantastic experience: Today we had our first appt at Kids Rock for my girls age 1 and 3 and it was a phenomenal experience! Dr. Diana and her assistants, Toya and Olivia, made my girls feel so comfortable and they truly loved their appointment and are even excited to go back next time! 10/10 so glad I found this dentistry! The office is so welcoming and friendly and the environment 100% is tailored to children having a fun experience.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming to Kid’s Rock for a few years now, and has never had an issue. I’ve had maybe one unpleasant experience with a front desk assistant, and that is the only poor thing I could say. They’ve always done their best to make sure my son was comfortable. We just recently had a check up with Dr. Church and Cassidy. They were both super personable with my shy kiddo!

Even though visiting the dentist can be daunting, they strive to make every appointment enjoyable. The team is specially trained to care for young smiles with gentle and compassionate techniques. They use kid-friendly language and explain each step of the process to ease any anxieties. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bradford and his assistant Dara are the best!! My toddler cracked a tooth (because toddlerhood) and the process to get it fixed was started and finished in a single day and by the time we left the dentist it was, “I want to go back to the dentist!” Huge win in toddlerhood. The playground is also an amazing space!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Church is an amazing doctor. He’s kind, patient and gentle. But the star of the show for us is Olivia. Hands down the best hygienist around!!! She’s able to be calm, cheerful and encouraging. She kept my son, who suffers from dental trauma, so calm and relaxed that he was able to be proud of how he handled his visit. I’d give her a hundred stars if we could!!

Fantastic experience: Had to leave Kids Rock about a year ago due to changing insurances, went elsewhere and was not happy nor comfortable there. Went back to Kids Rock and was an amazing experience from beginning to finish! They were able to get me in next day and take care of it all in 1 visit. My son had a couple issues with his teeth that were concerning me. Abby and Dr. Bradford were amazing! They were very caring and made the whole process smooth and simple. Not to mention how great the assistants also did with the cleaning portion, and front office staff with all the scheduling and paperwork! Would def recommend. Will not be changing insurances again nor taking my kids anywhere else! Thanks Kids Rock!

Fantastic experience: My children (ages 1 & 4) have had nothing but the best experiences at Kids Rock! The whole office is catered to kids in such a way that they look forward to their cleanings, especially in the summer when the outdoor playground is open! Dr. Bradford is professional and kind in his interactions with my children and me. Today we had Charlize, Bella, and Priscilla as the assistants, and each of them went above and beyond to make the visit a positive one for both of my children. I also appreciate that they can accommodate siblings at the same appointment time. I would recommend Kids Rock to any and every parent!

Fantastic experience: This has been the best dentistry experience I've ever seen in my 35 years of life. They make my little girl feel so safe and cared for. They are thorough in explaining what is going on, and asking for my daughter's consent before doing anything. You can tell the people who work here genuinely love what they do and like working with children. Special shout out to Laritza who was so sweet and patient. We are customers for as long as my daughter can be!
