Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a children’s dentist, We are from Lowell and my child has been having tooth pain. We had been looking for a dentist in Lowell that would make an appointment for my child. While waiting, there was an entertainment room for children. The staff is very friendly to us. Definitely come here !

Fantastic experience: We had our first visit to Kangaroo for our 18 month old daughter. The waiting room was welcoming and kid friendly. The dental assistant was warm and friendly to our daughter and followed her emotions and kept her comfortable. The doctor was very prompt and put her further at ease, did her exam thoughtfully for her first time and being young, and then relayed what he saw to us. They gave our daughter stickers at the end and she left very happy! Thank you all!

This made her whole experience a lot better than her previous visits at a different office. She even told me she wasn't scared anymore to get her teeth cleaned. Fantastic experience: I was very happy to find their office since my daughter was a bit reluctant and terrified to see a dentist when she was younger due to a bad experience with a different dentist office but with the setup at Kangaroo Smiles she gets to go in with her older sister and they sit next to each other and she is perfectly calm. I have been bringing my daughters here for several years since they first opened in Lowell. The staff is great every time. They are friendly and professional and I like that I never have a long wait for the girls to be seen.

Fantastic experience: I chose Kangaroo Smiles (Lowell office) for my daughter’s first dentist experience. Requesting a first time consult was very convenient online and there were text message reminders for the appointment. The office is wonderful and kid friendly, my daughter loved the toys in the waiting room. The girl staff and dentist were very welcoming and patient as I explained it was my toddler’s first dentist visit and she can be a little shy. Very happy to have chosen Kangaroo Smiles!

Fantastic experience: I’ve left a few reviews before for Kangaroo Smiles and I will continue to do so! They are a wonderful establishment for kids! My daughter LOOKS FOWARD to going to the dentist, at 7 years ol! She loves the calm feeling as soon as she walks in the waiting room. Especially ALL the toys. They have puzzles, games, even some gymnastic styrofoam pieces to build with. Then the workers! They are so catering to kids. Very kind to us parents too which is what I approve most! I go to the Lowell office and I will continue to bring her here until she’s reached the max out age! Nothing but great things here. They’re professional, efficient, and kind hearted dentists and assistants. They take their time and care for the families! My daughter even asks to STAY after her appointment. Like what!?! To play in their waiting room because it’s so inviting and calming. Point blank, kangaroo smiles is the place to bring your kids. You will not regret it.

She had a lot of anxiety about it and was super nervous, but the doctor and the tech that was in the room with us were amazing! She felt no pain she was never uncomfortable! Negative experience: I would give 0 star rating if I could. The worst dental around. My kids been coming here for years. The service is terrible, you can’t be there late not even a few minutes, or they turn you away and reschedule your appointment. But they made you wait 30mn or longer . Double charge on the service that you haven’t get done yet. Have to asked if not your money gone.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased the services provide to my grandson by Kangaroo Smiles of Lowell. My 5 year old grandson needed extensive dental work and was nervous about his appointment. He had several fillings and caps over three visits. At each visit the staff was very supportive and calmed my grandson to the point that he jumped in to the chair and was fully cooperative. He has no qualms now when visiting the dentist now. The quality of the work was exceptional. In addition the administrative staff is cordial, friendly, and professional, they called to confirm appointments, made sure insurance was in place and helped rectify it when there was an insurance problem. Finally, the office and treatment rooms are modern and spotlessly clean.

Negative experience: The elevator was stuck for a long time over 6 minutes. I had two appointments scheduled one for my oldest and youngest at the same time. Waiting for the elevator made us late by 9 minutes, they cancelled one appointment and kept the other even though I had no control over the elevator. There was no other options given other than rescheduling for another day.

We switched to Kangaroo Smiles and she had a calm and easy dental appointment for the first time ever. From there you know that each and every one of the staffs located in Lowell, MA cares about my child’s teeth and comfort. We made our way from Springfield, MA area to get my daughter’s teeth seen at the Lowell, MA location. Thank you so much Kangaroo Smiles’ staffs and please continue to be excellent and you will have returning families like mines. I do recommend this practice and this location to friends and families. (For memories I ask the front desk if I could keep a pen, it has the “kangaroo smiles” logo on it. Thank you so much)

Negative experience: I think the good reviews here are artificially inflated because they offer gift certificates in return for a review after your appointment. That sucks. What also sucks is after I left a review after my kid's appointment I thought the gift certificate was going to be for dental supplies or care or something, but no, it was worthless. I had to jump through hoops to get it and it turned out to be a free single movie ticket to a mediocre movie theater I don't even live near. That went right to the trash. My experience up until this point was meh but that tipped everything over into being pretty bad. Pro: -The front staff are friendly. -Lots of toys and things to play with in the waiting room. Cons: -Rooms are not private rooms, like with Lowell Dentistry for children. It looked like we were in one main room with maybe 4 other dental chairs? There was a kid screaming in another more private room. I can't fault them for that but acoustic wise it was loud and definitely made the experience a little scarier for my kid's first dentist visit. They could use better acoustic control to mitigate crying. -The dentist was meh. Just fine. Not particularly great with kids, not bad either. -No toys at the end. The other two places I've been to both offered a free little toy at the end of the appointment as a reward for the kids. I know it seems silly to wish for this but I do think it makes a big difference for the kids. -and finally, the "gift certificate" for reviewing is bad because it artificially inflates their reviews.
