Fantastic experience: They were so nice and listened even with my mouth pride open. When I told them 2 stop they did and listened when despite having multiple shots I still felt pain. I’m autistic and shake when I’m nervous or in pain and they worked with me. I truly wish I remembered the names of the people who worked with me because through the worst of it they helped me feel safe. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of an extraction.

Positive experience: Efficient and friendly staff. I had a flat tire on my way so I called them they said it's fine come on. I was an hour late and they took me virtually straight back and I had X-rays and was done in 30 minutes. The only negative thing I can possibly say is that they didn't really explain what the next step is just when to come back.

Negative experience: New owner/Dentist was very loud. He made several comments about my insurance that I did not like. Also he was talking to me and if I did not take care of gums in which I do and that was the reason I was there. I found another Dentist which is kind and provided me with exceptional bed side manners.

Fantastic experience: I had been searching for a place to perform my brother's oral procedure for YEARS. Consultation, after consultation and I was always left feeling like it was a cash grab. Affordable Dentures was suggested to us, by a friend of the family. He had his procedure done there and his new smile looked amazing! After meeting with Dr. Gorgan, my family knew we FINALLY found the right person! He took a vested interest in my brother and performed the surgery himself. We decided on dentures secured with implants for a secure hold. We are at the final stage. He is being fitted for his permanent dentures that will click into place with implants. This is TRULY life changing. No more smelly breath because of periodontal disease. He can smile in photos again. He hasn't been able to chew a steak in five years. He wants to go to the most expensive steakhouse in CLT for his birthday and we are! My family and I can't thank Dr. Gorgan and his assistant Jody enough! A SPECIAL shout out to Ms. Jacqueline Castro, the office manager!! She knows what she did! This place is TRULY full of wonderful, professional, caring people. If I could give MORE than five stars I would! Congratulations, ALL around!!

Fantastic experience: This place was God sent. I had 2 broken molars. I damaged them on a Sunday. The pain was a 10. I went to Aspen Dental Monday to have them removed. I was there over two hours to be evaluated for up-sale. The entire process was a sales pitch. There was obviously never any intent to accomplish why I was there. Ended up leaving still in pain with My mouth, pride and heart still hurting. My Mom found this place. From the receptionist. The x-ray tech. The dental assistant and finally the dentist. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable. They all walked Me through their portion of the process with love and care. The dentist was great too. Very professional and straightforward. The cost was more than budget friendly. Was less than half of what Aspen wanted. The upfront pricing made the stress even less. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thanks everyone working at the Boyer St. office in Charlotte NC on 9/10/2025. Thank You Jesus for good people and leading Me here!

Negative experience: They don't say this when making an appointment but allow at least a hour OR 2 past your appointment to be seen. I waited for 2 hours after my stated appointment which I arrived 15 minutes early for like I was asked. When I complained I was told "well on the paperwork it says it could be a hour or 2 after appointment times" like that helps after you have already arrived....

Negative experience: Because I was there for 3 hours before I got anything done , then was and there for 7 whole before got my tooth pulled, you all need to get some more help for the price I paid and the service I got should have been better,

Fantastic experience: They didn't have my appointment for a consult after making it online & by text & verifying it. However, they said no problem & still took me and it was fairly quick. They were very nice & helpful & cost is alot less than other places

Positive experience: Only giving 4 stars because there is a really long wait to even be seen. I feel like they should schedule less people for a day because 2 hour wait is crazy and i heard people in the lobby saying they have to wait all day sometimes. Besides the wait all the staff was very friendly but thats all i can say so far i have not gotten any work done by them yet.

Negative experience: I had an appointment. at 10 am and was not seen until 12:30. I was the last to leave and had all these people that came in after me, go before me. The dentist was extremely rude and had no manners when putting his fingers in my mouth. He wanted to get approval to do the work. No way...

Negative experience: For the price I paid I'm not at all satisfied went in for a repair an to get a new set the repair is my top plate that digs into my jaw an makes it very sore can't eat with them can't even smile I have to take them out so I can eat without pain still need to pickup the new set I wouldn't recommend this place to no one I have had a horrible experience

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr.Martin was very nice and polite made you feel comfortable and did great work in getting my dentures all in the same day I was very grateful and excited to see that the dentures came out beautifully.Now I am disappointed I just came back to pick up my dentures and wanted to use the restroom blood is on the outside door knob and in the toilet how can people be sooo nasty.

Negative experience: Currently still sitting in the waiting room. Had an 8 am appointment, it’s 9:50am. Have watched patient after patient who came in after us, going front of us, no communication, no explanation, and all of this for a simple exam and X-ray. Absolutely atrocious either scheduling or staffing, but either way, VERY unpleasant and frustrating service. It’s very clear they prioritize private insurance customers over Medicaid/medicare patients. I would shop around if you were thinking about using this company. Exponentially better care can be obtained elsewhere. Subpar at best.

Negative experience: Horrible, rude and unprofessional ! Go somewhere else, trust me on this, this is not for you. Zero stars ⭐️ First appointment was at 8:00am, I sat there until 10:00, went to receptionist and asked what was going on? She said I still had 6 patients ahead of me, I said an 8 appointment and still 6 people? She said there not appointments there reservations. She is rude and unprofessional. 2nd appointment: X-Ray machine broke 3 days before my appointment, they called and said my appointment, excuse me reservation, would be cancelled until the machine is fixed. I have 5 grand in cash to fix a tooth, Aspen Dental will bank it. Horrible service, do not go there!

From the person who does the X-rays to the dentist who pulled my teeth, the receptionists, the technicians EVERYONE made me feel like I had chosen the right dental team. The reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because a visiting staff member didn’t know that appointments take priority over walk-ins, which turned my very quick in-processing into a very slow process in at 730am, and out at 1pm…

Positive experience: Hi I had the soft liner done, it was a good fit afterwards but she did not clean the soft liner material off my dentures well . They were left feeling rough. She said she clean them the best she could, and told me that maybe that a tooth pick might help to get them clean .

Positive experience: I shall share after adjustment and relinement. Can't comment now. Gums are sore. It is annoying when one has to get you my phone. You make enough money to hire a receptionist to take messages she does not have to put you on to the call. You said in your dental extraction instructions if one has a bleeding problem to contact you immediately how do they get in touch with you when you do not take the call. You do not return calls as said in your answering device You can do better than that

Positive experience: I was overwelmed by the fact that I had to pay $10,000 for this procedure. I dont have that kind of money. I wonder if they could just make me a upper denture and remove my implants. He didnt really mention that option. I would like to know if I could have that done because I would do that tomorrow They said I had to pay cash because of myinsurance I would have done a cash credit to do the whole thing

If you are experiencing any kind of Chronic Health issues Affordable Dentures is not the place to be I learn a hard way. The waiting room is too cold or too hot depending on the occupancy and the scheduling everyone has the same appointment time never enough staff to accommodate the wait is too too long just to keep coming and going back... I'm a dissatisfied customer never mind about adjusting my partials... I'll wait until next year and hopefully when my impressions are be made I want have all that stuff in my mouth to choke the life out of Me. If I could put a negative 0 for a rating I would

Positive experience: The prices are perfect, I'm currently waiting for my upper but I gave them a 4 due to the 2 1/2 hour wait on the waiting room. Everything else was pretty smooth. I'll repost after my denture comes in and the fit of it.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental problem and contacted Affordable Dental . I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got an X-ray on day one and on day two I got a tooth pulled and a replacement added. Dr Martin, Dr Allen and the office staff provided excellent patient service. I was very satisfied with the work they did for me. I highly recommend their practice.

Positive experience: It’s a great facility, but a very very long want, and I had an appointment at 9:00, and I didn’t get seen for about 3 hours, and I was there 10 minutes early, other than that I was satisfied.

Negative experience: I am a loyal 15 year customer. I got my first dentures here and was very satisfied with them from the beginning to the end! When I made an appointment to come back I was promised an advertised discount I never received! I waited until near the end of my 100 days to come back to follow up. Two teeth were out of line on the top plate and I felt the bottom plate needed to be reworked or replaced. I thought l would see a doctor but instead I saw a young girl who said there was nothing she could do! I was 30 minutes early and they were 1 hour late taking me! I waited one hour and a half for nothing! I live in Gastonia where we now have an Affordable Dentures, but I thought coming to Charlotte would be better, I was wrong! Very disappointed and dissatisfied, if anyone cares! I would love to be on one of your commercials! Rev. James Chambers

Positive experience: After being there for 4 hours they did a X-ray doctor came in looked in my mouth and asked if I wanted the teeth out that’s been hurting me I said yes , the receptionist comes in and say we can’t pull it today we done with extractions for today had to reschedule

Negative experience: Looking online for consultations. It states AD&I has free consultation, so I scheduled an appt for dental implants. Sat over three hours waiting to be seen. Was called back to be seen, and asked again why I was there to be seen. Once I told her for the free consultation for implants, is when I was informed the free consultation is for dentures only, and that the consultationfor implants is $250. Which I wasn't prepared for, due to their website. I just don't understand why I wasn't told at the front desk before even sitting to wait for nothing. Otherwise, everyone was polite and courteous.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this location are personable and kind. As well as my dentist who is very experienced, professional, comforting, and caring. Special thanks to Jackie, the coordinator who has always been there. She’s so sweet, reasonable, and ensures everything goes smoothly.

Negative experience: This place is a mad house, they heard people in and out like cattle. I had a 9am appointment but had to sit there almost 2 hours after my Scheduled appointment time. They finally called me back to take an xray and then had me to go sit back in the lobby for about another hour. When I finally was called to the back the dentist came in, no matter the condition of your teeth all they are going to say is pull everything out and put in dentures. After all of that they told me there was nothing they could do that day and said I would have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks before I could be seen. The staff was rude and you could feel they didn't care anything about the customers concerns. This visit was a total waste of time.
