Fantastic experience: Very friendly and amazing place. My kids love it here. Dr. Raza is so nice and patient with the kids. Marlenee is always so loving with my kids and very nice to everyone. Love her lots.

Fantastic experience: My oldest son is 14! I have been bringing all 3 boys here since they were little! The staff is always super welcoming and respectful. I love how every visit I would get a picture badge of my kids with balloons. It’s always clean and you’re always well taken care of. I even came here myself for my braces! I love this dentistry! Recently my son was seen by Dr. Goates and he was so sweet and kind . Love it here

Negative experience: Friendly staff!!! Update: I felt pressured to leave a positive review because they wouldn’t allow me to check out until they saw I had written one. That alone was uncomfortable. On top of that, the wait time here is consistently excessive — I’ve had to wait nearly two hours every single visit before being seen. When we finally get called back, the dentist seems to rush through the cleaning in just a couple of minutes, which makes me question the quality and thoroughness of the care my child is receiving. While I’ll acknowledge that the staff tries to be friendly, that doesn’t make up for the long waits and rushed service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Fantastic experience: I have been here twice once for my wisdom tooth extraction with the oral surgeon and then today for my fillings. Both visits were great. The front desk ladies were so friendly greeted me as soon as I walked into the door. The doctor and the assistants in the back are all very professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy to find that they took my insurance and they answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you to Leslie for staying with me during my entire visit and making me feel more at ease.

Negative experience: Extremely impressed with how friendly the staff was, front desk and room ladies, very clean space and clean bathrooms as well. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed by the dentist, after waiting an hour for her, she came in and spent no more than 5 minutes, tops, cleaning my nieces teeth. LITERALLY no more than 5 minutes. My appt was at 1pm and we left at 2:30 and 5 minutes of that was the actual cleaning although I didn’t see any other patients in the lobby or in the back. I am at the dentist every 6 months so very familiar with the cleaning procedure and this was definitely not a cleaning. Pretty much just a bill to submit to the insurance. Although I loved the staff and establishment, I’ll be finding another dentist office.

Negative experience: The receptionists do not know how to interact with insurance companies. I had to go back and forth with them. Not only did my kids not get seen by a dentist they waited so long to get something simple done. Straight garbage.

Negative experience: I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been the most unprofessional place I have ever been too. The place was empty and they let us wait for 2 and a half hours to get us in! When I asked they said that they are cleaning the room when I can see them laughing and fixing their makeup, or literally walking around the place and chatting with people. Maybe if you spend less money on painting the place and more on actually getting reliable staff people wouldn't have to sit waiting for hours!! JUST HORRIBLE

Negative experience: My children were still in pain after their check ups. 2 of my children had infection and they were denied help bc they had no open availability till 3+months. Mind you, they should know the risks of infection can lead to serious consequences!! My other child had fillings done as well and she was in pain due to horrible work done. I told them to cancel all their upcoming appts as they clearly don’t care about their patients. They said ok and just hung up without trying to find a solution.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The paperwork is a piece of cake not a book thank goodness. The kids enjoyed the play area and the visit with the dentist. As a mother of 3 I appreciate them getting us in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: We switched over recently because they came to my sons school for career day and he couldn’t stop talking about how nice they were so we gave them a try. The office team is always friendly, every call is answered and the office is clean and super kid friendly. They greet you at the door with balloons made for the kids and have a play ground! The team is very Informative and quick! Im glad we made the switch as the boys love it here. Most dental office can feel cold and this place feels warm and inviting. Great job guys!

Negative experience: We’ve been here now a few times to hopefully get a treatment for my son. I’ve had to reschedule said treatment now 3 times because of the lack of information the staff gives. Aside from this, the wait time is over an hour after your scheduled appointment. I watched several patients be taken back for cleanings and would be out in under 5 minutes. My son has also had a “cleaning” here. Once, the tooth brush was put in his mouth one time and that was all. This will now be my second time reporting them to Medicaid and taking it a step further by filing a complaint to the State Board. The lack of transparency and consideration to patient and families time is severely lacking from the entire staff. Even in knowing my son has a disability and after claiming that they had proper training with kids like mine. It’s incredibly pitiful and I believe an audit should be thoroughly done by all insurances to verify that what is being billed is actually happening in office.
