Negative experience: i don’t ever do reviews but this experience was just the worst and i’ve tried to be patient. i came in for tooth pain on my top left far back molar after cleaning and x-ray they noticed i had a few cavities, was able to schedule another appointment and have them all filled, this is 2 days so far i had to take off work totally fine at that point. had to make a 3rd visit due to tooth pain in the same tooth, they concluded that there was an air bubble in that filling, they then schedule a 4 visit to re do the filling. i gave it some time and the pain was still there. i go back (5th visit) and they say that i need my wisdom teeth removed. I then scheduled that to be done took a thursday-friday off work for that extraction. wisdom teeth extraction was very painful and was not able to go to work that following monday due to pain and bleeding still. the company that i was working for (peaden air conditioning) fired me because of all the time i’ve been taking off to take care of dental stuff. it’s been over 2 months since my wisdom teeth removal to alleviate this pain and i am STILL having pain in that tooth. i highly recommend no one to visit here. i tried to be patient with the people here but they have lead me lost at the age of 23 with a loss of a life changing job, still in pain and NOT willing to help. i’ve lost dental insurance due to losing my job so i cannot even get seen without having to pay for a reoccurring issue that’s these “professionals” cannot fix or identify.

Fantastic experience: I had my initial appointment yesterday. I am a disabled vet with several major physical challenges. Marla and Dr. Thompson not only displayed their exceptional skills but also exuded genuine empathy and understanding of my conditions. Their compassionate care made me feel very comfortable and my stress level was much lower than anticipated. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Bonnie is wonderful! Took my little one in for his first cleaning and she made him feel comfortable and made the experience a good one. This hopefully sets him up with healthy habits when it comes to dental visits.

Positive experience: My hygienist is great and so is Dr. Pascoli But..... the office staff is not efficient. I waited on an appointment for 2 months for my husband and myself only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. The back and forth was too much. I don't do business like this and I have been with them from the beginning. I won't be going back!

Fantastic experience: This was my second time coming in and it was for pulling a few teeth, giving me a tooth and bone graft. I have a severe anxiety problem. I asked for someone to pray with me and SHE DID! I am beyond ecstatic to have found these great ladies in this entire practice, I have not had any negative comments or rude interactions. All around wonderful people doing great and amazing work. I would and will refer anyone to them. I really am surprised. Most of the doctors I have met since being in Florida have no bedside manner. This practice does. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for everything you're doing for me. I pray that you are all blessed!!

Negative experience: I had an appt. At 930 to have my permanent crown put in. I was in the char at 930..Laquita was unable to get the temporary off. She said the Dr would have to get it off.... and would be there shortly.. 15 or 20 mins later, no doctor. Laquita kept saying she's coming .Finally at abt 1030 she came in just said s he was sorry By this time I had been in the chair almost 1 hour. The Dr had to cut off the temp.. put on permanent crown Dr hurriedly left after telling me my gums had been bleeding.. At 1055 I checked out ..upset because I had another appt 1 hr

Fantastic experience: I HAD. A BROKEN FRONT TOOTH. They replaced my tooth with a temporary one, and I went home.That tooth only lasted till morning. ,When I called the office , they gave me an appointment and replaced the tooth. The next morning the tooth came off again but this time the temp tooth was demolished by my chewing. Again they put in a tooth . Every time I went in, they were nothing but polite took care of me quickly And treated me like a queen. The office was very Professional, and took very good care of me. I am more than satisfied with this office. It was very well designed for a lot

From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with genuine care and kindness. Dr. Pascoli is incredibly thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail so I feel completely informed and comfortable. Amber is just as wonderful—personable, attentive, and professional. Together, they make a fantastic team. I truly appreciate how they make what could be a stressful experience feel so easy and even pleasant. I would recommend them any day without hesitation!

Positive experience: Forest Park Denis-try is a very nice office and my dentist I believe is very good. However, they do not take my insurance. My bill would be over $4,000. Therefore, I a have no other choice but to go to Dentist office who does take my insurance and see what their price is for one procedure.

Fantastic experience: Quiet and peaceful office with a wonderful staff and dentist! I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked in. I have two baby teeth, and the gum line had started to recede. My previous dentist of nearly 10 years said there was nothing they could do except offer a bridge or crown—likely more for profit than necessity. On my very first visit to this new office, the dentist told me they could do fillings on the baby teeth instead. They were surprised my previous dentist hadn’t done this. The price through my insurance was also outstanding! We will definitely be referring all of our clients here!

Fantastic experience: As I’ve said before, Forrest Park is the best dentist officce and staff EVER! From the time you walk in to reception to the time you walk out the door, everyone you encounter is pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and you receive excellent care. Fantastic experience: My experience For every appointment: Empty waiting room, exam rooms are full. Less than 5 minutes waiting to get brought in to your room. Super cordial and friendly staff. My hygienist is super cool, calming professional attitude, very careful and precise. 0 % pain. Explains everything perfectly. Both Drs. are very professional super nice women who exude proficiency. Even the appointment people and cashier were just wonderful. My last visit when I paid my bill I told them I had ONE complaint...there's no room for improvement!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Forest Park Dental for the first time today. I saw Dr Pascoli for an implant crown. She was highly recommended by my oral surgeon. Dr Pascoli and her team were absolutely wonderful. Everyone in the office was smiling and seemed very happy. The office has good energy. Dr Pascoli was super friendly, very knowledgeable and took time to explain the implant crown process to me. She even instructed her assistant to run my dental insurance to make sure it would be covered. Very thoughtful. I'm definitely keeping her as my dentist!

Fantastic experience: So, down from Georgia on 1st day of our trip I break a tooth. It's Sunday evening and I call and leave a message that I need help. The next morning, I get a call and the sweet young lady says can you be here by 10:30, I say absolutely. I get there, the staff is amazing, the dentist was amazing. She advised me that I'm ok and she could extract my tooth, put an implant in, but I wouldn't have a good vacation. so she said you might want to wait to you get home and have your dentist handle it, here's some antibiotic mouth wash to keep it clean, $20 later, I'm back at my condo enjoying family time with no pain. so I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you again

Negative experience: Very poor treatment. My first initial appointment was fine. However, my next appointment they cancelled the evening prior with no notice. They left a message during my work hours that it was their policy because I didn’t confirm appointment, but I just talked to them Monday (two days prior) to get moved to this appt. So I needed to confirm again just two days later or automatically have my appt cancelled?! I took time off work for the appointment. So, I shouldn’t need to take additional time out of my day to confirm again just days later. Put a no-show policy in place for those irresponsible clients. You don’t just cancel someone’s appointment on them with no notice. Especially, when nothing on policy was even stated until a message was left during my work hours that because they couldn’t reach me Tuesday & Wednesday (again, it was set on Monday) they were cancelling my appointment for an unknown policy. Additionally, I was going out of the country the next week and my insurance was ending the week after that. So, now stuck getting on a long waiting list and with limited dental insurance.

Negative experience: Dentist are great but some of office staff can be rude and unhelpful. No way to speak with the dentist. They cut you off and state policies that don't exist. Won't return phone calls.

Negative experience: Finding a different dentist for my family of 5 - the past 3 appointments I’ve had with them have been difficult. They call to confirm appointments and then when you show up say it wasn’t confirmed and they’ve cancelled the appointment. This time it was an appointment for my 4yo twins. They confirmed the appointment on Thursday and on Monday at 8am at check in told me it wasn’t confirmed and was cancelled. They continued to tell me that one of the twins were never even on the appointments. But that if we waited an Hour that they could see one of them! Instead of asking if I wanted to reschedule or find a way to keep my family at the practice. They asked if I wanted the medical records for my new dentist. I wonder if their boss knows that they are pushing paying customers out the door. Up until the last year I’ve never had a problem with them.

Fantastic experience: I’m going to be honest.. I haven’t taken care of my teeth properly and was really anxious about going to the dentist. When I first got there, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist. Then I was taken back by Alyssa to get my X-rays and a first look at my teeth and discuss any concerns. She was very personable and genuine. She made me feel at ease and informed. The doctor worded everything perfectly and made a game plan. I’m so excited for my teeth journey! I can’t put into words how encouraged and determined I am to fixing my smile. Anyone wanting to try this place out should go for it! You will meet nothing but smiling faces and a genuine energy. 100/10 would definitely recommend.

When we first walk-in they were busy , but the front office made sure to speak to me . The facility is clean , and organized. I must say for a dentist office it was also quite which I personally was not expecting! But lastly , our dental hygienist name was Alyssa she was absolutely amazing! Fantastic experience: Let’s be real here. No one wants to go to the dentist. I had some major issues and needed a lot of extractions. To be honest, I was very nervous. From the moment I went in the office, the whole staff was very knowledgeable, and very attentive. Dr. Pascoli and her team are The Bomb! I have never has a dentist take care of me like Dr. Pascoli.

Fantastic experience: Sage does an incredible job cleaning my teeth. She is thorough and knowledgable. And I know that I am getting the best cleaning that will keep my teeth in working order. And Dr. Jenna Pascoli is super smart, kind, and cheerful. She said that my teeth are in great working order at this point. I used to have pretty bad dental anxiety, but now working with Forest Park Dental for the last few years - I know that I can trust that they'll both get the job done well and I'll also have a pleasant experience. All of the staff from the ladies at the reception desk to the assistants and the dentists are extremely professional in a a very pleasant and friendly way. My questions about my recommended treatment were addressed and answered thoroughly and I feel I was in competent hands and I feel confident going forward with the plan we have agreed on. Fantastic experience: Came here for a second opinion, after having been to another dentist in July. It was worth waiting the six months to have this appointment. Everyone from the get go was courteous. Dr. Thompson was attentive and honest. I felt not only did the hygienist do a thorough job of cleaning, but Dr. Thompson also did the kind of dental exam I prefer. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me a bunch of dental procedures to "fix" my teeth, or pressure me into work I didn't feel was necessary. Highly satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to FPD for years and they've always been the best. Amazing and friendly. You really get that small-town feel here. You can tell the employees enjoy working together which makes me feel more comfortable as a patient. I had a procedure this morning and Michelle and Dr. Thompson took excellent care of me and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend FPD to anyone I can!

Fantastic experience: I typically do not give reviews but had to this time . I was a new patient who waited 6 months for an appt and I am go glad I did. It was worth the wait . I was most impressed with the entire experience. The office and staff are great . Bonnie my “new “ hygienist was wonderful . She was gently but thorough and you could tell she took pride in her job. Last but not least Dr Pascoli was terrific . I am go glad I found this dental office will be referring all my family and friends looking for the best . Thanks

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Forest Park Dental for many years. The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have used both dentists and several hygienists and would highly recommend them all but Sage is the greatest!!!

Negative experience: Please don’t allow your friends or loved ones to use this dental office. Doctor cancels appointments to fix recent shoddy work, patient left in pain for 8+ weeks and counting. Such a shame. Calling them each week to beg for a sooner appointment / knowing the dentist personally for nearly 30 years won’t make a difference. Please send your family elsewhere.
