Negative experience: After visiting Mosaic Dental Center and paying for several fillings I was sent out of the office with no polishing of the fillings this was the day before I went on a one month vacation, I spent my entire vacation time with my mouth gritty,also 2 days after the fillings were done my molar totally broke apart (shattered ) after returning from my trip and contacting the office they were gracious enough to see me right away but of course this resulted in the surgical removal of that remaining tooth which took almost an hour and a half . The staff is very pleasant but I will not return there.

Fantastic experience: I was not having the best day at allll! But they were so nice warm and caring (as always) from the minute I walked in the door. They checked to make sure I was okay before we proceeded with my appointment. Outside of all that their service and care is always top tier. They communicated everything well from the procedure to the payment. Forget dental they are the best medical practice I’ve experienced. Thank you to the whole team today (you all are amazing!) Alsoooo I’ve dealt with Drea over the phone and in person and she is top tier!!!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very beginning, I should have walked out of this office. The staff was rude, but the worst experience was with the dentist herself—Mrs. Simmons. When I questioned a denture order that I knew I never agreed to, she told me I “must be losing my mind.” Completely unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful. The dentures they gave me were poorly made and looked awful. When I asked for a refund, I was met with hostility and constant back-and-forth. Eventually, they said they would refund the money to my insurance—and then told me to get up and leave the office. No empathy, no professionalism, nothing. Now that I’m at a new dental office, I’ve learned my insurance won’t cover a new set of dentures because it shows I already received one and am now out of frequency. When my insurance contacted Mickey from the previous office, she claimed she had reversed the claim on July 8th. But the insurance company never received anything—because she sent it to the wrong address. This entire experience has been a nightmare. It’s been stressful, costly, and completely avoidable if they had simply handled things with honesty and care. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Be very careful before putting your trust—and your health—in their hands.

Fantastic experience: I had my new patient appointment today and let me just say—this office is amazing! From the front desk to the dentist’s chair, every single staff member was so kind and welcoming. Adrienne and Dr. Disla did a fantastic job and treated me with the utmost respect. As a pregnant patient, I was a little nervous, but they made me feel completely at ease. My teeth feel so much better after the cleaning, and the care I received was top-tier. I truly recommend Mosaic Dental to anyone. Thank you all—I’ll definitely be a lifelong patient!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Mosaic Dental 10/10 every time! The receptionist, Draya, was fantastic. She got me in right away and always figured out my insurance coverage, even when I didn’t have it handy. Dr. Disla was outstanding she thoroughly explained the procedure, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made sure everything was completely pain-free. Her assistant, Syndelle, was phenomenal as well, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Mosaic Dental for their top-tier service and exceptional care!

Fantastic experience: Experience was amazing. I was scared initially going, however, upon arriving they made me feel welcome and appreciated as well as calm any nerves I had. Fantastic experience: I visited Mosaic Dental Center when they were at their old location and called Simmonds Dental Center. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable. They were extremely accommodating towards me (who was in desperate need of a quick checkup and cleaning) and I was so grateful for their help and their patience. I know it may seem strange that I’m reviewing so long after the fact, but I wanted to say that if the staff is even half as excellent as they were back when I visited, then they must give excellent care. If I still lived in Florida, you can bet I’d be loyal to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Mosaic Dental has been incredibly wonderful to me. I would 100% recommend this office for any dental care you may need. Dr.Mehtani and Dental Assistant Angel devised a treatment plan for me and in carrying out this plan they have been amazing. Dr. Mehtani is the best, so gentle. I literally had 4 teeth extracted in one visit and was NOT sore or in any pain the very next day. Angel held my hand and it was as if my own mother was there with me. Dental assistant Keith is awesome as well. They all 3 listened to my concerns, assured me of what to expect, and my journey with them could not be any better!!

Negative experience: Mosaic attention is to Max out your dental benefits. On alot a work you don't need. After been treated by my fulling fail out went back two weeks alter. After the visit I was admitted into the hospital the same day. She missed the spot with local anesthetic it went into my nose and eye. I felt like I was drawing. Please find somewhere else to go..

Fantastic experience: I’ve been there three times and all three times were exceptional. My latest visit was for a root canal with crown, crown and a filling and with how my jaw is structured it tends to make dental work more challenging. Well Dr. Simmonds was able to navigate the challenges making it as painless and comfortable as possible. One day later and I feel no pain whatsoever from the procedure. Thank you all so much! You made a childhood fear much easier to cope with.

Fantastic experience: Everytime I have a dental appointment I love walking through the door and seeing Drea!! You can tell she absolutely loves her job! Her warm welcome is what sets the tone for the rest of my time in office. Angel is my favorite! She’s very gentle, knows her stuff and the girl is funny lol. Positive experience: The staff is kind but they’re always running late an appointment can be set for 9am you could be waiting for about 30 minutes before you’re seen. Time is valuable and we have jobs to get back too.

Fantastic experience: The Simmonds Dental Center is one of the most professionally operated dentist organizations I have ever been associated with. The staff from the front office to the the dental techs are superb. My dentist is Dr. Simmonds. She has excellent chair side manners She is well trained and has honed her skill to perfection. You will not be disappointed should you select Dr. Simmonds as your dentist. All of this and everyone is super friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: I called around 10am this morning for an emergency issue with my wisdom tooth. I had an appt scheduled for 1:30. It’s 4pm and said tooth has been extracted. Full X-rays, cleaning, and extraction done. Every single person I encountered today was incredibly kind and patient. Constantly asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. Thank you to Miss Angel for the warm blanket and neck pillow and overall kindness Steven for the awesome cleaning Dr Mehtani- you were born to do exactly this, you would never know the incredibly anxious person I am. Your confidence put me at ease immediately. Reassuring me every time I asked did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I'm just going to say it: I'm a dental coward and my anxiety has led me to making some questionable dental choices. But from the moment I walked into Mosaic Dental everyone was so kind, they put me immediately at ease. Angel and Dr Mehtani were careful to keep me informed. They were supportive, gentle and nurturing. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and made soothing my nerves look effortless. I'm truly grateful to have found them. Oh! And Dr Mehtani is hilarious.

Positive experience: The dental team is A plus. My frustration with this place is the handling of billing and insurance. They seem to not know how to submit claims properly and it’s an issue dealing with them. Today, I was told they no longer accept dual insurance because it’s too much of a hassle. Too bad, great dental care but pathetic back office staff.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and professional staff. I walked in with a painful tooth at 3:30 PM and had the broken tooth extracted by 5:00 pm with prescriptions in hand. Amazing and pain free procedure. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: -Angel was excellent, proficient, professional, making sure I was comfortable thru-out the initial visit. -Dr Mehtani (my first time meeting him) provided a thorough examination & answered all my questions. -Wayne ( my guy!) A true technician of his craft, offered additional services & cleaning tips.

Negative experience: WARNING!‼️ DO NOT GO HERE. Dr Sonia accused me of STEALING. They told me I ran out on my bill after working with them in office for 30min after my appointment on a new virtual payment system my insurance uses. They also continually recommended I pay out of pocket now for procedures I am 100% aware my insurance covers (I’ve got the same procedures done in years past at the same office. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff after realizing the mistake was on their end. I have been receiving care at this office for years and the quality and service have gone down significantly. I have raised concerns multiple times leading up to my last visit recently where I needed an emergency filling. I asked for Dr.Sonia personally to which they gave me pushback and tried to direct me to another doctor multiple times threatening that “I’d have to wait a long time for Dr.Sonia”. After waiting over an hour and wanting to leave for another appointment Dr.Sonia appears out of nowhere and fixes my tooth. Dr.Sonia then personally called me less than 15 minutes after my appointment to accuse me of stealing and conducting illegal activities!!! They claimed I ran out on my bill after working with them in office for 30min after my appointment on a new virtual payment system my insurance uses. Despite this someone in payment went and told Dr.Sonia I ran out attempting to not pay and she called accusing me of STEALING. This along with a constant decline in quality and the way the staff treats you sadly has led me to leave and go to another office. Be aware of pain during operation and also unnecessary recommendations from the Dentists in the office. They also continually recommended I pay out of pocket now for procedures I am 100% aware my insurance covers (I’ve got the same procedures done in years past at the same office.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years for a reason. I had dentist-bounced often the first 10 years I lived in Central Florida. I never felt I found a practice as good as what I was used to in NY. From visit one with Dr Simmonds I knew I found my place! Wayne is an outstanding hygienist and the staff is all extremely pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend this practice and have sent many referrals here over the years!

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago I decided to visit Mosaic Simons Dental clinic. Right when I entered the clinic I was greeted with big smile bottle of water and professional details about the dentist clinic services. right away I know I want to join and being one of them patients. From that stage I started my journey treatments with Dr, Sonia Simons who I believe the most professional dentist along side with her amazing male assistant and her amazing professional staff who provides impeccable service. For me and I believe for many many more Mosaic Simons patients this clinic get 10 10 10 across the board !

Fantastic experience: Xiuyan is my hygienist, and she is fantastic! Dr. Mehtani did my implants, and I was surprised with the easy recovery! The discomfort was minimal and has reduced any anxiety I felt previously. Laughing gas was a plus during the procedure. Can't forget Angel and the rest of the staff who are amazing. Love this office. Very professional and quick.

Negative experience: Wow very frustrated with this dental office. Very unprofessional & only seemed concerned with booking appointments, not even making sure If you’re covered by your insurance. I gave them my info as a new patient on 9/6/2024 to see if they accept my insurance plan. I wanted to make sure before I set an appointment due to other reviews I saw about finding out after appointment about hidden fees that they were not aware of upfront. The person I spoke to said they would call me back on 9/8/2024 to let me know if there would be any outside fees & to make sure they accepted my insurance. It’s now 9/19/2024 still no call. I called back today & I was no where in the system & the person who answered was only concerned with booking an appointment instead of getting to the bottom of who I previously spoke to, to see what happened & get a update so I wouldn’t have to repeat all my information again. With that being said I’m over it & moving forward somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had anxiety about getting my wisdom tooth pulled but Dr. Reshav Mehtani made the process quick, easy and painless. Had my tooth out before I even knew he was pulling it out. Literally took him 11 seconds to extract!

Negative experience: I was referred by a co worker went to the very early appointment 8.30 am was on time sitting in the dentist chair I told the nurse before start any type of work I have until 10.00 am what ever can done within the time is fine with me and can make another appointment as I have to be at work at 10.30am the doctor was great came and attended to me finish everything went well however the nurse were not knowledgeable on the computer as another nurse had to help with finishing up my paperwork and was myself and my husband both was seen and my husband finished and awaiting for me and I was late to work overall if the staff is well trained the work can done my first visit and very not happy.

Fantastic experience: The dental team consistently provides a pleasant experience, even though I'm not particularly fond of dentist visits; they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort before any procedure.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a routine cleaning and I was blown away. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from check in to seeing the doctor. Dr. Mehtani was through and my exam was painless. Dr. Simmons came by at the end of my exam simply to say thank you for coming which I have never experienced before. I never thought I would look forward to my next dental cleaning. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I was DEATHLY afraid of the dentist! I mean sit in the chair and tears be falling! But this staff…OMG! Since day 1 they have been nothing but kind. As soon as you walk thru the door. Drea is gone greet you with a smile. Wayne the hygienist is great as well. You are made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been coming for a couple of years now and wouldn’t change for nothing. Office and staff have grown and the service has stayed the same if not better as far as putting the patients needs first. They have a new doctor name Dr Mathani. When I tell you he is AWESOME! Not one time was I made to feel uncomfortable and from beginning to end he made sure I was doing ok and explained everything. I also had the pleasure of working Angel and Gerrah! So sweet and kind. If these two women are not sure about something. They both gone find out and make sure you’re informed before any service is started. All in all the ENTIRE staff is AMAZING. Hands down one of the BEST!

Negative experience: I just got the rudest person ever to answer the phone. I called to reschedule the appointment because I knew I was going to be late. I never called before this was my first time. This lady went back and forth with me saying I’ve called before to reschedule. I assured her I never did. I made this appointment 3 months ago. And I never called she told me she was going to listen to the calls because my name is unique and she knew that I called before. I told her again no I did not. She told me the policy states that if someone keep rescheduling they can no longer schedule them bk. I never called and I never reschedule this was literally my first time calling. I made this appointment 3 months ago. She didn’t even let me speak. She has no customer service skills. Take her little job to serious. Very arrogant.will over power you when you speak and Has no empathy,

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Dr. Simmonds for over 12 years, she is an exceptional dentist, has a great staff, everyone treats you with love, kindness and respect the minute you enter. state of the art facility, where you are made comfortable, as you are offered a blanket, cup of coffee tea or a bottle of water, or find a movie on the television. The goal is to keep you relaxed, and it works. You will enjoy your experience

Fantastic experience: Updated as of July, 2024. My wife and I have now patients for years and could not recommend this practice more highly. Everyone you come into contact with is professional, caring and concerned about delivering that outstanding experience. We think the world of Mosaic, Dr. Simmonds and her entire team Had my first visit to Dr. Simmonds office today and it was an incredible customer experience. From the exceptionally helpful person at the front desk (Drea) who made me feel very welcome, was extremely helpful and supportive of the new patient sign in process, to my Dental Assistant (Ty) who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with the office and the procedures, to Dr,. Simmonds who is a wonderfully talented, caring and compassionate doctor. It was a real pleasure meeting everyone and becoming a patient in their practice.

Fantastic experience: Angel R. and Dr. Mehtani were the best! Both such sweet people who explained the process the whole way through (crown). I’m a big baby when it comes to dental work but they made it bearable. I will be coming here for as long as I live in Orlando.

Fantastic experience: Came here as a new patient & loved the atmosphere. I initially came to see Dr. Simmonds but when she wasn’t available I saw Dr. Mehtani instead. Very personable & listened to all of my concerns. Stephen is the only hygienist I want cleaning my teeth & they always make sure I’m scheduled with him. So friendly, thorough, & personable! Everyone is great from the front desk staff to the dentists. 10/10 highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love being welcomed into any environment with a sense of familiarity and professionalism. Drea at the front desk does just that. She called every patient by name as they entered the office. Then my hygienist, Wayne comes to receive me perfectly on time, keeps me informed throughout my procedure, and does such a thorough job. Dr. Simmonds is simply the icing on the perfectly baked cake that is Mosaic Dental. She is always friendly, composed, and communicative. I love this dentist office so much.
