Fantastic experience: I’m honestly so grateful for this dentist location, they were able to help accommodate me and get me in as soon as possible. I was a little nervous at first due to past experiences of coming into a dentist and not have anything done beside take X-rays. This place surely have my 5 stars everyone was very nice from start to finish. Martha was the best helper from the doctor she was so sweet in giving me all the instructions I needed to fully recover. I will most definitely be back for more services.

Fantastic experience: Needed to see a doc asap for some pain I was experiencing with my wisdom tooth, and wasn't back at home to see my primary. These guys took me in no problem. They were very thorough, by taking x-rays. I was prescribed some antibiotics for the infection and got some good advice from the doc to go ahead and get this tooth removed!

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for years but the last few months of 2024 when I’ve gone for an appointment for myself or my kids we’ve had to wait close to an hour before being seen by the dentist. I was hoping it was a one off but it’s happened 3 times already. The staff are very nice and friendly but the long waits are brutal.

Fantastic experience: My appointment at Precision Dental today was stellar. My technician was Jackie and I saw Dr. Tran, which was a new doctor for me here. I’ve been coming to the 43rd & Ashland location well over 10 years. The facility is always clean, bright and smells wonderful. I receive very professional services always. Dr. Tran was so gentle with my deep cleaning that I didn’t even know certain areas had been done. Jackie was great with all the X-rays and finishing off Dr. Tran’s work with a great polish. I highly recommend this location for great services and affordable pricing.

I'm in the service industry so I know how much it sucks when someone comes in on a weekend when it's almost time to go.
