Fantastic experience: I like seeing Dr. Lance Panarello, as his dad was once my dentist. As a patient over the years, I have seen the other dentists of DHCA. I’m uncertain if the “Greenness” of the office is a factor, but from Hygienist to Dentists everyone is upbeat, positive, and excellent at their job. I’d recommend DHCA Aston Office for all your dental health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rocco informed me that my crown on the back molar could not be reattached and that the tooth had to come out. I was nervous but he and Shelby talked me through. Tooth was extracted with no problem and very little pain. That was yesterday and today no pain or bleeding and little swelling.

Fantastic experience: We took our 11 month old for a lip and tongue tie evaluation. We were anxious of the process since our son was at an older age than most for this type of evaluation/procedure. The staff was engaging and kind. They made us feel at ease and kept our son entertained throughout the visit. Jen was amazing and was so seeet with our guy! Dr. Panarello was confident and swift in performing the procedure our son needed. He explained everything and showed us what he would need to do. He made sure we were comfortable and well informed before making our decision to proceed. Overall, our experience was excellent and we would recommend them highly to parents who find themselves in a similar situation!

She is making the whole process so much easier and, even though it’s a tough road ahead, she helps me to keep coming back :)

Negative experience: Run as far away as possible from this office. They don't fix teeth, they cause more damage. Had a root canal and crown, after my face swelled, I was in excruciating pain, and my sinus' were burning. Went back in and another tooth needed a root canal and crown. I suspected they did work on the wrong tooth. Still my sinus' didn't improve. Finally I went to an ENT and found there was a problem with my teeth. Went back to the dentist and told them what I had found. The insisted I needed another expensive tooth repair. 2 root canal and a crown build up in still having problems. Finally the first root canal and crown tooth needed to be pulled. Never healed. A year and a half of pain, additional teeth repairs and chronic sinus infections because they botched the original repair. Next my daughter had a root canal and crown done on a tooth that was previously filled. She started complaining of sensitivity to hot and cold. This time I took her to another dentist and what they found is the root canal and crown that was done a few months ago was botched. Now I have to take her to an endodontist to see if it can be reworked to save the tooth. I could see if it was just one but this is 4 teeth on 2 different people that they have messed up. I also feel like they don't address cavities until they're so far gone a root canal is needed. Thousands of dollars in tooth work that was a waste and pointless because all the work needs to be corrected or wouldn't have been needed if the initial work was done correctly. Again, run! This office will have you paying a lot of money to fix their crappy work.

The office is clean, modern, and comfortable — it instantly puts you at ease. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their patients. My dentist took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and incredibly kind. They run on time, offer flexible scheduling, and are great about helping with insurance questions and billing — no surprises or confusion. Fantastic experience: The most caring and thorough dental experience I have EVER had!!!!! The hygienist (Caroline) explained everything she was doing and why. She was also very concerned about my overall comfort. Dr. Lance and his son are SO personable! Their level of perfection is outstanding. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but I have to say they have removed all my fears and feel very confident aun regard to staying on track with my dental care.

Negative experience: Save your money this place is a cash grab. The dentists are mediocre and the hygienists focus more on their customer service than their skills. The billing staff is rude and unprofessional. The four year here have been entirely a waste of time and a headache.

Negative experience: I don't understand how a cleaning could be over $400. My fault too for not checking ahead of time but most places run around $200. Price changed like 3 times during the exam. Confusing. One had to wonder if that was to incentivize the annual plan. Not sure why x rays were taken, dr didn't go over them in exam. He barely looked in my mouth but hey they "comprehensive exam" was over $100, and apparently it wasn't the only exam I was billed for. The bill was originally lower than $400 and then I go into another room and suddenly it's over 400 and more expensive than the annual plan. What? Hygenecist didn't really floss by wrapping the floss around each tooth, just stuck floss inand pulled it back out. Get the cash cattle in and out as fast as possible. Frankly disgusted. Can get far superior care for less elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Always great service with a short wait time. Staff is friendly and reassuring! Checking in and out is a breeze. I’ve recommended this office to MULTIPLE people who share the same sentiments.

Fantastic experience: I went here last Friday for a periodontal cleaning my dental hygienist was Hailey she was so cool I felt so comfortable once she started explaining to me about the procedure and gave me some advice on how to take better care of my teeth!! It’s been awhile since I found a nice dentist office I’ll be coming here more often!!

Fantastic experience: We had Maeve as a hygentist for my 3 year old. She was very good and patient with my daughter who was a tad uncooperative during her cleaning visit. Maeve did not show any signs of frustration and was even able to get my daughter to finally let her clean her teeth. I highly recommend Maeve as a hygentist. She is very good with kids. Fantastic experience: The hygienist and doctor was awesome with my 3 year old. The hygienist especially was wonderful, great personality and kept my son engaged the entire time. He had the best time at the dentist today.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dentist office. They scheduled my appointment and had me come in, where I waited for 40 minutes without any updates. After taking my insurance card and copying it, I continued to wait. Finally, they told me they don’t even accept my insurance! When I asked the receptionist why she didn’t inform me when she took my insurance, she actually told me it’s not her job to tell me. This is my second bad experience with this office, and I will not be returning. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is beyond frustrating.

I had been putting off a needed procedure due to obligations and procrastination to be honest that turned into needing immediate attention. They affordably ended my suffering and outlined future options as well. Next day follow-up. I highly recommend Dr. Abrams and his associates!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a handful of dentist offices. I absolutely hate the dentist. Then I came here. Now my second visit. I always wait until after a second visit now because I’ve been proven wrong in any type of business. That being said I cannot express how great this place is. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist. Every one is extremely nice and polite. They got my girlfriend in for emergencies while already being booked. Cannot say enough good about them!

Fantastic experience: Walked in at1:45pm today to schedule a future visit. By 3pm had completed a hygiene visit, panoramic xrays, examined by a dentist, and received a quote for veneers. My dental office is better than yours. Oh and Katie is the most gentle, kind and focused hygienist ever!! She deserves 10 stars alone!!!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! I was visiting family across the country from where I live and broke a tooth. 2 days before Christmas! I messaged the company through their website. They called me back 1 hour later and scheduled an emergency appmnt for me on Christmas Eve! The receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist were all amazing! So kind and friendly, super professional, and really down to earth. They did their best to keep costs down and repair my tooth to the point of being able to be pain free until I can get back home to my dentist. I am so pleased with my experience and very grateful for their speed and efficiency. I highly recommend Dental Healthcare Associates!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how patient and kind the ENTIRE staff here is. I’m extremely nervous when going to the dentist and everyone is very understanding. Dr. Nash is always very generous with the numbing meds and reminds me I can tap out if I need to. I haven’t yet, but it’s comforting to know I could. The later evening hours are a plus especially for others in health care who don’t have set hours, and I’ve never had an issue with getting appointment. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Once again when I was in need of emergency dental work (infected tooth from old crown job 20 years ago) I called DHCA and they got me in the same day!! Dr Nessa was great! Gave me my options and took care of me that day. Her and the assistant were a lot of fun even though I was getting a tooth removed for a future implant! I always find this place great from the time you walk into the front door until checking out... highly recommend!!!!

Positive experience: I love this Dental Care, Doctors, Dental Assistants, office workers etc.. They are so nice and listen as I talk too much . Seriously never waited longer than a couple minutes to be taken care of. Dr Grant (surgeon) is wonderful, has performed a procedure and is cognizant of all the questions I have prior to my asking. Dr Nash is my routine Dentist and she is fantastic. Again, she knows what she is talking about and has answers to my questions at the ready. I never felt like I was a nuisance or rushed to make (quite expensive) decisions. They will even allow me to go home and think about my choices. I can call anytime and ask for emergency assistance, I am accommodated with a visit and/or Motrin to hold me over. They are open 6 days per week, they are always very busy however, as I noted before, I have never waited long to be seen.

Fantastic experience: I typically have Dr. Grant who is amazing but recently Dr. Shekari and have to say she was thebomb.com! I typically worry when not seeing Dr. Grant but she gave him a run for his money! Whole office is amazing always prompt and if they are running behind they kindly let you know instead of having you sit there for an hour! I have and always will recommend DHCA Aston!
