Fantastic experience: Lisa was super sweet and Emily was fantastic with our daughter. This place was very welcoming to us and our daughter. Just so excited to have such a great team for our new journey to Invisalign!

Negative experience: I was Very impressed by the first impression this place made on me I loved how I had a tour of the facility. It felt like everyone was very transparent about what went on there. Today my views changed. When I called to make an appointment for a urgent request. The receptionist had a rude tone in her voice. I was not able to get in (The service I needed would have taken 10 minutes at most. I would completely understand if I needed a lengthy service). it’s sad to know they do not make the time for their clients once they become patients there. It’s almost like they need the clients to build their business up and they also beg for reviews whenever you first become a client there. This is my review now that I have seen their true colours. I am very disappointed at the customer service I received today. They should make their customers a priority whenever there is an urgent need.

Fantastic experience: The staff were super welcoming and very helpful. The place is very nice and organized, I was very impressed! We met with Dr. Rekha and she was very thorough and informative about the process of Invisalign. We also discussed the financial aspect with Lisa Cox and she was very helpful and kind. The payment plan is great and flexible. The lady doing the 3D scans was super nice. Overall I highly recommend going here and thank you for the amazing service!

And when I say family, I mean myself and my six children have all been or currently are patients at the Piedmont’s foremost orthodontia facility. From my oldest (age 28) to my youngest (age 11), the level of service offered has been excelled with each and every year. But equally important is the consistent and familiar faces that have greeted us through the years, the one on one communication, being greeted by name, and the appreciation showed to our family. Do not question your choice to choose Davis & Goldberg Orthodontics….choose the provider that is there to serve you!

Fantastic experience: From the time we walked in everyone was super kind and welcoming and ready to assist. Lisa and Dr.Rehka were wonderful in answering my questions and helping. My daughter has loved everyone in the office and is loving her new braces!

Fantastic experience: From the time you walk in, Davis and Goldberg High Point is such a welcoming place! I love the complimentary Starbucks for when I’m on my way out, the candy bar for when I complete my treatment (full of ALL things sticky, gooey & sweet), the world’s largest Pac-Man machine, but most importantly, the wonderful staff! From the time you come up the stairs, you are greeted with smiles, knowledge and the most comforting set of individuals I have ever encountered at any dental/medical establishment! I am ecstatic about the state-of-the-art equipment utilized here, and the fact that I was in and out of my consultation in 2.5 hours, and I left with my braces on!! Talk about high tech and a BIG difference from the first time I had braces 20 years ago! If you’re on the fence about choosing Davis and Goldberg, just go for your consultation and let everything else speak for itself!

Fantastic experience: Today was our first experience at Davis and Goldberg and we had a wonderful experience. Heidi was super welcoming when we came in and gave us a tour of the office. Mandy laid out the treatment plan clearly and made everything so easy. And Abby did a wonderful job with my boy. Kayla spoke to us and told us she was glad we were here. It was a seamless, easy experience from start to finish and everyone is so kind and welcoming. We are looking forward to our next appointment!

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience at Goldberg and Davis Orthopedic. No one likes to go to the dentist, but they take all the worry and anxiety away. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and hospitable. Mandy was especially helpful and was very knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns. If you’re looking for an orthodontist would definitely recommend Dr. Goldberg. I had the pleasure of meeting him as well and he was very friendly, helpful and not pushy like some dentist can be.

Fantastic experience: As a dental professional, I highly recommend Davis and Goldberg Orthodontics! From initial greeting (I can’t remember her name, but her tour of the office with Carson was perfect), work up by Emily , iTero scan was fast and accurate (again, did not remember the assistant’s name for this part of the review), treatment coordination with Mandy and review of findings with Dr. Goldberg, everything was seamless, well organized and the sanitation in the clinic was impeccable! They really do go above and beyond for their patients. As a practice, our office has recommended them for well over 20 years. I look forward to having interactions with them over the next 2 years as they treat our son Payment options are affordable and they will work within your budget. Great job team ❤️

Fantastic experience: Excellent Customer Service and Care from the time you walk into the office. Front desk, I’m awful with names, showed us the entire place, explaining in detail what each room was and how they operate. The lady that took my daughter back for X-rays was super friendly and helped to get my shy daughter comfortable. Mandy was awesome with helping us determine which plan was right for us and helping to ease our anxiety of being there. It was good that we knew some of the people there through a mutual friend, including Abby. Last but not least, Dr. Goldberg was very friendly, and explained to us exactly how he wants/expects everything to happen with my daughter’s braces, including time frames. And the building makes you feel like you aren’t in High Point, so nice clean, and technologically updated. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Emily and Lisa really made me feel welcomed from our very first interaction! The office as a whole is just somewhere you feel welcomed into from the moment you step foot inside. Didn’t get the name of who was at the front when I walked in but being greeted really goes a long way. I was testing my options with other locations and this place really set a standard. Even the magician himself Dr Goldberg did a really good job at explaining my options and even went as far as breaking down what my teeth should look like and how they should sit with examples from other patients. He didn’t try to use big fancy words or make me feel like he was just there for a quick money grab. He Laid a couple of photos out and said “This is what ya got going on; here are your options, this is what route I think you should go, but you let me know and I’ll get it done”. A lot more went into his explanation; but the point is everyone in this facility is held at a high standard and it definitely shows. It’s not about the money at Davis & Goldberg orthodontics, it’s about your smile. That right there says a lot about this place. If you’re looking to get braces on for you or anyone you know, definitely stop by and give this place a try. I’ve never written a review before, not once, but this place really changed that for me!

Fantastic experience: The High Point office is absolutely wonderful!! I found it about this orthodontist through another family at my childs middle school and the wonderful shuttle service they offer is what sold me! If you aren’t able to take your child to their orthodontic appointment scheduling wise because of work, the office provides a safe and free shuttle service that will pick your child up from school and take them back on designated days of the week! The office staff were extremely friendly and gave us a very welcoming and wonderful tour of the office and explained the check-in procedures. Our consultation was a breeze and meeting the orthodontist in person made things feel a whole lot better. I love their in-house Starbucks drink bar that’s donations only and the wonderful welcome package we received. The ease of my son’s consultation and understanding the financing and completing the new patient paperwork online ahead of time made everything seamless and run smoothly and the office looks very clean and pristine. So far it’s a 10/10… I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Don’t let the bells and whistles fool you. Everything looks super impressive and free starbucks too!! I say this with sarcasm. Wait until you have paid $5000+ for the invisalign package and all of a sudden they cannot accommodate you for appointments. They remind you each visit to drop a review for them so most of the reviews on here were prompted by the team. Had i known they were so inflexible with the follow up appointments, i would’ve gone to a different orthodontist. Personally, it is very commercialized and Dr Goldberg isn’t very personable at all. He spends all of 2 minutes going over the treatment plan with you in the finance manager’s office when they want you to pay. As a physician myself, this practice gives the sense that they only care about the $$$ and not the patient. Who schedules hour long appointments only at 1pm right in the middle of a work day and cannot change the time at all?!!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of amazing. As a new patient, scheduling was easy, friendly, and accommodating. The days leading up to my appointment, I knew exactly who I was going to meet because Mandy sent a super welcoming video text! On the day of my visit, Heidi was awesome checking me in, then I got a tour, had an iced white chocolate mocha made. I got pictures taken, x-rays, my teeth scanned with the 3-D wand, and my Starbucks was waiting for me in the treatment office! Mandy and Dr. Rekha talked me through the treatment options and process, answered all my questions, and I was able to get braces the same day. My appointment was at 10:40, and I was out the door by 12 pm! I could not be more happy, grateful, and so appreciative. Seriously, if every establishment was like this, the world would be a better place. You do not need to research who to get treated by anymore. Make an appointment with Davis and Goldberg.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found this place to recieve my orthodontic treatment once I finish splint therapy for tmj! It’s my son’s birthday and the staff made him feel so special even though he wasn’t the one they were seeing! He could not stop talking about Mrs Lisa in the car and how sweet she was while I was getting some stuff done! Dr. Rekha was so sweet! And the front desk girls were amazing! And they have a coffee cart! This place couldn’t get any better!!!

Which is kinda hard to work around sometimes. Dr. Sam was wonderful at explaining all the x-rays and what I could expect. I thought Dr. Sam and Jayme worked well together getting my braces on. Tracy was also great at finishing up the paperwork and supplying me with what I needed for insurance purposes. The staff worked so well together. You have a great team there and everyone was just so super friendly...loved my visit!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Davis & Goldberg Orthodontics was nothing short of incredible! Everyone was was so kind; the front desk, Lisa, Emily, and Dr Goldberg, and everyone else I had the pleasure to talk to. By the end of it the nervousness I had felt was completely gone! They were able to put on my braces the same day as my consultation, and came up with a payment plan that perfectly worked for me. They even gave a free complimentary Starbucks cofffee! Fantastic experience: Hesitant to approach braces at over 60 the team made me feel right at home. Beautiful smiles and friendly faces and Emily took pictures and walked me step by step. Dr. Goldberg taught me that I still have a baby tooth and showed me proof. That was a mind blower. Lisa was very patient and thorough either way explaining costs of only doing half braces due to the baby tooth. Glad they could work around a problem and figure out how to give me what I came for, a less crowded bottom row of teeth at my age. Looking forward to be able to floss with no pain!

Lisa was very informative with any questions I had. Emily made the xray process enjoyable. Dr. Goldberg and Abby was amazing when it came time to put my braces on.
