Negative experience: My appointment was at 11:00 am. I was happy that they called me before 11:00 am, but I waited inside until 1 pm, lying down and sometimes sitting. The doctor did not come, and I waited for him to come. It would have been better if they had asked me in the tea or coffee shop. I have never seen such a ridiculous thing.

Negative experience: Worse customer service ever. My appointment was at 4pm, I came in early at 330pm just in case if they can squeeze me in earlier than 4pm. But they ended up seeing me at 445pm. Ridiculous. And my service felt rushed on cleaning & quite aggressive on my gums. Worse experience Ive ever been treated on. Im honestly faling my service elsewhere. They expect customers to be punctual or suffer the consequences on paying $35 for being late or no show, how about pay me $35 when im on time, and there way late on seeing me and felt so rushed before tbey close at 6pm. Never again!!!!!! Staff are so unprofessional and incompetent. Worse time management & service.

Negative experience: Wait time is crazy. It needs to be understanding that having a patient for hours in the waiting room is disrespecting their time.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago I had a pretty dramatic incident at this location with the hygienist cleaning my teeth. I won't go in detail what had happened at that time. But im am pleased it seems this office has improved drastically! Im happy with the services they provided. And staff seems to really care about they're patients now.

Fantastic experience: I have never written a review before but I just had to write one...cause I hate going to the dentist literally dread it, but one of your dental assistants Bibi who was helping assist with me was great. She got me from the waiting with a smile on here face, really friendly, explained everything perfectly to me and my mother. She's also pretty funny, had me laughing and smiling a few times. Overall just a wonderful person to have on your staff. She's now the reason I don't dread coming, I actually look forward to it now. You guys are lucky to have someone like that on your team. You guys are my #1 dentist.

Negative experience: 3 time going. And literally everytime has been the worst dental experience ever. Un organized to an extreme. Came in for tooth pain, they sit me down and start cleaning my teeth. Once i stopped them they realized they had the wrong patient, and to top it off my appointment was at 3 pm and they didnt start my procedure till 6 pm... why ever have an appointment for me at 3 pm

Negative experience: Horrible, service, staff, horrible place to go to.only 1 person answers the phone while the other ladies sit around and gossip. They don't acknowledge you but give you attitude for checking you in. Now I see why they have only 1 doctor in the back cause the front desk staff see themselves as the the PhD holders and run the show. Ask for bibi if u need help the others are unprofessional and very rude. Either way good luck using this location.

Negative experience: Horrible Horrible service spoke to a man then I was put on with a woman who I told I have an emergency appointment this Tuesday. She then said “ is that so “ and hung up the phone? She was super rude. And honestly needs to be fired.

Positive experience: When I go to the dentist at the right time, the appointment through this one you have to wait for a couple of hours

Negative experience: It's a scam she will do anything to get braces on your child so she can make money I paid them $5,000 already and they only put braces on 6th teeth on the top and still it's my fault every time I complain to them about it she said she called me I approved that she never did I even called my company to make sure that I had no missed call from this woman she will try to blame you why she doesn't do her job just like the last time I went there not too long ago for an appointment it was a Saturday and soon as I walked in one of the females( Vivian) up front looked up started giggling and started talking s*** about us like she was jealous of my kids or something I don't know what the problem was so I asked to talk to the lady that deals with the braces issue she wasn't there but when I spoke to her later on she said well I can't tell you when I'm going to be there it's not always the same with attitude saying that I need to show up and talk to her but now you want me to become psychic and guess when you're going to be there...... I know not very bright right. Trying to charge me more you guys got $5,000 for something that wasn't done I'm not giving you more until you do what was promised why would I pay you more also I said let's just do top braces because at this point I can't find a specialist for the bottom and you can't she tells me she'll give me $1,000 back so what is $1,000 for the bottom and almost $5,000 for the top big difference Grant we missed a couple appointments but just put this way why go if they're just going to change rubber bands for 6 teeth I know what happens I may not be an orthodontist but I do have a brain and I've had braces does not even all the stuff that you posed to have in my daughter's teeth

Negative experience: Made an emergency appointment for tooth pain. When I got there, no one had any idea who I was or about my appointment. I ended up waiting two hours to be seen for thirty seconds by a dentist who stated “you have an infection and your wisdom teeth need to come out”. When I stated that I couldn’t afford the 4k price tag, I was pressured into applying for a care credit loan. They then sold my data. Ended up getting my teeth pulled in Mexico for $900 and I’m healing up well. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Jaspreet and Dr.Kaur were amazing and listened to any request I made towards my comfort, I definitely recommend them as the dental care team.

Negative experience: Worse staff ever, they keep saying we don’t have appointment when I even showed them the email and appointment card and saying they called and they never called or left a message. This happened for the third time. All the staff laughs at you when you say you been coming for every month and they keep canceling. There are bullies making fun of people.

Fantastic experience: Giving this 5 star review for Yoshelin (assistant manager) at this location. She was so helpful to my parents. Answered all there questions and provided all the documents they requested. They called me first to tell me how amazing she was then raved about her hours later. Thank you for being kind and helpful. Negative experience: Came there on emergency after having my date changed just for them to tell me they don’t do root canals at the time they rescheduled me for…then they asked the dentist if she would take me and she said yes 20 minutes later she says no. They rescheduled my appointment for next month..had to make a point to get my original date back so instead of my root canal they wanted to do fillings stayed back there for a hour as they walked back and fourth across my room peeking in and leaving. Like what?? I just left.

Negative experience: Western dental called me and scheduled an appointment during my work schedule. I get there waiting an hour and a half. They take me to the back the chair and room was very dirty. After being in the room for another 25 minutes the assistant bibi comes in and asks me to do a review while I’m waiting, I tell her I can’t do a review before I’m seen. Well the dr tells me they can’t work on my tooth but they can pull it! I said why would u even schedule my appointment knowing you couldn’t see me! I’m so mad ! DONT GO THERE !

Negative experience: I was so happy to have my braces removed only for Haley, one of the dental assistants to chip my tooth while removing them. They said I needed a crown so they took X-rays. I was denied by my insurance. I went in a second time because they said I needed new X-rays done. I called my insurance and they never received them. I called Western Dental and they said I need to go in yet a third time to get X-rays done AGAIN. They said they don't know what happened to the last X-rays?? I have been waiting since February. It's the end of April. Absolutely disappointed.

Negative experience: Most inhumane treatment of my life. This was the most traumatic experience I’ve ever endured. Coming from someone who never has had less than ten cavities at a time numerous root canals and extensive treatment… this woman dentist treated me like faceless cattle. Worked on me before the pain shot set in even after I repeatedly told her I was in pain. Held me down.scariest experience of my life. Not to mention her belittling her assistant as they threw instruments back and forth across my chest on the barely laid non secured bib. This was the worst and most horrific experience I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: At the office at 727 Colusa in Yuba City, some of the front office staff are never welcoming. I have always had to wait more than an hour after my appointments. On my first visit in November 2024, they said i needed a referral to a specialist. They referral wasnt made until March 2025. During my second visit for treatment the dentist ask me what was the problem and when I told her my cap came off my tooth, without examining the situation or communicating with me, she walked away and never returned. After waiting 45 minutes, i asked the dental assistance why am I waiting. She had to go check and returned just telling me to continue to wait without any explanation. After waiting another 14 minutes, i asked the dental assistance again and she guided me to the front to talk to someone else. Their communication is terrible. I was never examined. I'm going to another dentist.

Negative experience: I go to western dental for orthodontist care. My experience with this dentist has never, EVER been pleasant. The kind and sweet ladies who have attended me have always been polite and fun to talk to. The staff hasn’t been the issue for me. The management, however, HORRIBLE! They understaff the employees and overbook their patients. I’ve overheard employees talk about how stressed they get. I’ve also heard, seen, and been a stressed patient because their waiting room fills up and people are waiting for 30-1 hour+ past their appointment time. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Props to the employees who push through the managements awfully planned schedules. If you are a patient in a situation where your made to wait and it upsets you, please remember the employees are in a position just as bad as yours or worse. Instead of taking your anger out on them, try being the compassionate patient they need. It’s hard working under pressure especially when you have no choice but to follow the rules set by those above you.

Negative experience: Genuinely the worst orthodontist I’ve ever been to I’m glad to be moving, they’ve botched 2 of my crowns and have made fun of my teeth while working on me, I’m now trying to fix a cavity and had setup an appointment a week in advance only to be told that 1. I needed to get a letter of cancellation for old dental insurance I had 12 years ago and 2. That they don’t know how to confirm the status of my current dental insurance so they won’t be able to provide me any services, this really seemed like it stemmed from the woman possibly being new. Hopefully I’ll have better luck in another town finding a facility that will accept medi-cal I’m utterly disappointed and this has left a horrible impression on me.

Fantastic experience: I'm not gonna lie, I was scared too death to walk into "THE DENTIST"!!! But the staff are awesome and very professional. I was soooo happy with how fast and painless my first long awaited abstraction went....... and I am eager to get to my next appointment!!! THANKS WESTERN DENTAL!!!!!!

Negative experience: Took wayyyy too long. Very disorganized, and there's no assigned dentist. They walk around like there's nothing to do, yet there's a lot of patients waiting for their appointment to be done. Not only that, but a young blonde nurse sounded very rude and said, "Excuse me," in a snotty way. I'm very upset

Negative experience: They make appointments for work to be done I get there the appointment not for wat they made it for they say it's for something else my appointment today was for two root canals they said it wasn't that it was for a crown for a tooth I have a crown on it the teeth I need the root Canales on are just breaking as I get the run around this is the 3rd appointment wit the same bull****

Negative experience: Slow, disorganized. Didn't even see the actual dentist until 5 minutes past close- 2 hours psst my appointment time- she took maybe 10 minutes to put in my filling. It fell out 2 days later, and now I get to miss work to get it redone. Apparently only their one single dentist can fix their mistake, and she's leaving for 2 weeks Don't waste your time here. Maybe one or two of the workers is good at their job, but overall it's just a badly run dentist office that clearly relies on people who don't know better or people who have no choice but to go there. Again, just not a good dentists office.

Fantastic experience: Raj is one of the best here. She introduced herself, talked me through the process step by step, and treated me like a human being! A visit to the dentist isn’t a pleasant experience even in the best of circumstances, but Raj made it so much better! I can’t say enough about how fantastic she is!
