Legacy Dental - Fort Wayne

Fantastic experience: Legacy dental on Engle road has been an amazing experience. I wished I would of known about them before going through other dentist. Dr. Neese is an awesome Dr. Neese and her staff are very nice and they care. I am a newer patient and have felt welcome when walking in. Also front desk is so very nice. I have my family going here as well and would highly recommend everyone who is looking for a dentist to become a patient here. They are absolutely amazing here. Thank you for all you guys do. Wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I went today to Legacy for the first time for a chipped tooth/filling fell out. I was politely welcomed and given a goody bag. Dr. Bojrab and Olivia were amazing. Fantastic experience: I took my daughter there for hope of help with her teeth, she needed sedation dentistry. Unfortunately they don't do the sedation that she would need, but they were able to help with providing numbers for dentists that can. Without them I wouldn't have been able to find her the dentist that can provide the sedation she needs. They are also provided a welcome bag, and super calm so my child was actually really happy to be there. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: They held a Veterans Day event that I was able to attend. They took really good care of me and made me feel truly appreciated as a veteran. Definitely earned my respect and I will be booking with them in the future.

Negative experience: After about 25 years of getting my dental work through Legacy Dental, I have no hesitation to say I will soon be switching to another office. I have never had a negative experience until my child had to get braces. Kristin has been his orthodontic assistant the entire time, and to say she’s passive aggressive to both me and my CHILD is an understatement. The very first time he got his brackets glued on, he was educated on what’s ok and not ok to eat. He is extremely careful with his food choices, clearing everything with me first. The first month follow up, he had SEVEN brackets that had come unglued. I had my braces done here with Brandee 20 years ago, and NEVER had any issues with losing brackets, even when my food choices bordered on questionable. After that second appointment where he had his SEVEN brackets reglued, he broke another one off within 4 hours of it being applied, on a piece of soft bread. I’m sorry, Kristin, but that is a reflection of your shoddy work. Every single time thereafter he has had at least one bracket become unglued. And you know what? I can excuse the shoddy workmanship if it weren’t for how you treat him after the fact. Essentially calling him a liar when he says he’s following the food rules, AND reprimanding me for his less than desirable hygiene with his braces. He was NINE years old when they were applied (for reference, I was 14 when mine were placed). So pressure a 9 year old into having braces put on and then treat us like trash when he doesn’t have the emotional maturity to keep the brushing immaculate. Wonderful. Also, what kind of a witch makes fun of a child for his rubber band color choices? Yikes. Stop taking care of children, please, you clearly have no patience for them, or your superiority complex is just getting in the way. The minute these braces are off, we’re taking our business to somewhere less snooty. Extremely disappointed in what you’ve let your office become. There was a time when I recommended legacy to everyone. No more.

Fantastic experience: My front tooth chipped yesterday morning. I don’t have dental insurance, and I am a single mom who works 2 jobs and barely makes ends meet and often sacrifices things like dental care and anything else that I can skip for myself in order to provide for my kid. Unfortunately, the result is a mouthful of terrible teeth. I am embarrassed and ashamed of my smile but simply can’t afford to fix it. I have applied for help, but I am just above the line so in order to qualify, I would have to work less and I cannot afford to do that. The staff at Legacy dental was professional and kind. Jenny and Dr. Neese were compassionate and reassuring and generous with their time and skills. I am still ashamed of my smile, but at least my front tooth is no longer chipped and there is a plan in place for me to fix my teeth as I can afford it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark is always able to handle my teeth issues. I have a lot of them with a super strong bite. He is a really skilled dentist that I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist Dr. Mark is just amazing with people He has the best personality and he is easy to work with. He is so good with diagnosing the issue As well.

Fantastic experience: After every single dental office in Fort Wayne was unavailable for an emergency walk in, Legacy Dental had an opening! Unfortunately my insurance wasn’t covered, but they were able to fix my tooth & relieve my pain. Communication was amazing. Very thorough about everything & you get a welcome bag ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Great dentistry, I needed a tooth pulled asap, as it kept me up at night. I sent a email, early before I went to work, by 9:50 am I had an appointment for 11am. Nathan Bojrab did my extraction, and did a awesome job. I was amazed as to little pain experience, and how quickly he worked! With my insurance the cost was very reasonable! I've already set up my next cleaning and evaluation with them....

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always kind and accommodating to my work schedule. I work night shifts so finding a time frame that works for me has been hard but Legacy is flexible within reason and I love that about them.

They do offer the lastest technology . A beautifully remodeled lobby and coffee bar is nice to have available for those waiting on their family members. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Legacy Dental for more than 10 years, and have only good words to say about my experience there. Very clean, state-of-the art facility, friendly staff providing professional, high quality service every time. Dr. Ueber who retired some years ago, had a great sense of humor, and fixed a chipped tooth for me by placing veneers. The size, color, and fit of the veneers are exactly what I wanted. This has since brought back more smiles to my life. Kelly, my dental hygienist, is a highly skilled professional, warm, and kind. She greeted me with a sweet smile every time and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. Over time, I have formed a friendship with Kelly. Dr. Friedrich has been very attentive, patient, and kind since he took over as my dentist. I love every one I met at Legacy Dental, and highly recommend their service to everyone who looks for quality at a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: It was a very pleasant visit. Dr. Friedrich was warm, pleasant, kind and caring, which I have never seen him any other way. He took time to explain his concerns and what he felt was needed. The hygienist was the best. She put me at ease when she explained some concerns I had. she was so caring, patient, informative, comforting and very nice. She explained everything thoroughly. Even the young lady who scheduled my next visit was also so very pleasant. Overall I left there feeling more at ease than when I got there. We know a trip to the dentist is not a trip we look forward to, but Legacy turns a dreaded trip into a warm, caring experience.

Fantastic experience: Choosing Legacy Dental was the best decision I ever made. They were reccomend by a friend and I am sure glad I gave them a try. I have had both minor and more advanced treatment and not only is the quality of the work excellent but you are really made to feel at home. You always get the same hygienist giving the visit a more personal touch. The staff really do become your friends which translates into a very relaxed atmosphere that is calming during your visit. Great people doing Great Work. I have been a patient for several years now and have no plans of changing that. LEGACY DENTAL is great.

Fantastic experience: To say I had a good experience would be an understatement. All of the staff are kind and caring. I saw Dr Neese for sedation work. I had very awful anxiety due to severe pain from inadequate dental work in the past, and they are so understanding. No matter what kind of work you need done or bad experiences you've had elsewhere in the past, I would highly recommend!! I will continue to go to this facility and see Dr Neese for as long as I live in the area :) Cannot thank you all enough.

Fantastic experience: Comfortable is the word I would use to describe Legacy Dental from the time I walked into the office, til the time I walked out of the office. Professional, courteous, warm and very knowledgeable. Dr. Friedrich and Heather explained all the options available and my insurance was checked. Heather is top notch! Chris checked me out out and she as well was warm and friendly. I didn’t get the young lady at the desk name that checked me in but she was amazing. I guess the adage is the first one you see sets the tone for the visit. Definitely an A+ team!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Legacy Dental. I was treated with kindness, I was told everything that was being done to me, before it was done. I was treated with care as I have an auto immune disease. The staff was courteous. I was informed what the cost would be before any procedure was started. I was given a gift bag and roses for mothers day. I will recommend Legacy Dental to all my family and friends. I will continue to go back to Legacy Dental for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I went to Legacy for the first time today 5-1-24. It was the most pleasant Dental experience I have ever had. The staff is Great and I had a tooth extracted very quickly with Zero pain. It is now about 8 hours later and I have not experienced any pain whatsoever. The staff did not try to belittle me for my Dental condition like all other Dentists that I have visited. I am 61 yrs old and I am going to need dentures in the near future and I would go no where else but Legacy.

Fantastic experience: Had to schedule a consultation after having a wisdom tooth bother me. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and explained everything really well! I have a horrid fear of the dentist as well as severe general anxiety, and they were very accommodating and understanding. I eneded up coming back the next day after the consult to fix a chipped front tooth, and to be completely honest, it doesn't even look like I had work done on it! In the best way possible, I mean! It literally looks just like it did before it chipped! :) I had a cleaning later that day as well and the hygenist was super sweet and explained a lot to me. I really feel taken care of here and like my needs are taken into consideration. Thank you legacy dental for giving me some of my confidence back! Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous upon my first appointment at the office today. Receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. After she received my information I had a short wait then was shown to the room where the hygienist introduced herself and began examining my teeth. She also made me feel more relaxed & put me at ease. The Dentist came into exam room introducing himself & also welcoming me. I felt they worked well as a team to take care of me not just as a new patient but added the personal touch which I greatly appreciated and it assured me I had chosen the right dental office!

Fantastic experience: I will NEVER be scared of the dentist again!! I have years of anxiety concerning dental appointments....I had the BEST experience today! Dr. Bojrab was was amazing! Had cracked tooth....he pulled it and put in an implant. I have zero pain! The facility, the employees, the doctor......all AMAZING!! I can not say enough good things about my experience! Everyone was soooo nice from the one that got me in....to the tech that stayed with me...to the girl that checked me out! All a winning experience! I will be back! Excellent experience!!

Negative experience: BEWARE I had my wisdom teeth taken out here about 5 years ago and the entire right side of my tongue is still numb from my procedure to this day. It’s a constant nuisance in my life and I still can’t taste from that side of my mouth. I was under conscious sedation during the procedure but I still distinctly remember it hurting really bad at one point and telling her to stop but she kept going saying I was “okay.” 5 years later and I’m still nervous about going to the dentist. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Receptionist was friendly and helpful upon entry. Hygienist was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the condition of my teeth and gums. My cleaning was painless. We discussed oral care and it’s importance in overall health. My visit with the Dentist was much the same, he was encouraged by check up and assured me that my teeth were in great condition. I strongly recommend the office and staff to anyone with their mouth care.

Negative experience: Extreamly wrough with my mouth. Im still swollen 3 weeks later from filling replacements. Ive never goten so beat up befor with just a filling. The hygienist was really struggling and kept sliping and stabbing my gums over and over. The denist could not figure out how to get me numb on my right side and i had like 6 shots. The fillings themselves dont look or feel the greatest. I will not be returning and they would not get me in for a cleaning that i wanted from the first appointment.

Fantastic experience: Ally was a wonderful technician to work with. She was gentle and caring throughout. Both she and the dentist who saw me recommended Biotene for my severe dry mouth issues. I've used it one night so far and it has definitely made a difference.

Went in for one thing and was able to get whole dental cleaning, x-rays and dental check up which was nice and saved me another trip. Their office is clean and comfortable, with patient rooms that provide more privacy than most practices. They always take care of me with kindness & great bedside manner. Amber is my favorite and is a tooth wizard - she can fix any issue I’m having with ease. Dr. Neese is the best dentist I’ve been to, and I know I am in expert hands with her.
