Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here today and it went so well! I have a lot of work that needs to be done, so was a little nervous about the appointment, but everyone was kind and the exam process was very thorough. My hygienist did an amazing job and was very gentle and mindful of the sensitive teeth. I was actually surprised that we got through that one pain free! Dr. Smith was super nice and then Miranda made the care plan consultation at the end quick and easy. I was considering several offices and I'm very glad that I chose this one!

They understand how nerve racking visiting the dentist can be and they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and they work around my schedule. I definitely recommend stopping here first before you consider going anywhere else!

Negative experience: If I could give a negative star I would, my grandma went into this establishment to make my little cousin an appointment mind you my cousin has special needs and is blind, as soon the dentist heard she was special needs the energy shifted suddenly they had to wait an extra 30 minutes and they ended up not even cleaning her teeth, her excuse was "she can't open her mouth wide enough" nobody had ever had a problem cleaning her teeth before but suddenly it's a problem, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: Hilda was amazing and made my experience so easy going I have the worst dental anxiety and she helped so much felt no pain on my root canal procedure I can’t wait to go back and continue finishing up my work that’s needed , thank you South Park family dental it is truly amazing

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed, been coming here on and off for years. Did insurance info over the phone in the office and never once did they tell me they don’t take HMO. Did my cleaning even signed a form of how the rest of my treatment will go etc. only to get a call after my deep cleaning that I owe because they didn’t take my insurance. If I had known from the beginning I would’ve never done it. Due to their mistake I had to pay and I don’t think that was right. Especially that it was never once communicated to me. All they could say they were sorry. I use to recommend people here and always spoke so highly of them. Never again. If you have HMO don’t go.

Fantastic experience: The first visit I had, I didn't have such a great experience. My second and third visits were to get fillings on both sides of my teeth. Hilda and Dr. Smith did such a great job. This changed my perspective of this place. Yes, I would go back as long as Hilda and the dentist Mr. Smith work on my teeth. Hilda and Dr. Smith have great professionalism, kindness, and great work. They make a great team. Hilda is awesome and so sweet. Thank you for the great experience.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in the lack of organization and professionalism from the office staff. When they first quoted the price for the procedure I needed, the gave me one price. Second visit they informed me it was about $100 more due to them previous assistant putting in the wrong code. Then I got a message saying I owed $360 more because it wasn’t covered. What I don’t understand is how they got the initial estimate if they actually verified my insurance. All procedures do not have the same coverage percentage. Then I had the procedure done and 30 minutes after leaving, it chipped. I went back only to wait an hour for nothing to have been done and to be told that it basically is my fault that it chipped since I chose the cheaper procedure because I couldn’t afford the more expensive one and that it would continue to chip. There was no communication to me about the doctor being behind until I was about to leave without my tooth being fixed. They only told me because I brought it to their attention upon leaving. All they said was that it was a holiday and they had a lot of emergencies. I understand that can happen but without communication to the patients about being behind is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was not happy at all with any experience from this office and do not recommend being a patient of theirs.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place!! The front office staff are so kind, Dr.Smith and Mrs.Bernie were so nice and did such great work on my Son, and Hilda was wonderful and took such great care of my Son and made us both feel so at ease. This is the only place I will take my family for dental work and if you or kids need any dental work done this is 100% the place to come.

Fantastic experience: Thank you South Park Dental Group my daughter had surgery by Susana Payne perform the surgery and did a fantastic job. But some how my daughter picked up Ibuprofen instead of Tramadol. So me I call South Park and spoke to Alburt Padilla who immediately took care of the situation and called Tramadol in, was done with in a hour My daughter slept all night. Thank you South Park for a 5 star rating *****. I'm thinking about changing my dentist. Gayle Villarreal

Fantastic experience: I had to get an implant after I completely broke a tooth. The process sounded scary, but these ladies walked me through step by step and took such good care of me. Ms.Hilda, Dr. Payne, and Ms. Miranda were amazing!!

They were a pleasure to talk with about any questions i had about the surgery and the process, as well as describing the process and impact with oral anatomy for my curiosity. Negative experience: Took my 5 year old daughter for her check up this week and because she got scared of the xray machine and would not let them take pictures, I was told that my daughter was a uncooperative patient and they would no longer be able to see her. WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR YOUNGER CHILDREN

Negative experience: Had to cancel an appointment on a Monday due to an issue with my vehicle. Called the office multiple times just to get the busy tone. No voicemail box ever came on. The receptionist said I should have called them and left a message . REALLY? They didn't give a dam about my issue. Charged me for the 2 hrs I was scheduled .

My dentist assistant Julian was very professional, and Dr. Izaddoust made sure you left with a complete understanding of your visit. I didn't catch my hygienist name, but she too was very cautious and courteous. You can tell everyone here really enjoys what they do. I will return.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dental facility for a while and love the convenience of the office being open on Saturdays since I’m unable to go during the week due my own work schedule. I have had a few unpleasant experiences but despite that I keep going back because of the weekend hour convenience. My last experience is seriously making me consider finding a new dental office. I was recently seen and was very disappointed again. I got the dental work I needed done; however, I can tell you that the doctor did not have an any bedside manners. I didn’t even know that person was the dentist until he started working on me. He just came into the room and didn’t even introduce himself nor even acknowledged me throughout the whole process. I felt like just another number in the office. The assistant was super sweet and very informative and helpful. At one point I felt I was choking because I felt the water suction device pushing down on my tongue and felt something stuck in my throat. I literally immediately raised my hand signaling I needed a minute to recoup but I also felt I couldn’t breath. Literally seconds felt eternity and then my breathing rythum resumed to normal on its own. I have had many dental procedures in the past and had never experienced anything like this. Once I recouped the dental work was resumed but not once did the dentist ask me if I was ok or how I was doing! He was so invested in having a conversation with the assistant the whole time of his holiday and vacation adventures. I’m really disappointed that healthcare isn’t was it used to be in the past. I think the doctor’s last name was Maldonado and I only know this because once he was done working on me his assistant called him by the last name and told him which patient was next for him. To not even acknowledge your patient is very unacceptable, I don’t care how busy your office is!

Negative experience: The dentist office has been great up until they messed up on one of my claims and tried to bill me for timely filing. It’s against insurance contract to bill a patient for this. I have a credit of over $100 that I’ve been trying to get back since October and I have yet to receive my money or a call back from Jolynn in the billing dept. I have left about five messages and they will not return my call on my credit owed to me.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Krystal B for giving me back my confidence to smile again during this transitional phrase of dentistry that I am under going. The rework you completed on my teeth today was far overdue and much needed.

Negative experience: If you look at my posts, I usually only post positive experiences with a company. However, I when I have negative experiences and am unable to resolve the issue I also post it. I will start by saying that everyone I came in contact with was very nice and friendly. In October of this year I went there to get work done. I have very good dental insurance through a national reputable company. Even with the insurance, I was charged full price up front. I payed figuring I would get it back once the insurance paid. It's now December and South Park refuses to reimburse me. My insurance sent me an email saying they paid the claim long ago. South Park says it takes six weeks to get reimbursed. This is the third time I come to inquire in person. Every time they say six weeks.

Fantastic experience: Do you know Krystal and Dr Smith. You should , in fact everybody in this place has taken such good care of me and my disabled daughter they’ve listened eliminated all my worries. I think I’m truly in love with everyone here thank Lord for sending me here to this place. Kelsey, Claudia,Vincent plus too many to remember but what a team. This place is amazing. If you need a dentist office you can trust. Please call on South Park family dental. Great service and great pricing. Thank you is just not enough.
