Fantastic experience: We both Puran VIG and Chanchal VIG were patients of Dr. Kent Wagner Dentist since year 2015, we both were fully satisfied with His Dental Services provided to both of us But Chanchal VIG passed away in March 2020 and I Puran K VIG continuing Dental Services with Doctor Kent Wagner who is very Personable, great listener and empathetic to the concerns of His Patients and is an great asset to Wagner Dental organization, all other entire staff of Wagner Dental are very very cordial and cooperative to the patients. I wish Wagner Dental to continue providing incredible Dental Services to their patients in future also

Fantastic experience: First things first all the dentists are great! Like this rating isn't for them or the work they perform. Like this is really a case where I feel the disservice to such great dentists is terrible, office staff. Not all but who I've encountered.... and update on this7/22: I feel there was a miscommunication with the staff moreso on my end, because they were and are actually all great. My energy was off because I had a lot of anxiety and was on the edge . I'm not the easiest to deal with and they gave me a bunch of care and concern. Update: all of them are the best. I have no complaints and love being here. Dr wagner was so gentle and is making my smile beautiful. Even got my teeth more aligned after fixing my cavities and prescribing me meds for my anxiety. I love it here! Still going here and they are changing my life! I love it here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wagner is an amazing dr. He was so thorough and he checked things no other dr has. The staff was so kind and patient. The assistant that I had entertained my 6 year old and was so patient. Everyone on staff was so patient and went over and beyond. Even down to the the planner. As a new patient this was the best first visit I have ever had, thats no lie.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental exam here today and for the first time ever I left there dentist feeling happy and relaxed about my teeth and my health in general. The staff was so fun, happy and friendly! My dentist (Dr. Cannon) was also very nice and took a lot of time to discuss my situation and upcoming procedures. I have zero complaints and I’m actually not scared to go back in for my next appointment. I’m so glad I found Wagner Dental and will be bringing my whole family in.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Las Vegas. I broke a tooth and needed a dentist. My neighbor recommended Wagner Dental. I was told that I had to have a tooth extracted and was quite nervous as the last time I had to have one taken out it was a horrible experience. With Dr. Wagner, I was in and out within an hour and had a painless experience! Six hours later and still no pain. He is the best and I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: My experience today at Wagner Dental was more than I expected. Everyone very professional. The service I received from the dentist and the assistant was more than five stars. Excellent service.

Negative experience: I purchased Invisalign at Wagner and it WASN’T cheap even with the discount. My last set of trays (top) were ill-fitted and were literally hanging off the right hand side. The most recent tray is literally hanging…or more descriptively flopping up and down off the teeth in the same location. The ill-fitting product when speaking makes you sound as if you have a mouth full of socks , and I give lectures for a living. Not a good experience. Wagner’s advice: Keep wearing the ill-fitting Invisalign AND wear it as much as possible.

Fantastic experience: Thought I had cracked a crown on a weekend and called Monday morning for an appointment. Got in Tuesday and thankfully the dentist checked with camera and X-ray and found it was not cracked. Just lodged food that flossing couldn’t remove. Great service.

Fantastic experience: They don’t have a huge waiting room full of patience. You don’t feel like cattle. I’ve been going there for a couple years. I’ve never had to wait more than five or 10 minutes. They may suggest procedures for you, but they leave it all up to you. The hygienist and the doctors are excellent. They never keep you waiting more than a few minutes which I truly appreciate that. They appreciate my time and I appreciate their time. All the staff at the office are very personable. The office is very clean and quiet. They work very well with my insurance. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I loved my visit to Wagner Dental!! This is my first visit since the two Wagner bothers joined their cousin in Summerlin. The office was beautiful, Anna the receptionist was friendly and efficient and my wait time was almost non existent! I had inadvertently not created the appointment for a cleaning yet Elizabeth the Assistant, who had a fabulous bedside manner, visited with me while she was able to get me squeezed in after the Xrays for the cleaning I desperately needed! Shauna the hygienist was wonderful! She talked to me about options to correct a little movement with my teeth, better home care and our next visit! Dr. Wayne came in promptly, did his work, suggested a few areas I could improve on and left with a smile! I was able to pay right in the room so I didn’t need to stop off at the desk on the way out.. so modern and efficient-an absolutely clean and quick experience!

Fantastic experience: If there were a gold medal for creating your best smile with Invisalign—and for looking like a Greek god while doing it—Dr. Nelson (or as I like to call him, Dr. Dreamboat) would be a double champion. Not only is he a master of Invisalign, but his Olympian-level physique is the stuff of myth. Broad shoulders, sculpted arms, and the kind of posture that makes you sit up straighter just being near him—this man could straighten teeth with a wink and a bicep curl. Dr. Wagner, equally skilled and unfairly handsome in his own right, has handled my regular Dental care for many years with such care that I almost forgot to be nervous. Together, these two are less like dentists and more like the Marvel superheroes of molars, the caped crusaders of crowns, the titans of tartar removal. And it doesn’t stop there. The entire office is a bevy of beauties. The dental hygienists and front desk staff are so dazzling, I briefly considered asking if they were moonlighting as a synchronized beauty pageant team. I half expected a fog machine and backup dancers. In short, this is the only dental office where you leave with straighter teeth, a brighter smile, and the sudden urge to start a gym membership. Five out of Five Stars!!

Fantastic experience: This is a rather large but well-run practice. Very nice, modern office. I’ve only been going here for about two years for check-ups and cleanings. They haven’t found anything that would require a “procedure”, so I’m a happy patient. I HATE going to the dentist (bad anxiety), but every time I go to this office, nothing creeps me out.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency! I have a bad habit of chewing ice and blew up a crown. Called them on a Monday at 4:30 in the afternoon and they got me in the next morning at 8:00 am. My daughter is getting married this weekend and I fly out on Wednesday. They went above and beyond to get me to the wedding with a full head of teeth!

I’ve had some not so great experiences in the past with dental offices both here in Las Vegas and where I lived previously and it’s such a pleasure to deal with everyone at Wagner Dental. My husband and I both switched to Wagner over 5 years ago and have had a number of services there, both basic and complete. The environment is lovely and they use state of the art tools and techniques, which helps to inspire trust. We have never had to worry about things being done correctly as we know they always do a perfect job. I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: SCAM SCAM SCAM The absolute worst service I have ever experienced this dentist office IS A COMPLETE SCAM after leaving me for 45 minutes unattended in a dental chair hooked up to nitrous. The dental assistant came back and told me that it would be an additional thousand dollars for my cleaning. After that, I was intending to get a quote for a set of veneers which came out to $33,000 because I was about to get these veneers. The main dentist came in and said to the nurse to go ahead and continue my cleaning after I was ready to check out not only did they ask me for $33,000 veneers. They also asked me for $1200 for a simple cleaning when I have insurance after I was quoted $270 for this service on top of this, I was screamed at by my dental assistant during my cleaning, I was stabbed in the gums multiple times by her fried after I told the dentist to find me a new dental assistant/ nurse/ mouth janitor I highly do not recommend ever going to this dentist. They are the worst dentist I have ever experienced malpractice at its finest and needs to be put out of business DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE As far as my credibility goes, I am a senior executive at a fortune 500 company and this is the first bad review I have ever written in my entire life BEWARE

They provide a complete set of services, from all dental procedures to the billing. They have state of the art processes, quickly determine your coverage and stay on schedule. Wagner Dental is friendly, dependable, professional, full service dentistry. Always happy with their work. They also do orthodontics.

Fantastic experience: Best place to get my dental work done and maintenance on my braces. I like everyone to my doctor, to my nurse, to the environment, to the cleanliness of the establishment and the tools. Everyone is warm and friendly and inviting, and also to the quality of taking care of my teeth has been extraordinarily great. They love what they do.

Negative experience: I think I saw Doctor Rich Cannon. The cleaning and exam were pleasant enough but his assistant played a lot of price games, always seeming to try to jack up the price. I was quoted one price over the phone before I came, and darned if it wasn't $50 more by the time I left. Also, some dumb "membership" for $20/year. I did not appreciate the price games.

Fantastic experience: I have long been terrified of the dentist. When I moved out here to Vegas, I needed a dentist and needed to start taking care of my oral health. The staff at Wagner Dental has been nothing less than compassionate. They are completely professional and kind. I have never had bad work done there. And today I had a crown fixed to where it as good as an original tooth. This practice has made me go from an every 6 to 7 year trip to the dentist to going twice a year for cleanings, annual x-rays and not wholly dreading the experience. I appreciate this practice and the staff greatly.

Fantastic experience: I came in for my cleaning today and I was so happy with my appointment! Dr. Wagner has wonderful hygienists all around, but I saw Jackie today and she was great. She regaled me with entertaining stories and before I knew it we were done! Dr. Wade did my exam today and reassured me that I do not, in fact, have cavities despite me trying to convince everyone that I do. I will definitely be back.
