Negative experience: So sad to leave this review. This use to be a great dental experience. Now it seems they’re overbooked and understaffed. Leaving an extra star for Faith, who listened to my initial concerns of being rushed through an appointment with mediocre work (the tech polished my teeth in a hurry like she was brushing them, it was painful. She asked if I wanted her to floss the back teeth- a weird question for a patient at the dentist). My actual dentist was sweet and informative. Faith ensured me my first visit was a fluke and that the second visit would be better. Today I was scheduled for a consult and root canal following the consultation. The techs/dental hygienist this time were much better and focused. Like 10/10, I had high hopes for this visit. Orthodontist came in and said he only had time to look at part of my mouth today and I would need to book another appointment for another consultation to look at the rest of my mouth if I wanted. I realized this place didn’t have time for the work I need done and if they did, it wasn’t going to be quality work. I’d rather go elsewhere and pay cash if needed than to support below average work and poor work ethic. I canceled my family’s future appointments as well. A business I would often recommend to neighbors and friends is no longer the case unfortunately.

Positive experience: The tech who took my X-rays was very rough and scraped up my mouth. When I told her to stop, she was rude and did not seem to care at all. She also took way too many X-rays and seemed like she did many views multiple times.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever been to. They make you feel at ease and do excellent work. Everyone in that office is so pleasant. The billing department will sit with you and work with you to develop a good plan so that they can save you ad much money as possible while making sure the most important tooth issues are solved first. I have found my forever dental office. (I had a crown) Edit, I went back for 2 extractions with a bone graph this year once again, i had a wonderful experience, Dr John and his assistant where quick and did great work. They knew I was nervous, Dr John walked me through the process as he was working, made me aware of what he was doing at all times there was minimal pain and hardly any swelling on day 1 no swelling at all after day 2

Dentist assistant was excellent, professional, 1st set of xrays done via panoramic view Then dentist sees you to ask your concerns in a large room, once concerns addressed taken into exam areas, whole set xrays taken, everything was shown and explained to me, since I was there and the office had a last minute deep cleaning open I was offered it. They have Dental hygienist on-site, endo-dontist,peri-dontist on site. Amazing..definitely going to be a permanent patient with this Dental group!

Positive experience: Very nice building, but make sure to advocate for yourself and ask questions. Very nice building and front desk staff. When I made my first appointment on the phone, unfortunately they did not make it clear that the initial appointment is only for an exam and not a cleaning. I have to take another afternoon off work to come back in a week to do the actual cleaning. Would not have been a big deal if I was aware of this initially and could have scheduled both together. Be careful on the phone when making your first appointment and make sure to ask questions. The staff was nice but not very informative. They looked at my gums and gave number ratings without giving context or explaining the meaning behind it. The dentist was with me for about 2 minutes, said everything was good and left. Then the x-ray tech informed me that I need a special deeper cleaning that will cost more. I asked what criteria led them to decide I needed the deeper cleaning vs. the standard cleaning, which she said she didn’t know and would have to go back and ask the doctor. She came back, and I had more questions, which she then had to go back and forth to the doctor. My understanding was still very loose as we were playing “telephone”. Not the xray tech’s fault at all, but something that the doctor should have explained. I wish the he would have had the conversation with me and asked me about the care plan/given me the opportunity to ask questions. Would recommend this place with caution - ask lots of questions and verify the insurance cost / reason why they are recommending their care plan.

He's done lots of work on my teeth and has given me back my smile Just had a tooth pulled Thursday and I didn't even feel the shots! Fantastic experience: Dr Habashy is the BEST!!! I had a toothache on my wisdom tooth over the weekend. I called Dr. Barsoum’s office first thing Monday morning and they were able to see me the same day. I saw Dr Habashy, the oral surgeon. He was reassuring, attentive and quick at extracting the tooth. He also has great bedside manner!! I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Habashy. All of Dr Barsoum’s staff is great from front desk to everyone that works in the back.

I hadn't seen a dentist in approx. 7 or 8 years! That's how bad my PTSD was. But at the urgency of my daughter and a painful tooth, I went. From the minute I stepped into the office I was met with kind, and compassionate people. No one shamed or judged me for not seeing a dentist in so long and they were all very positive. They mentioned the good things about my teeth and not just the bad. They listened to me when I explained my problem sensitive area (exposed root on my upper right side) and also, I'm very resistant to anesthesia and usually need more than one injection. Dr. Benyamein and staff were exceptionally professional, gentle and personable. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. I highly recommend this dental group to everyone especially scaredy cats like me. :)

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous on getting a back molar tooth pulled, Dr. Marcos did a amazing job! I didn't even feel the shots, which I was amazed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also love the fact that they always do a follow up call to see how you're doing. Dr. Barsoum is also wonderful he goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. BEST DENTIST EVER!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at Dr Barsoum’s dental office. Dr Wissa did a couple fillings for me so far. I had Dr Jon, a surgeon, extract a rear molar yesterday. So far so good. They made sure I didn’t feel a thing. Very kind staff and totally comfort me. I have a fear of the dentist. But not here with this team of people. They are all so kind. I’m thankful! They listen to me and I follow their lead.

Positive experience: I usually really excited to go to Dr Barsum. Only giving 4 stars because on my last visit 2-11–25. Had a dental emergency and felt rushed, as they were working on my first lady who did my xray was pleasant and nice. Then second assistant came in was rushed, a bit rude,or annoyed. She was doing clay impressions then , another person came in as I was gagging, to explain what I needed to pay , fees , extremely overwhelming, as it is very expressive, difficult, just felt very sad , disappointed this time. I have scheduled the work I need just yet , hesitant to do so.

If you're reading this, you're probably looking for an orthodontist who's skilled, honest, kind, and doesn’t charge you a fortune. Well, I’ve got great news for you: Your search is over! Dr. Andrew Lee is exactly who you're looking for. I went to Dr. Lee because my teeth started shifting. I know, crazy, right? Here's the story: Years ago, I had Invisalign treatment in another city. After finishing, I stopped wearing the aligners (big mistake!). As a result, my teeth moved, and I ended up with a small gap that trapped food when I ate. It got bad enough that I knew I had to do something about it. I started searching for an orthodontist and quickly realized that finding one who met my criteria wasn’t easy. After visiting four different offices, I was relieved to find Dr. Lee. The main reason I chose him was that he didn’t push for unnecessary full treatments like the others did (because I didn’t need them). Now that my treatment is finished, I’m so glad I went with Dr. Lee. Not only did I save a ton of money, but I also found an orthodontist I can recommend to all my friends and family—and to you too! Dr. Lee is honest, highly skilled, and genuinely kind. His fees are reasonable, but what really made it affordable for me was that he only did what was necessary—not a penny more. So if you need an orthodontist for yourself, your child, or someone you know, definitely give his office a call. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: So glad I came here for a second opinion. After having a previous exam at another office where I was told I needed multiple fillings and braces (at almost 30 years old!), I was apprehensive about coming to a new dentist. However, not only was everyone I met at Barsoum's extremely personable and knowledgeable, but I was also assured that the care I needed was much more minimal. It is so nice to not be seen as a walking money symbol when going to the dentist!

Negative experience: The woman who scheduled my appointment treated me differently because I wore a tshirt from the Queer Resource Center from my school. Her smile dropped when I saw her reading the words and her attitude completely changed. She could hide her disdain for her employer’s gay patients a little better!

Fantastic experience: My kids and I enjoyed their first dental visit to Barsoum Dental so much. My kids told me its the nicest office theyve been at. They each picked out there own thing to watch and the office made sure they were comfortable the whole time. The assistants were so gentle, the hygienist were very thorough, and the doctors very informative. I like how they show us exactly what they see. Im very content with my decision to bring my family here and strongly suggest this office to anyone.

The staff is warm and welcoming, and the dentist (Dr. Karim) is not only professional but also incredibly personable. I initially came in with a painful toothache that caused sensitivity on one side of my face and a low-grade fever. I called in the morning to explain my symptoms, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day due to a cancellation. Like most people, I was nervous about my visit, but the team made me feel calm and informed every step of the way. The entire process was smooth—I was in and out within an hour! What impressed me most was that they didn’t try to push unnecessary treatments, which can be a rarity in dental offices. To top it off, Dr. Karim personally called me that evening to check in, ensuring everything went well. He even provided his personal cell number in case I had any concerns, no matter the time. Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming here and I have to say I was extremely blown away! First off, the clinic is absolutely stunning! It is very spacious, clean, calming, it is well-lit and well-maintained, with high-precision equipment. Secondly, the staff is extremely friendly and courteous! Dr. Karim Barsoum is excellent! His friendly approach and professionalism eased my nerves (it’s been awhile coming in since I did not want to get treatment during pregnancy). Needless to say, he and his team made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Melinda was fantastic during my cleaning! She was very positive, friendly, and gentle during treatment. Lastly, management team is so helpful, professional, and accommodating. I expressed to Charr (manager) that I needed to pick up my 4 month old from babysitting by a certain time and she ensured me that treatment would be done in time, in which I was. Fantastic experience: When it became necessary to find a new dentist I was so apprehensive I delayed it. I've had bad experiences; so I was not looking forward to it. However, from the moment I called Barsoum Dental everything changed. Each member of the staff has been kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and taken an interest in both me and my husband. Their office is out of this world amazing. The first thought when I walked in- CLEAN. Not that other businesses aren't, but this business is at a level that all others should strive for. I've yet to find even a speck of dust anywhere! They also have amenities. At a dentist's office- wild, right? They offer water and coffee while you wait. Earphones to listen to the TV's (of which there are two- one on the wall AND on ceiling for when you are reclined). To top it off- they offer a warm rag for you to use to clean your face up after you've had work done. It's even scented! I've always hated having to deal with insurance companies, so when Barsoum told me they handle all that I was very relieved. So far, there have not been any snags with the insurance. The water and coffee while you wait- you won't finish! LOL. It has not been necessary for me to wait more than 5 minutes at any point yet. Even though they are obviously VERY busy - they make time to address patient's needs. Even last minute appointments. I've already touched on the staff but they warrant another mention. Each and every person I've spoken with has been extremely friendly. And there are a lot of staff. Front desk to doctors, hygienists to billing staff EVERYONE treats you with respect and kindness. I am absolutely amazed by Barsoum Dental. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Never felt more at ease at a dentist office until I came here. The receptionists, the dental technicians, and the dentist were all very kind people. Dr. Karim who worked on my teeth was the nicest most gentle dentist ever who continued to check up even after my appointments.

Fantastic experience: I've always had such a great experience coming here! I had my wisdom teeth removed here and continue to come for my regular teeth cleanings/exams. I have even convinced my mom and dad to come here! I called today to discuss a few things and Britney (who answered the phone) was amazing. That being said, everyone is always really warm and understanding, but Britney really went out of her way to radiate nothing but kindness. More people like that in healthcare pls :)

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done and I was a little worried about the procedure and pain afterwards. But the procedure went seamlessly without any issues. I didn’t have any pain afterwards either. The Dr even texted me in the evening to see how I was doing too! I was very appreciative!

Fantastic experience: Always a welcoming environment. It was my 16 year old daughter‘s first time and she was actually really excited about going to the dentist. She was received with welcomes and lots of offerings to make the visit comfortable. I have been a patient for the last 12 years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend making an appointment with Barsoum dental. I promise that you will not be disappointed. They offer orthodontics, dental, and oral surgery all in one office. To get a visual of what their office looks like just imagine going into a castle with marble flooring everywhere, fountains and comfortable seating. Not those typical fold out chairs that you see at many dental offices. They also have water and coffee available at the front. But don’t let the luxury deceive you because the people that work there are warm and sincere.
