Fantastic experience: Most people don’t love going to the dentist, myself included. When I first moved to the area, I specifically asked for recommendations of offices who were good with patients with anxiety about their dental appointments. I have been to both the 73rd Street and Lakeside offices and both have been wonderful! From the reception and admin team to hygienists and dentists, each person at Premier Dental has been very kind and as a healthcare provider myself, I can tell that they all make strong efforts to connect with their patients and make them feel comfortable. They also always offer water while I wait in the lobby and at my most recent appointment, I was even offered a pillow or blanket during my service, which I thought was above and beyond! Whenever there have been billing matters, they communicate clearly and have helped me pay over the phone when needed. During services, they are very open to answer questions for me and have given me helpful guidance in how to improve my dental care routine at home. They always have good flavor selections for toothpaste for my cleaning and for fluoride. Most recently, I had a dragon berry fluoride so I thought it was cool that they take all aspects of patient experiences into account! During cleanings and appointments, the hygienists and dentists both walk me through all of the steps that they are going to do and I feel that they work hard to minimize the risk of any pain or discomfort. They check in with me often to make sure I am doing okay. I need some orthodontics work as I have a permanent retainer that shifted and my teeth are becoming slightly misaligned. They always offer to support me in an orthodontic evaluation or treatment plan but they are never pushy about it! (Financially, it’s just not a good time for me to start a regimen and they always take “no” as an answer thr first time instead of some dentists I have been to who have really pushed it and made it feel like they were trying to make a sale). Overall, I highly recommend Premier Dental, especially if you are someone who gets nervous at the dentist. It is obvious that the staff at both offices are passionate about their work and care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, receptionists are so nice. You’re offered drinks as you check in, water and coffee. Full size water bottles! Clean, fancy facility. You can tell the dentists and hygienists actually care, and know what they’re talking about. I just recently switched to Premier, and I’m so happy I did. My last dentist didn’t notice what Premier did, and Premier listed my options to me, in a way I could understand. I’m very happy, I’ll be a Premier girly for life!

Bryce, my hygienists, is the best. He understands my fear and finds great topics of discussion as a distraction. He is the best! Also, they are always on time. In in and out of there in no time. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time here and everything about this office was great. Everyone was extremely friendly. They wanted to get to know you, Dr Stephanie Lake was amazing. I went in as I wear dentures which I had gotten somewhere else to see if they needed to be realigned she did a few adjustments And so far they feel wonderful. I would recommend this Dental Office to anyone.

Positive experience: Excellent dentist with great service. My only suggestion is to tell new patients how much insurance covers beforehand. I didn't expect to have to pay that much out of pocket for cleaning and xrays.

Today’s appointment was the best i had a new hygienist his name is Bryce and he was the best. He was very gentle and very nice. Also Premier Dental are very accommodating for people that have disabilities. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I would definitely choose Dr. Alyssa Erdmann at Premier Dental. She actually cares for her patients. You know what these guys are really good at what they do if you’re looking for dentist come here you won’t be disappointed

Negative experience: Disappointed and Regretful – Beware Before Committing I signed up for $15,000 worth of dental work at Premier Dental, fully paid in advance as required. I understood this policy going in. However, what followed was a disappointing experience that left me feeling more like a transaction than a valued patient. During the veneer process, the Dr. Beninato casually asked his assistant to choose the color of my veneers. I expected a professional, expert recommendation from the dentist I was paying—not a quick decision from an assistant. As a result, I am now stuck with yellow-toned veneers. While Dr. Beninato did offer to change them, it would have involved another extensive, invasive procedure that I didn’t want to undergo again. To his credit, the work itself is technically excellent—just not what I asked or paid for. On top of that, I have a $2,000 credit balance that I requested be refunded. It's been over two and a half weeks with no refund and no meaningful communication. My account had no activity for over 60 days, so there are no pending charges or valid reasons for the delay. They had no issue collecting full payment upfront, so why is a refund so difficult? Communication has been frustrating at best. When you try calling the office, you’re met with automated options and no way to speak to a real person. It feels like once your check clears, you’re no longer a priority. Also worth noting—throughout your visit, there’s a large image of your mouth (with your lips pulled back, showing all your teeth and gums) displayed on a screen, which remains up the entire time. It's uncomfortable and impersonal. At one point, the dentist remarked that "people with the best teeth are often the ones who think they need work." That comment stuck with me, because I realize now—I didn’t need veneers. But I was influenced by the dentist and his assistant, both of whom had bright white veneers, and that’s what I told them I wanted. Now I rarely smile. If you want to feel like just another number or only valued when your wallet is open, this is the place for you. If you're looking for personalized care, transparent communication, or a practice that stands behind their billing and refund process, I suggest you look elsewhere. I realize writing this may delay my refund further—but people deserve to know.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Premier has been above and beyond. All the doctors I have seen have made me feel comfortable in the chair. My cleanings with the hygienists have been great. I don’t normally like getting my teeth cleaned, but the whole Premier team makes me feel valued and welcome.

Fantastic experience: I needed a partial crown on a tooth. It was done in-house so everything was completed in my appointment time. But the thing I am happiest about is I am having no bite issues. Seems like I always have to have crowns adjusted. This feels completely natural. The dentist and technician was very aware of my comfort level and also adjusted their speaking for my hearing impairment that is always appreciated. Update: Went in for cleaning today. The hygienist went above and beyond to accommodate my hearing loss. Used the tv screen to type her questions. Such a relief not to guess at what she needed. That meant the world to me

I have some chronic health conditions that can cause complications, but they are always extremely attentive, caring, and helpful. They adapt well to any situation and are extremely competent. Even their newer staff, such as Abi Jo Smith, are competent, dependable, and adaptable. On top of that, her bedside manner was both comforting and helpful to me. The ability of Premier Dental to provide such quality and reliable care even for complicated and difficult cases is incredibly impressive. Amazing team and amazing staff. 10/10. Highly recommend.

They were concerned for my comfort and made it very comfortable for me I had to stop myself from falling asleep because I was so relaxed. I like the Dentist I saw she explained what doing for today we talked about my complaints of my teeth we came up with plans to treat. She answered all my questions and took her time. My teeth feel very clean. I definitely will return to this Dentist for all my dental care. All the staff from the front desk to back office were very cordial and friendly. Love this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I have moved a lot . Premier dental is probably in the top two offices I have been to (out of about 10 different dentists over my long life). Extremely friendly, very informative and you don’t have to wait. They have a great discount plan where you pay upfront for your two annual visits. Less expensive than having dental insurance in my opinion.

Negative experience: The only reason I’m giving it to stars is because the staff was pretty otherwise the treatment plan was very unorganized and not thought through. I had extreme tooth pain and they referred me to another dentist that books out weeks in advance, so I was literally stuck in tooth pain. I had to go to another dentist and they simply gave me a steroid and my dental pain was gone. It was clear signs of an issue and they did not resolve it. I think they get bonuses for referrals and I’m pretty sure that’s what happened

Listened to my concerns and I told the doctor about my experience last visit. Frankly, I was not ever coming back! Please doctor share with everyone. After talking and my experience with this doctor, I feel comfortable staying with Premier Dental. Also, please add I would like to see the last doctor only going forward. I use to feel comfortable with all the doctors in the office but I am reluctant now.

Fantastic experience: Dr Erdman and Al are so kind and professional. The personal concern for me started with offering me a blanket to detailed explanations as my temporary crowns were placed and post procedure education.
