Fantastic experience: Glynwood Park Dental Care is probably the best dentist I’ve been to since I was a kid. They were super nice and answered all of my questions. They were able to get stains of my teeth while yet being gentle and I didn’t even feel any pain. They were able to schedule me quickly and I got in and out in about 45 mins - 1 hour. Overall a fantastic experience, I will be going back for my next dental visit for sure.

Fantastic experience: I had an old crown fall off Thursday and Sherry got me in Monday. The dentist was great and was able to cement my old crown back on. My old crown broke so the dentist replaced my old crown with a new one today. It went very well today and the dentist and staff are always very good.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Great experience. I got in for my first appointment with the doc, very humble and grounded man. He listened to me. He made a plan and set the goal. They setup my next appointment the next day to begin the plan in which they cleaned my teeth and assessed the plan. The lady that cleaned my teeth was awesome. She got me in and back out in no time. The whole staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Glynnwood Dentall to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff. The dentist was great. Fast and friendly and did great work. Both the lady's made me feel comfortable as I was nervous of the work being done. Hats off to the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She is very thorough and you can definitely tell she takes pride in her work. She doesn't miss a thing. Highly recommend going there. From the sweet receptionist to the ladys in the back, always a friendly smile and great attitude. They are up front on pricing and have have all your insurance info ready to go.

Fantastic experience: Everything about my experience with Glenwood Park Dental Care was excellent. This started with Kayla getting me an emergency appointment for 8:00am the next day after I called to Lacey doing a soft realign to my upper dentures. All the staff I saw were so so nice and caring. Thanks again to everyone. Another visit today and like the other visit, it was a pleasant experience. Another visit on Thursday February 16, 2023 and once again a very good visit. Another good visit at Glenwood Another good visit 3/16/23. Sarah was so kind and professional in at least 45 minutes of putting up with me. There is no way they are getting rid of me from Glenwood Park Dental. I can't stay away from this place. The staff are all customer friendly and knowledgeable and work hard to get things done as best as humanly possible. Five minutes from home and a customer friendly dental office......what more could I ask for? If you are looking for a dental practice in Prattville, as the old saying goes, try them and I am sure you will like them!! Well, it's me again. Negative experience: My hygienist Schedule was fullso they put me with someone else for my cleaning. Hygienist was kind and listened to my concerns, but the cleaning was rushed. I’ve never sat down and got back up so quick. I told my husband that i would just pay out of pocket to get a better cleaning by my original hygienist whenever someone cancels with her because she takes her time and is careful. Something felt off when i left. Got home and noticed a small space/gap between 2 of my veneers in the front that wasn’t there before. It is very noticeable and irritating now. I sent pic to my cosmetic dentist so they can compare with pics they have from last month after they placed my implants in. I now have to come out of pocket to get it fixed because it wasn’t there before coming in for the cleaning. They have to replace two of the veneersso frustrating. I know now to just be patient and wait for my original hygienist no matter how far out the appointment is.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I have pretty bad anxiety and was feeling pretty anxious. I told my RDH Jade and she made me feel so comfortable. The cleaning was quick and I was told I needed a few more things. The appointment was set up for those things and everything before I left. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service today with my new dentist, his office, and hygienist. The hygienist spent a good amount of time checking to make sure all well. She was thorough and careful at the same time. She answered the questions I had and was so personable. The office had a lot of patients and they kept everything working smoothly. The dentist took the time to look over my chart, teeth, my bite, and then my jaws. He got me to feel and hear how I clenched my jaw that caused TMJ and suggested a device I could get over the counter to correct it. So glad I chose Glynwood Dental in Prattville.

Fantastic experience: I have avoided going to the dentist for years. I had a traumatic experience about 10 years ago, so I haven't been. Today I went in for my first appointment, Jade was my hygienist and she made me feel much better! She was gentle taking Xrays and cleaning my teeth. I would definitely recommend anyone to try them!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I have a deep fear and dislike for all things dental, I normally require numbing for even a basic cleaning. My most recent visit was exceptional, no numbing required. It was as close to pleasant as any dental experience could possibly be. Update: Another visit, this time I saw Brandy. I had additional anxiety and concern due to some discomfort and pain from surgery a couple of weeks ago. Again, it was a great experience. Brandy did a thorough job but was really great at minimizing my pain and discomfort throughout the process. At this rate Glynwood may eventually cure me of my dental fears and anxiety.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient of Glynwood Park dental for years and called to get a cleaning and dental appointment due to recent issues and could not see anyone until April!!! These people obviously don’t need the business so I’m going to find a dentist that can get me in when I need to be seen and not based on their 6 month out schedule. Imagine waiting to see a doctor for six months when you have an issue.

The dentist was thorough and took the time to explain options related to implants and a partial. The office is very clean. Positive experience: The staff was very nice. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 and I didn’t get taken back until 1:00. However, the doctor saw me within 10 minutes of being put in the chair. He was very nice and extremely efficient. I will most definitely continue to use this dental practice.
